Hi! I'm Andrea, a 37 year old Belgian who decided to start studying again but this time in sunny Australia! I will combine my studies with part time work so I will probably be very busy. I'm a traveler, bartender, cat and friendly dog lover, muay thai fighter on my active days, usually not the girliest girl ever so I don't have much with them in common (sorry), open minded so I don't care much about your skin colour, religion, sexual preferance, diet or the colour of t-shirt you prefer and it would be nice if this works visa versa. I can make you awesome cocktails and give you travel advice. Or teach you Dutch if that would ever be necessary. I prefer a clean(ish?) place and off course I don't mind cleaning or helping with other chores around the house. I've been living with a partner for 5 years, on my own for 8 years and with my best friend and his boyfriend for a while before I came here. As far as I know we are still friends so I think I'm not the worst housemate. Any other questions? Shoot!
Hi, Im Jax and I am looking for a good and quiet place to stay in. I'm a student in QUT gardens point currently and would love to move in to a new place close to uni preferably in February. 2 of my friends are also looking for houses too and would love to move in together. We love to meet new people and have a friendly chat with anyone:)
We're three friends looking for a 4th person to start a great share house with! We have a combined budget of $530 and have been looking at some amazing properties in the Ferny Hills area. We're looking for a nice house with 4-5 bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and multiple living areas. We're looking to share with someone friendly, responsible and enjoys the company of animals! We have a small dog, a cat and two small birds. Anita and John have lived together as friends for a year in another share house. Anita is 26 and working full time in early education, enjoys hiking and loves coffee. John is 25 and has just finished a uni degree and is a bit of a film enthusiast. Chloe is 21, a vet nurse and going to university next year. We're the kind of people who will keep to ourselves sometimes but more than happy to socialise over a drink on the weekend!
Hey my name is nathalia I’m from Colombia. I’m here in Brisbane because I’m studying English at TAFE. My brother is longing in Brisbane too but we don’t wanna live together. He helps me with the rent while I’m get a job. I’m looking for a single room with CLEAN fatmates, this is the most important for me. I love pets so if you have I don’t have problem.
I am looking for a room to rent for my sister Lily who is moving to Brisbane in January to study at a musical theatre school. Lily is 18 years old and she is looking for a share house preferably with girls who she can make friends with as she won't know anyone! Lily is super friendly and tends to get along with everyone, she enjoys singing, acting, coffee dates and shopping. Lily doesn't mind a couple of drinks with friends but isn't into clubbing. Lily loves animals and would love a home with a pet as she has 2 family dogs at home but cannot take them with her. It would be great if we could find some girls for Lily to move in with while she works and studies in Brisbane!
My names Poppy and I am looking for a new place in the new year that is closer to work. I am very sociable and like to have a drink but I am also a very respectful and clean flatmate.
I'm Laura, I'm 26 & will be moving to Brisbane from Melbourne to work at the PA from January 2019. I like to go to the gym, travel and explore local cafes and restaurants. I'm up for a chat but also like my own space sometimes and am usually clean and tidy! I will have relatively long work hours, but am overall just excited to get up there & meet some new people. And most importantly, have someone to overdose on Netflix shows with!
Hey there! My name is jeffrey, I’m 24 years of age. I’ve lived in toowoomba for all 24 years of my life but am looking at relocating to brisbane at the start of 2019 for a bit of a scenery and lifestyle change. I currently work as a roofer labourer here in toowoomba. I have no work lined up for when I move but I have enough savings to pay for rent and all that jazz until I get a job. I’m a very chilled out bloke, very easy to get along with and very friendly. I don’t mind a few drinks on the weekends and hitting up some chilled pubs or going to the clubs. Not looking for a party house type of thing though. I’ll pretty much keep to myself and do my own thing unless the roomies are keen to have a chat or go exploring brisbane as I’d like to get to know different places in the city better! Cheers :)
I am 22 and currently working full time at BCC (please dont hold this againt me!). I am happy being social or quiet, but I would prefer a house where I can get to know my housemates and share a cheeky sundowner every now and again. At the end of the day though I am like the ultimate puzzle piece that can fit in any part of the puzzle. 😱❤️
Hey hey, I'm a 23yr old student, studying marketing and business management at UQ. I'm a super chilled guy and very easy to live with. I love sports, cooking, travelling, and getting out for adventures whenever I can. I'm a clean, tidy, and respectful person.
