I'm a professional working full time, not a messy person, and won't leave the kitchen in a unkempt state (who likes cooking in a dirty kitchen?). I clean up after myself and am more than happy to be a friendly, social roommate, however like everyone I do enjoy private time. I also keep a fairly active lifestyle (running, cycling, rock climbing, etc). Most of the time, anyway :) Ideally I need at least room for a desk with a PC and books etc., on top of regular storage. I also have a car, motorbike and two bikes (pedal power) that will need to go somewhere relatively safe. Preferably two other roommates max, and a place with more than one bathroom. I get along well with both female and male housemates. Message me if you think you may have something for me to consider, or if you want to team up to find a place. I'm looking to be west of the Pacific motorway, as I commute to Ipswich every day :)
Hi, I'm working full time as a business analyst, clean and respectful, saving for buying a property at the moment, would love to find an alike person or persons to share a house with a fully fenced large yard. My puppy, although only 4 months old, is very smart, has been toilet trained, friendly to any human and dog or cat, calm and quiet, but always love a play with you.
Looking for a team up for early January 2017. I've been sharehousing for 10+ years, so I know the drill. I generally keep to myself, but would like to find someone who enjoys a drink or share dinner every now and then. I'm clean, respectful of the noise, and mess I make and am fairly accommodating. I'm looking to move from my small two bdrm flat to a roomy townhouse closer to work in Toowong. Ideally looking to share with someone around my age. I've been looking at 3bdrm places with several bathrooms (so we don't have to share!). My budget is around $200 to $280/week. I'd prefer to share with just one other person. I have enough furniture to furnish everything, but most is old so i don't mind donating most of it to charity. My 'must haves' are a garage for my new car, and my own bathroom. About me: I work full time in Toowong, love touch football, beer and have recently taken up surfing. I spend most weekends out of the house catching up with friends. I don't go out much anymore, the party lifestyle is way behind me. About you: you also work full time, and are able to pay your own rent. If you work FIFO, or shift work, thats more than ok with me. I've lived with shift workers before, and understand how important sleep is.
Hi I'm Phoebe! I'm 27. I would say I'm a friendly, creative & easy going person. I'm looking for a great new house (hopefully in a leafy suburb or street) with like minded friendly housemates who don't mind a laugh now & then. Sometimes I like my own space but most of the time I'm down to socialise! I'm tidy & respectful & have lived in share houses for 6 years now, so I know how it all works ;) Things I love in no particular order: music, food, animals, nature, photography, random adventures & YouTube marathons (don't judge me). The end.
I'm a health professional working at Ipswich hospital and only recently moved to Brisbane for work. I'm considerate and respectful as well as tidy and friendly. Ideally I would like to live in a unit with only one other person, in the south suburbs of Brisbane.
Looking for a spacious, bright room somewhere within biking distance to the botanical gardens, until the end of the year. Vego, don't smoke, international PhD student, love animals so happy to move to a place with pets present. I'm not highly social but enjoy a good conversation, watching a movie or having dinner or a drink with housemates, but definitely also like to keep to myself in the evenings and chill during the week.
health and fitness enthusiast friendly, tidy and mindful person to live with full time health industry worker looking for people to live with who are not big drinkers i have an outside dog who does not bark/dig ect. Clean up after him reguarly. looking to start up a share house household furniture appreciated but not nessesary as will buy when we decide on a property
I'm relaxed, neat and tidy and easy to get along with. I'm a teacher, so I'm out of the house during the day. I like to have a chat, but I also like a bit of my own space - as I'm sure you do too!
I can say a few things without seeming like I've got a big head. I am a very easy going person, very approachable & east to chat with. I can be either very social depending on who I may be sharing with. I love to clean in my spare time (a little OCD some might say). Vibe to the music I listen to, keep active & love to train. I have just come out of work, I won't lie, but I am really keen to get into it during the holidays. I am very reliable, responsible & respectful. I do like to at times have my privacy as I'm sure everyone does but yeah.... I can do $200inc a week max, would prefer to have an ensuit as I'm anal about hygien but if not, that's okay 🕊
I work full time for an organisation that runs camps for disadvantaged kids. This means I tend to be away during holidays. I tend to do cute things for my housemates (roses for Valentine's Day, chocolates at Easter, etc.). I always pay my rent and bills on time and I am a generally tidy and contained housemate. I am kind and considerate, I love time to myself and I make awful Dad jokes. More than happy and flexible to live as a supportive household or an autonomous household. What else do I bring to the table? A young cattle dog name Louie; a kayak; a car with roof racks and a tow bar; a rather well stocked bookcase. Interpret those as you will! I attempt to do a hike up a mountain or a beach trip each weekend that I am free and would be more than willing to invite housemates along!
