Hey potential flatmates! I'm from the US and I am in Australia for work and holiday. I'm working full time in Sydney. I am quite a laid back and easy going person. I'm not a party animal - though I do like having a good time. I'm someone who enjoys living in a clean environment with like minded individuals. I'm someone who likes my space and privacy yet is down to hang out once in a while. I'm looking for a place that I can relax in and feel at home.
Quiet tidy slightly nerdy guy from Russia (been here for 2 years) just finished a cooking school and working as a chef ft. Can cook,, can catch up, but mostly spending my nights off work quetly with my netflex and books
Hi, I'm Dhruv. 26-year-old full-time working professional moving to Sydney from Melbourne. Born and raised in Mumbai, India. Been here for 3 years now. I'm easy going, fun and a chilled out person. I'm easily approachable but will respect your space too and believe in keeping the place neat and tidy. I'm helpful and supportive. Looking for someone similar (No smoker/couples/pets).
I’m a working professional from Perth ...I work long hours, days and nights, enjoy a beer or sporting event on the weekends, love cycling , reading books and the gym. I’m clean and quiet and and respectful of others.
I'm Pete and I am looking for a room for myself mainly and my partner Kelly who stays over mainly on the weekend. We are cheerful, optimistic people who both work full-time, pay the bills and rent on time and are respectful of others. We like to ride our bikes, cook laugh and sing along badly to the radio. We are alcohol and drug free and would prefer a home without excessive partying. I am a bloke at heart but open to whatever life brings my way: I am into footy AND the arts (yes, it's possible haha esp. live music), cycling, swimming, bushwalking and pets (though I do not have a dog currently I'd love one!), recovery and volunteering. Kelly is fun, into cooking, drawing and dancing and she's an outdoor smoker. We are less drawn to accumulating wealth than to helping others who have fallen on hard times. We believe in live-and-let-live and compassion as basic rules to life. Hope to hear from you!
I have recently moved from Perth for work and am hoping to find somewhere that is close to public transport and possibly even the beach. I am a clean person. I work full time and play sports so I tend to be out most of the time but when home I'm either studying or chilling out or I go on spontaneous adventures
I’m a 25 year old and work as an area manager for a fashion retailer. I work long hours during the week so am almost never home during the week. I love keeping busy by trying new things and places but enjoy relaxing on the weekend with coffee and a good book. I am respectful of privacy and can keep to myself but enjoy keeping social with a cheeky evening vino. Also not sure if this helps but can definitely make a pretty delicious guacamole and chocolate chip cookie! Kind Regards, Renee Abel
I'm looking to move out of home for the first time with my bunny rabbit Louis. I work freelance in social media and film. I'm not in a huge rush to move out and am looking for the right place. Really interested in teaming up with some cool people to get a place of our own near a train station. Me: I am very clean, I usually work from home (room for desk space/office space needed) and I have a dorky sense of humour. I love films, video games, history and writing. My Rabbit: Fully toilet trained (uses a litter box), very friendly/sweet, doesn't bite, cleans himself, indoor rabbit, doesn't destroy property, sleeps a lot I am looking for likeminded people who don't mind hanging out/chatting - I respect privacy but I am looking for more of a home feeling environment where everyone gets along. **Private rooms only. I don't share. That's weird.**
Stumbling my way through life one awkward, hilarious, eyebrow-raising, down to earth, d&min' moment, adventure and boogie at a time. Currently working in mental health, can bend thumbs behind pointer finger knuckles and I'm related to Sir Donald Bradman somewhere along a very long line. If I had to choose between dogs or cats, dogs, smooth or crunchy peanut butter, crunchy (no brainer), summer or winter, summer, and if I had a superpower it would be to fly (with a side of being able to understand/ speak any language, including animal). I'm a clean human despite having a knack for missing my mouth when undergoing tasks such as eating or drinking. Friends and family would vouch for me when I say I'm friendly, open-minded and grounded and I cannot wait to start the next chapter in a house with a bunch of fellow weird and/or wonderful humans.
An Australian PR from Malaysia. Generally keep to myself but enjoy the occasional chats and chillout to get to know people. Likes hiking and the outdoors, or just relaxing with a book and music. Loves animals. Cool, calm and collected. Neat and organized
Fun, nerdy couple with laid back personalities. Rachelle is a local hairdresser for a punk hair salon, we both enjoy our video games, don't mind a quiet drink after work, catching up on netflix/stan binges, or the odd party/gig here and there, given its not on a school night. We want to avoid party houses, cheeky ones here and there for special occasions are acceptable, just not everyday/weekend... We like our quiet time too! Also 420 friendly :) I have 2 cats; one Turkish van and one Tabby, plus a Spotted Python (I promise she won't eat the neighbors children). All animals and humans come house trained. If offering an apartment, it must be on the ground floor to allow the cats to roam during the day. Prefer Inner west/ Inner city to live.
