Easy to get a long with, like my own privacy now and then, clean and tidy, respect for other people and their stuff. Interested in cars, also like to do a bit of paddle boarding, i have 2 dogs (border collies) which are like my childen and a pet snake (he has 2 locks on his cage so theres no chance of him getting out). Moving to the area and would be happy to go in with like minded people and sign a lease or share with someone already with a place.
I am a clean, easy going, honest, solutions orientated, happy and bubbly person. I enjoy sports, travelling and cooking. I have a great rental history and previous room mates references (if you need clarification). I am currently looking for a quite place to stay, somewhere between Concord hospital (work) and Macquarie University (study) with floorboards or tiles due to my carpet allergy. If you believe your place is right for me, contact me
Heyya! I'm looking for a place around West Ryde in Sydney as I am going to be working over the summer there for an internship! I'm a relaxed, talkative guy who cleans up after himself. I like to clean as procrastination, so don't worry about me leaving a mess. :D I'm looking to live with a relaxed person who can say hi and have a chat when we see each other, but you don't need to be super sociable or anything. I offer a Netflix account, a Playstation and a good chat to sweeten the deal too! If you are looking for someone who is sociable and friendly to live in your spare room over this Summer period (Late Nov to Mid Feb) then please hit me up and we can have a beer over a Skype chat. I'm originally from Melbourne but live in Canberra for uni right now, so that's the best I can do :P Looking forward to meeting you
Hey there! Liv here! I'm in my final year of studying nursing all while working full time in a CBD hotel in Guest Services. I consider myself to be pretty easy going (originally a Coastie), clean and enjoy playing a part in the household. Due to my study/work schedule my down time involves me either studying, watching American Horror Story or Kath & Kim repeats, enjoying some good ol brie and sav blanc. Im looking at moving elsewhere as I am after somewhere a tad more modern than my beautiful federation house in Balmain. Let me know if your interested xo Liv
I am a quiet and peaceful adult, who works way too much and spends most of her free time with friends or on Netflix. I am clean and can cook and bake. :) I work rather odd hours and come and go at all times of the day and night for work but am quiet and respectful in doing so.
I only make mess in my room because I don't talk to people. Nah, that's only half true, I do talk to people. Christian Hobby ameture photographer If I know the words to a song that's playing, I will sing along They let me sing up front of church so I can't be all that bad at it

Hi there, My name is Kris Wason. I am from Brisbane & am looking for a place in Sydney as soon as possible. I am currently working full time in Brisbane as a musician for the past 3 years, I will be securing a full time role asap in Sydney whilst I kick start my music career in Sydney. Being a musician doesn't mean I have band members coming over making excessive noise, I don't work like that. I have a small dog, a cavalier/shitzu. A very well trained indoor dog. His name is Thor, he is super friendly & loves to spend hours at a park playing fetch. He is very well behaved & toilet trained. I’m particularly looking for something like a granny flat, or at least somewhere with my own space as. I am pretty private, don’t mind a chat here and there but generally like to have my own space. If you think I would be suitable please don't hesitate to contact me. Regards, Kris.
I'm an American on a working holiday who just got back from traveling the world for 2 years. It's been a crazy ride, but I want stability right now. I'm looking to start circus training again and I'd love to live in a flatshare with other fun weirdos. I'm a non-smoker, vegan-friendly, dog & cat trainer, who's very clean and experienced in group-living. I'm good at chore-managing and conflict resolution. I'll be in Melbourne for one year and I am financially stable and ready to settle into one place for a bit. I would like to make new friends, so living in a place where the roomies aren't close is just not for me. I like shared meals, dumpster-diving and artists and performers. I had had installed circus aerial apparatus' in my old converted warehouse apartment.
I am currently working full-time at Council and in my mid-twenties. I lived in share accommodation for 7.5 years while living in Newcastle before moving back to Sydney. When i'm not working i like going to the gym, watching movies, going to markets and enjoy the occasional couple of drinks.
Professional man 54 with young outlook.. Looking for a place for 3 months and possible extension to 6 months. Currently have IT contract in North West Sydney. Laid back and dont sweat the small stuff and always reliable
Hi, I'm Jarrod, a medical student at Western Sydney University. During my 5th and final year I will be placed at Concord Hospital, and as such I will need to relocate somewhere around there. (It is also likely that I will be working near here in 2018-onwards, so I will be hoping to stay in the house from 2017-onwards). Over the past 3 years I have lived in share houses in Campbelltown with a few different people and enjoyed the time I have spent with them, but it is unfeasible for them to move with me or for me to commute every day. I will be turning 23 in March 2017, which means I already receive the full youth allowance amount, which is my main source of income, along with 3 scholarships, and my bulk of savings. I'm pretty clean and quiet (med student) but I am all for people coming and chilling at our house. I have my own fridge, washing machine, lounges, TV cabinet, 2 TVs, study furniture, and my own bedroom furnishings. So, buying common furniture for the house isn't a worry; I'm all set! The main concern for me is my dog. I have a German Shepherd X (DOB: 1/7/15). He is a lovely dog and so friendly with people and other animals, but I know pets can be a major drawback for landlords. I can't move without him. If there is anything else you need to know please get in touch with me. Warm regards, Jarrod

