Hi Guys, 26 yo IT professional currently working as an IT System Engineer full-time. Looking to move somewhere close to the city. So I am close to work. Hit me back. Keen to come have a look. Cheers, Dave
Hi! I'm looking for a room in Brisbane (Close to the city). I'm 24 and moving back up from Sydney although I was raised in Brisbane. I've just graduated from uni and will start a grad job in Feb 2019. I keep pretty busy but would love to find housemates who don't mind a chat every now and again. I've lived in sharehouses for over 5 years now so I know what's expected of me as a housemate! I'm clean, friendly and respectful and I'm looking for a room to stay long term (1 year +). Please get in contact if you think I might suit your place :)
I'm a 27 year old professional working at the Gasworks precinct. I'm a bit of a workaholic and in my spare time I go to gigs, the gym, play netball and catch up with girlfriends etc. Big breakfast person. Pretty lowkey and looking for a clean and tidy place! Would like to live with someone I can have a bevvie with & chat to but who also won't care if I hermit away in my room watching Netflix after a big day as well. Allergic af to cats.
**DO NOT TEXT ME** I check here regularly! Love to cook Love to have a clean and tidy house I’m a very friendly, mature, open minded honest house mate that respects your privacy and downtime but also enjoys some good quality company food and Netflix 👌🏼 I have a four year old French bulldog who loves company and a good but scratch. He is so chilled and well house trained. Move date is flexible Must have aircon! A pool would be a bonus ✔️ 1 house mate is preferred Must be a dog person NO share rooms!!! Message me if you want to know anything more!
About to start studying law/psychology at QUT so I'll be spending time studying, I'm also hoping to find a part time job, so I'll be busy! Keen to find a place to kick back and call home when I'm not rushing around. I'm friendly, tidy and happy to chill.
Hi! Hope you're having a great day. I'm a 29 year old Dutchie who's been in Aus for about two years now and I am looking for a share house in a central location in Brisbane. Was looking to move halfway February as I will start my new job (within the same company) then, but am flexible with the moving date. I've lived together with housemates for about 6 years now and would describe myself as an easy going happy housemate who loves to socialise but is also able to entertain herself. I'm clean and quiet, and sleep with earplugs so nothing other than my alarm wakes me up. When I'm not working, I love to cook, have drinks and good talks with friends (or housemates!) and go on hikes and explore. I have a very kind and well mannered cat who I'm looking to take with me. He's an outside cat and he sleeps in my room at night. Think I could be your next housemate? Message me, I'd love to hear more! :)
Hi, I'm Alex. I’m Welsh and I’ve just moved from London to Brisbane. I'm looking to move into a fun, social house with other young professionals around end January. I'm an easy going, tidy housemate that would be up for socialising with the house. That said I do have friends in Brisbane so I'll be out of the house sometimes too! In London I lived in shared houses so I'm used to sharing kitchens, bathrooms etc etc. I like to keep healthy so I enjoy cooking and going to the gym regularly, however, the weekend is slightly different. Cheers!
Hey! I'm Hussain, 28, currently a full-time student and also work at the airport. I enjoy new experiences, keeping fit at the gym, hiking and just being in nature. I love the occasional socializing and a drink or two every now and then. Clean, tidy and respectful. I'm also a pretty good cook ;) Ideally, I would love to be great friends with my future housemate(s) in that we get along, do things such as cook, eat, chill and hang out every now and then (no pressure haha) as opposed to being mere tenants with shared living spaces - it's not a prerequisite as i do understand we all have busy lives and varying schedules. The idea of a home rather than a house is appealing:) Preference for residences next to or at walking distances from bus/train stations and supermarkets etc.
Hi, I'm a French 29 y.o PhD student looking for a shared house with my own bathroom or a studio/grannyflat for up to 250$. The room/studio/grannyflat has to be big enough to fit a king size bed if unfurnished. Long term lease from mid-February beginning of March 2019. I'm pretty social so if I live in a shared place, I am looking to live with interactive people, not just flatmates ^^. Also, I don't have any pets but love them :) Feel free to call me to have a chat a/o to plan a visit. Cheers !
