I am Indonesian and will come to Sydney on March, study master degree at Holmes Institute. I like to play badminton and watch chinese korean drama. I can speak Chinese, English, Bahasa Indonesia. Prefer non-smoking room, no pet, quiet place, not so many people.
24 year old Irish guy from Dublin here on a year working Visa. I realize with a synopsis like that it would be easy to think i'm just here to drink and have fun. Of course that is part of my plan but i'm not looking for a full on party house. I'm a sociable happy-go-lucky kind of guy, but I would always like to think i'm respectful and considerate particularly when it comes to living with other people. I only arrived on Friday the 5TH of January so am temporarily living with my Sister and her Husband in South Coogee. Looking for somewhere as soon as possible, flatmate wise I am pretty easy going and friendly and would want somebody similar in that regard. I'm tidy, a non smoker and am currently looking for work and hope to have something soon, though I have saved up a substantial amount of money so initial rent payment won't be a problem.
My name is Howard I am from Ireland I am working full time in IT for UNSW. I am tidy, very easy to get on with and like to keep fit - surf, run. I am also quite and reliable. I am looking for somewhere relaxed, quite and modern and hope to find friendly flat mate. I am a permanent resident so looking for something long term. My budget is about $380. Always respect your own privacy but hope we can do the odd thing together :) I will be working in UNSW so somewhere relatively close to that area. I would like somewhere quite (ie not on or facing a main road) also I am not interested in sharing with a couple Let me know if you think I would be suitable? Thanks Howard

I’m a 21 year old flight attendant from Canberra looking for a place in Syd for my new job ( may/June)! I’ll barely be at home ( away flying for work ) but when I am I’m cleaning & keeping busy. I have a bubbly personality and can never say no to a cheeky wine. I’d love to find someone to move in with around the same age as me and someone who knows Sydney to show me the fun places :)
My Labrador Turner and I are experienced housemates. Reliable with rent and bills, clean up after ourselves and friendly towards other housemates. We would like an unfurnished room in a house where housemates interact and care about each other whilst respecting each other's privacy and need for down time. I work full time as a Corporate Concierge in the city Monday to Friday. I enjoy spending my free time with Turner and other friends, live music, movies, good food, road trips and days at the beach. Turner is an inside dog and enjoys belly rubs, park time, walks and trips to the beach. He is also a great kitchen assistant, napper and door man who will always greet you with a smile. I have been told by other housemates that he usually hangs in my room or outside in the sun when I am not around, however he will be happy to keep you company if he knows it's allowed. He is well socialised and used to living with other dogs. I am not attached to living in a specific area, just looking for a comfortable home in a nice area that offers a good lifestyle for Turner and I. I do have a car, so require easy access to parking and don't mind if it's on the street, but prefer to use public transport where possible so a train station or good bus route would be great.
My name is Michael and with work commitments, have to relocate to Sydney at the beginning of April. I am looking to find a place for 6-12 months. I'm a full time employed professional, Environmental Scientist/Hazardous Materials Consultant. I'm quiet, courteous, clean, tidy and enjoy being outdoors. Enjoy surfing, snowboarding, swimming, fishing and a good bike ride on my free time. My ideal rental property is a 2 bed/2 bath with parking as I have a large work ute, this place would really suit: Feel free to contact me and have a chat, thanks.

Hey Folks, I moved Sydney this Sunday from Melbourne after 6 beautiful years. I am starting a new role as a property manager in future pacific with AIRBNB as their client. I have a car. So probably need a off street car parking (preferably). About me: Alright, I am the most easy going and chill person you might come across. I love to mingle with any one and value their experience and culture. I am creative and admire any fellow creative person. Sarcasm is my best friend and we always swap personalities. Love traveling and exploring new places. I am happy to join for a drink and only drink 1/4th glass 😆. I am passionate about cinematography and photography. It’s my hobby and December 24th I am going to launch a new medium for content creators in social media and I am not afraid or embarrassed to say that million times as I do firmly believe IF YOU PUT ANYTHING YOU WANT IN UNIVERSE, THE UNIVERSE WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN FOR YOU. Yeah yeah I am just like this, just don’t really care what people might think I say coz I will make it happen. You know it’s just me. Little bit fearless. If you are looking someone exactly like me to share the house/flat/unit. Please do let me know. I would really appreciate that. Thanks Mobin
Hi, I've been back in Australia 4 years having spent the last 12 years living and working in London. I work full-time in the film industry, and while there is an office in Surry Hills that I can use, I prefer working from home most days. I don't need much space to work, and am very considerate of other's space. I'm looking for a professional, easygoing housemate 35+. Ideally just one housemate, but would consider living with two. Ideally I'd like a larger bedroom (smaller is OK if there is a study - I'm pretty quiet with my work - computer and phone mostly). I'm out a few nights a week. I'm looking for a house that feels like home, I don't mind getting a cleaner, I really like cooking, and am pretty relaxed about things generally and I think pretty good to live with, pet's are no problem. I'll respond to emails promptly, hope to hear from you.
Hey guys, I'm 22,diesel mechanic, love working on bikes, cars, love having a good time with mates, great company to be around, get along with nearly everyone, enjoys a good bender, going out, loves going to the gym when I can, skating or BMX sesh, open minded and kicked back. I'm looking to move in with someone who's neat, respectful towards other people's property, someone who knows how to look after themselves as I am as well.
I'm an architecture student at unsw. I like a clean environment to live in. I'd rather have only 1 or 2 flatmates. I like my privacy and will give you your own. However if we end up becoming good friends, it would be lovely! I'm only looking to live with females. I spend a lot of time at uni during the semester. I don't mind pets at all. I don't like a very noisy environment.
I'm Nina, and I am a young working professional, working in The Rocks as a Finance Manager. My partner Jack is also a young working professional, working as an Interior Designer in Surry Hills. We have both lived in Sydney for a year now, and are here for the foreseeable future! We are both from London, and are sponsored here in Sydney. We currently live in Coogee, but are keen to try out a different suburb & meet new people! We enjoy a social drink on the weekend, and mid week we enjoy chilling out, cooking dinner, and having movie nights! Our working hours are Monday - Friday, 9-5.30pm. We would love to hear from anyone who is in a similar situation to us here in Sydney - working full-time, and is looking for a flat share in a similar area to what we have listed.
Looking for a place to live asap! Please, if sending an inquiry, read my listing. Looking only for my own room, not sharing. Working full time, studying, single, not smoking, no pets, do not need parking. Looking for a quiet place with nice tidy people.
I am a full-time working professional looking for a private room, preferably furnished with a buil-in.
Im a 25 years old Aussie, I work full time but also need to find time to study! I am currently doing a bachelor of construction management and I am a cadet project manager at a carpentry company in Sydney. I travel over 1hr and 40 mins to and from work each day and it is becoming a bit draining.. I want to love to Sydney and see all our beautiful city has to offer but I definitely enjoy my down time. I have a dog named Bandit who is 9 month old cattle dog, so I would love to move somewhere that has a backyard and is near parks and nice places to walk. I’m clean and tidy and enjoy a glass of wine and a chat, but on the other hand do like chucking on the tv and lazing about from time to time.
