Looking for: A house or apartment near the Newtown area or surrounding suburbs, nothing fancy, just a place to call home that won't break the bank. Me: I'm a bar manager, I occasionally smoke (but never inside, I like getting my bond back) and I crack top-tier banter. What I bring to the table: great cocktails, plenty of grog to help yourself to, average (I'm improving!) cooking, cheesy music taste and a 51" flat screen and surround system. I'm also fairly handy about the house, which can save pestering the landlord for small repairs. I occasionally play about on acoustic guitar/keyboard, but working odd hours it's quite possible you'll never hear my terrible music unless you spend your daytime at home ;) goes without saying I'll keep my stuff neat and tidy & pull my fair share of housekeeping, nobody loves a deadbeat!
Hi I'm Marilyn, I work full time at and arts organisation. I am very friendly, approachable and super easy going. I'm neat and tidy and always clean up after myself! Hey Im Gary, 36yo. Work as a motion Designer in the city. Ive been living around the inner-west and want to remain around here as I love it. I am pretty chilled and real easy to live with. I am very clean and respectful of others that I share with. Im normally at the gym during the week, or just relaxing after a tiring day at work. Love a coffee/wine/beer on the weekends, usually catching up with friends or visiting my parents in Camden. I am looking for a home and not a share party house, as I want to feel comfortable at home as its my time to unwind and recharge. I love a laugh, and a good conversation with like minded people. Love to cook when i get the chance.
We’re a young Australian couple (from Sydney & Melbourne) looking for a lovely household full of young, like-minded individuals. We both work full time and love to spend our free time sleeping or exploring.
Hi, I'm Stevanus, a student from Indonesia. I'm a tidy person, a non-smoker but still tolerable with a smoker (but I might walk away if I feel uneasy with the smoke), I would enjoy a good chat over a drink or dinner or whatever every now and then about movies, music, foods, sports, and world issues.
I've been living by myself in Sydney for 4 years, and I'm ready to enjoy avocados once again and try the housemate scene. I am a full time musician, so I sing a lot but I am a quiet tenant. I don't smoke, I'm tidy and always clean up after myself. I enjoy sleeping and me time, and also enjoy the occasional drink or two. I'm the worlds fussiest eater so I won't eat your food. I'm looking to live with someone who isn't too noisy, doesn't smoke, and who won't eat my food. Ideally I'd like the main bedroom and ensuite (I have a lot of stuff) and I need a wardrobe and washing machine. I also need a secure car space in the vicinity of the building. My lease ends at the end of March so I can be ready to move in just before Good Friday.
I am clean and tidy (I actually mean this statement!) I am a primary teacher, with a bit of quirk. I like a wine and a beer and a cocktail (I can make some yummy ones too) Ha! I don't throw parties though. I am moving from Penrith and will be bringing my whole house of furniture, just looking for 2 roommates who can pay rent, furnish their room, supply their own tupperware 😂, and if they like, hangout with me! If you come with furniture, surely we can fit it! I go to the beach often, cocktail bars and out for dinner. I also must admit to a new habit, terrible, trashy tv. Come and live with me! My lease runs out 4th of April.
