Hey! I’m Liv, I’m 21 and I’m currently in need of a new pad as my awesome housemate is unfortunately moving to Sydney and is giving up the place we’re staying in at the moment. I'm wanting to move hopefully before the end of November and I'm flexible with stay lengths. I work in The Junction making Newy's best doughnuts and also study online. I love to get out and about whether it’s to the beach, the gym or to get a coffee with some friends. I’m quite a social person, I definitely enjoy the occasional night out for drinks on the weekend when my work schedule allows me to and I'm always up for a chat but also know that personal space is important as I definitely enjoy mine sometimes!
I am an international student of UON, I’m looking for a bedroom rental near the train from CBD to Broadmeadow or close to new space campus. I want to move in late November /early December. easy-going, clean, quiet My maximum budget is 200. Any information pm please, cheers!
My name is Simon, I will be moving from Adelaide to Newcastle to work full time as a health professional in a hospital environment. I am a social person and would love to strike up a friendship with my new housemates, however are very respective of peoples own space. I live a busy life and will rarely be home during the week, with sport and work. On the weekends you will find me at the beach, hopefully improving my surfing and here and then enjoying the social scene that Newcastle has to offer. I am very well domestically trained and like to keep things clean and tidy.
Hi I’m Graeme, I’m relocating back to Newcastle in a couple of weeks from Dubbo and am looking for a place in the area. I’m 39, I work in finance, I’ll be studying at Uni and I’m a trainer in a footy team. My week generally looks like this, gym in the mornings, go to work, then go to footy training a couple of afternoons a week, then catch up with mates on the weekend and have a beer. I will often go to Sydney on a weekend depending on what I’m up to but in the week I get to sleep around 9.30 or so. I eventually want my own place but living with someone to start back would be great. Im a pretty good bloke, I’m easy to get along with and I am still friends with my old share house house mates. I always pay rent on time and keep tidy. Thanks heaps
Easy going fellow. I have moved from Brisbane to be closer to my daughter Ariana. She is 4. I was a sports bookmaker for Tattsbet in Brisbane for 9 years. I now work 25-35 hours a week in Wallsend. I enjoy sports and trivia nights and a chat about anything I am looking for something reasonably quiet relaxed and clean.
I'm a high school teacher who is moving to Newcastle at the end of December to start a new job in January and am looking for either a house share or a place to myself, preferably not too far from the beach. I'm clean, tidy, considerate of others and quiet. Ideally I'd like somewhere to move in mid January as I am overseas for the start of the school holidays.
I'm a professional, 30yo female looking for a granny flat (attached or detached) within the greater Newcastle area. I enjoy cafes on the weekend and dinner with friends or a show on a Friday evening. I am a tidy person, I like to cook and have chill Sundays at home.
I’m a 56yr old young at heart who loves crochet, swimming, camping walking. I work fulltime in Newcastle & am looking for somewhere within about 40 minutes from Newcastle. I love the beach & bush so prefer walking or easy drive to a beach or reserve. Ideally there would only be 1 or 2 others sharing or enough space to be able to have quiet & alone time. I have a small non shedding dog. I do like to cook meals & prepare work lunches so need space to be able to store supplies & fridge space or can bring my own. I do clean up after myself always. Is nice to be able to sit in the shared areas withought feelingnlikevyou are in someone’s else’s space 😊 I own my own home near Gosford & share my home with other people ranging in age, gender & beliefs. I’m used to sharing a space with others, am sociable but also like my own space & respect others. I’m neat & tidy & happy to share household chores inside or outside. I don’t mind a party or music occasionally but also like a quiet place.
