60 years young. I have two daughters and soon to become a grandmother. I'm a paralegal/personal trainer. Bit of an introvert however love being around people. I'm quite clean, neat and tidy. Yes, I'm a smoker but never indoors and never around anybody who finds the smell offensive. I travel overseas a couple of times a year. I love gardening and am an avid reader. Love to cook/bake. I have a European background. Born here. I work casually in the catering/hospitality industry. I clean up after myself and am quite pedantic regarding kitchen and bathroom.
I have recently moved from Perth for work and am hoping to find somewhere that is close to public transport and possibly even the beach. I am a clean person. I work full time and play sports so I tend to be out most of the time but when home I'm either studying or chilling out or I go on spontaneous adventures

I'm a young, enthusiastic worker who's focusing on my career and my life as a whole. I currently work full-time and spend the rest of my time chilling out with friends and listening to music at gigs and at home. I'm hoping to find a courteous and open-minded living situation as I would fit right in. I'm good for a chat at all times, but I can also entertain myself with billions of podcasts so no pressure.
We're a bunch of friendly, young guys with a range of experiences and passions in life. We became friends in Sydney's West and are ready to escape closer to the city. We all earn steady full time income and keep a clean and tidy house. Myself and Tyler work north of the bridge with car finance, and Jordan works in the CBD for ABC studios. The three of us all have different hobbies that overlap in places. DnD, rollerblading, acting, casual gaming and lots of other fairly nerdy fun stuff. We have our own furnishings ready to go, and are willing to talk over a lot of things. Jordan has a small, well-trained dog named Sage that he is looking after for his mum. Sage would be moving in with us and is very well behaved and has lived in other rentals before with no issue.
I grew up in Sydney and just got back after two years in London. I've worked mainly in marketing and communications for non-profits and social enterprises, but I'm starting a postgrad degree next year in international and community development so I'll be working in hospitality for the flexibility while studying full-time. My downtime is generally spent at pub trivia, going cycling, and tasting craft beer (The first and last of these often happen at the same time). I'm also getting in to hiking a bit more nowadays too! Happy to team up with others looking for a place! I'm largely looking in the Inner West and neighbouring areas but could look a bit further for a good place.
LOOKING FOR PRIVATE ROOM IN THE INNER WEST FOR $270 I'm a 21 year old law student at the University of Sydney looking for a private room (no shared room) to call home. I work part-time in the CBD (full-time over summer) and can pay all bills on time. I am looking for long-term accomodation in the Inner West from December of $275 max with bills. Please only message me if you have a suitable place within my budget. Thanks! I am a friendly, clean and chill person and have been living in Darlington with flatmates this past year. Usually you'll find me quietly studying, online shopping, cooking new things or out exploring (as I'm originally a kiwi!).
Hey all! I'm a working professional currently living in Tempe and my lease is coming to an end. I think ideally I'd like a room in a free standing house or terrace, preferably somewhere near (but not on) princes Hwy/King st. I'm 29 (almost 30) and I'm an Engineer. I like sport, discussing politics and current affairs and of course drinking. I'd really like to be friends with my housemates and have a good social environment. I'm pretty clean and tidy and always take care of communal areas, you won't notice I've been in the kitchen apart from the recycling bin being a bit fuller on sundays! Hoping for a big room with Bed, chest of drawers, BIR, desk and chair. Ideally I'll buy my own fridge at some point, so space for that would be cool, don't worry ill pay extra for the electricity. If it's a fantastic house in a fantastic area with everything I can stretch on money but otherwise something between 250 and 300 a week including bills would be good. Ideally 2 weeks bond, at least until I get a few pays. I'm a big animal lover so dogs and cats would be a plus :)
I work part time and will be studying in UNSW. I like watching a wide range of stuff from horror to murder documentaries to anime. I'm really chill, keep my space clean and I'm always up for a chat :)
We are a couple looking for a temporary home in Sydney. We are both very tidy and considerate. I (Dianne) work full-time as a special needs teacher. Sebastian is a student who is also a graphic designer and photographer. Our time of stay is flexible, but would like to be somewhere for at least 2 months.
I am Aaron, working full time in healthcare. I love sports, outdoor activities, travel, culture and nature. I would think of myself as friendly, clean, reliable, respectful and open-minded. I am looking for a place that I can call home. My available date to move is negotiable.

Again don't want someone who hides in their room or isn't going to be around at all. I get bored of my own company....! Someone who is keen to hang out, like minded and keen for a good time. Last per not least Fragrance is part of my Life . Thank you Maz
Hi there! I'm an easy going 26 y/o UX / Graphic Designer, looking to team up with someone to rent a place in Wolli Creek. I'm respectful, reliable, pretty handy with minor repairs/ maintenance if anything around the place breaks. In my spare time I like to binge watch Whose line is it anyway, cook, exercise and illustrate.
I'm looking for a place near a train station, and close to the city. (One flatmate only.) I work during the week (office hours). Enjoy cooking and going to the gym. I'm sociable, clean, and considerate.
I'm a 23 years old research student at the University of Sydney. I am also a part time lame nature photographer and a bushwalking enthusiast. Outside uni you will probably find me in a cafe with friends, or working out hard at gym to burn out all the food I consumed. I would say I am a good friend and an excellent listener. I respect personal space, but I am always open to a drink or two if you have time :)
Respectable, quiet and social when necessary couple. Clean and hygienic as well. We’re out most of the days, we need a quiet and comfortable place close to the city to come back to after work. In the city for about 3-4 months.

Hi there! I'm 26 and born-raised in Sydney. I am seeking shared accommodation. I work full-time (6 figure salary) and looking for a good ideal apartment/house which is already furnished. This would be a long term stay, so +12 months. It's important if there is garage/underground carpark space available for a motorcycle. I consider myself very clean and respect the privacy of others. I am quite social and enjoy experiencing new places. It would be ideal if there are other flatmates my age, but it isn't necessary. Always looking to make new friendships. Prefer to live near by a train station for ease of travel to work. Look forward to hear from you!
