Recently graduated in electrical and electronic from Swinburne Uni. Continuing my part time job in the catering business until I find a professional engineering career that suits me. Paying rent on time isn't an issue. With my lease at UniLodge over, I'm willing to relocate. I like to think of myself as an ordinary INFJ wanting to realize great dreams. Currently educating myself on the realm of entrepreneurship and hoping to have my own start up one day. While I appreciate privacy, I also feel housemates are a 'family', away from family. In my last 4 or so years of living in shared accommodations, I've made sincere friendships which I truly value. I wish to continue doing so. Plus, I find animals adorable so if there's a pet at home, it'll find a good company. And oh, I don't leave my dishes go stray. : ) I have a thing for modern aptmnts/units and I'm not much fussy about the suburb tbh. Happy for anything in between 30km radius from Melbourne I guess. Happy to team up and start a house. Cheers!
My name is Deanna (Dee) I'm currently looking for a new share house! My budget is $200 inc bills. I work full time in retail as a manager of a clothing store. No pets and a non smoker! I'm pretty easy to get along with and keep to myself a lot. I do have a boyfriend who would visit a couple of times a week but nothing excessive! I'm looking for a change in atmosphere from the place I'm currently staying. Feel free to contact me whenever!
We are a very respectful, very friendly and easy-going couple, living with our 10 year old cat. Tom comes from the UK but grew up in France and I am French. He will turn 27 soon and I'll turn 29 in June. We both are former flight attendants. We hold a working holiday visa but cannot live the backpackers' lifestyle because the well-being of our cat is crucial. We're looking for a fully furnished place in Melbourne or around, and are willing to pay up to $250/week. We would like to share a house with friendly people, we could now and then share a glass of wine with or a few meals, and who want to keep the place clean and tidy, just as we do. Our cat, Mario, is neutered and is used to a litter box, that we clean immediately after he uses it. He is shy and does not hunt so he won't bother you. We make sure his vaccinations are always up to date and he gets monthly treatments against parasites. Feel free to ask any questions about us or our cat :-)
Im looking for a place in a few months, I have two birds and a dog. I work full time in child care and love my job. I like to keep a clean house and enjoy spending time with my friends on weekends. I am shy at first but very social when i get to know someone. I am looking for someone who is social but also values their own time and space. If you like a drink and bbq we will get along great!
Hey! My name is Kevin, and I'm currently looking for a new place to live after a break up (hooray..... not). I'm currently studying at La Trobe University, work in Animal Welfare and have pets! (A Border Collie, Hopping Mice and Geckos) My dog is well trained and does plenty of tricks :) I'm only in my first year of study so will be looking for somewhere for a decent amount of time. I spend most of my time studying, playing video games or looking after my animals. Feel free to message if you have any questions! Thanks!
I just love to work. I prob do around 60 hours a week. I'm just looking somehwere that's clean reasonably quiet, affordable and no head melters ro share with. Happy to look at surrounding areas. I'd be happy even something short term 3 months. And just see what happens Male 29 Gym runs coffee. That about sums me up. Lol. Occasional drinker but more occasional than anything.
**Seeking 2 rooms with an ensuite if in a shared house, my budget is negotiable** I'm searching for somewhere tranquil for myself & my (quiet, shy & bright) 14-year-old daughter, to make our home. I do smoke but I'm happy to smoke outside & prefer a (mostly) smoke-free environment myself. My ad also states that we have a pet but at present do not, I do have the intention of buying my daughter a cat once we're settled though. I'm a quiet, helpful natured, open minded & relaxed person. I'm even tempered, have no addictions & like a clean & tidy home to live in. It is also a priority that public transport & shopping be easily accessible as I do not drive. Ps: I'd be happy to be a live-in carer for the right elderly person/s. **Team-ups welcome & preferable. I'm happy to cover the majority of the bond but you would need to cover whatever is left & 2 weeks rent in advance if required. One (happy, down to earth) couple, Single parent or Single person with a quiet lifestyle Only please** With thanks for taking the time to read, Sarah-jane.
I am a single, quiet and respectful man who cleans up after myself and my dog, looking for somewhere to live. I am at times sociable but my partying days are far behind me now. I have moved to Victoria from Alice Springs. I have full time work at Melbourne airport and would likely be gone from 7am-6pm, Mon-Fri. I am also looking into doing a diploma next semester with would keep me fairly occupied of a night time. I have a 2 y/o cross breed dog called Bear (about the size and shape of a greyhound). He is a great dog, desexed/registered, friendly and loves to be around people. Used to get along with other dogs really well but unfortunately his attitude towards dogs has changed a little since being in Victoria. He gets walked just about every day and is an outside dog so I am looking for a place with a bit of a backyard for him and fenced. I would also prefer if he was the only pet in the household, although not a deal breaker. Some weekends I am gone for Friday night til Sunday night (the dog comes with me) visiting family and friends, other weekends I am happy to stay home, do my general household duties and catch up on TV series. Looking for a room for $150-200 a week, in the Macedon Ranges/Hume region. Realistically I would be looking to move in around mid May.
Moving to the area for work. I am clean, tidy, cook, wash etc. I am easy going, enjoy a laugh and don't take myself to seriously. My family are staying in Queensland for 12 months whilst I settle in to my new position. I work within management.
Hey girls! My name is Krista, I work full time as a Flight Attendant and own and run my own finance broking company - SHAKE Finance. I have lived in share houses for a few years and am hoping to team up with another female to find the perfect place. I'm thinking a newer property, with a lock up garage for both our cars and our own bathroom each. I would either need a very large bedroom where I can also have my desk, or a study as well as a bedroom. There are so many beautiful properties out there, I'm sure we'll find something nice that suits what we're both looking for. I am clean, friendly and respect other peoples personal space. I always ensure communal areas are clean and tidy, how I'd like to find them. Although I understand people get busy and don't mind if things are left out every now and again. I'm down to earth and easy going. Although I am very busy, when I'm not flying or working at my desk, I'm at the gym or out with friends. Let me know if you're looking for something similar 😄 Look forward to hearing from you, Krista xx
We make a great team and together i think we can make a great future. rob is quite silent and holds it in while i'm more outgoing and chatty, love to help people. we both seem to understand the other and we both want the same from life, to save and create a good future, we want a little space or place our own where we can save, where we can continue to study and work, no drama, and we would love to meet some like minded people in the process.
