Hi I am looking for a place for myself and my 9yo Son. Unfurnished Studio/ Granny flat is preferred since I have my own furnitures. I am a single mother and currently work part time and study part time at Macquarie University. Currently I live in a 2 bedroom unit in Hornsby, but thinking to move closer to my sister's place around Carlingford or 15 mins drive max from that area. We are quiet and respectful people, no party or inviting people other than the occasional family visit.
I am a full time worker who pays on time for rent. I am looking for a very clean and tidy place ( I am a clean freak) to stay for a long term. Looking for a safe and quiet environment to live with nice and friendly housemate(s). I would prefer to have my own bathroom or only share with 1 tenant.
Hi, I am a German student who is currently doing his master in computer science and because I am doing an abroad term in February 2018 I will come to Sydney for one semester. Myself I would describe more like the calm type of guy who doesn't party a lot. That doesn't meant though that I don't like to go out from time to time. I am also quite tidy and although I never lived in a shared accommodation before I think I am a great flatmate as I have no problems in doing things that have to be done. I think when I am in Sydney I probably will spend lots of my time exploring the city or trying to travel somewhere near the city. And of course I am going to study as well, which means that I will probably spend quite some time in front of my computer. When I am not doing one of these I will enjoy the weather or try to go for a run. If you have any questions please write me I will answer them! Best Regards!

Alex is a 23 year old civil engineer working full time out in the west and is originally from Brisbane. Carly is a born and bred Sydney girl studying psychology and working part time as a nanny. We've been housemates for the last 5 months and we're looking for third and possibly fourth person to team up with and find a big house in the Epping or Castle Hill area. We're good mates who love to have a bottle of wine or a few sneaky gin and tonics and watch some Netflix. We're looking for someone who's laid back and easy going. We live in Carlingford at the moment while we're looking for a new place so hit us up if you'd be interested in teaming up with us and you can come over and check us out.
Hi everyone, My name is Jason, I am 23 and I have recently accepted an offer to work in the Parramatta CBD full time relocating from Newcastle. I am a courteous, respectful person and will always consider the privacy of others. I am also very clean, tidy and like things to be organised. I am into fitness/exercise, love to cook and enjoys relaxing watching some televsion or playing games during my down-time. Although I do like my quiet time, I am a sociable person and do enjoy having a bite to eat or going out from time to time, but in saying that will always respect the needs of my housemates. It would be awesome if a place would be furnished, with a carspace preferable/free street parking so I can leave my car there (most likely catching public transport). Please let me know if you could help out! ✌🏽🤗
