Hi I'm Amy I am 30 working FT in the Barossa Valley and looking for somewhere to move end of June, mid July as my housemate is currently moving out of the property we rent. Id like to move somewhere for a minimum of 6 months, ideally 12 months provided all worked out well. I have a 7 YO Kelpie x Jack Russell with great recommendations from previous landlords. We would require a secure yard. My partner also spends his weekends with us as he lives in the city. We enjoy cooking, camping and being out walking with Jazz. I lead an active lifestyle and work withing the Wine Industry so do enjoy to share a bottle of wine and good food. I like a neat and tidy home environment, enjoy being outdoors happy to help maintain gardens and share a chat and listen to music while enjoying the outdoors. I do have furniture with me for my own room and can also contribute items towards the house (fridge, tv, washing machine, spare beds) if not required some shed storage may need to be available. If this fits with you, hit me up.
Recently moved to Clare to start work with one of the local wineries in Sales and Marketing. Looking to either move into an already established home but also open to finding a new rental with someone else. I also have a very well behaved 12 year old Labrador Retriever dog as a pet who would also be joining.
I pretty much keep to myself and love to clean, im looking for a room or someone to move with can pay up to $200 a week with bills inc and 150 a week without, i also have a cat
Hey all, I'm a 40 year old female who has passed her usefulness at her current address it seems. I do petsitting which requires me to sit people's animals in the animals own home. Im looking for an affordable place to lay my head in between bookings. I can't justify shelling out $300+ a week just to be safe have an address and somewhere to rest in between bookings. I moved to the city from the country 12 months ago for medical reasons. I don't much care where I end up as long as I'm safe and relatively comfortable. Would need unfurnished as i do have own bed, and some furniture.
i'm clean and tidy, always am making sure i don't leave things around i'm looking for a friendly housemat. i do smoke hoping that it isn't too much of a hassle don't mind where i am told to smoke either.
I describe myself as easygoing and casual in daily life. I am going to be a student next March in Roseworthy campus. So I really would love to stay in a safe and quiet place. We can have some great interesting topic to talk for hours and still have some private life daily. I have quite a few hobbits so I wont be home always. Slow to anger quick to listen is the one thing I keep myself as a great person around my friends :) Respect is required to join the team!
Hello, currently i am working full time. I work everyday but choose my start and finish times so never an issue with conflicting schedules. I consider myself a happy, caring, fair, clean and organised man. I like playing computer games and if I'm not on the computer i am generally too busy. I smoke ciggarettes which is my biggest regret, and i also enjoy 420 so would need to be okay with that, i barely drink but i like a mild smoke after work. I'm a fun guy but i also respect privacy and appreciate my own, in saying that, i am always down for a chat. I am currently looking for any sort of accommodation in any location as i work all over South Australia and am flexible. Preferably non furnished as i have all my own stuff and want a property or room, in a nice, happy, clean environment. I would ideally like bills to be included but i am open to equal sharing or paying a portion of bills. Feel free to message me about your listing and if i don't reply contact me on my phone by message. I am looking for a place as soon as possible but no rush! I look forward to talking and meeting anyone with suitable properties.