Hi my name is Bianca I'm a 35year old employed single female, fur mum to Frankie 3 year old fully house trained French bulldog. We just recently move to the Goldcoast from Melbourne and looking for a home to start our new amazing life in. I'm very neat, and not one to throw parties although I do like to socialise with my housemates and the friends that I have made while up here. I like to be out of the house doing something like a day at the beach.
I'm a coming up second year student at UQ who also works part-time at Nandos in Woolloongabba. I'm back home in Tassie for holidays at the moment but I'll be back in Brisbane by the 20th of January when my lease at my current place runs out. I'm pretty chill and love a good netflix binge session, but I also really enjoy having a good time and adventuring whenever possible. I absolutely love the beach, music, art and most sports (especially jiu jitsu and other martial arts). I'm friendly, responsible, tidy and clean, though my room may occasionally exhibit some organised mess :) My friend Caitlin is pretty much the same, and we're both just looking for a nice place to live, preferably with separate rooms, not too expensive and one or two other girls who'd be happy to make some new friends.
Im easy going, happy go lucky, quiet, thoughtful, friendly, respectful, always up for a chat, prefer to chill rather than party, enjoy a wine with dinner but not so much into partying, weekends are quiet filled with good food, chilling, beach, reading, exercise and catching up with friends. I work full time in mining (one week on, one week off) so I am the perfect housemate because Im away half the time haha. I am looking for a chilled space, quiet (a social wine here n there is fine), I enjoy my own time but enjoying my housemates company is preferred, id rather talk and be friends rather than strangers in a house together.
Hi! We're a pair of friends looking for a third roommate or more! We both love playing board games and get competitive over who's the best uno player. We're happy to share our food, and David will happily cook any recipe you like, as long as you ask nicely! We're also both really keen to make friends with our roommate, and would love to be able to do group activities like bowling and escape rooms! We're also both very tidy, and love relaxing and chilling on the couch talking about absolutely nothing. David has two cats, Spencer (the older sister), and Griffin (the annoying baby brother), and will be bringing them with him! We're looking for a relatively cheap place even if that means getting further from the heart of Brisbane and into the suburbs, and hoping for a place with a yard. We’re not a couple, and need seperate roooms. We're extremely flexible with move dates and can move anytime in January. The max budget listed is our combined max budget, but if we could get cheaper that'd be even better!
Hey! I'm just looking for an easy, breezy place to lay my head. I'm currently working part time at a cafe at UQ, (so free coffee if you live with me!) I'm artsy and nerdy. I keep to myself, but I love a drink!
Hi, my partner and I are looking for one bed flat or independent studio for us to live. We would like to have a quite place to get rest after work but also close to the city center to enjoy Brisbane entertainments. I'm working for Volvo Truck in Wacol in the engineering area. Free time I'm usually spending with my friends. After work I like to work out in the gym. I love to ride a bike and snowboard in the winter time. We are tidy and we would like to have a clean apartment. We also like to spend the time on the balcony, where we usually have our meals.
I'd love to find a place to stay for a year, hopefully, longer. Ideally near a tram or train station! I'm not 100% if i need to move yet, so just want to get ahead of things. I'm a full time nursing student at QUT. I'm pretty tidy, clean, and very easy going. I enjoy spending time with my housemates, but I do like my alone time too. I absolutely love dogs, so if you have one, you better prepare it to be smothered with lots of love. I'm always down to chat and binge watch TV shows or movies together. Especially, if you like Brooklyn nine nine, we will get along extra well! I'm a massive foodie, a pretty good cook and I bake a lot so you definitely won't go hungry. I do have a boyfriend so you'll have to get used to him being around sometimes. He has a gorgeous little Staffy as well who can come over for sleepovers if you want her to! (if not that's okay too, he's got his own place so she can stay there) p.s. please forgive me at being so terrible at responding to messages, I'm abroad at the moment, but I will get back to you as soon as I can x
Student at UQ (4th year), looking for a nice place to stay for next year (either half way or til ~December), people own age and stuff etc :) And furnished would be ideal Love a chat, and chill positive vibes :)
Moving up to Brisbane from Sydney for a new job. Good for a yarn and a quiet beverage. Enjoy cooking and playing suburban rugby. Working full-time and studying part time. Part of the reason I'm moving to Brisbane is for my girlfriend who is moving to Toowoomba.
