Boring Disclaimer: 150 per week is my absolute maximum, and it must include bills and internet. I am on Youth Allowance, and there simply isn't more money. Please don't message me if you are listing a place more expensive, or are listing a shared room. If you can see this listing, I still need a home :) Basic Requirements: I am looking for a place with easy access to public transport, particularly between QUT Kelvin Grove and the Gabba/Annerley. No pets that shed, it seems to make my allergies worse. No smokers, no 420. Room needs to be mostly unfurnished, and be able to comfortably fit a double bed, desk, and room for clothes storage containers. Better things: I am studying a Master's Degree in Public Health. In my spare time, I go to a weekly D&D session, and also like to hang out with friends and play board games (cooler than Monopoly) . I also love watching stuff on Netflix, or streaming things like Archer, Rick and Morty, American Gods, Brooklyn 99 etc. I can knit and crochet, and sometimes I like to invite friends over to watch things while crafting. Looking for a house where I can hang out with my housemates and have fun, but also have my own space when I need to study. I keep late hours, but try to make sure that I keep the noise down.
We are a Colombian Couple very funny, clean and tidy people and we are looking for a place that we can share with a new people that not speak spanish because we want to get a new experience in Au. We would like to find a place who can give us the ease of parking
Hey there, I'm Chris from Berlin, Germany. I will move to Brisbane as an exchange student at QUT in the End of July. I live in a flat share with at least 3 people (male & female) since many years now and I really like it! I'm an open minded and communicative person, who likes to not only share a flat because of paying less. So I'm used to cook, having a beer (stereotype - check! ;), go out dancing, doing sports or just hang out, together with my flatmates. But no worries, in the first case I'm looking for a room! And of course everybody sometimes wants to be alone or just needs rest, so I also do. :) Btw: I like it clean, but I don't have to eat from the floor. ;) For the last 6 years i used to work as an event manager (in full-time) for the cultural department of one district office of Berlin. So I studied in the evenings next to my job for the last 2 years. But now I quitted my job to be able to study abroad & travel afterwards. I saved a lot of money and I will also try to get a job in bar or sth. similar, so no worries, I will be able to pay my rent easily (even without the job)! If you have any questions, just let me know! Hope to hear from you - cheers Chris
Student in last semester. Work 4 to 5 days a week and keep myself quite busy throughout the week. Very relaxed and considerate of others as that's how I prefer to be treated myself. Up for the odd drink or social activity every now and then.
Mens sharehouse. Living only with guys. I like to tidy up after you, do everyones laundry cook and clean. Friendly and good with convo but also like to help out round the house do your chores anything you want really. Message me on wickr too " soreknees "
I am a young professional who graduated from UQ last year. Also, I am a casual tutor for UQ accounting courses and English. I love reading in spare time so would prefer a quiet place to live in (Maximum 3 people sharing the house, females preferred). I live a full and varied life. Besides focusing on my career, I am involved with other projects and volunteering work on weekends. Sometimes, I do not have "weekend". I am organised, clean and tidy. I would be willing to help with the cleaning in the house, and I clean up things right after I use them. No pet, non-smoker, non-drinker, do not like regular parties. Seldom invite friends come over as I respect the privacy for the landlord and housemates, and I take others' sense of security and comfort as an important concern. If I do, I will definitely ask beforehand. On the other hand, I do not consider myself as a workaholic. I like working out at gym, watching movies, rock climbing, going to museum and cooking; I also would like to share food with my future housemates or flat mates occasionally. I am a person who respects different culture and background, as well as privacy. People who know me would regard me as a trustworthy person. Looking forward to living with like-minded people.
From not so sunny England currently in Australia chasing the sun on a working holiday visa. I'd like to stay in Brisbane for 3 months whilst I save more money. I would say I'm lovely & polite, I clean and tidy up after myself and don't like messy/dirty places. I think I'm pretty easy to live with. It would be so nice to call somewhere home for a little bit. I'm sociable and into hiking & exploring aswell as nights out and nights in. It would be so awesome to meet some like minded people to have fun with! Also looking for team ups for the time I'm here, would be awesome to have a little gang! Get in touch! xo

Hey I'm 24 studying Psychology full time at Griffith and working part time. I've been living on the Gold Coast my whole life about to move to Brisbane for a change. I'm very easy going, laid back, clean, considerate and not a massive party animal. I do like my own privacy and space but I definitely prefer to be friends not strangers with who I live with. Would ideally like to live with people around the same age as me :)
I am moving from Townsville. I work week on week off so I ll be away half the year. Love my NRL and sports in general. Very clean to live with. Easy to get along with. Moving for a change in life style and scenery. Need a place with somewhere to put my car, preferable an unfurnished room ,close to the city, easy going people around the same age.