Hey my name is Adriana! I’m easy going and responsible. I have been renting for 3 years now with my little 3 year old dog. I have a townhouse available for possible roomates in Wynnum otherwise looking for another place to join? I work full time. Hardly at home. At either work, gym or Gold Coast.
Hey! I'm looking to move to a new place for my last year of studying to become a primary teacher at QUT. I'm positive, easygoing, organised, creative, eco and vegan. I also have a sister who will be getting back from studying overseas so if you need two rooms to be filled, we can both fill them!
I'm looking to move into a place near Brisbane City with a housemate/s as easy going as I am! I study and work a lot so I am barely at home, however when I've got an afternoon off I like to chill out with a wine and Netflix or head to a local music gig. Really don't mind if you're a guy or girl, would just love to live alongside someone considerate, tidy and like-minded. I enjoy socialising but if keeping to yourself is your thing I'm respectful of space and privacy. Happy to either move into an existing share house or team-up and find our own place. Hoping to fill a master bedroom with an ensuite. Shoot me a message to chat about potential living arrangements!
Easy going, polite, clean, tidy and good speaker spanish girl. I will arrive in Brisbane in two months for one year to study&work and I'm looking for somewhere to live and share this experience with people from the whole world. I love chatting, Netflix, hanging out and discovering new places. I'm aware of the environment and I enjoy doing sport outdoor. Of course, I respect self space and problems are not for me, only good vibes! See you!
Hi, am looking for a place to call home in Brisbane for about 6 months from mid-late July 2019 to mid-Jan next year. While that is a while away, thought I'd get onto Flatmates on the odd chance that someone is looking for a tenant for this time. I am working full-time, but in Brisbane for 6 months only. New to the city, and have a very positive outlook on life and keen to explore the city. I am also very clean and tidy and respectful. I hail from Melbourne, where I am renting out my own place, so I live by the motto of looking after a place as if it were my own.
Hey my name is Joe, work full time in Aviation as a standards/procedure writer for an airline. Like to keep same-what fit with gym most days of the week. Love a chilled afternoon beer on a Friday and catching up with friends over the weekend. Looking for a place where the housemate will become friends/mates.
Hey, I'm Takura who is a bubbly and sociable person who is always up to have a friendly chat. I am fully capable to cook and clean for myself. I really enjoy my own time but are also looking for roommates who would like to be friends and occasionally be keen to have drinks and chill. I recently moved to Brisbane for uni from a small beachy town, so I’m still relatively adjusting to the city life. I am looking to move around end of mid/end of Feb, if you are looking around those dates as well then don't be afraid to hmu if interested. Only looking to share a house with female roommates also if you have any pets they will definitely be welcomed :)
I'm an outgoing, friendly and funny Canadian who has recently become a lawyer! yay! I'm usually up for anything from going to the movies, to the beach, to the art gallery or out for a dance. I also love to chill out at home and watch Netflix or do some cooking. I am easy going, clean and considerate. I have lived in Aus for a few years now and I've had some great housemates in the past. Looking for my next great one(s)!
Originally from Wales, UK. Moved to Oz over 5 years ago. Moving interstate from Dubbo NSW to the Brisbane area. I will have little furniture so would be nice to find something furnished, however i can organise my own bed and furnishings if needs be. Unfortunately i won't be walking in to a job when i move HOWEVER please do not let this put you off as I will be able to support myself and to pay the rent until i do get employment once i have moved to the area. I have 1 female desexed Husky called Xena. She is very friendly with people but takes a while to warm to other dogs. I rescued her from a shelter so i am not sure of her history. She is house trained. I can have a good time when the mood suits, but i also respect everyone's privacy and hope you would do the same. I am social and enjoy hanging out with other like minded people. I can be spontaneous! Would be great to have a good group in a house where we can grow to be mates instead of just sharing a home. The odd adventure away together or night out etc.
Canadian looking to setup shop in Brisbane for a while. Actively looking for work in Brisbane as well. I'm a social person and always up for anything fun. Clean, tidy, and respectful of people personal space.
