Hi I'm Karlos, a 30 year old kiwi professional working in the financial sector in the city. I enjoy the normal things, socialising with friends, eating out and getting a bit of exercise in. I work pretty standard 8 to 6 office hours. I'm not much into clubbing anymore but do enjoy a drink out every now and then at the pub. I'm a avid gym goer with my sessions normally in the morning. I enjoy getting out on out on the weekend whether it's catching up with friends, swimming, seeing family or just enjoying Sydney. I have a lovely beagle named Barkley. He's well behaved, loves some affection and his daily walks.
Hi there I'm Oren, 24 yo easygoing and friendly backpacker from Israel, been in Australia over a year traveling and now in Sydney for the last 3months working fulltime in construction. I'm Agustin from Argentina, recently got a new job located near the CBD so I'm looking for a shared flat or house, ideally with my own room. I'm a computer engineer so I will be working full time from Mondays to Fridays. I'm an easy going, relaxed person, love to meet new people. Some of my interests are music, sports, movies, animals, technology, food, traveling.
I'm Alex from Los Angeles. I work in Marrickville in TV/Film. Always down to head to the beach, grab a coffee or make a family meal. Definitely a seeker of cheap fun: nature, festivals, exhibits, parties, etc. Love to surf, run, travel, watch movies and go see live music. I'm here for a good time not for a long time as I'm here on a Working Holiday Visa, so 3 to 4 months is my commitment. I'm very respectful of my flatmates and I clean up after myself. Really I'm looking for some nice, fun people who can have a drink/chat with me and explore Sydney outside the 9-5. Cheers!
Hi! My name's Ash and I'm a 26 year old Aussie girl currently residing in Brisbane, Queensland but moving to Sydney to study a Bachelor of Entertainment Management at the Australian Institute of Music. I will also be looking for part time work once I've relocated. I'm a big creative geek/multitasker and prior to my studies have worked as a photographer, makeup artist and web designer. I love to travel and go on adventures either locally or overseas, lived in Europe for 2 years and also 6 month stints in America and Japan. I can't function without coffee and am a big foodie, love exploring cities via their cafes and restaurants but also enjoy cooking at home, especially for my house/guests (always more fun than just cooking for myself!). I'm super friendly, very chilled and am guaranteed to laugh at all your jokes (and my own). I enjoy socializing but I'm not a party girl, I'd prefer to be playing video games (I come with a PS4) or watching Netflix with a bottle of wine then out in a club on a Saturday night. The only person I would have staying regularly sometimes would be my partner but he is staying up in Brisbane so it wouldn't be very often. I do enjoy personal space, so would be looking for my own room rather than shared. I'm very clean and considerate - the home is a sanctuary where you come to unwind not to be stressed by mess. I also find cleaning quite cathartic, throw on some sweet tunes and get into it. Currently I am looking for a place for about 6 months but if I feel really at home I will definitely stay longer. I also adore animals and will love any furry friends you have! Feel free to message any time on here or my socials :)
I'm Ash, 31 originally from Ireland and living in Australia for 9 years now. I work full time in the CBD in the insurance and banking industry and I'm in my final year of an interior design course. I live the typical busy Sydney lifestyle of keeping fit, dining out and having a wine or two at home when relaxing with friends or housemates. Looking for a place to call home. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks 😀 As a housemate, I'm clean, tidy, friendly and respectful. I also own a set of screwdrivers and enjoy baking when I've free time :-)
Hey I'm Julian and I've just moved from Perth recently to study my diploma in musical theatre. I'm super laid back and easy to get along with, generally quiet, tidy, and respecting of everyone's space. I study full time and work heaps on top of that, so you'll hardly notice me, but I would be keen to chill whenever I'm around. Shoot me a message if you're interested, would be super great to hear from you.
Im a pretty lovable character. i seem to make friends with everyone i meet. id like to have an awesome friendship with whoever i live with. (it would just make life easier!) Im honest and reliable. You really wont have any issues with me!
I'm 29 years old and originally from England. I've been in Sydney for just over a year now. I'm pretty active, always out the door doing something... going to the beach or meeting up with friends. I work in consulting in the city, and travel every now and then, so will be gone some weeks while I'll have a week off here and there. Lina is a 25 year old Norwegian girl. She just moved to Sydney as she lived in Melbourne last year. She loves cooking, being active, go to gigs, hiking, going to the beach and much more. She's currently working in construction management, on a project in Alexandria and works normal working hours Monday to Friday. We are both clean and respect other people's privacy in the house, but love being social as well. We have both been living in house shares for over 6 years and truly understand the value of a good house mate. We're available to move in end of March, as we're just living at my place in Coogee for the moment and we've given two weeks notice. Looking forward to hear from you, and hope to come by for a chat soon!
Irish guy moving to Sydney from Wellington due to promotion with work. Easy going and laid back attitude. Will be away mid week with work quite often. Tidy and like keeping my space clean. Pretty social - up for a beer or whatever on evenings or weekends.
Hey there, I am a mid 20's professional - originally from QLD with Sydney being home for the past 2 years. I've lived in a few share houses and enjoy the company / feel and understand the team work to make it work. Quite clean, I enjoy all sorts of company, great banter, relaxing, beach trips, pub hangs, nights in at home with roomies cooking and catching up but also enjoy personal space so I respect that with others :) Preferably looking for room to rent but open to find a place to team up and rent. Hoping to move early to mid April. I am an Account Manger across NSW working full time Monday - Friday generally 8-6. Also, as I have a car a priority of mine is car parking available. Looking forward to meeting you future flat mates!
