I have been travelling around Australia staying at various Buddhist Monasteries. I have decided to settle down for a while. I have a PhD, meditate, and like nature. I am a quiet person but also enjoy social interaction. I am an artist and am looking to start my practice again in the near future. I am a non drinker and non smoker. oh, and I like cats.
I am an easy going, friendly, independent woman. I have recently moved back to the area from Apollo Bay and have been housesitting since mid December!! I haven't got anything after early April, so am looking for more permanency... I'm positive, clean & tidy, enjoy walking, the outdoors, yoga, music and being with friends & family... hope to hear from you soon 😀😀
I am a tidy person, who assists others to make changes in themselves. My life is shared with Angel- a 2 and 1/2 year young poodle mix pup. I enjoy playing cards, knitting, gardening, taking walks with Angel. Am willing to work in garden etc for a discounted rent. On the weekends I tend to attend expos and markets, visit family, and host workshops.
Hey, I am hoping to find a room by 4/4/17. I would like to stay in or around Sunbury. If you have a room with another bathroom available please message me. I am easy to get along with, clean and tidy and generally keep to myself. I would prefer to live with one other female roommate who's around the same age or older. I should mention I have a 2 year old indoor cat.
Employed full time, reliable and respectful. Non smoker, social drinker. Comes with an awesome border collie and a couple of small bird aviaries. After a leafy outlook, with shed/ garage/ spare room for storage. Look forward to hearing from you :-)
I'm from Bendigo (but currently live in Echuca), and I'm looking to move out from my parents place. I work part time at McDonalds, and occasional modelling jobs in Melbourne. I'm pretty easygoing but I clean up after myself :) I'm usually a quiet person who likes reading, drawing, video games and makeup.
Hi there! me and my lovely girlfriend are looking for a room to rent in central bendigo! we are both down to earth fun loving people who love a laugh! we would make very clean and respectful housemates and quiet if you need ;)
Pretty friendly, super tidy, quiet but can be outgoing, and respectful towards people's privacy – I'd love if prospective housemates are too. Not so much of a party-goer but enjoy occasional social catchups. I'm looking for a room to rent; ideally that include bills and internet (but pretty open with paying split bills if room is affordable enough) and I'd like if prospective roommates to be LGBT-friendly. I work full time as a graphic designer so I'll be out of your hair most times of the days.
I am very quiet, I am quite the neat freak so I am always very clean and organised, I like to keep to myself, however I do enjoy socialising in small groups. I would be more comfortable living with someone under the age of 22-23. I work part time and am a full time student, so I am not fond of constant loud events late at night. I am a compassionate and caring person.
I am awesome. I am a tidy person with a wicked sense of humour. I don't drink, I don't do drugs, however, I do smoke cigarettes (outdoors only). Relatively easy going looking for a short term stay until my partner can join me. I am employed full-time. I love to dance and music is life. Looking forward to hearing from you 😊
I am an easy-going laid-back guy who has successfully been in shared households before. I am neat and tidy, as well as always willing to help with making a successful house. I am sociable, but also respect others peoples space. I am looking for Part Time work while I undertake my Studies.
I'm Matt, West Australian born and raised and moved to Melbourne 10 months ago. Professionally I am a Registered Nurse specialising in the field of Oncology. If asked to describe myself I have a stock standard response -geek thru and thru. If asked to name one television character that I best relate to is Dr Shelton Cooper. I might be shy but i can still have fun and enjoy a drink or two. My reason for utilising flat mates.com.au is after deciding to not renew a lease on a overpriced apartment i haven't been able to find another one and my lease expires on the 23rd March and so as of 12pm on Thursday I will have no place to plug in my hotrollers.
I am a single, quiet and respectful person who cleans up after myself and my dog, looking for somewhere to live. I am at times sociable but my partying days are behind me now. I have moved to Victoria from Alice Springs. I have full time work at Melbourne airport and would likely be gone from 7am-6pm, Mon-Fri. I am also looking into doing a diploma next semester with would keep me fairly occupied of a night time. I have a 2 y/o cross breed dog called Bear (about the size and shape of a greyhound). He is a great dog, desexed/registered, friendly and loves to be around people. Used to ger along with dogs reall well but unfortunately his attitude towards other dogs has changed a little since being in Victoria. He gets walked just about every day and is an outside dog so I am looking for a place with a bit of a backyard for him and fenced. I would also prefer if he was the only dog in the household. Some weekends I am gone for Friday night til Sunday night (the dog comes with me) visiting family and friends, other weekends I am happy to stay home, do my general household duties and catch up on TV series. Looking for a room for $150-200 a week, in the Macedon Ranges/Hume region. Realistically I would be looking to move in around late April.
Alrighty, well I'm a student at Bendigo Senior and unfortunately I have to live alone as my parents are moving away. I'm clean, organised and very easy to live with. I would love to get to know my room mates and not just sleep there as I hope to live there for at least a year or more.
I'm 24, soon to be studying Visual Art at Bendigo Tafe. Make the best protein balls, and smoothies, for a healthy lifestyle. I'm vegetarian, easy-going, clean, and friendly. Up for a good chat or belly-laugh anytime! Drink or no drink! I love music, art, walking and playing with my dog Taco! Exercise, having fun, reading a good book and chilling out. I play guitar and a bit of piano, am into fashion design, and I love to create! Plus I always pay my rent and bills on time! I'm reliable, trustworthy, and am also interested in teaming-up if you think you're for me, and my furry bundle of joy! Note: Not interested in a "party house", but a fun one all the same! Taco is house-trained, is loved by just about everyone, and isn't an outside only dog. He never smells poorly - cos he's quite clean, for a dog. Prolly cos he grooms himself like a cat! ^_^ Looking for a dog-friendly household to move into. So decent sized backyard a must.
