Hello, I'm Shannon. I currently live in Newcastle NSW, and I am looking for a place in or near the City of Brisbane. As it will only be myself, a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment would be suitable. I would prefer the place to be near bus stops and train stations. I Can as well pay Rent and Bond straight up in advance I will be coming up to Brisbane this month or next month depends. I currently seek benefits, however once moved, I will be looking for a new place to work part-time, and/or apply to Tafe to get my qualifications and study or get a part-time job. Paying rent on time will not be a problem, I have not rented before, apart from off of my own mother, as I pay fortnightly to stay in her home, so I do ask that you Please give me a chance. I do not have rental history at all because never rented before I want to move out and become independent and Live my Life and meet people also and go to the Gym to work out lose weight I am desperately looking for a place, I been trying to find a place quite awhile looking for an apartment but no luck I keep getting knocked back because I don't have a rental history and I'm not there to inspect the property before moving in But I can inspect the property if needed But I got to buy plane tickets to travel to view the place. I don't socialise at all but I'm willing too when I get to know you and become good friends with you and hang out and do thing's together like cooking shopping gym catch a movie chill anything If I sound like the right person don't hesitate to message I Want a person that will give me a chance and a fair go haha. I'm kind and well-mannered person respectful, caring and clean person For contacting purposes, please message me on here. or text me on my mobile phone. I will get back to you as soon as possible. It would mean a lot to me if you could give me a chance Thank you for having the time to read this I Really appreciate it. Cheers :]
Hi! My name is Ashleigh, I'm 25 and a full time working professional. I'm looking to find someone like-minded, tidy and fun to find an apartment with in the above suburbs to move in Februaryish. I am looking at 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments that have a weekly rent of anywhere from $500-$600, therefore maximum $300 each. I would be looking to have the master + ensuite. I live a fairly busy lifestyle between work, exercise, sport and socialising. I like to socialise but also enjoy time to myself when I'm at home, relaxing. I like to get out and about on the weekends but keep everything pretty low key during the week. I'm looking for someone (male or female) similar to me, preferably working full time and a non-smoker. I intend to sign a 6-12 month lease so I'm hoping that suits the person I end up sharing with. If you think we might be a match, send me a message. :-)
I'm going to study business at QUT for my exchange semester, starting this February. I am from Montreal, Canada. I am looking for a place to stay, preferably with other students. Looking for easygoing and friendly people. I love the outdoors, sports (yoga, fitness, volleyball... want to learn how to surf!), dogs, movies, food, beach, exploring the city, going out for a drink from time to time... I like doing my own thing but I am always in for a good time! I am really excited to discover Brisbane and looking for people who can show me around or explore with me.
Hi! I'm an easy-going person, who loves a laugh and an interesting conversation. I don't take myself too seriously, and would want to live with like-minded people of a similar age group. I'm a pretty chilled person to live with. I enjoy relaxing on the couch after work and binge-watching my latest favourite TV show with a glass of wine (trashy shows included). My more regular hobbies include rock climbing and salsa dancing. I do my own thing mostly, but I would love to come home and know that I'm not living with strangers. It would be great to share some wine, occasional dinner or a Saturday morning coffee with my housemates. I would probably like to live with 1 or 2 other people, and preferably with a mix of genders. I'm a pretty creative person, love travelling, dogs, LOVE the beach and enjoy intelligent conversations about anything and everything. I really enjoy good food too :), but I try to eat healthily mostly (everything in moderation, really). I enjoy living in a clean space where everyone does their bit to help out to keep the communal spaces clean and tidy - but I understand people live busy lives. It would be great to live in a fun and relaxed environment where the housemates can relax and enjoy each others company, respect each other and are considerate of each others space. My current lease runs up at the end of January and I’ve been doing the share house thing for a while, so I know the ropes. I work in communications with the usual 8.30-5, Monday to Friday in the CBD, so it would be awesome if I could bus, cycle or walk to work. Completely reliable with paying bills/rent etc. If you would like to know anything else about me, please get in touch. Cheers, Em

Hi, my name is Gus! I am 19 and have very recently moved from Cairns to Brisbane to study at UQ. I will be at uni from 8:30AM - 4PM from Mon-Thurs and working about two days a week so i need a room predominantly for study and sleep. I like to have the occasional drink/night out and I'm very easy going. I enjoy going for walks and drawing in my spare time. I'm looking for somewhere to move in ASAP for between 3-6 months (flexible) and would prefer a furnished room however it's not imperative. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi there!! We are looking for short term accommodation (4 weeks) and possibly longer, from the end of January. We are relatively new to Brisbane and are easy going happy people. We enjoy living a healthy active lifestyle with good food. We are both quiet, clean and tidy to live with and respectful of others space. Paul is working full time Monday through to Friday and Clare is casual, normally working 4 days a week.
Hello! My name is Meg - I'm 26 and I'm a Registered Nurse. I'm looking to move into a new place end of January or early February, but I'm flexible with moving dates. I'm clean, tidy, and respectful, but always up for a laugh! I'm a social person and would love to find housemates who I could also call friends. If delicious baked goods and Netflix binges are your jam, hit me up!
