I'm Hemy(Yi-Ting Wu). I'm a 27-year-old girl from Taiwan. I'm going to Tasmania for working holiday. I worked in a travel agency as a director of Ticketing sector, and I'm also a tour leader. The reason I go on working holiday is that I've dreamt to live abroad for a long time. I need to discover more! I choose Tasmania because it's a super beautiful place full of nature, and I'm really excited to see aurora there too. To be a friend, I'm a bit shy at the beginning (or you can say I'm being polite), but actually I'm easy going and outgoing, my friends think I'm funny and I smile/laugh a lot. To be a housemate, I'm clean, helpful and respectful. Hope you'll like me! :D I'll arrive at Hobart on June 1st. I need to stay at the CBD for the beginning few days. Then I can move in my ideal house/flat as soon as possible(depends on the available date of the room). I can't wait to meet my new life there!!! Please feel free to ask if you need more information about me.
I'm a 19 year old full-time student at UTAS, I'm doing a Bachelor of General Studies (Arts) Pathway. I am also currently looking for work. I generally keep to myself and I'm a pretty laid back person. I spend most of my time at Uni or in my room. I would preferably like somewhere that doesn't mind visitors as I would like my boyfriend to be able to visit me once a week or so. I am a quiet person but I also enjoy conversations with others. I have basic cooking skills and I am a clean & tidy person.
I am extremely neat and love to keep things in their place. I am passionate about fitness and clean eating but I will always be fine with having a wine to relax on a Friday or Saturday. I am starting work full time in Seven mile beach and when I am home I will usually be watching TV in my room. I do love meeting new people and I usually get along with most. I do have a partner that may come to visit once a month.
We are a Sri lankan couple. I will be starting my postgraduate at UTAS on July 2017 and my husband accompanies me. We are easy going, quiet, tidy, respectful and sociable. We are looking for nice flatmates with whom can enjoy a good chat. We like sports, do exercise and watch tv on weekends.
I like good communication, friendly atmosphere, people, cat, being environmentally conscious, being open and socialising, cooking. Sing if you want to sing, laugh if you need to laugh, cry if you need to cry - interested in living with people who are authentic in the world. I drink very rarely. Not interested in altering the mind through anything other than yoga, breath, good conversations and the amazing beauty of the world around us. (PS, I am slightly older than my age listed but I am always told I act/look younger so I may as well knock some years off! Why not?!) Interested in starting up a share house, or a room in a house. Like to live with at least one other.
Hi, I'm Léa, I'm French and I'm looking for a place to stay in Hobart. I'm working at Mona during 5 - 6 month. I'm interested in art, curation and winemaking. I'm looking for a housemate friendly and respectful :) I stay open to any questions about me and accommodation's details as well.

My partner and I are looking for a place to live. We enjoy a good laugh and a chat (but also respect your privacy). About us: I'm studying to be a teacher (early childhood education). I'm originally from Queensland and have traveled a lot before moving to Tasmania. I enjoy anything to do with nature, art and science fiction. Joe works professionally in the disability support sector and studies public health. He likes music, technology and a nice cuppa. He's a true local and has grown up in Hobart. Hey my names Kira. I'm 21 years old and currently working in Hobart working for the government full time. I'm currently having to move out of my beautiful town house due to the owner moving back in. I have until July to find a new home 🏡 I love cups of tea and chats about travel. Now, I do own a rat (don't freak out please) I promise you, he's such handsome and loveable boy. I keep him and his cage super tidy, he's in love with anyone who offers him chickpeas and a game of fetch with a paper ball. 🐀 I'm looking for a place near Hobart area due to work and no licence. Please feel free to message me and ask me any questions about myself ect. ☺️
Hey guys! I'm moving back to Hobart to study and am looking for somewhere to live. I have lived in share houses for 3 years, so know the ins and outs. I am tidy, like my own company, but don't mind a beverage now and again. Studying Fine Arts, really enjoy movies, food, drinking, music. Will be living in Wollongong until late June so can't come to check places out in person, but can skype or whatever! Receiving Centrelink, and hopefully have a job lined up when I arrive. Definitely interested in teaming up too! Contact me if you have a place!
I'm extremely considerate, clean and organised. I'm a chef by trade and run my own business. Not a huge party goer but enjoy entertaining and listen to a wide range of music. Originally from Sydney, lived brissy 17 years and looking for a sea change and Hobart stole my heart. I have a very creative side and wicked sense of humour
I am currently studying at UTAS and work casually in the CBD. Looking for people who may be doing the same, or just looking for a reliable and clean housemate. I am also interested in starting a new sharehouse - happy to meet up with people for a bit and see whether you think we'd be good housemates. I do have a cat who will be moving with me! She is very snuggly and generally well behaved, although loves to play. She is socialised with dogs as well! Outside smoker.
I'm a clean and tidy professional guy. I enjoy having fun and hanging out, but also enjoy quiet down time. All I'm looking for is a clean house and a nice housemate/housemates. My move in date is flexible. Cheers!
I currently live in Sydney with my family and studying a Bachelor of Visual arts in Sydney. I'm in a band, and I love the company of good mates. I teach recorder to a class of 8yr olds. Hi my name is Lewie, I’m 35 at the end of may, a father to a gorgeous 5-year-old boy named Johnny that is the light of my life and a recently separated Husband. That’s me in a sentence, but of course there is more to life than been able to define oneself in a line or two of text. I have my son 3-4 rotating nights per week and take him and pick him up from school 3 days a week spending time with him after school for 2-3 hours. When I’m not running around for my son, doing chores or other life activity I’m resting and recuperating at home (usually fiddling with something creative on the computer). I am a respectful, nice and decent human being. I try and be as mindful as I can of others. I am also quite and tidy. I enjoy house dinners, a vino and chat or board game/cards, easy listening and happy music, movies and binge watching shows. I also do some filming and photography here and there as well as editing and creative websites. I am looking for at this stage somewhere safe and tidy for me and my son to stay for 3-12months and value a family environment that is respectful of others needs and most important safe and quite at night. I can pay 2 weeks bond (potentially 4 for the right place) if needed and of course, pay my share of the bills. If you feel you’d like to meet or have a conversation on the phone, please feel free to contact me. Hope to hear from you soon :)
I'm a graduate student in geology from Canada coming to Hobart for a month (this July) to do lab work at U Tas. I'll probably be pretty busy but I'm hoping I'll still have time to experience Hobart and the surroundings since this will be my first time in Australia. I'm quiet and tidy, and I don't have pets but I'm ok with living with people that do.
Hi, I'm Mitch. I'm moving from Canberra for a while to work with the Department of the Environment in Tassie. I'm neat, tidy and friendly. I play a bit of music and I love to get outside and be active. I'm into soccer, squash and hiking. Also looking for new friends and things to do when I get to Hobart!
