Tidy, ambitious, athletic and fun-loving - that's me in a nutshell. I am coming to Sydney in late February for studying at UTS Business School. Coming all the way from snowy Norway I am looking for something nice and affordable near the beaches. Sport and outdoor activities are my passions. Being used to having forest right outside my door, staying close to nature is essential to me. Looking forward to meet some likeminded adventurous girls out there!

Hi Guys! We are easy going and relaxed students from Germany. The both of us are staying in Sydney for a fulltime 9-5 internship. Andy is working in the area of Surry Hills and me near Hyde Park. We enjoy a sporty and healthy lifestyle, have a great sense of humour and like to enjoy some drinks and BBQ in a relaxed atmosphere with our new flatties. In addition, we are very reliable and tidy flatmates. Furthermore, we have several years of flatshare experience and enjoyed it! By the way, we are not one of the newly in love couples, so we don't always want to be on our own - we love to socialize. We are searching for a place up to the end of April (but we would also consider a shorter stay). We look forward to meeting you guys soon! Don't hesitate to drop us a message :) Cheers Kathy&Andy
Hello my name is Pedro and I am traveling with my girlfrind Florencia. We are from Argentina and we both are 24 years old. Looking for a room to occupy in a home with like minded individuals. I travel a lot for work but when I'm home l love being at the beach, cooking and spending time with friends. I'm an easy going person to live with, clean and tidy and like to look after my surroundings.
We are 3 maybe 4 professionals in our thirties looking for a share house, each needing a room. We all work full time, and are all from the South Coast, so we travel away a lot of weekends. Personally I travel to Bali a lot for my business. Another is in the army and is away on base a lot. The other (s) spend a lot of weekends down the coast too. But we are all extremely respectable, work hard, love a Sunday BBQ and spend most of our spare time at the beach. All in all, very respectable and reliable. We are flexible with a move date, anywhere from two weeks onward. But could work around whatever suits. Budget wise we are open to this also. And flexible with length of stay. Can do anywhere from 3 months to 12 months. Happy to discuss this with you. Thanks, and hopefully chat soon!
I'm travelling with my partner Luke. We're both from England and have lived in Australia for the last 18 months. We enjoy meeting new people, travelling, surfing (or trying to), chilling by the beach and hanging out with friends. Love to socialise but we do respect other's personal space and we aren't party animals. We love cooking and consider ourselves clean and tidy people, both non-smokers.

Respectful Australian guy looking for a room in an established home or to collaborate with people who want to make a new place. My work focuses on understanding how distinctive environments and organizational cultures impact creativity and innovation for community wellbeing. Not interested in a partyhouse. Rather, I appreciate a friendly and relaxed vibe - ideally making a sanctuary, balancing private and shared space. That said, my interests range from a love of exploring nature to storytelling, conversation and an occasional social drink or cooking a meal for friends. Simon

I often head down the coast on weekends with my pup.

I am outgoing and I like to chat/socialise but I am also easygoing and know when to respect others personal time and space. I am also very active and visit the gym almost everyday after work so you would rarely see me at home. As a Spaniard, originally from Madrid, I enjoy football (I am a supporter of Real Madrid) and surf (even though I am a beginner). I also love travelling around and have visited more than 60 countries. You can count on me to keep the place clear, tidy and peaceful, even though I enjoy hanging out and would join any plan you propose! Looking forward to make new friends! Alvaro
I am a Finnish girl coming to Sydney for 3 months to complete my internship there. I am calm and tidy roommate and I have experience in living in a shared accommodation. I am very outgoing and cant wait to explore the city and meet new people!

I am always up for a chat, meal or wine however appreciate my own time and space. I have bedroom furniture so an unfurnished room would be best. I am a social smoker (strictly outdoor only) so I'd need a place to be ok with that.

I am 23yr old female who is currently relocating to Sydney for a new job opportunity. I am responsible, respectful of other peoples space and most importantly clean and tidy! I am very busy and rarely home during the week but dont mind a casual drink or night out on the weekend. I also enjoy spending my free time outdoors exploring or at the beach. Looking for similar minded people who enjoy socialising with their housemates.
Looking for a beautiful place near the beach. Ideally, I would like to move in with people that enjoy occasional dinners and drinks together, but also respect each others space. I'm not looking for a party house or a shared room. I clean up after myself, am considerate of others and generally get along with most people. I'm a PhD student (neuroscience), working full time at Sydney Uni & on a scholarship to support myself. I love going to the beach, sports (running, soccer, trying to learn how to surf (so a roommate that can teach me is an extra bonus;)), reading and socializing with friends. I have lived in shared housing for years and have references upon request:) Let me know if you have a place for me!
Looking for a relaxing house share with people of similar age to myself. I am clean and tidy and respectful of other peoples space. I am a nurse so people who are understanding of my shift pattern would be ideal, sometimes needing to sleep during the day when on night shifts. In my spare time I love to relax on the beach, go to the gyms and head to gigs. I am easy going and would like the mix of some social time with my flatmates but also some time alone especially after a busy day at work. I am originally from the UK but have been in Sydney for over 3 years. I currently live on my own in Coogee but due to crazy rent prices and getting a bit lonely at times I am wanting to go into a flat share. I have my own furniture but willing to sell if the place I move into is furnished. Also own a car so a place with parking or plenty of on street parking would be ideal.
I have lived in flatshares for years in Aus, UK, and UAE, very respectful, tidy, etc. Moving back to Sydney after 4 years away, looking for some fun and chilled out flatmates in a no drama place. I run, surf, gym, yoga, and occasionaly get on the drinks then sit around watching netflix and eating biscuits the next day. I travel frequently with work and will often be away for 2-3 weeks at a time.
I'm a mid 20's London female, enjoying the laid back Australian lifestyle! I'm a homeowner in the uk currently renting it out. I'm exceptionally clean, tidy and responsible. I maintain a busy social life, therefore don't spend a huge amount of time at home. The time I do spend there, I love to cook, clean, watch netfixs and chill.

