I'm chill and fun to live with. Just finished job in Singapore in October and ready to move to Australia to get myself some fresh air and beach view. This time I am on my working holiday visa unlike in Singapore were working full time. This means I have more chances to discover the city, hopefully:) I don't smoke. But I drink, eat, dance:) Prefer house with fully equipped kitchen since I love making food at home (usually party outside but if allow party at home would be nice, can make small food for ppl) To let me choose in between private room and tidy kitchen, probably go for later one. Read till here sounds like this girl is a kitchen freak:p Not to disappint you, I do have life outside kitchen. Always love meeting new friends, hanging out in the city, participating in different types of events or somewhere else together:) Yet like-minded friends gather in the house would be the best thing ever. I am quite relax even if we are different type. We will figure out a way living together :) Do message me if you have a similar item like what is written here. Cheers.
Hi flatmates! I'm a easy going, friendly and funny person who is disposed to help anyone, I have an open mind and I love to meet new people from different country, to know about all the cultures. I love the nature, pets, music, netflix, nightlife, drink, eat and speak about anything! I can share some knowledge about computer's technology, teach a little about the Portuguese language, show the best side of culture from my country (Brazil), telling so many funny stories, besides tips about the best places to know in South America.... And of course, I can share and help with anything that comes up! After to meet all of South America, in November I will be in Sydney to study English for 6 months, and looking for a temporary job... PS. Organization, cleanliness and tidiness are essential things when you share a place with someone , don't worry , you can expect it from me. By the way, my english is not so good, that's why I will study it. Tell me if you know about somethig :) Um abraço! Gabriel Demasi
Hey! I'm (potentially) interested in the room in your sharehouse. I am 24, just finishing off an arts/ science degree at Sydney Uni and I also work part time (so I’m financially stable). I am pretty busy at times, being involved with activism a lot, and uni work and working part time but I will be home in the evenings, most days. I'd like home to be a place where I can relax, and also chat with others over a meal or a drink. I am pretty easy going, but I also don’t mind doing a bit of house duty if I’m required to them. My hobbies are mostly quiet things, such as listening to music, playing tennis, discussing politics, books and movies. But I like the occasional party here and there. I'm looking for a long term stay and would preferably like to move in before the 7th of November but I'm reasonably flexible. I look forward to meeting you all, Steven
Hey I'm Anna, illustrator and 3D artist from Germany, about to move to Sydney. Since I'm looking to get a full time position in Sydney, I probably won't be home a lot. I've lived in shared apartments for nearly 6 years and always liked hanging out together with a glass of wine, going out or just having a conversation but if you need your own time I will stay out of your way, sometimes I need time to myself as well. I'm looking forward to see what it's like to live in Sydney for a longer period of time and I am quite open to the place's area. A private room would be great, everything else shared is perfect though. I'm tidy, outgoing and I naturally am a very happy person. In my free time I like to draw a lot, work out, cook, enjoy Australia's nature and travel. To meet lots of new people is something I am so excited about, so if you feel like you'd enjoy living with me or if you have any questions please let me know, I'd be very pleased to hear from you!
I'm 23 year old, easy going individual. I enjoy my independence but also love to share my time with others. I'm looking to live with people who are considerate and will try to keep shared areas tidy. I work full time at a bank and commute to the city so I would prefer to be somewhere with good access to public transport. My moving date is flexible, would like to move any time between now and mid January. Send me a message if you think I could be a good addition to your home.
Hey, my names Jei am a full time professional, looking for somewhere in the inner west area or close to. Pretty busy with work during the week and weekends, so not after a party house. Though i'm always up for a beer/bbq/whatever, would like a place with similar aged prefessionals. Clean, tidy, sociable and pay bills on time!
Hi guys I'll be moving out of my Turrella house in mid Jan and looking for something in a similar area but not too fussed. I have my own interior design business, work a couple of mornings locally, and uber drive whenever I feel like it so I am definitely financially stable. I'm not Into late night parties but enjoy socialising and bbq's and sharing a beer or glass of wine. I do a bit of yoga and hit the gym a couple of times a week, and love Sunday breakies at a good cafe. :)
Hi, I am Teodora, 27 years old, from Bulgaria. I am friendly, tidy and respectful. I am active, like dancing, outdoor activities, books, and movies. I don't cook very often but I like to cook and have a glass of wine or two when there is somebody to share with. I have a company for weddings and events decoration and I am also working at an event center in the CBD.
Looking for somewhere easy going and clean to live. I like to keep fit and socialise. I would like to live in a home rather than more independant environment. I am very clean and tidy and can cook. I love dogs and I'm not allergic to cats. I'm pretty social person and like to be busy. I work full time in a technical role so I'm not really a mid week drinker but do enjoy a beer or wine or cocktails on weekends and a glass of wine most nights. As I like fitness a bit, so I don't go crazy. I'm a positive, easy going person. I have lived alone and in share accommodation with either guys or girls and haven't had problems.
Hi everyone! I work in the software industry and am quite new to Sydney. I am friendly, easy going, peace loving, neat and clean guy with a good sense of humor. I can get along with anyone. I'm not really a party animal but will not mind going out once in a while. Looking for a place to share/rent near about Mascot, which is where my office will be. Cheers, Soumya
Hello, I'm Warren. I'm moving down to Sydney on the 29th of October. Accepted a new job. I'm looking in the Rockdale area and surrounding suburbs on a train line. I'm looking for a room with ensuite or own bathroom. About me: I'm friendly, quiet and very respectful. I work long hours(lawyer) and will be out on weekends exploring Sydney. I don't mind having a flatmate dinner every once in a while, and I respect quiet time. During the week when I get home from work I like to relax in my room. I'm only looking at paying 2 weeks bond. I'm not a drunk, drug addict or a party boy. I am single, so if I meet a lovely girl you would have to respect she might stay every now and then, not every night. I have done the sharehouse for over 7 years and have 2 references if you like. Please let me know if this suits.
