About me: My name’s Naufal, 23 y/o Indonesian male (single) who now does full-time Engineering work in Yatala. We also have clients around CBD, so a location with 15-20 minutes drive is perfect. I just arrived in Brisbane on 16 May and will be in Australia for at least 6 months, possible for an extension to a longer term (4 years+) at the end of 6 months. Currently, I also have a car so a picture of available parking space would help. I don’t smoke, don’t have any pets (don’t go well with dogs), and don’t drink/party in the house. I’m also very clean, tidy, and respectful (have 2 references). I do go to the gym and cook daily (cleans after each cook). My current housemate who owns the property is planning to sell it so I am on the look out to find a room to rent as well.