Hi I'm a 26 year old Irish male who is seeking a house share in and around East Brisbane, Brisbane CBD, Brisbane inner suburbs, kangaroo point, Brisbane west end etc. I am currently on a 417 working holiday visa & intend to be working full time. I will be in Brisbane for 6 months until the end of December & would like a nice group of people to live with during my time in the city. I am Irish through and through which means socialising is in my blood. I enjoy meeting new people & socialising with a few Guinness (When I can get my hands on it out here) or lagers will do if the Guinness is unavailable. I enjoy going to the gym during the working week to keep myself fit and healthy, although i tend to let it slip at the weekends if i'm not working (all about that healthy balance). I will be working full time in hospitality once I find a suitable position, I am clean tidy and a very easy to get along with house mate. Unfortunately I have an allergy to Cats, so a cat free house is essential haha, If ya think I suit the criteria for your wonderful house share send over a wee message, I am very flexible so give me a shout with whats out there. :D Cheers Alan
I am a very easy going guy, hate everyone equally so I don't offend anyone in particular...;-) I'm 40, work at QUT doing my Mres in applied science, I'm well trained, clean and tidy, and I'm a chef so I can cook pretty Ok. happy to do so most nights depending on due dates of course. Always pay my bills before the due date, makes life easier that way I have two big dogs, but they are house trained, obedient and gorgeous, and can help keep you fit. This does mean I need a good sized & fenced yard. I need someone to either join me in the place I'm currently in or I can join a place to help pay the bills. A longer stay is what I want, I will be an eternal renter, can't help that these days, so if you need someone to help pay the mortgage. I have a full house set up in Wacol, you check my other ad we moved here in January, and its been a great neighbourhood, 15-20 mins from the city by car, 25mins by train to central, a brisk 5 min walk down hill Surrounded by Kangaroos, saw 8 driving down our St tonight (31st-may), seen mobs of 40+ around the corner. Even closer than the train is the Gailes golf course (very nice) and Wolsten Park golf course next to that, the Goodna RSL is 5mins via back roads. its a very safe and friendly neighbourhood, we've only been here 5 months, but it feels safe and homely So, I have a Master bedroom with walk-in robe and a brand new AC, so check out my other as for more details. thanks and I hope to hear from you shortly.
*Very neat and tidy *Into healthy food and exercise *Non-smoker, very-occasional drinker *I don't pirate crap, have a netflix account *Generous, sharing culture (food, friends etc.) *Would prefer to be friends instead of just flatmates *Quiet, will very rarely have visitors (immediate family and closest friends) *Full time study, part time work *Would prefer to share with creative/academic types who can hold a conversation and share their ideas -As opposed to closed-minded, self-absorbed individuals who prefer gossip I have all the furniture and appliances we need but would like to rid myself of as much of it as possible before moving: leather couches, fridge, new washing machine, futon, antique desk and bookcases, microwave, high-speed wifi, cable router (with pay-by-month plan), huge tv, coffee table, the list goes on...
I am very very clean and like to live with people who are also very clean! I love to have fun but also enjoy quiet alone time. I work full time Tues-Sat and have a boyfriend, so I can be a ghost in your home or I can be a bff :)
A writing student nearing the end of his poor life choice of getting a writing degree. Extraordinarily quiet for the most part, you could probably go the entire day without seeing me if you check your corners correctly. But that's most likely the result of me trying to be considerate and not cause any fuss. If you need to talk to me about anything, I'm almost definitely going to be happy to do so. I consider myself a kitchen ghost. Meaning, if I do things right, you won't even know I've been there. I like to clean as I go, and anything I leave out will be gone as soon as I'm finished with it. I love my computer like most people love their limbs. I take him everywhere, and he is unfortunately forced to come with me everywhere even though he could almost definitely do better. Looking to move as soon as possible, but the real final day I have is 18th of July before my current lease ends, which is convenient for this site's whole '30 day plan', so if you're in no hurry, I'm not really in a huge one either, although I do like jumping on things sooner rather than later. I'm not sure what else to say here, honestly. Last housemates I've had have had pretty much no bad experiences with me. You can talk to them if you really want. I mean, I won't leave their numbers here in this box, but if you want them you can totally have them. I know I have at least one of them still. I like video games sometimes. Movies are pretty cool, I guess. These are very general mediums that everyone likes, so I don't know why I'm mentioning them. Just gonna stop talking now. You have yourself a super good day. Additional comments regarding the profile picture: I'm a writer, not a photographer.
I'm almost always laughing and down for a pizza night any day of the week. I'd love to live with someone who can show me around the surf breaks.
Hi all looking for someone to share a place with. I'm easy going, clean, hardly home and a good cook. I like my own space but looking for someone to share a wine or two with occasionally or a movie night on the couch. I have pretty much everything house wise.
Work 6 days a week usually, generally out of the house during the weekend as well. Respect down time but also don't mind being social. Very clean and tidy.

I work full time on James St in the Valley. I'm social and easy going. Love to go out for a few drinks but also enjoying staying in and binge watching TV. I also like going for hikes, brunching, friends TV show and Harry Potter. I'll be going back and forth between Newcastle [about one week every month].
