We are a very easy going couple, usually quiet but we do enjoy a good time. We like to be active ( gym, yoga, beach etc) but love our down time too. We both work nights and I study during the day. We are very clean and easy to live with.
Hi! I'm a full time art student - starting degree in Natural History Illustration next year at UON.. and work weekends in retail. Long term preferred. Looking to move between early to mid January (when the lease is up here). Thanks to a greedy tax man.. (somehow ended up OWING money this year 🤔) ..I'm not in a position to provide much bond/rent in advance at this stage.. 0-2 weeks bond is all I can commit to for now. Looking for a large room - I have a drawing table+computer desk I'll need to fit in there, I’ll probably downsize to a double bed so I can squeeze more into a room. not a big party person, being 30(ish) i prefer red wine and cheese platters to beer bongs, but do enjoy a good bevvy filled banter in the yard and a cheeky night out once in a while. veggie patch (or potential for one) and a nice yard space would be awesome. red wine is the nectar of the gods and cheese platters complete with crackers, dips and cured meat selection are dinners of champions who can't be bothered with real food. chocolate is a constant. disney isn't just for kids. quite happy to be anywhere on the scale of keeping to ourselves or becoming BFF's. i have a very clean indoor/outdoor cat. gypsy, she's a beautiful ginger kitty, v. small. she kinda hates everyone (not mad just very very shy). so won't be all up in your business. spends most of her time asleep in the shade or on my bed at night. If i can give her access outside via a window in my room she's likely to not ever venture into other parts of the house. not a clean freak so I’m not going to lose the plot if you leave a dish out for a day but if things start growing in the sink and fridge that's not cool.
I’m a pretty chilled individual who loves a good chat but appreciates a quiet, relaxed household through the week, and a drink or two on the weekend. I study the Bachelor of Nursing full-time and work part time in hospitality both here in Newcastle and in Sydney. In my down time I love to play the acoustic, go to the beach or just hang out with a glass in front of the tv. I’m a tidy, respectful person to live with and come with two kittens Sunny and Frankie :) Shoot us a message if you think we’d get along and we’ll grab lunch and see how things go.
Uni Student starting in 2018, wanting to settle in newcastle and start my new life . I am an extroverted person who love stimulating conversation, but can understand peoples needs and personal spaces. I would love a chill environment, which is clean, as I am a clean person.
I am Georgia, an architect who just arrived at Newcastle to start a Ph.D. at the University of Newcastle. I will be working from 9 to 5 Monday- Friday at UON. I am a no smoker and have no pets. Social, easy- going, clean and tidy, well organized, enjoying walks by the sea, cooking, watching movies, going out for coffee- drinks and looking around for museums and art. I am also willing to stay downtown so as to socialize and have better transportation with express bus to the uni. I have no car and need no parking space. Preferably an ensuite room at a flat apartment. Please contact if you are interested. Georgia
Hi, I'm Rosaria! I'm a 22 year old currently studying science majoring in biology at Newcastle uni whilst working. I have a ginger cat who is adorable and no problem at all. My ideal house is somewhere in cooks hill or Hamilton. I'm a great cook and would love sharing meals with my housemates, with a glass of wine as well. I love to socialise as much as I love my own space and am respectful of that of others. I'm clean and tidy as well which is great. My schedule is all over the place with work but I'm either working days and socialising nights and vice versa. I love going for a swim in my spare time and can teach you yoga! I'm more inclined to team up and lease a new house to make our own as well.
I am easy going, pretty quiet and enjoy a beer. I come from Armidale and will be moving to Newcastle in the New Year to start a new job. I get on well with people and am considerate to my housemates. I pull my weight around the house.
I'm looking for a room in January in Newcastle. I'm 24 and will be working full time in the health sector. I've lived in Newcastle for university and have just spent the last 6 months travelling in Europe and India. I like to keep fairly active and healthy, but also very much enjoy a vino/beer or two and occasionally heading out, especially to live music. I'm fairly social and love to cook and bake. Other things about me: I'm learning Spanish, have just become a certified yoga teacher and love a trip to the Sunday farmers markets. Clean and tidy in common areas :) Flexible with move in dates and semi-flexible with budget.
I'm from Denmark, currently taking a year off between school and uni to work and have fun, I've lived in Newcastle before so I speak fluent English and know (somewhat) my way around town :) In my free time i draw a lot, and for fun i like to go to the beach or go out and have a drink :) I won't even get started on my interests, i have a lot, but i think that just makes me fun to chat with!
Hey I'm Callum I work full time and some Saturdays, i keep to myself most of the time but do enjoy socialising aswell. I go to the gym most days, not just looking for house mates also looking for some good friends :)
Full time architectural drafter, looking for a place closer to work and the beach. Like to keep myself busy over the weekends, but happy to grab a casual drink during the week. Not overly good at talking about myself, so just hit me up if you want to know more
I am an easy to get along with 33yr old single girl who has lived in shared housing for the past 6 years. I am from Sydney and am moving to Newcastle as I have a new primary school teaching job starting in 2018. I love walking, baking, beach time, visiting cafes and chilling out with friends (Though I don't have any yet in Newcastle so I am hoping to change that)
Hey there names Alex (got about a million nick-names) I'm a chef by trade but not the douche baggy kind i'm looking for a fun loving house, i try to stay active go to the gym a lot. like taking my dog for a walk ( she doesn't live with me unfortunatly ) really i'm just looking for a new group of friends. Don't mind enjoying a few beverages, oh and if we ever have house dinners i you'll have the added bonus of having someone that's great at cooking lavish meals! i like to keep tidier then the average guy especially the kitchen but i'm not over the top OCD at all. overall fun loving, hilarious, semi all-right looking but good at cooking guy. looking for a place to kick back and relax with like minded people.
Hey, I'm looking to move January 2018 to study nursing as well as work part time. I'm social, easy going and always up for a chat however appreciate down time too. I'm tidy, will always clean up after myself and am mindful of other peoples space. I would love to live in a friendly, tidy and social household, with room mates who don't mind hanging out.
Hi, name's David I'm a recently graduated electrical engineer working full time at Honeysuckle and looking to move closer to work and the city. I'm 25 years old and would prefer to move in with people of a similar age. I'm easy going, caring and open minded. I love being social, although I also respect when people want their own space. I don't mind a casual drink during the week or going out on the weekend and I'll never say no to drinks/dinner with friends. I'm a pretty decent cook and know how to keep a place clean. Looking to move into a place in the next month or so.
I'm a student at Newcastle University and I study law. I'm looking to move into the city to be closer to the new campus. I've lived in Newcastle since 2013 and I'm originally from the mid north coast. Since 2013 I have lived in share accommodation. I have a casual job at a bottleshop. As a housemate I am clean, respectful and tidy. I'm also keen to hang out and have some fun. I like surfing, swimming, live music and any kind of sport. I also love the Knights and travelling.
Hi, I work at the University which keeps me pretty busy during the week. Outside of work I like to keep a pretty balanced lifestyle. Looking for an initial 6 months, but will likely be around for 12 or more. Also would be happy to team up to rent a place. I am well house trained, love to cook and chill out. If I sound like someone you could live with, lets meet up. Cheers, Joel
Hey we are two good mates looking for a place for 2018. We are 4th year uni students both studying primary school teaching. We are easy going, enjoy good food, good banter, video and board games and a cheeky bev on the weekends. Hoping to get a place with some people around our age, we are LGBT friendly, don't smoke and are always inclusive of others. What more could you want in a potential room mate? ;)
