Hi, I’m David. I'm a 31YO young professional currently working out in the far eastern metropolis that is Box Hill. I’ve worked as a Product Design Engineer for the past six years, often travelling for work both internationally and locally. I’ve lived in the Inner North for about the same time and currently on the hunt for a new abode. I am clean, friendly and keen to live in a reasonably well-kept house. I like having the occasional communal dinner with my housemates but will often be out of the house with my mates. I love getting around Melbourne on my trusty two wheeled steed and slacklining in the legendary Eddy Gardens. I am an adventurous guy keen on all things outdoors - cycling, hiking, camping, skiing, the list goes on. I’m usually out of town on weekend adventures but also like to stay in Melbourne to enjoy the quality craft beer, have a bit of a boogie and eat some delicious food. I've recently entered the deliciously dark world of black coffee and enjoy spending my future house deposit on brunch. If you would like to know more give me a shout. Cheers! David
I work as a psychologist, that keeps me pretty busy.I work hard, but I like to have a drink and enjoy myself outside of work- gotta have that balance! Other than that, I'm hugely into music, mainly rock based stuff, a lot of heavier stuff, but I like prettier music as well- music keeps me sane! I go to a lot of gigs, I also play guitar. I'm an avid Collingwood supporter- try not to hold that against me! I'm a massive reader, literature and philosophy are my other passions to music. Other than that I try and make it to the snow once or twice a year. I like to travel as well and I do so whenever I get the opportunity. I'm pretty easy going. I've been doing the share house thing for 15 years now, so I'm not new to this- Communication is the key! I'm pretty amenable if people talk to me, as it's a shared living space and we have to get on. I'm looking for a relaxed, easy going place where I can feel comfortable. I like to chat and I'm often up for a beer, but I like my own space and to do my own thing as well. If that sounds good to you, hit me up with any questions you may have
Hi This is Ye. Now I am a student studying Master's degree in the University of Melbourne. I am open to meet many friends, exchange culture and idea but also respect flatmates' privacy. During study period I will be very busy. I like travelling, volleyball, music, guitar(learning lol) and cycling, yoga, etc. I can speak English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese fluently. Hope I can meet you one day! :) Cheers, Ye
Hi there! I’m Victor, 25 and work in the Construction industry. Am very clean and likes a chat with potential housemates but also respectful of peoples privacy :) Always happy to be with good company and hopefully make some more friends & memories in the future!
Hi! Looking for one other person or couple to join our team-up. You'll be joining myself and one other girl, an American exchange student. I study International Relations at La Trobe and have casual employment in retail. I have been living in Melbourne one year, originally from country Victoria. I'm vegan and it would be preferable if you were too although I could live with a vegeterian. Would also be preferable if you like cats or if you have your own as I am considering adopting. We're looking to get a 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom house ideally with some sort of outdoor area, functional kitchen, bathtub and close to the 86. I also own a fridge, kitchen equipment, utensils and washing machine. My move out date is anywhere between the 13th-19th of July. If you think you'd be a good fit send me a message! :)
Hey! I work full-time, study sociology, and play footy. I love a good laugh, a couple of beers on the weekend, live music, a good book and gardening. I am really just looking for a clean, easy going home I can share with like minded people! Cheers 🌞
Hi My guy friend and I are looking for 2 bedrooms that will be good for Winter. I have lived in the city and St kilda. I prefer the house to be by the gardens or walking distance to the supermarket. We love to cook and are pretty tidy wherever we stay. Im from Manila but I have been living in Melbourne for 2 years now. My friend needs parking. We like to have fun but we are both pretty chill people.
Hi! My name is Rosalie and I am a 19-year-old Liberal Arts and Sciences student from the Netherlands. I will be studying at Melbourne Uni for one semester from July onwards and will be focusing on law and international relations. I am looking for a furnished room in a cozy (student)house to stay in for +/- 6 months. My hobbies include playing the piano, dancing, reading, and rowing. Back home I row on a competitive level and would love to continue rowing whilst being in Melbourne (on a less intensive level though)! This means that I cannot go out and party every day but I would love to have some flatmates who want to have dinner together and are in for the occasional drink or even want to go on trips through Australia. I am looking forward to my time in Melbourne and hope to find some flatmates who will make my time there unforgettable!
Hello, I'm Natalie! I'm a Master of Dietetics student at Deakin University, and am finishing up my thesis from a biomedical science research Masters that I started last year (I'm fine, I promise *twitch*). I moved from Brisbane at the beginning of the year and so far have loved being in Melbourne, but am hoping to be nearer the CBD after living in Burwood for a few months. I won't be able to move until I find someone to take my spot on my current lease, but I'm aiming for June since that's when I've got time off from uni! I very much enjoy and could talk a lot about (but won't if you don't want to): - dogs - science - art (I'm THRILLED about the Science Gallery that's opening soonish) - tabletop games - podcasts - making things (e.g. scarves to donate - peep profile pic) - sustainability/conscious consumerism - RuPaul's Drag Race - Terrace House (a Japanese reality show now on Netflix; it's very chill and more of an occasionally hilarious anthropological experience than the usual dramathons of Western equivalents) - learning useless amounts of different languages - making terrible/amazing jokes and puns I'm a low-dairy pescetarian and positive person who is generally happy, but do prefer discussing habits/chores/expectations (mainly with tidying and recycling) so there's no unnecessary drama in the future. I'm excited to learn new things and meet interesting people while continuing my ongoing (...and going) tertiary education journey, and I hope that could be you! :)
Hey all! I’ve recently relocated to Melbourne, originally from Brisbane but spent 8 years living and working in the USA. I dance professionally for work and in my down time I enjoy some sneaky exercise, getting out and about enjoying the city I’m in or just simply relaxing and recharging and either cooking or eating yummy vegan food! Just seeing what’s out there and hoping to find a lovely place, whether that be a share house or a studio, and connect with some lovely people! No real flatmate preference, just be honest, down to earth and kind ☺️
