Im currently looking for a room to rent from the end of this month (June) when I get back from visiting my family 😊 I work as a babysitter and I start full time study on the 14th of July. I’ll also be on work placement with this. I’m very independent and have been renting places on my own until recently. Just looking for an easy going place to live with friendly house mates! I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself most of the time, enjoy spending time with friends and my partner. I love dogs! sadly allergic to cats though. Non smoker/drinker if it’s important 👍
We are great to live with because we pay our rent on time, we are neat and tidy and are friendly easy going people that get along with everyone. As siblings we also get along with each other very well. We love to socialize however not party animals and keep the noise to a minimum most of the time:)
About me: 30 years old, non smoker, non drinker, Australian male, no drama, always pays rent on time, clean and tidy. Very friendly, easy to live with :) I'm looking for a place that: - is not on a busy road or train line - does not have any smokers or past smokers (I mean no offence, I'm allergic to it so can't take the risk sorry) - has a ceiling fan in the room - is $200 per week or less (including all bills). Location: Gold Coast or Brisbane (Flatmates won't allow me to select any more suburbs on my profile). For example: - springfield area - graceville - paradise point, hollywell, main beach, broadbeach, bundall, southport, ashmore, robina, varsity lakes, etc. - currumbin, tallebudgera, bilambil, etc. - banora point, tweed heads, casuarina - jindalee, westlake, middelpark, etc. - goodna, camira, etc. - greenslopes, springwood, woodridge, etc. - kingston, tanah merah, loganlea, loganholme, etc. - cleveland, wynnum, manly, lota, etc. - nundah, chermside, etc. Please contact me if you think you have a room that suits! Thank you :)
Hi , my husband an I are and our 4 year old granson have moved from ballina. We are staying with friends atm. We are really looking forward to finding an awesome little granny flat for 6 months as we will be heading to the sunshine coast after xmas. Thx Kellie Greg and Abel.....
I'm clean, tidy and can be a little OCD when it comes to cleaning. I can quite easily keep to myself or socialise in the evenings after work. I am respectful of people's personal space as I wish the same in return. I like to cook and prepare my own meals rather than live on junk food. I'm steadily employed and work long hours during the week and occasional Saturday morning. I have some of my own furniture including bed, fridge, and dryer. Currently in a relationship. Not into partying, drugs or smoking. Have an occasional after work drink to wind down and chill with a bit of TV and dinner. Don't have pets but I can get along quite easily with them. I need the internet to chat to my 2 family on the other side of Australia.
I'm pretty easy going. I like clean and tidy. Absolutely love to cook. Everybody likes their own privacy and space but at the same time no one wants it to feel like they have to no contact with other people your living with. I work alot and schedule is hectic. But I do enjoy a weekend off and a couple of drinks 😊 I also have a dog. His name is Dodge. He is an Italian mastiff x great Dane and an absolute sook who loves attention. His worst attribute is slobbering all over you to get a pat but he had the best nature
Hi I'm Jody, I'm a 38 year old female who is easy going and friendly, however do mostly keep to myself. I'm also quite a handy person and am happy to help out if there's any odd jobs around the yard or house that ever need doing. I have a very well behaved indoor male Maine Coon X cat who is very clean and although he's quiet he has a great personality and is more like a dog. I also have an equally well behaved, as well as respectful well mannered and easy going 14 year old daughter who stays with me every second weekend and week on week off during the school holidays. She's not your typical 14 year old who's loud and obnoxious, you barely even know she's around and is also happy enough to help around the house when asked. Anyway, if we sound like we could fit in with you at your home then please give me a call or text and we can have a chat. Thanx, Jody :)
I’m happy to be completely independent (cook and clean after myself, do my own washing & hang it out, etc). I study full-time (grade 12) and I will be going to Uni after I have finished high school. I have an inside cat that is toilet trained and genuinely well trained also loving but a little shy at first.
We are migrating to Australia Permanently on a Skilled Work Visa with our 7 year old son. We are non smoker, non drinker, clean , tidy and easy to get along people. We respect others privacy and their beliefs. We would prefer a room with own bathroom as we have a small kid. He is very well behaved.
NOTE: I've started applying for some different rental properties, pending approval. At this stage looking for some people who want to team up, however I'm not opposed to coming and looking at some pre-established sharehouses :) I am a quiet, respectful, easy-going uni student and I work two part time jobs. I like to keep myself busy so I'm out a lot, and when at home I generally keep to myself although I don't mind hanging out for a drink or dinner. I like to cook and would be happy to do group meals every now and then. I've lived in my current place for the last four and a half years, so I've had a lot of practice with my domestic skills. I'm more than prepared to help contribute to chores and odd jobs. I like to keep the house neat and tidy, and I have all the furnishings needed to fill a house (besides other bedrooms), plus a pool/air-hockey table. If moving to a place already furnished, I'll likely put all my stuff in storage. I have a medium sized dog named Marley (Shepard x Collie) I adopted a couple of years ago now, she's super friendly and pretty chill. I generally keep her outside but like to let her inside occasionally. I'll also be looking after my brother's pet snake while he is overseas. My lease is up at the end of July, but the owners are selling so I may be able to move sooner. Looking to keep things cheap on the rent/bills, so looking for a place with a few housemates, preferably young adults. Hope to hear from you soon :)
I am a 22 year old professional, non smoking, no drugs, little alcohol intake female, who has just separated with a long term boyfriend, looking for a quiet safe place to live. I have a Dachshund named Slink who is completely house trained and a very good boy. I am looking for almost any area within the Gold Coast, up to Logan suburbs. I would prefer a granny flat or something that was my own space. I am about to Graduate from University and will continue my Permanent Employment. I have been with my existing employer for 3 years and it is completely stable, rent would never be an issue, budgets are very important to me. When I'm not working, I take my dog for walks or have dinner with friends, combined with catching up on a good Netflix series. Please contact me if you have anything you think may suit, I am happy to answer any questions. Thank you for your consideration.
