I’m a surfer from Hawaii who just relocated to Sydney for work! I’m very easygoing, laidback, clean, quiet, and responsible. I work in Bondi and the city as well. I love to surf so looking for an apartment or flatshare in the eastern suburbs or somewhere close to the beach. Cheers mates!
I am 27 years old from Canada, Amy is 26 from England. I love to surf in my free time and enjoy being outside. We are both easy going people and we get along well with others. We enjoy having a few drinks and socializing with friends when we’re free. We like to keep our place clean, are non smokers, and are respectful of our roommates.
From NZ but moved here from Mexico 12 months ago. Work professional job in the city but love to get out and meet everyone. Kitesurfing is my life weather permitting, otherwise anything else with a bit if excitement. Pretty relaxed, easy going, clean house is key. Want a place to live in & not a bedroom dweller but after long day at work peace is also nice. Let catch up for a drink & discuss.
Hey there, I'm an American traveling the world as a nanny, I've spent the last three years in New Zealand and plan on my next year or two spent here in Sydney. I love spending time working out, relaxing at the beach, and especially making new dishes in the kitchen. I'll be working full time in the week and am happy cozying up at home after work. I'm a very lively, clean, and respectable person to live with as I take pride in each and every place I call home. Looking for flatmates who can be friendly and show me around but also enjoy me time.
Hey here!! My name is María José, but you can call me María for a shorter version, or as my friends call me in my country, "Cote". I'm 25 (yo) from Chile and I'm about to start my second year in Sydney! and looking for a place that feels like home. What do I do for work? I'm working as a project coordinator for an IT company in the city and I really like it. The plan (long term) is to look for a job in HR (I'm a psychologist) and would love to gain some experience in this area while I'm living here. Things I love: Travel, Meet new people, a good book, be with my friends, watch series, a glass of wine and BQQ!. Things I hate... being cold, cinnamon and spicy stuff! As a person, I’m real easy going, friendly and while my room may alternate between whirlwind and organised, I totally respect the common areas and keep them fairly neat (for full disclosure, I may leave my jacket lying around occasionally if I’m in a rush). Also, I'm very clean and I will respect your stuff (ie, I won’t drink your last coke of eat your cereal). If you think that I could be a good fit, I would love to stop by sometime and chat! , and if you have other questions please feel free to ask. Cheers!
Hey my name is tom I am 25 and from England .. I am working full time and currently living in Darlinghurst which is great, but I came to Australia to surf so would really love to live by the beach instead ! I am very sociable and easy to talk to, I have lived and worked in 5 different countries for the last 7 years so I am really happy to be around various nationalities and languages. Super clean and respectful person also! I get on with absolutely anybody and I'm really hoping I can make some good friends out of this and not just housemates :)
Hi guys! I'm French, I moved in Sydney in 2016 in Newtown. I've lived there since, but now I really would like to move by the beach to live the Aussie dream (you know, become a pro surfer and all). About my way of life, I'm a pretty calm guy. I've reduced a lot drinking and going out and replaced that by a lot of sport. That's also why I think having a healthy life by the beach would really fit me. I especially like to run, yoga and climbing, but I'm pretty much open to everything. My job is pretty fast paced and takes me a lot of time (working in PR) so I'm not doing much after work except working out, and I usually go to bed pretty early. I'm also an early bird, including on weekends, I like to make the most of my days. That doesn't mean I'm not going out at all, I'm often up for sharing a drink / diner when I have the time, I also go to the footy every now and then. I'm not looking for housemates for convenience, I like to share things, do some activities together, going for a walk, watch a movie, maybe find a surf buddy, ... I'm social and I like to welcome people in the house every now and then. I like to live in a clean place, where we share the different tasks. You won't have issues with me on that. I'm looking for a place long-term, I'm working with a sponsorship so I'm here at least for the next couple of years and aiming to get my permanent residency. Hope to find like-minded people to share a nice place with :)
I am a young entrepreneur and business professional (German) who recently moved from Copenhagen to Sydney. I am 31 years old (still young!) and would consider myself mature, much experienced in flat-sharing and easy-going who likes to socialize but also respects people's quiet time. Looking for long-term accommodation (min. 6 months) and a place I can call my new home. I am particularly looking for a place which is shared with only one (1) other person. A free or cheap place to sleep on a sofa is also fine for me. Happy to come around any time so we can get to know each other.
super quiet and friendly guy, always doing excersise and really respectful, need a new place for me and my motorcycle!
I am a light hearted person. I would like to live with like-minded people who like to study and also like to interact and keep a positive vibe in the house. I am a respectful and a tidy person and always pitch in for household work. Learning to cook too!
