Hey guys! My name is Stan, and I am currently on a working holiday in Australia. I'm planning to stay in Brisbane for a while and work here, so I'm looking for a place to stay. I am a friendly, open minded and clean person. I will always respect the other people I live with. If you have a place for me, or if you know anyone who can offer me one, you can always message me! Thanks, Stan
30 yo chef working full time for Emirates, I am a very clean and tidy person to live with, so that is definitely an aspect I am looking for in a household to move in to. On my days off, I like to cook a great meal with a good wine. I like to catch up with friends and play football or going out for a salsa night. I also love to chill out and Netflix binge. If you would like to know more about me or meet up for a coffee and chat, let me know
Hey guys, I'm Mark. Own my own business and also work a second job so I'm always on the move. At times I'm away more than I'm at home, and when I'm home I'm usually working anyway, catching up with friends and/or keeping fit (motivation dependent ;p ). Looking for a base in Brisbane in a tidy share house with easy going housemates. I'm easy to get along with and respectful of others.
Hi everyone, I am a very neat and tidy person. I'm very respectful of others and their need for quiet and personal space, I'm also mature, independent, understanding, fun loving, social and friendly. I'm 18 so I'm always keen for a good night out but I also I like catching up with friends, I love food and I also like chilling at home watching some good old Netflix! Right now I'm on my gap year working on our family property in NSW. I am a farm girl but don't worry I'm not a complete bogan and I went to boarding school in Brisbane so I know my way around and have plenty of friends up there. I'm hoping to move in late July or early August so I'm able to settle in and get a job and earn more money before I start uni at QUT next year. I'm looking for a place that has easy access to the city, is preferably furnished, I love animals so I'm more than happy to live with pets and I am looking for a place where the rent is under $180! So if you think that I would be a good fit for your house please message me!!!

Hi, I am currently a FIFO worker (see below). My roster is quite lengthy and want to be as savvy with money as possible - this currently is a Expression Of Interest - to see if I can find a decent priced/location/residence that matches my current needs/fiscal outlay. I need to grow up and have a base. - I am quiet, responsible and clean. - I am a non-smoker, non-party animal and have no pets. - I am active and like to cook (still teaching myself). I like a good laugh and have a sense of humour, I don't mind having a drink from time to time and have an extroverted personality. - I respect peoples belongings and boundaries. - Ideally I am interested in sharing accommodation with one other female/male, within or around the same age group (Not into a frat house scenario or young hooligans partying insistently). - Part of living a nomadic live for the majority of my life I do not own any furnishings, however not opposed to purchasing such things, however at this point in time highly interested in furnished (fully/partial) establishments. - Prefer people around my age. - Close by to gym franchises or gyms in general. - I do own a little SUV, however I am considering selling it currently. - $350, inclusive of bills if possible. Prefer housing in areas close to public transport or short walk to there. Areas interested in - Kangaroo Point, Teneriffe, South Brisbane, New Farm, Newstead, Milton, Paddington, Spring Hill and CBD... etc- areas close by to the city life :). If there is a residence that matches my fiscal outlay and is a beneficial area then I am happy to move earlier. Bit about me currently - I am FIFO into Darwin on a 4 weeks on 1 week off roster which is not the most ideal roster. I am an avid reader, budding pilot, love food/wine/coffee, travel and planning holidays (love this immensely), finding a good steak (cattle station girl), stockmarket and love getting dressed up for a good night out, considering my job is in jeans and steel caps! Bit of a gym addict as well :). My future plans are to either give up FIFO and settle into mainstream society, normal 9-5 job and a sleep in on weekends :). Thank you Cassandra
I'm a very calm and respectful person. I'm very clean (think Monica from Friends) and tidy. I'm not a party person and I'm looking for a quiet house as I love sleep and am usually in bed at a reasonable hour due to a hectic job. I do enjoy a good chat and am very social and love a few drinks on the weekend. I'm very geeky, I'm obsessed with Doctor Who, Anime and just Sci Fi in general!! And I love to read! I have a little black cat called Boo, she doesn't scratch furniture, she uses a litterbox only and she has a lovable nature when she gets used to you and can also get along with dogs.
Looking to team-up with one other girl to find an apartment. I'm after a new apartment in South Brisbane, or Newstead or Fortitude Valley and would need off-street park, so message me if you're looking for the same thing. This is one of the apartments I'd really like to apply for, but need someone who doesn't require a car space! http://www.realestate.com.au/property-apartment-qld-newstead-421593946 I work full time in Brisbane city and am looking for a lovely flatmate to share a place with! ☺️ I'm hoping to find a modern apartment, that's kept nice and clean. I'm looking for a place that's ideally within walking distance of Brisbane CBD or at the most a 15 min bus ride. I'd also prefer to live with only 1 or 2 other female professionals. Please only contact me if this suits!
Hi Friends! I am currently looking to rent a furnished room (preferably with an ensuite) close to a bus stop as I will be working at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. I like to keep it tidy and give my housemates their personal space. I am easy going and prefer social flatmates, but also respect a closed door. I am also very interested in teaming up with someone to find a new house. I would be willing to increase my budget if the property is within walking distance to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.
