I'm looking for a whole property to rent. I rented out my own apartment and would like to rent a property with 2 bathrooms (or 2 toilets and 1 shower), and at least 1 parking spot. I'm a genuine, reliable, happy, tidy and warm person. I don't have children and pets. Looking for a whole property for myself, also don't mind to share a property which I will be getting with other females or males. Please send me a message or SMS if you would like to team-up/share a property I will be getting. I'm friendly and get along well with everyone. Australia has been home for me for the last 20 years. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker and I don't host parties. Looking for a whole house/townhouse/villa uint/apartment with at least 2 toilets and 1 shower, 1 parking or garage for 1 car, and was built after 1985, around the areas listed or surrounding suburbs, or city fringe areas such as East Melbourne/North Melbourne/West Melbourne/South Yarra. Move-in date: Any day between now and late August 2018 is fine. It’s fine whether the property is furnished or unfurnished. Rent budget: Up to $720 per week depends on number of bedrooms and location. I will provide the relevant ownership documents/Body Corporate bills of my own property and driver licence/passport if requested.
G'day! I'm Jack, I'm 24 and I'm looking for some cool houseys. I work 4-5 days a week at DBM Consultants, a call centre in Hawthorn, and I'm a music producer who'll be performing on weekends which is a handy second source of income. When I'm not at work at the call centre, I spend a lot of my free time working on music but am always down to hang with my housemates and get to know them better! On that note, I am very considerate of the volume in which I work on music and can guarantee that I won't be a nuisance. However, you may hear me singing in the shower or in my bedroom on the odd occasion :) I'm very tidy and believe in living in a cleanly household. If I create any mess I'll be quick to get rid of it! Admittedly, I'm not the best at cooking crazy meals, but I'm always willing to help out and learn new things. I believe in an equal-share house so If someone does the cooking/washing up one night I'll be obliged to return the favour! The same goes with any shopping/household duties like mopping or vacuuming. Let me know if I'm what you want, I'd be keen to meet you!
I am a French Economic student coming in Melbourne to study one year in La Trobe University. I am very open-minded and even though I am not really a party girl, I am addicted to concert and music. I am really looking forward to meet new people and share a house with them.
Wanted: Dog-friendly accommodation. Always pay rent and bills on time. Have done so for 8 years! Worked since age 9. I'm ambitious, and a hardworker. Only on hiatus til I find a place in Melbourne as I am out of town right now. So having a nice place to be welcomed home to/hang my tophat soon would be marvellous! Taco is my fur-child, a chill, house-trained Pointer X with oodles of personality! I can pay a pet bond, provide a pet cv and references if you require them to feel comfortable with leasing or teaming up! We're about as fun as bubblebaths🐙🐳 and looking for a stay at least 6-12 months. Taco loves to tapdance and walk around nakie, he's funny, and will even lapdance for cookies! He takes good care of the house if I leave him alone inside, and likes to chill and play outside plenty! Me: Animal welfare, hospitality work, music therapy/teaching children, selling art, performing, charity work, etc. I'm not really on the net because I prefer real life experiences, and refuse to provide facebook with my birth certificate. - cos that's just fucked. I take care of Taco 100% clean as I go all the usual stuff, am easy-going, enjoy good conversation, interesting shenanigans, and looking up at the stars ☆.☆ Love: Music, poetry, reading, open minds, visual/performance art, adventures ♡helping animals ♡equity, exhibitions/gigs, dancing, insightful comedic types blablabla I can get you references for me of course, should you wish. The place: Secure outdoor area. Anywhere close to a station is mint! If you're genuine, chill, experienced, and most importantly respect Taco - then it'll be fun! Hope to hear from you should you be interested ^_^♡☆
I'm a kind, considerate and hardworking Nursing student looking to call a place home! Currently living with two lovely girls in Kew, but they've just bought a house together so I'm ready for a new chapter :) On top of my studies, I have a hospital internship and work as a Reiki Master Teacher (energy work/healing). I'm independent, warm and friendly. Love getting creative, photography, anything art/music related, nerding out on nature, docos & outer space. Hiking, yoga, road trips, festivals. Plant based, cruelty free, environmentally friendly lifestyle.