Hi, I'm Dom, i'm from London and work in Finance; moving to Aus in October on a working holiday visa :) I have lived with friends from uni for the past 4 years and am very sociable, clean and enjoy a morning run. Would love to live in a social house as I will be new to Sydney, but am also very happy having my own space to enjoy time to chill. Planning on staying in Australia for at least a year but whilst I firm up a job would probably look to sign up for 3 months rent initially until settled in (flexible).
Respectful, social, enjoy a few drinks but love having chilled nights in the week and tend to be busy seeing friends on weekends. We have always lived in house shares and enjoy getting to know new people - we'd love to live with people who like to have a chat after work but also respect each others privacy. We both work full time and are looking to stay around Sydney long term if we can get sponsorship - looking for short term currently as we may need to go and do our regional work in a few months.
Hi ! I'm Dean, i work full time running my own start up business which keeps my mind occupied :) I normally work regular business hours based in the city but sometimes i tend to bring some work home. I'm more of a yogi type and up early pretty much every day for practice before work so not looking to join a party household. I love socialising over dinners, wine, nature walks, yoga or basically any health related activities. I like to cook at home - vegetarian foods so if that's your thing i'm happy to share!! I love playing acoustic guitar if you like the background tinkering or maybe you're musically inclined too? I consider myself a spiritual person - very considerate of housemates and i'm looking for someone/others that share the same views. Always looking to make new friends too! Happy to live with guys/girls whateves..
Tay. I'm a 27 year old UX/UI designer working full time for a global company based in Sydney. I originally made the move from Brisbane around two years ago with work. In my spare time, I enjoy getting away on the weekends or staying close to home enjoying the parks, beaches, bars and restaurants Sydney has to offer. Not the greatest cook but starting to experiment with gourmet meals that don't come prepackaged in microwave containers. Looking to join a well-balanced household where the housemates don't mind relaxing with a beer or wine mid-week or sharing a house dinner together. Current housemates have unfortunately got me watching love island, it's now somewhat of a weeknight tradition.
Hi! I am a 32 year French girl and I am working full time as a Project Manager in HR (sponsor visa). I am looking for a room in a shared house close to Eastern suburbs. The best of the best would be to have a view on the Harbour, ocean or some nature. I am looking for friendly house mates who want to share a beer or a glass of wine after work and watch some series on Netflix! It would be great for me to find people with who I can discuss with at dinner time and be part of a "foreign family" ;-) I love traveling (US, Asia, Europe...). I am easy-going and respectful. I am used to live in shared houses so no problem of cleaning behind me and share house keeping tasks. I am a beginner in photography, I love to discover new places around Sydney on the week end and have brunch on Sunday morning. I speak French and English. Thanks ! Marie
Hey there, I’m a 22 year old Kiwi who moved over from NZ beginning of this year! Looking for a new shared flat to move into, but I am a bit flexible with move in dates. I’m a pretty easy going, friendly flat mate, who likes to bake as well! Keen to find some friendly people to move in with who keen to hang out and have a couple of drinks with!
G'day Legends, Super chilled, business professional, that's fun and easy to get along with. Someone who is social, but also doesn't mind doing their own thing-All the usual jazz peeps put here. *If you have a nice place, with good people/good vibes. Location near the beach would be ideal preferred long term but open to short term, may also be away a fair bit, so won't be around too much as well.. Get in touch. Cheers ✌🏻
I'm a 4th year student from Canada coming for a study term in Australia. I study animal biology and am graduating with my BSc shortly. I will be studying full-time for the term. I love swimming, the outdoors, and I'm excited to see Sydney. I'd really like to meet people who are fun and enjoy a good laugh but not interested in a full-on party house. I am respectful of other's spaces, clean, and have lived well with a roommate in Canada for three years. I prefer to live with females for roommates.
23 y/o Dutch Cultural Studies student, looking for a place in the Eastern suburbs. I'm passionate about my studies, digging vinyl, thriftstore-treasure-hunts, finding gems in little, hidden bookshops, visiting museums and just enjoying everything nice that Sydney has to offer. I'll be doing my own research at UNSW, so I'll be a busy girl reading about history, philosophy and critical cultural theory. As for living, I'm looking for a shared house with calm and open minded people who have their shit together (or at least semi-together :-) ). I love a little creativity and social spirit around me, but at times I also need my own space, just reading a book or finding new recipes to try out in the kitchen.. PS: I make a mean Moroccan tagine and it's always best when it's shared ;-). PPS: I work at a bakery in Maroubra (yay for free bread!!)
I’m from Sydney, working full time, but I’d like to shorten the commute so I have more time for my mates, knitting and gym although I’d probably find a way to avoid the latter. I’ve been living on my own the last couple of months, I do enjoy my own space but I’d prefer to have people around I can have a chat/dinner/binge watch with. I’m off on holiday for the next month, looking for something available long term at end of July/ beginning of August :) P.S I don’t wear glitter very often but neither do I tend to take selfies if I’m not