Easy going with a good sense of humour. Clean and tidy. Like to socialise, but also like my own time. Currently working part time in youth work with many 24hour shifts. Easy to get along with and always pay rent on time. Also come with a 6 year old aussie bulldog :)
hi! I'm Margaret, a 24 year old Singaporean moving to sydney in August. Relocating as I've found a full time 9 to 5 job in the advertising industry. I've stayed in shared apartments in the UK and Lisbon before, so i know what it means to be respectful and tidy! Also im a non smoker, and love all dogs and cats. Normal days for me would be heading to work in the morning and coming back to cook dinner/chill out/gym in the evenings. I like to get out and have a drink on weekends. I'm a pretty easy going and social person too :) Ideally, i would like a spacious private room (enough to fit a queen bed, wardrobe and desk) that is within a 5 min walk to a train station, has fast & unlimited wifi, and a toilet shared with 1 other person. I'm looking for a house with good aircon/heating system, washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen with an oven. I arrive in sydney on the 1st of aug and would like to find a place by mid aug. Feel free to reach out!
I am a very tidy and respectful young lady, I come from a massive family that reside in Campbelltown, although I've been working in Marrickville for 2 years and I'm ready to move closer to work. I work 5 days a week in a Hair salon. Sundays and Tuesdays are my only days off. I cook, and clean as I go. I hate messy areas / animal fur. Other then that I'm super chill and love a good conversation and wine.
Hi, I’m 22 and working full-time at IKEA. I’m currently renting in the shire, but would like to live closer to work. As a roommate: I am respectful, clean, and quiet. I spend most of my spare time reading, so no noise complaints. However, I am not a total recluse; I love to hang out, and getting to know people over a cheeky glass of wine. Overall, I lead a healthy and active lifestyle. I’m looking to move around the beginning of July; if you have a room available at this time, feel free to shoot me a message!
Hi there! I’m 19, ready to move to Sydney to start my studies! I’m finishing up an acting gig in Italy and looking for some great people to live with. I’ve spent 6 months living out of a suitcase and van with 3 other people with barely any squabbling, so just imagine how great I am when I have my own bed! I come from a big family so I’m used to dealing with people, plus I can cook some pretty good meals if you ask nicely! I’m studying to be an actor, so you may hear me talking to myself (totally normal) or singing random phrases (mostly in the shower) or swearing at myself (again, totally normal). I’m tidy and for the most part organised, but if you’re the kind of person who gets annoyed at a plate I just put on a table, then we might not be a good fit. I like Netflix, music, cider and rereading the same books over and over again
A uni student working part time. I am up for a chat, but always respectful and appreciate space and privacy. Likes to keep things clean and convenient for everyone! I don't mind sharing my spices, I can easily adjust to rules and environment in the house and I'm not fussy :) All I ask is chill, positive vibes!
Super-chilled girl in her mid-30's looking for a place to call home. I work part-time with kids with disabilities and manage properties in Sydney via short-term leasing; thus I work full-time. I am easygoing, relatable, flexible, respectful, clean and tidy. I enjoy conversation, though very much value me-time. I am often taking pup (9 years old) for a run, creating patterns, studying graphic design and interior design part time as I build up a business around renovating and short-term leasing. I look forward to meeting and creating a home with you.
Hey there, My name is Inna and I'm a 24 year old female working in disability support, currently living on the Central Coast but looking to move back to Sydney asap. I have a beautiful white husky who is small for the breed (only 16kg) so a house with a sizeable backyard is a must. I'd love to share a house with other dog-lovers and other medium-large sized dogs that she can play with. I'm happy to live with people who like their home to be a quiet sanctuary, or people who like to party. I'd love for you to message me if you think we could be a good housemates.
Hello! My name is Jasmine and I’m moving to Sydney from Lismore. I am super laid back, friendly, easy to talk to and love cosy nights in more than anything. I am always up for watching a bit of Netflix and having a chat but am certainly not looking for a party house! I am clean, tidy and always on time with my rent and bills. I will be working full time and also come with a beautiful black Afghan Hound - she is a show dog and extremely quiet and gentle spirited. I’m also flexible with lease length :) Please get in touch if you would like to chat! xoxo