Hello, I'm Su. I'm from Korea and working holiday backpacker. I've been looking for a sharehouse in Sydney. I don't smoke, I do drink occasionally. I'd clean my place always and I'm friendly person. I hope I can find a good sharehouse to live. Thank you for reading.
Hi there! I'm Ulrika, originally from Estonia, I spent my last year living and working in New Zealand and now making my way to Sydney. I'm mostly into creative stuff like music, film and design, but also yoga, snowboarding, jogging. I have a degree in urban planning, but I've also worked in different creative fields and organized events. As a flatmate I respect other people's privacy and property. I enjoy cooking and sometimes having a drink and laughs together, but I'm not looking for a party house, but more of a nice and cozy place where to relax after work. I'm currently working full-time in CBD. I haven't planned the length of my stay yet, but this can be anything between a few months to a year. Depends how fast I will fall in love with Sydney :) I'm also keen to team up and flexible with the move in date. Let me know if you want to be my new flatmate and let's work something out!
I'm a friendly, easy going Graphic Designer working full-time freelance in Pyrmont. I've recently returned from living in London for 4 years and am looking for a place to call home. I'm open to long lets/mon-fri lets/shortlets -but ideally a minimum of 3 months. What am I like to live with? I am easy going, very clean, friendly and respectful. I love having a laugh, enjoy a craft beer a couple times a week and socialising with my friends. Oh and cleaning the bathroom is my specialty. I'm not a bedroom hobbit nor a party gal. I'm just easy going and enjoy a bit of a chat if people are up for it. I never work from home, I'm always working from an office. I can move any time - I'm currently couch/spare bedroom surfing at friends houses. Drop me an email if you think I'd be a good fit in your home. Oh and my name is Amanda, and I'm 34. Cheers :)
Neat, organised and pretty quiet. Will be finishing my degree in hotel management during the 6 months and working part-time as well, but also up for some movies and drinks once in a while. Hi guys, Having lived in shared houses for a good number of years, I know what I'm looking for: a (fairly) tidy house where I can kick back & relax after work, hopefully with flatmates who wanna join me for a glass of wine or go to a gig with. I like to think that I have a laidback attitude towards shared bills and friends stopping by for drinks. Likewise, I hope that you don't mind me inviting friends over for the occasional dinner, and that you are as keen on binging shows (Stranger Things anyone?) when hungover. I've lived in Melbourne for the past 1.5 years and loved it, but now it's time to get a taste of the Sydney lifestyle. Although I already know a good few people in Sydney, I'd love to get to meet new folks and see where you hang out. About myself: I love sports and great food, and try to let the one not exclude the other (aka no dieting). Sports: running (training for the Great Ocean half marathon), indoor soccer, HITT training. Other: brunch, movies, occasional museum, festivals.
I'm a 27 year old guy from England. I've recently moved to Sydney for work (I work in insurance). I love sport and socialising - rugby, soccer, running and I'm currently trying to learn to surf. Looking to live with like-minded professionals who work during the week but are happy to go for dinner and/or drinks too.
I'm from Sweden and I came to Sydney on March 16 to be with my Swedish girlfriend who lives in Tempe. I am a positive and social guy who is tidy and polite. *Due to contract ending I'm looking to move somewhere in or near Sydney CBD vicinity by end of March. Please get in touch as i'm currently residing in 2047 area, so won't be an issue to visit available rooms or know of people who like to team up.* I'm Berto from Gold Coast of Macauese descent , wishing to find a room/place or team up within Sydney vicinity. I'm friendly, clean, tidy guy who likes travelling, food and more. I'm happy to cook for myself or others on odd days and up for occasional night out or just stay in and chill on sofa with others watching movies/tv shows. Not only will i be your housemate but also want to know all well so we be comfortable around each other from the get go. Indeed I also respect others personal space and privacy. I embrace diversity and up for making new friends as I am new to Sydney surroundings. I've studied and worked in U.K. since teens but recently back Oz to settle. I'm a self employed mixed media guru although open to many other interest as i like to learn new things. Cheers! :)
Hey there! If you are looking for a tidy, organized, mature, social, respectful and positive teamplayer you have found one. I'm a 31-year-old Finn and will be starting work in North Sydney in April. I'm thus looking for a room (private) as near to it as possible. I'm very passionate about dancing and like singing too, but don't do the latter in the shower ;). You can also count in communication, languages, (future) technology, science, sustainability and neurology as other interests of mine. I don't smoke or consider myself as too much of a cook either so am able to keep smoke out of the kitchen too :D. I'm not a partyer, the energy for that is wasted on exercise and working during the daytime, but I do enjoy a salsa night out every now and then. And when enticed, a beer/wine with flatmates is always welcome. I have a recommendation letter from my former landlord in Finland and you can also check references about me as a guest from AirBnB or scoop on my profile on Facebook. Better yet, give me a ring and do a second degree in person :)
I'm a 24-year old Journalism and Media student from Amsterdam, who lived in several parts of the world (Canada, Arizona) and who's really into healthy lifestyle, but still a fun person that can enjoy a great party once in a while ;-)
About me I've recently moved to Sydney from the Gold Coast but I'm originally from the UK. I am looking for a minimum of 3 months at the moment but hopefully can extend. Just a bit about me...I love healthy living and fitness. I enjoy travel, feel at home outdoors or being on the water, by the sea or exploring the hinterland by foot! I am getting into art and photography and regularly post pictures of my food or travel adventures on Instagram. I practice yoga and meditation pretty much every day. I am easy going, fun and friendly and a considerate housemate. I am not looking for a party house but it would be nice to meet like-minded people.
