Howdy! PhD student studying forensic toxicology (with Flinders Uni but lab is in the city) looking for place (current landlord is selling!). I have furniture so would prefer to be able to move it in but this is not an essential. Looking for a house with housemates that are preferably students as well. Professionals also alright. Not party animals... Other than study: music, piano (have a digital piano with headphones) and gym. Autumn and spring: hikes. During winter, I'm introverted (but sociable) and am home often (love music, but am respectful of volume and have excellent earphones if the walls are thin). During summer: beach, beach, tennis?, beach and walks. Recently getting into board games too.
Hi, I'm Becky, I have just moved into Adelaide from the UK and I am looking for a home! I am a fully qualified teacher, teaching at TAFE / FE level and I have moved to Australia to spend more time with my brother and childhood best friend who both live here. (North Adelaide and Golden Grove respectively) I teach Animal Management, Livestock Management and I am a qualified Animal Behaviourist so love all things nature and wildlife, with the exception of the 8 legged! I love to cook, chat and socialise and I am looking for a house where I can meet more people and expand my social circle within Adelaide. I don't mind a good party but am in no way a party animal, so would appreciate somewhere where dinner, good conversation and a bottle of wine is welcome! If I sound like someone you would like to share with, then please feel free to get in touch! Thanks for reading Bex x
I'm an international student at UniSA. I'm an easy going person who always like to look at the better side of things. I'm generally clean and tidy. I love music, meeting new people and having quiet times to myself. I like to say that balance is the key. :)
I'm considerate and generous, but in no way a door mat. I'm easy to get along with because I have many interests. I'm a huge nerd so expect comic books, video games (PC & Xbox One), and board games (think Catan). I will, on occassion, watch the A-League or EPL depending on how my teams are going. I have a hard drive with 1000+ movies so always up for a movie night. Don't mind a bit of a TV binge either (Netflix). Happy to share what's mine because I know you'll take care of it. I enjoy cooking, usually trying new things, and like to cook for others. A nice, big kitchen is preferable for that reason, some recipes can become quite elaborate! Recently gotten into growing my own herbs and vegetables so I would like a place where I can continue that. I'm as liberally minded as they come but not a part of the far-left. Don't expect political correctness. I have no problems at all with any nationality or sexuality, but all religions grind my gears. The areas I selected are purely based on NBN accessibility. This is a must for me. I'm not keen on house parties but enjoy social drinks. Always mindful of my flatmates. Just finished a BSc and applied for honours. Otherwise, I'm a freelance graphic designer picking up work whenever I can. I don't have a problem with smokers, as long as they keep it outside, weed also. No hard drugs though. I'm single. I don't care if you have a partner, but I expect all duties and expenses to be shared commensurately. I'm very easy to live with. I'm drama free and intend to stay that way.
I'm a final year law student at Adelaide looking for a leafy household with a laid-back atmosphere. It goes without saying that I'm sociable while knowing how to respect others' personal space. Looking for flexible length of stay, with ideally periodic cycles. Do let me know if you have anything close to south east corner of CBD. Furniture + Parking is essential.
I'm a fourth year arts/law student at looking for affordable, clean, and friendly accomodation. I currently work two jobs in retail and non-profit and do lots of volunteering. I like movies, reading, cooking, and finding new music. I'm looking for a place close to the CBD, with good internet access, near public transport lines, and a good size available bedroom. I'd be interested in house sharing with fellow students or young professionals who are mature, enjoy each other's company but also respect personal space. I'm okay with pets but I can't live with cats. I'd be a great housemate as I'm super down on cleaning and paying rent on time, and cook a mean roast dinner. Hit me up with any questions!
Hi, I’m on the lookout for a peaceful share house, and hoping to live with one or two other full time workers or post-grad students. I’m sociable and like to spend time out of the house, but when I’m home I usually keep to myself. Happy to crack a bottle of wine and get to know whomever I’m living with. I have a 9 to 5 office job in the CBD, so a home with enough privacy to relax after work would be perfect. A large unfurnished bedroom is essential. I’m a non-smoker, housework doesn’t scare me and I usually try to do all my cooking on weekends. Coming with me is the ability wear headphones and an indoor cat named Aslan. I also have a fridge, microwave and plenty of kitchen supplies. Anything not needed I can put into storage.
We are a friendly young couple from Scotland and Ireland, hoping to see as much of Australia as we can throughout the next 18 months, with Adelaide being our next stop in June. We are an easy to live with couple; clean, tidy & sociable! We enjoy going for dinner & drinks, catching a movie, seeing tourist attractions or just chilling at home. We both enjoy exercising regularly; anything from long walks, outdoor workouts or just going to the gym. We would make great housemates!

25-year-old engineer currently working full time. Laid back and clean, looking for somewhere to live close to the city. Hobbies: Hiking, guitar, live music, running - long distance
Hi, I am currently looking for a room in a house with one or two housemates. I am respectful of others, and am looking for the same in my future housemates. I catch public transport so somewhere close to a railway station would be ideal. I am currently working in retail, which I enjoy. Ideally my future housemates will be fun and up for the occasional drink or two but still happy to do their own thing. If this sounds like you, let me know!
My preferred date to move is randomly chosen, I would like to move as soon as I can. Currently living in a share house close to the city. Looking for a cheaper place on a student budget. I keep to myself most of the time but I'm quite sociable when i'm with people. I'm very tidy and I don't have people over, so there's no fuss with being too loud. I'm quite content to share with anyone regardless of age, gender, ethnicity etc. Currently living on a roster system for household chores, so this is no problem. I'm looking for somewhere with utilities included, furnished and close to public transport, (preferably free). The closer to the CBD the better.
My name is Rachelle (21 y.o) and I am a full-time events manager and student. I'm clean, respectful and quiet. In my spare time, I love going to gigs and getting a coffee/wine with friends. My boyfriend's name is Jeffrey (22 y.o), and he is a bartender and gamer. He's super friendly and very easy-going.
We are a very friendly Asian couple and like to live in a neat and tidy place. I work full time and my partner is a student. We always clean up our own mess and respect others personal space very much. We are quite most of the time but always willing to socialise and talk :)
Hi everyone! My name is Devin. I’m looking to rent a room for 5 to 6 months around the Adelaide area, not too far from the City Centre. I’m staying in Australia from July 11 to December 28. I’m a law student from the University of Montreal in Canada, and I’ll be studying at the University of Adelaide as an exchange student. About myself, I’m a fairly independent person. I’m very clean and organised, I cook well and often, I eat a pescatarian diet, I do my chores (clothes, dishes), and I’m sociable and open minded (especially when I travel), though at home I prefer a quieter environment. I enjoy cooking, reading, playing guitar, swimming, fencing and martial arts. Unfortunately, I can’t meet in person because I’m still in Canada, but I can certainly talk on Skype. Thank you and have a great day!
I'm creative, quiet, very easy going. Love movies, having a quiet night at home cooking and having a glass of wine. Clean and tidy. Working full time in the city as a support desk manager. Tend to take it easy on the weekends.
