I am a fourth year university student who works part time. I enjoy the beach, running and quality conversation but also understand the importance of being respectful and clean. Looking for somewhere in town to be close to uni and work.
Hey I'm Jack. I'm 29 years old and work full time Monday to Friday, usually fairly long hours. I'm a pretty relaxed, easygoing person so am usually up for a tea/coffee/drink and a chat most nights but also like my downtime. Ideally looking for people with a similar view on things to find a place somewhere east of Tighes Hill / Hamilton.
Hi, I'm Lily. I am currently studying Visual Arts at Hunter Street TAFE. My course will be ending soon and I will be looking for full-time work. I have been renting on union street for the past 5 months and now I'm looking for somewhere new. I work hard at all that I do. Therefore my bills will always be paid on time. I always enjoy hanging out with friends, making art and I love wholefoods cooking. I'm a very independent but communal living person. I am tidy and friendly and I will respect your space. I would love to find a place to live in Cooks Hill or around that area, where I can be close to friends, the beach and, Tafe!
Hi, I am Russ, I am an engineer moving to Newcastle for a new job. I am 29 and looking for a room in a shared house. I’m clean and tidy, easy going, respectful, usually quiet and I keep myself busy, but do enjoy socialising over coffee or a wine and eating out with friends. I enjoy cooking (usually something like Indian, Chinese or Korean) reading, exploring places, travelling and chats. I am originally from Perth but relocated to Canberra for university, and now to Newcastle!
Hi guys, my name's Daniel and I'm a pilot originally from Perth and am a really practical and down to Earth kind of guy. I love new experiences and lead an active lifestyle so enjoy getting out for a run, swim, hike/camp, travelling or sampling different local beers. I don't smoke and I won't be bringing any kids or pets and will gladly help out around the place and tend to be pretty clean myself. Just a heads up, there will be days where I will be up getting ready (as quietly as possible) for those early flights at about 430am or back about 9pm. I've been in Newy for about 8 months now. The owners of my current rental have decided to sell so I may be looking at having to move. I am also waiting on a call up for the next job that would take me away from Newcastle and so a flexible length of stay is preferred but looking at approximately 2-3 months. I have a bedroom set up but am ok with offloading it if required. The ideal location would have a supermarket, some cafes and maybe a pub/bar or two within a short distance but I am pretty easy. I prefer something on my own up to a share house with a maximum of 4 occupants total and am pretty clean and very considerate myself. So if you happen to have a room and think I may be a good fit, please feel free to contact me. Cheers! Dan
Hi there! I'm a 26yo full-time health professional looking to move to the Newcastle region in Mid-Late December preferably. Outside of work I'm an active person who enjoys playing sports and going to the gym. Also enjoy hanging out with friends and exploring places over the weekends. I'm a relaxed person around the house and am usually up for a post-work drink and chat most nights but also enjoy the occasional quiet night after a big day. I'm a clean and tidy guy and am unlikely to leave much of a mess around the place.
Hey everyone, I'm Tanya. I've lived in Newcastle my whole life. I'm 22, currently studying law full-time and working part-time in a law firm. I like to socialise and exercise, but I also like quiet nights in with Netflix. I'm down for a chat, a movie night or a beer, but also like a bit of alone time now and then. I'm not very noisy and like to keep the house clean. Looking forward to meeting you!
Hey! I am super easy going, I keep tidy and I'm a pretty good cook. I'm looking to find a housemate/s that I can hang out with at home, have a drink with and cook with when we feel like it. I'm pretty social and my working week has me out of the house tues-fri 9-3 and Saturday all day.
Hey, I'm from Melbourne and moving to Newcastle for work in engineering. I'm pretty laid-back, love the beach, and up for anything outdoors. I also respect other people's property, am fairly tidy and don't mind a chat.
I am a 27 y/o creative designer that is looking to move back to Newcastle after 8+ years living in Sydney and Sweden. I love music, design, travelling, camping, Star Wars (hello there), video-games and keeping fit/healthy. I am extremely tidy, respectful and environmental. I am a little shy upon first meeting, but I come out of my shell in no time. I like to feel comfortable in my space - I will be walking around in comfort clothes or hardly any. I am a social creature and will definitely participate in house dinners and drinks. I like to be social on weekends and would like to host friends over for wine and such. I have a cat named Mishka who is indoor/outdoor and will be your next best furriend. She is house trained, loves people and will sleep on your lap if you're sitting long enough. My ideal housemates would be super cool, cultured, love a drink, going to gigs and social events, good music, are clean, sustainable and have an interest in recycling/minimising waste. I am interested in starting a share house. Move in date is flexible (looking for work before moving up) & length of stay but prefer 6+ months

I am friendly, very social and I am always keen for a chat and a drink. Looking for a comfortable and inclusive household close to the CBD.

Hello :-) I am a Psychology student coming from overseas and doing an internship in Newcastle! I would stay in Newcastle at least at mid of April! I am looking for a place with nice roommates who like to spend time with each over! I am a clean, respectful and responsible person. I like to cook and to spend my time with friends. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate and send me a message :-)
I'm a super easy-going and friendly individual! I am easy to live with, pay rent on time and am super clean. Desperately trying to find something as I'm moving to Newcastle sometime in November and looking for something until February. I have a small cat who is trained, toilet trained and lazy - she's very docile and sweet and is content to stay in my room.
Hey there! Full time student Part time cook I love a good wine and a nice dinner out. I work most weekends and study during the week. I'm quite social and will have a good chat with you but enjoy my quiet time too. Moved here a year ago from Queensland and have been adventuring and meeting new people ever since! I am reliable, tidy, open-minded and like to keep a clean house. I work part-time so you probably will see me here and there. I’d usually be around after work on weekends and during the week when I’m studying.
From the Central Coast looking to move back up to Newcastle end of November, once my university practicum has finished. I'm studying Occupational Therapy and working part time in Newcastle. I'm easy going, respectful and clean. I love my down time but also love a bit of banter and don't mind an occasional wine or two.
Currently living in Cardiff but moving out as my housemates are expecting a little bundle of joy early next year! Looking to live closer to town as I’m originally from Port Macquarie and am addicted to the beach. I’m clean, quiet, and easy going but do enjoy a wine or two every now and then. At the moment I’m studying vet nursing whilst working part time at a clothing store (I get good discounts *wink, wink*). My hobbies include sewing, the occasional dance class, going to the gym and eating food (it’s allllll about balance).
I personally think I’m pretty darn funny! I’m clean, friendly but also understand the need for personal space. I don’t eat other peoples food because I know how heck’n annoying that is! Just looking for a nice little place near the beach so I can take my future albino ferret for walks with me and I can enjoy the waves! Newcastle is my favourite place in the world, I find everyone here to be the friendliest out of all places I’ve been so I’m just hoping to share a place with some legends and make some friends out of it!
Hello, everyone! My name is Natã and I'm originally from Brazil. I have been living in Newcastle for 3/4 months now and I'm ready to move to a more definitive place! I am very sociable (and talkactive) and love ~love~ to cook (specially sweets). So be prepared to eat all the amazing treats Brazil has to offer you! I love going to the cinema or watching Netflix. Love puzzles, board games. I enjoy the beach, but I prefer the forest, go hiking or walking in the green. I am quiet when need to be so you won't hear me laughing/screaming/talking late at night (unless we are in this together, bro!)! Anyway, I am just a chill guy that loves to talk and meet new people! Cheers!