Looking for a place to move out for the first time as i still live at home, would enjoy the experience of living with myself. About me: From Brazil, lived in Australia for almost 10 years now. I am a very organised and clean person, don't like to get into conflicts. I can sleep through everything, noisy house holds are no problems for me. I currently work at The Bagel Boys, both factory and stores, could always get some bagels for the house hold! Enjoy spending time alone, so ill spend most of the time inside of the room. Very open person to talk to, if you have any problems at all i am whiling to work on them! Hope to see you soon!
I'm a relaxed, friendly and (i think) pretty funny guy from Sydney, moving up to Brisbane for work on Feb 18th. I'm really into music, I love going to gigs and i make electronic music as a hobby. I enjoy watching sports and (for lack of a better term) Mind-fuckey movies. I like to stay pretty healthy (exercise regularly, eat reasonably cleanly) and I will clean up after myself. Reasons to pick me: 1. You'll have a New South Welshman handy to make fun of when QLD inevitably wins another origin 2. Pretty much always down for a beer 3. Tall, will be able to reach high places and condescendingly pat you on the head 4. Cooks a decent spag bol
Hey guys, I am moving to Brisbane in Feb to study a Masters of Medical Physics and I'm hoping to find a nice place to call home for the most part of next year. I have lived in share houses in Melbourne for the last few years and can promise I am clean and tidy and respectful. I really love cooking and markets and I'm really looking forward to coming down to Brisbane. Cheers :) Emily P.S I'm on the left in the photo, on the right is my sister and her beautiful auburn hair
Hello! I am from Brisbane and looking for a place in close proximity to CBD and I have listed my preferred suburbs below. I will be flexible with moving before Feb 5th. Currently I work full time in retail in CBD. I am very friendly, introvert, down to earth, trustworthy, tidy, clean and respect your privacy and space. My hobbies are fitness, modelling, photography, volunteering, road trips and camping. If I am someone suitable please contact me. Cheers
I'm tidy, clean and respectful. I'm all about fairness and believe the workload of a house should be split evenly so you'll never have to worry about me not pulling my share. I'm also quiet, but don't mind the odd get together every now and then.
I'm fun, friendly and easy going guy who love to socialise and explore outdoors on weekends. As a housemate I'm clean, tidy, always up for chats, a beverage and movies but also respect others privacy. I work as a dietitian part time during the week and in my spare time I love being outdoors, exploring, playing sport, bush walking, travelling and reading.
Northern Irish girl studying at QUT Kelvin Grove, working at Zara and a singer guitarist. I have been in Australia for over 5 years. I like to focus on university otherwise I would fail, so when I am stressed I'll be out of your way and probably living at uni. I am a musician so I am busy with my gigs now and again. I am clean and respectable of my current roommates, so I won't be in your way all the time. I like to do social activities at the weekend whether it's going out or having friends over, so it'd be cool to be living with people who are sociable with one another, but like to give each other space at times. I also love to spend my time at the beach, and I try to keep healthy and enjoy my fitness. Other times when I am free, I like to head up to the Sunshine Coast to visit family / friends. If you think I'd be a good candidate for your household, definitely shoot me a message. You won't be disappointed by my entertaining accent, and my amazing cooking (avo & toast) :')
I'm a Brazilian chef who spent the last 13 years traveling arround the world cooking and chasing good food. I'm very calm guy (cause the kitchen is crazy enough) and I really enjoy a good chat with some beers or a glass of wine. I like to socialize a lot but I need my time alone too. Whatever I'm a good person, hard worker, clean and polite. I'm in Brisbane to study and work a bit. It would be a pleasure find a nice house with nice housemates to live at this amazing place.

I was living in Paddington with two mates from uni for 12 months before I moved out towards the end of last year. I have recently graduated a Bachelor of Civil and Construction Engineering and have secured a full time job in the CBD. I decided to move out from Paddo as I had planned to travel for 4 weeks before returning back to Brisbane. I have now returned and currently living on the Gold Coast where it is a lengthy commute to work. Need to get up there ASAP. I am organised, polite, respectful, easy going and always like to live in a tidy environment. I can fit in easily and am looking for roommates that don't mind a bit of banter and having a good time. I am eager to come up and have a look anytime.
**TEAM UP** Hey future Roomies, Liam and I met on Flatmates 5 months ago and got a place together for 6 Months, this is coming to an end so we are wanting to find a bigger place and preferably 2 other people to start a new share house 4+ Bedrooms. We are both working professionals, like to keep fit and healthy during the week and love to have a drink on the weekends. Both easy going and would like to find like minded people to create a fun, happy and drama free place where we are all become friends rather than just roommates. Happy to spend around $250 each a week for a room each, so looking for a place for about $1,000 a week. Preferably looking for at least 1 female to even the house out! Send me a message if you think you will be suited and we can all meet up for a coffee or a drink. :) Cheers, Patrick!
We are two good friends looking to transition from Bribie Island to life in the city! One of us is studying at University the other is looking for full-time work in hospitality. Love to go out for dinner, socialise, and meet new people. We love to have a laugh although we are responsible tenants and know how to clean up after ourselves. Looking for preferably one private rooms for the two of us although open to all options! Looking forward to hearing from you!
