28 year old British male looking for a room to rent around the Hamilton, New Farm, Newstead, Teneriffe area. I'm also looking into Gold Coast options or even towards Wellington Point or Cleveland. Flexible with locations and open to most living situations. I put $300 as I am open to short term leases too, and that price is a rough figure. Very chilled, easy going and clean. I usually work nights. My usual routine involves the gym, cooking for dinner/ work, night shifts, sleep and repeat. Due to working nights I like to wind down at weekends with nice food and a movie. I do love to go out for beers, but as I have just had 5 months off work travelling, I will be mostly working and chilling =) Also I am over the whole going out every weekend and partying. I love to travel. This means I do work quite a bit to fund travels. I am a permanent resident here and will be sticking around. Also, if you have a dog I'll more than likely be keen Let me know if I suit your place =)
Hi there, Im Rach. I'm 25 and originally from the Sunshine Coast. I am very clean/domesticated, love cooking, super friendly and easy going, Sociable but also understand Personal space and privacy. Hi! I'm Sarah. I've lived in Brisbane share houses on and off for about 10 years. Looking for like-minded people to share with, in a rad apartment in the New Farm, Newstead or Teneriffe area. I want to move closer to the river for the lifestyle and to be part of a more kindred community of young professionals. Also hoping it motivates me to get a little more exercise and sunshine in my week :). I work pretty long hours but like to enjoy chill time at home, getting brunch and going out for multiple coffees, yoga and heading to the beach on my days off. Keen to get to know my housemates and hangout if time permits but very much understand the need for privacy, self-time and need to switch off. Flexible on move in date, although I'll be aiming to move after I return from holidays at the end of May.
I work and study. I’m tidy, respectable, easy going and enjoy my own time but always make the time to have a chat and socialise with house mates over a meal or wine. I'm looking for a long term stay, preferably 6+ months. I will only respond if there are pictures of the property and on your profile. Thank you.
Hi, my name is Marina. I'm Japanese uni student and taking a gap year for working holiday. I do love music and movie, it might sounds boring tho... I enjoy trying new things, getting to know people who have different background and sharing cultures. I've studied in Newcastle for a year before, but I decided to come back to Australia again since I do love Australia. And this time I’m planning to work part time and do some internships. Thank you!!!!!
I'm doing Bachelor of Psychological Science in UQ (first-year uni). New to Brisbane, originally from Shanghai, China. I'm tidy, easy-going and respectful for others' personal space. I enjoy cooking and also love dinning out and travelling.
I'm an international student from Singapore, and I've been in Brisbane since July 2017. Enrolled in QUT, graduating at the end of this year (YAY!). I appreciate nights out, but I love my nights in more. I promise to be there with ice cream when you're down ;) Preferably an unfurnished room, or at least let me bring my bed with me please? :P

Ive recently moved to Brisbane to complete my clinical counselling placement and finish my degree. Im vegan and health-conscious (non-smoker, non-drinker) but not a Nazi about anyone elses diet or lifestyle. I practice yoga and would say Im a positive person who always starts each day with a genuine outlook. I am a member of the LGBTI community and would ideally like to live with the same or people who are supportive and ok with who I am. I love a nice home - and while Im not a "neat freak" im still clean and enjoy beautiful surroundings. I am also respectful of other ppl's space and request the same. I am a reliable, tidy, outgoing and positive person. My "partying" days are extinct but still head out now and again when the mood randomly takes me. I pride myself on being honest and value my personal integrity, and would like to live with ppl who have the same core values. Im not in a major hurry to move - so I am happy to find the right place and ensure I will be living with sane, normal, healthy people. I will also message you if Im interested in the listing, so no need to send me any messages. If you are requiring a bond of 2 - 4 weeks? i would also ask that it be officially lodged with the RTA. Just for my peace of mind. And I also have my own internet connection so wouldn't need to contribute to anyone elses. Im also ideally looking for a room with an ensuite or my own bathroom but am aware thats not always possible ... my weekly budget is also bills inclusive and can be upsized if something is amazing. And Im not looking for a single room, furnished room, or to live with couples or straight males. sorry. Ps to all the spammers who are messaging me (and ignoring all of my search criteria) please dont. My profile lists my criteria and Im unsure why your ignoring it. Ive had to block so many ppl and its becoming a real drainer. Chat soon!

Master bedroom with en-suite. Air conditioner & ceiling fan in bedroom and living areas.
Hi guys! My name is Shae I’m 26, I work full time in admin. I’m looking to move to the city to be closer to work and have more of a social life. I’m pretty easy going and I tend to get along with most people. I love going out for dinner and drinks and love entertaining at home, but also am down for a Netflix binge for a quiet night in. I’m definitely looking for someone with the same interests/lifestyle and who loves having fun. I’m ideally looking for an apartment close to the city. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
Hi Everyone, I am moving to Corporate, part of my duress is that I have to find something that I like from out at a remote Construction Site. I am due back in Brisbane on the 6th of April and I have 9 days off prior to my start date in Brisbane on the 16th, I would love to find/be in contact with someone before I fly in on the 6th to arrange a viewing and make a commitment then and there etc, pending all parties are happy. ABOUT ME- I need to grow up and have a base. I am a single woman that is coming off FIFO work and heading for Corporate environment. I am an avid reader, budding pilot, love food/wine/coffee, travel and planning holidays (love this immensely), finding a good steak (cattle station girl), stockmarket and love getting dressed up for a good night out, considering my job was in jeans and steel caps! I try to be a bit of a gym addict as well :). WHAT RESIDENTIAL AREA/S AM I INTEREST IN- Prefer housing in areas close to public transport or short walk to there (as no vehicle). Areas interested in - Kangaroo Point, South Brisbane, Spring Hill and CBD... etc- areas close by to the city life and gym franchises or gyms in general within walking distance (with my type of work (project) early/late hours maybe be required frequently and would rather be in walking distance to my office (CBD)). WHAT TYPE OF TENANT/ROOM MATE/RENTER DO I SEE MYSELF AS- - I quiet, responsible and clean. - I am a non-smoker, non-party animal and have no pets. - I am active and like to cook (still teaching myself). I like a good laugh and have a sense of humor, I don't mind having a drink from time to time and have an extroverted personality. - I respect peoples belongings and boundaries. RANDOM PARTICULARS- - Ideally I am interested in sharing accommodation with one or two male/s (not that I am against renting with females, I just tend to get along better with the opposite sex), within or around the same age group (27-37) (Not into a frat house scenario or young hooligans partying insistently) Please note - I am not into uni accommodation or shared housing where there is 2+ people to a single room. - I currently do not possess a vehicle however have a license. - Part of living a nomadic live for the majority of my life I do not own any furnishings, however not opposed to purchasing such things, however at this point in time highly interested in furnished (fully/partial) establishments. - Prefer to possibly team up with another renter and rent a property to a mutual liking. Thank you Cassandra