I'm a nurse. I'm a pretty quiet person but can be loud and enthusiastic when absorbed in conversations or games or anything socially interesting to me. I love watching movies, reading books while sipping coffee or tea, and going out. People tell me that I'm welcoming and easy to get along with. I respect privacy of others as much as I want mine to be respected. I keep my place clean and tidy as often as possible. I don't have pets but I have no problem with animals and sometimes I play with them. I have no children.
I'm a nice easygoing person, will give you space when needed but will also hang out if you want to. Am currently studying year 12 so I need a nice place to do all that work. I have a 1 year old puppy that needs to be with me and he is an inside dog. I am a neat freak and will keep everything clean. From hillside and need to move out of a toxic relationship with my mother. Like to relax at home of a night but also have times where I love to party.
Hello, my name is Kai. I am a Chinese male coming from the lovely country of Malaysia. Currently, I am a medical student in my last year of my course and I have the opportunity and will be doing my hospital attachments in Aussie i.e Kingston Centre and Alfred Hospital. I'm easy going, likes to keep things clean and simple, loves outdoor activities, travel, adventures and gym.
Hey guys! We're a young couple looking to move out of our current accomodation to somewhere a little closer to our respective schools, and where we can bring our furkid-family members with us! Gemma is a 19 year old psychology student at Monash University in her second year, and works part time as a sales assistance and puppy school instructor in the pet industry! (Which means her amazing pet product bargains are yours too! 😉) Brad is a student at Holmesglen TAFE studying his first year of Networking, is a whiz at all things technical, and would be happy to deal with any totally annoying technical failures with WiFi or your computer if a housemate ever needed a hand! Together we're hoping to bring our two furry friends - Gemma's greyhound, Bellatrix, who I assure you will have you weak in the knees within seconds, and Brad's indoor cat, Mia, who is a little princess. 🐱 (Gemma is also hoping to apply all her certified dog training skills into bringing a new puppy into the mix sometime in the near future.) We are not too picky on our new home other than friendly, fun, and carefree housemates who are happy to have a quiet night in (maybe watching horror movies, if they're up to it!) but also respect each others privacy and keep a comfortable home environment. A backyard is also pretty essential and whilst it doesn't have to be huge, you might get a bit tangled in Bellatrix's zoomies if it's small! 😸 *Our moving timeframe is from late March/early April. ☺️ *We'd also be interested in teaming up with someone who had already found/had a house and was just looking for roommates to split the rent and the fun with them! If you feel like you might have something that suits, please get into contact with us! We can't wait to hear from our new housemates. ☺️
Hi there, I'm Allara a junior doctor working at Bendigo Hospital. I am friendly and enjoy drinking wine in front of the tv. I'm not really a partier and not looking for a party kind of house. I also have a cat who is friendly and housetrained and loves to sit on people's laps.
I am highly respectful and quite friendly. I am quite social so i do like to get to know people. I am a hairdresser and my partner works in finance. He is alot quieter than i am but has alot of respect and is friendly and also highly intelligent. He works in the city and usually works longer hours than normal. We are respectful of space and wont be in your pockets. We do not mind a house of many or only few we are tidy and always clean up.
Hi, I am a fulltime working guy who works for Council in the City of Melbourne and I am seeking a place to share in the out skirts of Melbourne. I plan to commute by v/line train to work and back for it is easier for me than dealing with traffic snarls that happen too often for ones liking. It would be good to also travel to country areas in my days off to seek my hobbies of fishing and hiking. I am currently sharing a house in the Western Suburbs in a fairly built up area and find it too busy with traffic and congestion everytime you want go anywhere and do anything. The place where I currently have lived for sometime is also congested. There is to many people and too little room for me and I have stuff in storage which I would like to get out. Time for a sea change! All my family are in West Australia and I pretty much here by myself. Its the job that I have that keeps me here and It a great job and I wont be leaving it for sometime I would think. I work a hell of a lot and I possibly work too many hours hense the country air and peacefull sounds of the bush is what I am seeking. I save up holidays for block trips back home to Geraldton a Couple of times a year and plan a large road trip for one of the family and myself back across to the West later this year. I really would like a safe a secure surroundings that has some parking and storage area for a car and trailer and a not too large shed or storage area for essential tools that I have. I am your typical bloke who can fix most things and I also have garden tools as well. Im not weird but there is something therapeutic about a lawn mowed properly. Yes I admit it, I like to do the gardening if available. I am not a drinker and I dont smoke. I did my bit of all that many years ago and realised that it was not only wearing a hole in my pocket, it was starting to affect my health like every one else. so I dont do any of that. I dont care if anyone else does dont get me wrong, I am not a cigga nazi or a anti alcohol wowza, I just dont do it. I am house trained also, yep I am not frightened of the mop or the vaaccum. Its pretty easy to do that stuff if it is kept up with, Its only hard when its let go and gets out of control. There ive said it. Strange coming from a guy huh. I have heaps more that I could fill the page with about me suffice to say that I have worked and travelled around Australia several times and I have worked in areas such as Mining, Steel, Primary industries to even medical, yep I also did nursing for six years. So if your looking for a reliable, full paying, house trained co inhabitant, I am possibly the person you seek. I just really need a decent place to live so I can get to the next career rung on that career ladder. The Council would like me to do some study at their cost. Look forward to hearing from you. Andrew.