I don't smoke and usually I don't drink alcohol but occasionally. Hope to find somewhere soon with a very nice and friendly person.
I'm easy going :) like I really don't care what you do as long as we respect each other lol. I'm African-Australian and am currently studying law at Macquarie uni. That's about it :)
I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and who needs to relocate from Brisbane to Sydney by Oct 2 due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. In addition to being a BDM, I have an International English Teacher Licence (TESOL, TEFL, TESL), and am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Would initially prefer the room to be furnished and would pay a little extra. Maximum of $250, including or excluding any outgoings. Due to the office relocating from Meadowbank to Rydalmere in Nov, I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs but am flexible with this. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. My intention is to drive down the week of 26 Sept to settle in by the weekend of 1st / 2nd Oct. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in a nice café on weekends as well as the movies (Foreign, Comedy, Thriller, Drama etc), in addition to numerous other activities.

Wanting to be closer to work now and seeking a master bedroom with built in robe, ensuite and secure parking. I'm tidy, sociable, respectful of privacy and generally out of the house. No pets and I occasionally smoke but always outside. Pretty easy going and can furnish all the common areas if needed. Work full time. Flexible with move date. Hope to hear from you soon! :)

Hi potential flatmates, I'm Alex!!! A little about me and what I am looking for. I am a laid back, genuine and honest person that enjoys healthy banter, having a chat and a good laugh even if it’s at my own expense. I have solid full time employment in the Hills District that I have held for the last 5 years. In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, listening to music, mountain biking, kayaking, weekends away, having BBQ’s and dinners, watching movies or enjoying a good boxed set (bonus points for Californication or Breaking bad fans!!!) I also enjoy cleaning and maintaining the house (yes I know that’s weird for a man) I don’t have furniture or appliances, as I have been lucky enough to always have flatmates that have provided these. I am more than happy to buy things to contribute towards creating a homely relaxing environment for all of us. I would best suit an owner occupier or people that are house proud, I am very clean and considerate to my flatmates and like the same in return. I currently live comfortably and happily with female flatmates, that have become close personal friends and are happy to provide references for ladies that may be dubious about male flatmates. I am hoping to find a room and preferably but not essential a garage space. Within a friendly, social and tidy household. I respect privacy but believe it’s a much more welcoming environment to live in, if everyone is of a similar mindset. It’s not fun for anyone exchanging awkward small talk in the kitchen and then retreating back to your room, or walking on eggshells around each other. Because of this I only want to live with people that are westernized and not of any strict religious beliefs. I have no preference to ethnicity, I just would like all flatmates to feel comfortable over the long term. If you want to find out more about me, or think I would be a good fit drop me a line. Alex
I am a outgoing and friendly flatmate with excellent references whom is looking to relocate to Sydney. I enjoys a friendly chat from time to time, other wise a very quite individual. I enjoy cooking, relaxing and spending time at the shops or a movie. I am a responsible proud pet owner of well behaved cat and can provide references for him as well as myself. I am a Bit beyond my partying days and am a clean and tidy individual. please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or wish to discuss my profile further.
