Hey! Me boyfriend and I are looking for a place to stay for the next month - 3 months! Both easy going and easy to get a long with. Enjoy a night out but also chilled nights in :) Or looking for 2 rooms with another couple
We're from the UK on a WHV417, 28&29 y.o so not new to paying bills & being responsible! Looking to secure full time employment as soon as we arrive (22nd Jan) but not necessary for us to pay rent/bills as we are coming over with a nice cushion of funds. Both very chilled out, love to cook, and enjoy a wine every so often. Hoping to get out & about in Melbourne to see what the city has to offer on our days off! Hoping to find a LGBT friendly place with some chilled housemates that respect peoples privacy but are also up for a catch up over dinner/drinks occasionally.
I will be in Australia for 9 months on a working holiday visa. I love to learn new things, so I will be trying to soak up as much as I can while here. In the past I have worked with kids as a ABA therapist and also in the vet field. I plan on working at least one full time job. I love to hike and go shelling. I love to cook, and I keep very clean.
So about me, might be long but might be short story. I currently live in Tasmania but feel now after some unfortunate events over the past two years that it is my time to leave. I currently work in aged care as an ECA and wish to continue this when I arrive, I’m thinking I might also study but unsure of this at the present time. I have a passion for cooking and entertaining friends, as if friends I unfortunately do not have any over there so I’m looking to make some amazing memories and friends. I plan to stay forever in Melbourne as this will be my home from now on. Now to the things I am looking for; I need a place where I can park my car. The home to not be far from the city and/or a short train/tram ride home, as us Tassie folk feel driving to work for half an hour is hell so I’d like to start off small with my commute. My own private bedroom thats lockable, My own bathroom, But mostly a place that’ll have amazing housemates to take me out on the town every now and then, treat me well and teach me how to live happily as my life over the past few years have brought me down. Oh and one last thing, no matter how little I need to bring I will never leave my best friend Thermomix so hopefully there will be a small place to share her in the kitchen.
Im a friendly person with no smoking habits. I dont mind a drink or two with my flatmates. Loves to have a joke sometimes. Im clean and organised. Im comfortable with male and female both flatmates.
Hi! My name is Kalle Johansson. I just got of the bus from Byron Bay where I’ve been working as a musician and barista the last couple of months. I’m 22 years old, love cooking vegan food, playing music and wine nights. I’m very social, tidy and spontaneous. My plan is to stay in Melbourne until the end of May, when my visa unfortunately runs out. Give me a call if you want to! Cheers!
A friendly, studious person with good vibes to exchange experiences and learn languages. I'm a very respectful person, aware that sharing a space with other people requires working in team to lighten the burdens.
I am clean, respectful and I get along with everyone! I am currently working full time as an auditor and studying my CA after work and on the weekends. I am great with finances so I’ll be able to pay rent and bills on time (and even early if required) so you won’t have to worry ! ☺️ I have a place in Cranbourne and travel to clients for work so some days I’ll be staying back home.
Hello! I arrived Melbourne 3 days ago and I am currently living in the CBD until middle of February 2019. I am an easygoing girl that likes to meet new people and that respects others personal space. I am optimistically looking for a job (I will have some interviews next week) .
Just recently finished my bachelors in animation and I'm now working full time at a ramen restaurant in the cbd! , I have furniture from my previous apartment that I shared with a friend for two years including a washing machine, HD TV, couch, dinning table etc~ , The main thing I want is a private room with a closet, preferably a window and a kitchen with a stove! Other than that I'm pretty good to go whenever , I'm a pretty chill person who's happy keeping to myself but also down to come out and get to know the person I live with! I'm big on video and board games and a big movie fan (especially animated ones!) and trying lots of different food~ , Oh and I speak both English and intermediate Japanese~ I am hoping to bring my doggo with me whos a maltese shi tzu and a very good boy~
Hi there, My name is Dean, and I'm currently a full-time fashion student from Sydney, but have recently transferred to RMIT in Brunswick. I’m currently on the lookout for a lovely place to stay during my studies in Melbourne. I'm a passionate, respectful and mature (as I’ve been told) 21 y/o who is looking for my place in the world, whose always up for an evening wine (or 2) to unwind and loves a good chat. I enjoy dining out & eating delicious (vegan) food, but also never say no to a night in, cooking & Netflix. I often spend my free-time brunching, studying & reading. As I am relocating from Sydney, I will be looking for work either in either or both the retail hospitality (bar) industries, which will most likely be day/night shifts.
Hi, I'm Shane, 28 years old, from Ireland originally but travelled a little bit (lived in NZ and USA previously). I'm moving to Melbourne in January from Canberra to continue my PhD in sports physiology at Victoria University, Footscray. Pretty busy with PhD work but like to unwind at the weekend catching up with friends for food and drinks, mostly new cafes for the coffee! Enjoy watching most sports, going to the gym, playing social soccer and hoping to start playing hurling again! Looking for a place where housemates like to socialise while cooking food or watching tv