Howdy, My name is Jake and I'm currently looking for accommodation in the city or surrounding suburbs. I am a full-time Concierge of a hotel in the central part of the Brisbane City and I'm looking for a like-minded room mate/s for a short or long term lease beginning around mid-August. I am a healthy eater, exercise frequently, work full time (shifts vary from AM to PM) and keep my living and working environments very neat and tidy (which I've found to be quite rare). If I'm completely honest, I do enjoy a good weekend out but am mature nonetheless and love to have a laugh . Despite these traits, I am relaxed and won't impede on your busy routines but am easily approachable and sociable. If you share similar views and you're actively looking, feel free to contact me through a message or a text. Good luck with your hunting!
Fun, friendly gal looking for a home! I've lived in a few sharehouses overseas, so I know how to live with others. I work hard at uni as a drama major and at Bed Bath n' Table (where I get pretty good discounts). I'm a performing artist, I'm constantly at rehearsals or classes. When I do have a spare minute I go to performances/gigs or kick back with my friends for a beer or two. I really enjoy cooking, singling, popping bubble wrap and old cheesey musicals. I'm a Wes Anderson fan and podcast addict and I wear funky socks. I've done a bit of travel and have been living with my parents to save money since I've been back. I'm looking for a private room in a house with between 3 and five people in the inner suburbs of Brisbane. I'm super keen to move out!
We are two friendly and easy going girls, I'm Colombian and my friend is Japanese. She is working full-time and I'm working part-time, both in the hospitality industry.
Hi potential housemates, I am 28 and work full time as a Speech Pathologist. I am clean and tidy and respectful of others space but equally enjoy a meal/wine/chat together. I work long hours and enjoy going out with my friends but also don't mind the odd Netflix's binge session every now and then. Don't smoke, love animals so if you have a pet 👍 Let me know if you have a place and think we would be a good fit. Lou :)
Hi! My name is Kaitlyn. I am a 21 year old Kiwi girl who has been living in Australia for over 3 years now. I work full time Monday to Friday as a junior paralegal in a law firm. I am always up for adventures, drinks, beach, sports and patting dogs. I am hoping to live with people that are some-what like me so that we can get on with ease. I pay bills on time and believe that I can add to the vibes of your house! Would love to hear from you soon! NO SHARE ROOMS
My name is Thomás, Just moved to Brisbane from Melbourne, to take up a FIFO job on a 10/4 roster, hence I would only be around 4 days every 2 weeks. I'm clean and tidy and very easygoing to live with, Interests/hobbies include swimming, cycling, going to footy, watching footy, eating out, drinking coffee and wine and reading if I get the time.
I am 21 years young; I was born in Brisbane and have lived in Brisbane all my life. I love animals, listening to music e.g.:(Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Michael Jackson, Justin Bieber), and shopping. My favourite food would be mushroom and veggie spaghetti bolognese and my all time favourite beverage is COFFEE haha. I currently work part time in retail in Brisbane City and when I have spare time I like to go to Southbank, go for walks and see family and friends. What makes me great to live with is that I am independent, respectful and I like to hold a good conversation, however I also enjoy spending time on my own and doing my own thing. I am NOT a party animal so you won't need to worry about that ☺ Please only message me if the rent is under my budget listed in my profile, as I am working part-time and that’s all I am able to afford. Thanks for you understand.
Originally from the UK (9 years ago), 26 years old, medical engineer, travel a lot for work. Well mannered, easy going, likes to keep fit and loves being social. Just seeking a nice new change of scenery! Would make an awesome house mate, very nifty with maintenance & 'man' jobs!
Easy going, friendly person. I enjoy playing netball and going for runs, as well as binge watching television! I am from regional Victoria and am very much looking forward to moving to sunny Brisbane. I have just accepted a job offer at the children's hospital. I am quite neat, and an often out and about, always busy! But I enjoy relaxing and winding down with a quiet chat over dinner!
Moving to Brisbane end of July, I'm working as a nurse so looking for an apartment which is central to hospitals or near bus stop/ train station. Im looking for a fully furnished room. I'm a chilled, friendly and easy going person, I enjoy socialising with new people.
Hello! I am looking for a cool place to live in about a months time :) I work full time and am generally pretty busy after work as well. I enjoy keeping busy but also am more than happy to chill and chat with people. My hobbies include bush walking/hiking, rock climbing, anything with animals, checking out cool things to do around Brisbane, and I do also try get to the gym at least twice a week. On weekends I am more relaxed and enjoy breakfasts, coffee, and social drinking/checking out different bars. I am clean and tidy, trustworthy, and pay rent on time. I also am happy to go on the lease and pay bond. I have been sharing in Brisbane for the last four years but have had to break lease on my current place due to an untrustworthy housemate. With that in mind, I would prefer something with 1-2 other people around my age (27) or older. I am happy to consider all options though if it seems like its meant to be. I am happy with all pets and can even look after them when you're away, I am happy with sharing or keeping food separate - I have previously studied nutrition so I am a little health conscious (not overly), I have furniture but not too much (will consider selling it all if there is no space), I have a bike, car, some plants, and a worm farm, and I am not scared of spiders or snakes as I grew up on a farm, so I can help if there are creepy crawlies around. Please contact me if I seem to fit what you're looking for or if you know of somewhere that seems appropriate. I do have a month to look for somewhere and am going to try and stay where I am until then as I will be paying double rent following that until someone rents our current house.
