Hello, I have two children Seth 4 and Olivia 16 months. I have recently split with my partner and am living in a one bedroom bungalow but I am needing a house. I have rented since I turned 18. I am a very clean person, I don't have parties unless it's for my children's birthdays but they are through the day. I do love to garden. I have always paid my rent on time and have always had my bond back at the end of a lease. I hope to get a place sooner rather then later but I'm happy to wait. Thank you : )
Looking for a place in the leafy parts preferably with a garden and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Im easy going, happy to socialize and get to know you tho I also need a decent amount of self time. Currently I work mostly p/t & i study naturopathy externally, so from home/library/cafe/wherever on my laptop. I like to feel im able to pot around the house gardening or cooking or be in my room being creative or studying be a happy hermit. Im self aware and wont invade your space. Tho i will be out n about working, volunteering, spending time away every week, i am at home a fair bit sometimes, but not always. it all depends. Im very flexible. I would need ya'll i live with to be down with whatever (as some peeps seem to want a ghost housemate, hardly ever home) that's not always gonna be me and sometimes not often either, just so you know:) and having open communication about things is super nice. I like to pull my weight in the house chores and know how to clean up after myself. I like to go off on adventures, travels and festivals also. In summary Im tidy, respectful, mostly Vegan, occasionally freegan. i don't give anyone a hard time if their not vegan or something. Im not one of those vegans! I love animals, love to garden herbs and veggies, cook, study, read, create. I work and study, do volunteer stuff as well. I Dont drink. I always respect people's privacy, space and boundaries and I'm super easy going type of cat :)
Hi there! I have alot of furniture i can bring with or without me : fridge, couch, dining table, dryer, homey stuff and kitchen stuff. I work part time disability some time its more like full time and currently trying to pick me up more work. I am super tidy, clean and a positive being i enjoy a wine and netflix and the occasional boogie. I keep to myself but am keen for the occasional drink, housematey stuff :-) also respectful of others belongings and values ect. Also pretty flexible on what suburb to live in just need somewhere to park my car! Just a chill lady looking for somewhere to call home or to team up to make one xx
Working full time in the Yarra Valley. I've lived with others plenty of times in nice, clean, respectful environments. Well traveled, open minded and conscious of those around me. Just looking for a mature, clean, reasonably social place to call home.
There is plenty of reasons that would makes it great to live together but instead of making list on internet about it, I think it will be nicer to have a coffee or a glass of wine and have a chat. We are a french couple, living in Healesville since August, both working in Hospitality. And for more informations, please just contact me :) Cheers
Hello! I have just been offered a 20 week (5 month) work contract starting late November in Lilydale and am now on the urgent hunt for accommodation! I am 24 years old and about to graduate university. I would only be here for four days a week and return to country Vic for the other three days to work my other job and visit family and pets. I really just need a place to crash Sun-Wed and I'll be off again on Thursday after work. I am a pretty quiet person (not a party-er, don't drink, don't smoke) and am happy to stick to myself and stay out of everyone's way, however I'm also happy to have a chat as I am reasonably new to Vic. I am from Brisbane originally and so I am usually found rugged up on a couch somewhere with three jumpers on. In my free time you'd probably find me reading, watching TV shows, or attempting to finish Skyrim (so many years overdue!). I'm also a volunteer wildlife rescuer so every now and again I might be out chasing down injured native wildlife to take to a vet. :) I have rented in two places before (once with housemates, once alone) and have a perfect rental history. I am perfectly happy to be added to the lease. I am clean and tidy and love animals so if you have pets I will give them plenty of cuddles. I would prefer to share with female housemates, if possible. If you have any questions feel free to shoot me a message. Thanks :))
I've lived in the Yarra Valley for most of my life; so seeing wildlife doesn't faze me, and yes that includes spiders. I keep my interests rather broad whenever something peeks my curiosity I then start leaning a thing or two about it. Just last week I read up on some the philosophy of Buddhism because why not. But my 'useful' behaviours include cooking and cleaning ( The first of which I really enjoy) . I don't mind having my own space but not enough to push people away. For example, if I'm chilling with a book in hand, and someone asks to play a game of chess or watch a movie/ TV show. I'll be saying "Yeah sure no worries." Before closing that same book. I love to learn about and meet new people and their stories. Kind of like Sherlock Holmes... It goes without saying then I'm always up for a chat. Lastly I have a passion for writing, one day I'd like to be a author I've in fact written a couple of books. None of which are published sadly but I remain hopeful.