Hi, I'm Liam, a 34 year old PhD student from Melbourne. I've recently finished an undergraduate bachelor course and secured a full government scholarship and stable (part-time) work, and am looking for a place to live in Melbourne's inner to middle north. My research is focused on changes to social housing policy since the 1970s. Being a mature aged research student I'm pretty quite and my studies are more like a 9-5 job. I generally keep to myself and keep busy, but would also like to socialise sometimes (eg, drink, chat and dinner with my housemates). In my spare time (when not researching) I like to hang with friends, watch the occasional footy match (but I'm not totally sports mad), and explore bits of Melbourne I don't yet know. I'm neat and tidy and would like to live in a nice environment, which means I will do my share of the housekeeping to keep the house looking nice. Liam. P.S. I've said I'm looking for six months, but that is a min, not max.
I'm easy to live with and house proud. I am happy doing my own thing but also love to socialise and meet new people. I'm a Tassie girl studying full time and working on the weekends. Looking for a new place to call home.
Hey We are a couple from the UK. We are 25 and 26 years old. We are into Music and Art and enjoy socialising with a wine, but also like a quiet night in relaxing! We are pretty laid back and get on with most people. We are also vegetarian so other veggies would be ideal but also don't mind living with non-veggies!
Hi, My friend Shaki and I are looking for a housemate to move out with! I work in TV as a camera assistant/editor, Shaki is completing his Masters degree in Networking and works at Nixon. I'll be spending half my time at my girlfriend's house and Shaki will be studying/working/taking photos We both are super easy to get along with, love to hang out, are clean and will respect your privacy! In our free time we like to go out for drink, see a movie or work on our next photography/videography project. If you like the sound of us and see as potential future-housemates, then feel free to give me a call to arrange a meet-up for a coffee/drink. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks, Eren Besiroglu
Good lad, 20 year old Kiwi. I'm moving out of a flat in Preston, and starting a new job in the city at a marketing firm, working normal 9-5 hours. I'm up for anything and flexible to work around different flat dynamics. So if you're looking for someone into board games and a jug of tea, I'll bring the English Brekkie. Or if you're about banter, getting on the Mojito's, and playing couch co-op games, I'll bring the white rum. And of course, I can be a total shut-in and just write a novel in my room, or listen to a podcast. Otherwise I love snowboarding, going to the pub, hip-hop, rock music, and motorcycles. Anyway, I'm mature for my age, low stress, and always get along with people - so let's sort something out.
Hey! I'm looking for a place long term and looking to move in ASAP. I work part-time and I'm currently studying History at the University of Melbourne. I'm busy throughout the week so I'll be in and out of the house quite often. I've lived in a share house before and I consider myself reliable with rent/bills. In my free time I love watching films and seeing live music. I'm sociable but chill and love a good chat about anything really!
Hi I’m Emma, I’m clean, respectful, easy going and up for a chat with my housemates. I am working as a preschool teacher and children’s yoga teacher. I am about to begin studying a bachelor of counselling so I will be pretty busy juggling work, study and dance. I’m super friendly, have a very caring nature, still very good friends with my past housemates yet still enjoy my time out chilling in my room watching Netflix.
Hey, I'm Claire. Arriving into Melbourne after five months travelling across South East Asia. Previously lived in London for five years and my last job was a Marketing Manager for an autism charity. Prior to that I've lived in Hungary and Russia - I love to travel! I'm friendly, polite, respectful and clean. I love cooking, especially for other people. I have a busy social life with fitness, yoga, cinema, arts stuff and going for dinner and drinks with friends but I'm looking to find somewhere to enjoy a night-in and call home. I'd like to find housemates that I can explore this new city with! If you would like to know any more about me, please get in touch.
Hello There! My name is Tayla and i am 19, i am currently studying hospitality and working as an waitress. Me and my close friend Emily are looking to rent a room and share it, Emily is also 19 and works full time in the city, we are both quiet and tidy girls; we both do not smoke. Both of our intentions are to find a place we can stay for around 6-12 months just until we get on our feet, we are both hard working and non selfish people we respect everyone and their homes. We have our own furniture that we share such as bunk beds we both don't own much but are happy to negotiate any arrangements as we are very flexible and understanding people.