I work full time as a Speech Language Pathologist. I am always up for a laugh and some banter but also appreciate time to myself. I am a clean person but not a complete neat freak. Would love to live with people who enjoy cheese and wine!
I'm a friendly 23 year old. I work as a dog groomer and im doing a diploma of science so im fairly busy and quiet. I have a large dog, she is very friendly but wouldn't be able to live with a cat as she's never met one before. I'm looking for a room anywhere in Brisbane as long as there is some form of public transport within walking distance.
I'm friendly, relaxed, punctual with bills and on top of my chores. I'm a skater and musician, I love dogs and all pets (I don't have any), I keep a neat fresh good looking set up in my room. I'm equipped with loads of furnishings including cookware and they're optional. Looking for a place by the 16th at the latest.
I am very understanding and easy going. I am courteous due to my work requirements, and honest. I work in the aviation industry. I have just returned from being based in Sydney and while I look for something to buy over the next 6-12 months I wanted to rent something tidy and pet friendly as I have a small dog. I am a lot of fun, love the outdoors and trying new things, hence giving this a go.
Hi there! My names Mel, im a clean and organized person who is considerate of the people and animals i live with. I enjoy a drink here and there, would be happy with company or happy to game alone ;-) Not moving till late April/early May.
I am a down to earth, caring and intelligent person, clean and considerate of others. Always respectful and mindful of other’s privacy, but always up for hanging out whether it’s staying in and watching a movie or going out. Thank you for your consideration ☺️
As a housemate, I'm proud to say I have been as conscientious as I can -- always sorted bills on time, always cleaned after myself, and was always aware of my surroundings/time. I'm easygoing and I don't like to impose on people. I'm up for socialising and also enjoy my private time. I love food and will occasionally cook a 'special' dish :) However due to work and study, I (sadly) resort to 5min noodle most of the time. So don't worry about me hogging the kitchen. I like playing boardgames, watching tv shows, and just hanging out with my friends.
I'm in my mid-20s working as a secondary school teacher. Like to watch a bit of trashy TV or interesting docos on the couch, but equally, a stroll headed to a few beers is always an option. Whilst I'm no stranger to a night out I'm definitely not up for a party house and am pretty set in my weekday routines so am looking for flatmates who can respect that. Though whilst my weekdays are somewhat mundane I'm always keen to socialise come Friday 3pm. I like to look after my place pretty well so ideally would like to be with people who are equally as clean and tidy and happy to share the load.
I'm an easy going professional working in town who likes to relax and unwind in the evenings over anything from a beer & good conversation to a trip to the gym, an episode of GoT or a good book. I'm clean without being obsessive and understand what tact is, though it might shock my family if they were to ever observe me practice some. I am good at respecting peoples space and generally don't intrude without an invitation. I also come bearing free avocados as I have a small hobby farm outside of town where I spend some weekends.
Hey guys! I am 25 years old and have been living out of home since the age of 25! I am very clean, always pay my bills on time, and like to keep to myself for a majority of the time. Looking for somewhere to live that is closer to work! Hit me up if you're keen to live with someone who works full time, and is reliable!
I'm a 24 year old full-time student. I'm moving to Brisbane from Sydney in December looking for a single room. I have a good rental history and pay rent on time and have lived in share houses for over 5 years so am familiar with the dynamics. I'm a pretty relaxed and easy going person. I enjoy the odd glass of wine when i get home and a netflix binge every now and again (I am a genuine whiz kid at useless movie trivia!).
Hello, my name is David. I work full time in Inala from 9-5pm. I am currently living in a share house and would like to move due to a rent change. I have a small Male cat that is fully toilet trained and spends most of his time outside and thinks its a human. I am a quiet, honest and respectful person that usually keeps to himself. - I pay all my bills on time - I'm clean - Knows how to cook :) - Easy to get along with If you are able to help me out please give me a call.
Although I am 18 (turning 19 in May), I am quite independent and like to keep everything very clean. I like to think that I'm quite quirky, I love music and am outgoing. At home I'm very laid back and usually spend my time in my room, but will still socialise if I see someone. I'm looking for a room to stay at while I study at UQ and work part time. I have been brought up in Perth and am living here up until the end of January, so I may be a bit of a busy-bot for the first few months of living in Brisbane, as I love discovering new places and seeing new things. I have one female cat named Millie (3 yrs old), she is an indoor-only DSH grey tabby and is quite a sweet little thing. Although she likes to do her own thing most of the time (sleep), she is very well behaved, has never scratched the carpet, has never done her business anywhere besides her own toilet and is no where near a demanding cat, so she will be completely hassle free! :) If you have a room that would suit the both of us (preferably spacious as I will have Millie's scratching pole, bed, enclosed toilet and off ground food bowls to go in) available towards the end of January 2018, please hit me up with a message! Can promise you I (and cat) will be one of the best house/share mates you've ever had!