Hello. Looking for a private or shared room in Bondi to spend 4 - 6 weeks in starting January 14th. I'm working for a Spanish start-up and will be working during the week in the city centre, but would love to live near a beach during my stay. I'm originally from Brazil, but have been living in Spain for the past 10 years. I'm a great housemate, friendly, considerate, quiet, and clean. I like to cook, read, and love music.
I am originally a Colombian guy, who lives in Sydney since almost a year. Personally I am a clean and tidy person, very sociable but also understands and respects the privacy of others. Living in a flatshare to me means: a friendly, honest and fun atmosphere between all tenants - with a good communication among each other. Furthermore some shared dinners or movies, an easy going contact with each other. I am a part-time worker and student, focusing on Marketing and Management but deepening my knowledge in alternative therapy and all that has to do with a healthy and balanced life style. I would love to find likeminded people to share a house or flat with each other, or moving into an existing shared apartment.
Hi I'm Alice, 21 years old and a young professional working 30-40 hours per week. Looking for a room to rent in an existing share house/apartment. Ideally looking to live with males/females or a couple. I'm easy going, friendly, fun, and trustworthy. I like my personal space and time at home but also like to socialise and always keep my house respected and clean and tidy. I'm into the gym and my music, and do a lot of reading, cooking, and watch movies but also like to go out for drinks now and then. Looking to live with people long term who are respectful of personal space and tidy, but someone who I can socialise with. I'm Aussie by citizenship but originally from England and lived in Sydney for 2 years.
Easy going, respectful and understanding of house shares. 26 year old Australian, just returned from the UK and looking for a place to call home. I'm clean and tidy, enjoy a mid week sneaky wine or dinner but mostly enjoy down time during the working week. Enjoy the beach, netball and BBQ's over summer. If I sound like the right fit for you, please do get in touch. Thanks Cassie
Hi my name is Justin. I am a 51 year old market research exec and I work in the City. My work schedule typically starts early and some weeks includes evening work (moderating focus/discussion groups) so I won't arrive back at home until later in the evening. As I put in long hours during the week, weekends are for relaxing and visiting with one or both of my grown-up daughters. I like to keep fit and healthy so the average week includes time for the gym, and a hit of tennis, the Bondi to Bronte walk and/or a lap or two around Centennial Park. I am new to the flatmate game but I'm guessing that what makes a good flatmate is someone who is friendly and easy to get along with, carries their fair share of the housework, dishes etc, respectful of their flatmate's privacy, possessions and time and is an open and honest communicator when concerns or problems come up – all things I think I would definitely bring to the table. I must admit I am not much of a foodie so I tend to keep it simple. I am often out at meal times so tend to look after myself. Happy to share on weekends however and I know my way around a BBQ and can use it to whip up a mean swordfish steak, Indian chicken, or steak. As for furniture I am travelling quite light at the moment, so ideally I am looking for a space that is furnished but if it isn't I will buy what I need.
Hey, I'm Yasmine, 26 and from the UK. I'm new to Australia and I'm currently exploring the East Coast until 9th December, and then surprising my parents in the UK for Christmas. I will be back shortly after Christmas and looking for a new place to call home! I am very keen on travel and keeping fit, and I like to socialize and explore on the weekends. I'm a considerate and tidy person. I am looking for a double room in a shared apartment or house with sociable and friendly housemates!
Asa and I have been close friends since we met time ago. She is a sweedish make up artist, and I am a yoga teacher originally from Barcelona. We both work full time, and have been living in Sydney for the last two years. We are clean, tidy, like early mornings but enjoy of a night out, and like to make of each house we live in, our home :) We would like to share room since we are trying to save up some money to go visit our families next year. Please contact us with any further questions or to meet up for an inspection :)! Thanks Sigrid and Asa X

I am an easy going, quiet and mature lady from Germany, looking for a self-contained unit or granny-flat around the Eastern Suburb beaches. staying in Sydney regularly and would need accomodation from December 2016 untill May 2017 If required I can provide references of my reliability from previous visits
A little about myself...well I am a comedy genius! I love the Netflix. I am an awesome trivia partner (I know my pop culture) and travelling. I am also a great listener. I can cook a mean Buffalo Chicken Dip (you will thank me once you try it). I enjoy coming up with fun events to do with friends. I worked in research for a couple of years at Johns Hopkins. I conducted neurocognitive testing on patients. I enjoy eating well, staying fit and being outside. I grew up in Miami and lived in Bmore (Baltimore aka The Wire). I am a uni student. I like baking so if you are a fan of cupcakes you are in luck. As a flatmate I am clean and enjoy organising. I am considerate of others. I do not smoke and I am not a fan of it. I am looking for a furnished room and the right fit. Yessi
I have just returned from living in New York where I was working on a start up. I am working on the startup here in Sydney. I am looking to share with easygoing professionals of any age. I tend to be out working from 8 til 8. When I am home I am sociable but I also like to have quite time in my room taking in my day, writing and catching up with things on the internet. I am a naturally kind person with a gentle sense of humour. I love travel, independent cinema, technology and walking by the harbour or the sea. I am looking to join an improv. theatre group once I have the site up and running. If that sounds like the sort of person you would like to share with please contact me. I am open to offers to stay from as little as two weeks up to 12 months or more. Right now I am subletting from a guy in Bronte who is on holidays in New York. He returns shortly so I am open to either short term or long term offers. If needs be a short term one can see me through while look for a long term one.