I have a massive dog who is very cuddly and got anxiety... the more people we have around would be great for him... he also needs a big backyard to play with and secured fence because of his anxiety. Else we are very friendly people who likes some relax time and chill with a few drinks during the weekend
Hi there, I'm Ling and I like to learn new things, and meet people and reading. I like clean and neat space and sometimes I do enjoy cooking and share it with others. looking for a warm, cozy, clean neat space to stay
Hey there! I'm Sampson, 25. I'm coming back from a short little US backpacking trip in late June and looking for a happy house-fam to join with when I do! Things about me: I'm a full time software developer in the city, so that'll be most of my time. At home, I'm a green thumb and love growing my cheerful little herb garden, play and build guitars, love going for runs and walks outdoors, and love getting stuck into a good gaming or movie sesh too. I'm a bit of an introvert sometimes, but still love getting out and having chill times with friends and housies. Ideally I'd like a comfortable and safe space to exist in with like-minded laid back humans. Capitalism is pretty awful and LGBTQ-everything is pretty rad, so if that sounds like your thing, send me a message :)
Quiet, clean down to earth kinda guy. Just looking for a short term minimum 6 months shared apartment or house due to work in Croydon and permanent house in Sunbury. I will be working mainly monday to friday and in my spare time i will be practising yoga. I am gay asian male, non smoker, non drugs and allergic to alcohol. I am a quiet and private person in general, mainly doing my own thing and respect others privacy.
I'm 25, studying my masters of teaching but also working quite a bit, in hospitality at the minute. I'm an easy-going, kind, relaxed sort of person. Not much ruffles my feathers. I'm definitely quite social, so always happy for a chat over a glass of wine, family dinner, outings, but I do really appreciate my own time and space and will always respect other's privacy - I can take a hint! I'm pretty minimalist and tidy by nature, I prefer to have a clean, aesthetically pleasing, tidy space but I'm not obsessive about it. I value quality over quantity when it comes to the things I own. No need to nudge me to be a team player around the house. I enjoy cooking, mostly plant based foods, and like a good glass of wine. I like pottering in the garden and being in nature. I enjoy reading, and I like to stay fit and healthy. I enjoy going for a run and practicing yoga, preferably outdoors. I adore dogs, of course. I hope we can have meet up and have a chat! If i sound like a good fit, I'll send my mobile number, we can have a chat and arrange a meeting. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
My name Anneke! I am 28 and my cat's name is Neko she is around 3 :), A little about myself, I am the creative type I just finished up my fine art degree at VCA, I am mindful, respectful, down to earth. I guess I would coin myself as an extroverted/ introvert, love hanging out having wines and a good chat but also love having alone time with a podcast and my cat. P.s I like to cook for people time to times, as I live by myself atm and I find I actually miss it :p I'm planning on studying early childhood education at RMIT Bundoora in July and hopefully, that will lead to me doing some after-school care work in the months to come. I am currently moving out of my place because its getting knocked down and I do have a solid reference from my landlord of 8 years. I would love to start a new share house or join a like-minded bunch! Hit me a message if you want to know anything more :)
Hey Guys :) I'm From Switzerland and I'll do an internship in Melbourne (Thomastown) for nine months as a wood engineer. I'm looking for a nice sharehouse between Thomastown and Melbourne city for at least 8 months. I'm easy going and love travelling and any kind of sports etc... especially surfing :) Also I like to socialise and share some good food and a glas of wine!
I’m 22 and moved over to Melbourne 3 months ago from Perth. looking for something a long term. Ideally I want housemates that are super chilled, can have a meal and watch some movies together, but respect space when needed. I’m relaxed about most lifestyles, open to giving anything a crack, and would need somewhere lgbt friendly 👍
Hey there, I'm a ex-kiwi, ex-Qlder, long term Melbournite recently returned from two years working in The Netherlands and travelling around Europe every chance I had. I like to swim, garden and get to the beach regularly where my family are now based. I have a 4yo dog, Billy, who keeps me moving and giggling. I’m looking to live somewhere with friendly people who like casual convos but happy to give lots of space too. I’m sometimes vegetarian, tidy, early on bill payments and respectful. I have full-time permanent employment in Rosanna so ideally want a 12month lease within easy commute (but thinking even longer term). I am looking for a stable home rather than a transition house. If this sounds like a good match, i’d love to hear from you! Cheers, Katy
