Hey! I am a Physio working in Chatswood and currently living in lane cove. I am originally from New Zealand and have lived in Australia for 5years now, love it here. I'm into fitness, beach, healthy eating and work life balance. I am new to Sydney been here about 3months. Give me a buzz can move in from now onwards and happy for long term lease, I am here to stay :)
HI, I am returning to Sydney after a brief stint in the United States. Ideally, I am looking for a studio or private flat, but I am also interested in shared flats. I am a single man, I keep things tidy and I respect other people space/belongings. If you would like previous rental references, I would be happy to provide them. I will be returning to work as a manager of a small marine business at Ferguson's Marina, Mosman. I look forward to hearing from you. Dan.
I'm in my 20's, work 8 - 6ish in advertising so during the week pretty quiet but social. Very clean, lived in share houses and know how to respect a property I've always become good friends with past housemates. Usually on weekends I am with friends and respect the house and the people in there. I am being transferred to Manly for work... where I grew up so am pretty excited to go back and have all these hope and aspirations that I will get on the fitness bandwagon and learn to dive.
Hi guy's Looking for a friendy place to sleep and eat. Dont need much. Working most of the time. Dont party. Stay quite.
Hi There, We are two kiwis who have just arrived in Sydney. We are looking for an apartment to share with individuals who are tidy, respectful, but also social and friendly. We both enjoy getting outdoors, being active, surfing, snorkelling, hiking and travel. On the weekends we enjoy being social and having drinks with friends. We are not keen on a party house but would like to be social with our flatmates. We have degrees in psychology and fine arts. Preferably we would like a large room and a private bathroom and are looking in the Manly Area
I am an easy going, friendly and upbeat person. I pride myself on being a clean, respectful and trustworthy housemate. I'm very laid back and equally happy keeping to myself or engaging with house activities. In my spare time I like to go to the beach and hang out with friends. I am making the move over to Sydney from Perth as I love the city and have many close mates living there around Bondi, Paddington & Manly. I will be working full time as an Executive Assistant. I am open to short term and long term lease agreements, but looking to stay for a minimum of 6 months.
June 2- July 7 - Do you have the perfect space for us? Thank you :-) We are professional Pet-Sitters and are looking for a clean and quiet space in-between pet-sits. We used to be professional cleaners so your space will always be respected. Merv and I both work from our laptops as we are both self-employed which can be done in our room, at a local cafe or library. We are independent, keep to ourselves and are honest and happy people. If you do have any dogs we would be happy to walk them and keep them company. Our daily practice is morning meditation and daily gratitude so we are very calming to be around. Always seeing the good and focusing on the positive. Thank you warmly for considering us. Any Police Clearances and testimonials is easy to offer if that provide more peace of mind and reassurance.
We are a outgoig and peacefull couple from Brazil, who likes to enjoy the outdoor life and know new places, people and cultures. We'r looking for a nice place with good people to live with and have enjoyable moments!!
I am respectful and resposible, but also social and keen to spend some time together. I am from Poland, but spent the last 7 years in Spain studying and working, all that time sharing a flat so I have experience :) I recently moved to Sydney and I am about to start working here.
Hi, guys, I'm 27 years old, easy-going girl, originally from the Czech Republic and looking for a room to rent in the end of May. I've been in Australia for 7 months now and looking for a long-term renting with people who could become not only my flatmates but also friends, who I could sometimes watch a movie or just have a good time. I'm quite busy as I'm working in Real Estate, studying Business and also sometimes work in Cafe. Apart of that I enjoy going to the gym or do any sort of sports. I previously rented the flat in Scotland on my name so I'm responsible, tidy person, nonsmoker, who knows what responsibilities sharing brings. I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon. Cheers, Alena! :)
Hey we are New Zealand and English couple moving to Australia in a few weeks after having spent a few years traveling. We are looking for somewhere close to the beach for after work and just a simple place to call home ! We are easy going and tidy people.
Andre is the eldest of 8 boys and has been living out of home since he was 18. Andre is a keen traveller and sportsperson, currently looking for somewhere to stay before he takes off on a new adventure. Andre is a very tidy and organised individual, with excellent rent history, his own car and a full time job. Andre currently works as a bartender on the northern beaches and is looking to stay in that area while searching for a new place to call home. Andre is a non-smoker and lover of pets (although does not currently own any)
I'm Alex. I'm 26 and have been working in Sydney for 3 months. Financial Auditor. Work from 9 to 5. Friendly, sociable and neat guy. Enjoy sports - surfing, cricket, soccer. Like to cook. Having a few drinks with my house mates on the weekend doesn't hurt. Non-smoker. Looking to share a house with some awesome people!
Hey guys! Like many others the season of apartment hunting has started for me. I'm an Italian guy (please do not hold it against me), 31 years old (as wise as Yoda), and a full time backpacker. In my free time I like to have some drinks, do yoga, go to the movies, workout and attend public events or festivals. I am independent so I am happy to do all of this alone but am also happy to share a meal or drink with my flatmate once in a while! I have been living in flat-share since I was 26 and have had over 10 flat-mates over the past 6 years so I believe I am very adaptable and easy-going. I respect other person's properties, sleep and intimacy. I clean after myself and always happy to do my part of the house work. Expect nothing less but carbonara pasta, and good craft beer tastings if I live in the apartment! Please do contact me if you like the idea of meeting me and possibly fill up the extra room you have. Looking forward to hear from you! Massimo
A bit about us: Luke is a former builder who now works as a PT, and I'm working in consulting at a professional services firm. We spent last year traveling Mexico and Central America and now heading to Sydney together after I got offered a job in the CBD (we're originally from NZ). We are both easy going and chilled; we like a drink and a yarn but are more into the outdoors than big nights out. Into hikes, surfing, fishing, good music and a good laugh. We are clean, tidy, respectful and considerate.
Care-free easygoing attitude, can have a good time but also appreciate time to myself. My interests include socializing, computing, music & djing Always up for a beer/wine and a chat! I take a positive approach to life - happiness is the key
Hey! I'm 21 years old looking for my first place to move in to. I'm neat, tidy and self sufficient. I would love to find housemates that would become friends as I'm easy going and enjoy having a chat. I've lived on the northern beaches my whole life and love it! I'm hopefully starting college in August starting a bachelor of Naturopathy and I volunteer at Black Dog Institute. I have a little black cat I'm hoping to bring with me but if it's a definite no to pets, I can arrange for her to continue living with my parents. Fingers crossed I sound like someone you might like to live with. Warm regards, Emily
Hi I'm Dan, 27 year old hairdresser working for YM salon in Paddington full time. I've been doing a massive commute from the western suburbs for over 6 months now and I'm ready for a life style overhaul. I'm clean and tidy, I'm reasonably quiet. I enjoy my down time at home, but I also like to get out and explore. My ideal housemates would be people who like to socialise within the house and would like to take me out to meet new people also. I've only lived in Sydney coming up 2 years so some new mates wouldn't go astray.
Hi, I'm easy going, calm, clean, tidy, respectful with a very dry sense of humour. I work full time for a university in town. Fairly active - sailing, snorkelling, cycling, kayaking and beach bat n ball as often as possible. Looking for someplace short term or longer term. Hoping to find a flattie with similar interests who can handle my chat over a glass of wine now and then, maybe even prepared to go down the pub occasionally to shoot the breeze. Try to keep in shape and eat healthily. Get on ridiculously well with dogs. Consider myself to be a very youthful 50-something, but the mirror can shatter that delusion some mornings. Despite being an Australian citizen I am also very much Scottish, so there is a bit of an accent going on.