Im Nathan, 33 year old professional. Positive thinker. Im very clean, mature, friendly, honest, reliable, active, respectful. Im just a normal hard working guy looking for a nice place to live in South Sydney or Inner West. I prefer to live near the train station and shops if possible. I work in tourism and part time tour guide and I do work most weekends. I enjoy my mid week days off for excersize, relaxing and cooking. Some times I go down for the day to see family in the Illawarra. I like animals, sport and traveling.
Young corporate professional working in investment banking, looking for a place that is convenient for travel into city perspective and has a good local vibe. I would want a private room in a shared apartment. At present, I can afford $150-175/week (inc. Bills/water/Internet/parking). Please feel free to contact me anytime. Thanks
Hi, my name is Jarrod and my partners name is Petra. Im from the NSW south coast and work in Environmental science. Petra is Slovenian and has just arrived in Australia (we have been together for a couple of years now and lived together in London), and looking for work in translating/interpreting (she has lived all over europe and speaks 6 languages). I'm a 26 year old full-time graphic designer. I have a beauiful Kelpie X named Erik; he's house-trained, obedience trained, gets plenty of exercise and stays outdoors when I'm at work. My hobbies/interests include (but not exclusive to) reading, sci-fi, mountain biking, art, cheesy horror films, roller derby and the big outdoors. Looking for a relaxed, friendly household, I've been living in sharehouses for the past 8 years, so very good at cleaning up after myself! Would love to hear from you.
I'm quiet, neat & tidy and need a furnished room. I live and work in Sydney Monday -Friday and head home to Newcastle after work most Fridays, although there are approximately 8 Saturdays I stay to work during the year. I enjoy cooking, am happy with my own company but also enjoy having a chat while respecting privacy. I love animals so am happy to share a house with fur babies as well. I don't make judgments about lifestyles and am pretty laid back. While I'm 55 years old, it wouldn't be like living with your mum!!
Ello! :-) You can call me Majed or Camino if it's easier. I'm a 31 year old engineer working full time for a telecom company. I'm pretty chilled, neat, clean, super considerate, outgoing and love interacting with people although I also tend to have my quite me time to recharge and work on the things I like. Speaking of which, my likes vary from practicing yoga, going to the gym, watching kick-ass movies, having a boogie, making deli food, eating the deli food I prepared and listening to awesome music. Oh and I do certainly enjoy a drink or a couple but mainly on weekend as I rarely drink on weekdays. Oh and I come with a mind blowing fully automatic Bosch washing machine and a medium size Samsung fridge. We can use them to split the load ;). Let's have some fun times together! Cheers.
my name is Charlotte, I am a student (TPC, high school and design ) and I need a place to stay while I study at tafe at ultimo in sydneys CBD for a year or so. My income is stable ( I always pay on time ), I'm a easy going house mate, I'm a fun, outgoing, social and neat person and ill probably be gone every weekend. Im currently living in a share house so I have a referance, would prefer student share houses, a backroom or female room mates but in saying that I'm pretty open minded to living situations I am looking for accommodation around the inner west e.g. newtown, marrickville, summer hills. Im keen to make friends with my new housemates and create some groovy memories including wine and banter :-))) feel free to hit me up if your looking for a housemate / team up towards the end of 2016 xx.
Two females looking for a relaxed share house with one or more others. We both have experience in share houses and are reliable, down to earth individuals looking for a personal space to call our own.
Hi my names Cait. i just got offered a new job in sydney and am moving down from Newcastle. I like to have my own space but do enjoy socialising over wine and some good tv. I love baking, vidoe games, fashion and dogs. Definitely not after a party house and would enjoy sharing with some polite and respectful people who are partial to a good brownie.
We are both easy going, used to sharing accommodation as my partner shares the flat he owns in Paris (he is actually moving to Australia in December). I am looking for a comfortable/clean/nice room for about 12 months or until we find a place to buy in Sydney. Both French, Fred is a pharmacist and I am a tour guide in Sydney. Flexible with move in date as I (Sylvie) already live in Sydney
I live a balanced life, love gym and tennis, good food, wine and coffee. I am neat, tidy and considerate and do not come with children or pets! Originally from Melbourne. Looking for a home with housemates I can share a vino with or a good laugh.
Bartender / Tattoo Artist, studying marketing and management , working 5 days p/week. I was a manager of a student accommodation where I live at the moment, but I just quit the job and need to move out. I am looking for some place with max 2 people to share the flat. I am clean and tidy, easygoing, love food, music, nature, art, wine, beer, and quality time. I would rather spend my friday night drinking a good wine at home and chilling with my flatmates than go clubbing... of course every once in a while go somewhere is necessary =) I can't afford a flat on my own, but I am willing to find someone cool to share a good place !
I pay rent on time, paid off a mortgage once in Erskineville. I am an excellent cook, & a great team player. I live a quiet life, & expect the same from potential housemate(s). I belong to social groups , & live my own private life, but enjoy interacting with those that i share with, when convenient for all. I give & expect respect & courtesy, @ all times.... ......
38 yo Asian female, working part-time at the moment for the next 6 months) in Marketing (design and print), speaks fluent english, DTE and easy to get along with. Prefer to have the place all to myself (self contained studio or granny flat) but if I'd to share the place with someone I'd respect their privacy and expect the same from my flatmates. Im looking for an accommodation preferably studios or granny flats but it's prob asking a little too much considering my budget 😁😜so private rooms will also be considered, preferably in the st george or inner sydney and surrounding areas with access to public transport nearby. Ready to move in from 31/10/16 onwards
