The basics; I hit the gym most days of the week and love my training but don’t get me wrong, I enjoy a couple of drinks just as much. I really enjoy my sport and watching the NRL and hopefully you share that interest as well so you don't mind it being on the TV during footy season (or even going to a few games) I work Mon-Fri in the corporate world south of Brisbane, so weekdays I'm always a bit of a nana and early up/early to bed. I've lived with flatmates the last 5 years so I'm very respectful of your space and ask for the same in return. Always up for a chat or a vent about our days or to share a drink or a meal. Want a flatmate I can be friends with and not just ships passing in the night. - own bathroom required (okay to pay more for master and ensuite) - parking (okay with on-street) - no couples - age range; late 20's - mid 30's - love dogs, no cats sorry
I've just finished my first year of uni studying design and am looking to move before the start of next semester. I am currently working part time at two jobs and am planning to move to England mid next year to study so only looking to move in for the 6ish months before I leave. I'm easy-going and quite social so I'd prefer to live with others who don't mind spending time together and also are ok with having friends over etc. I spend most of my time socialising, working on art projects and volunteering at festivals
Not looking to move until end of January, start of February. Will be in my final year of my nursing degree at Griffith Univeristy in 2019. I currently work at a community mental health non-profit part-time. Single, non-smoker, sociable and love pets, but don't have any. Clean and quiet but sociable. Looking to either get something for myself, or something to share with people. Hoping to have a study space, and somewhere outside to hang out and have a small garden if possible. Looking for people who are clean but sociable as well. Hoping to share a few meals together, and maybe go out and do some fun activities.
Hey hey! I am moving to Brisbane in early February with work and consequently need somewhere to sleep and prepare bolognaise. I am travelling from Cairns so I look forward to experiencing this thing you call “winter”. I am a full time Civil Engineer and am usually quite busy between work, exercise and socialising. During the week I am quite busy and you may see me in passing, and on the weekends I like to go and explore somewhere new and go out for a drink with friends. I am looking for a place that is kept organised and has respectable and fun housemate/s. I’ve been in the sharehouse game for a number of years now and I like my home to look like a home rather than ‘that place where things are kept’. I’d like to become friends with my new housemate but not in an overbearing way. Basically like a Phoebe/ Joey relationship.
My name is Beth, I'm 23 years old and a full time prep teacher in Brisbane. I am an introverted extrovert so I love having my own space to do my own things, but also love having a drink and hanging out. I have a 3 year old dog who is trained pretty well but he is still learning not to lick- he loves giving kisses! I like binge watching Netflix, visiting museums and art galleries, going to the shops, reading, going for walks and heading into the city for the night. I'm also a bit of a gamer, so if you are too I'm sure we will get along just fine! I've never had any issues with previous living arrangements, I always pay my rent either on time or early. I've never made any damages to a room or house and neither has my dog. I don't mind sharing most household items, I'm generally pretty flexible, but if you have set household rules I will never overstep them. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Warning in advance: I am one to laugh at my own jokes. But on the up-side below are also traits of mine: - Clean (extremely clean) - I am an exceptional cook (and extremely humble- obviously ha) - I love a good chat and a glass of red or a beer occasionally after a long day at work. - I'm a massive fan of Brooklyn 99 (so you must be able to enjoy my horrible Boyle impersonations). - I understand that personal space is a thing and should be respected. Message me and get to know me more!!
We are a very clean and tidy couple whom likes to work on weekdays and traveling on weekends. We enjoy a couple of beers sometimes with our flatmates and have no problem to live in a multicultural environment.
Hi. My name is mick. I'm 28 and work full time in construction. I've been into my fitness this year working towards my goal. I'm past the partying stage but dont mind a drink for the right occasion. I work full time and would like somewhere to live were I can wind down. I have a private car and my work ute. So I would like a place that offers undercover parking for my private car as I rarely drive it throughout the week. I clean up aftermyself and keep pretty quite, but not afraid to socialize. Some were close to a gym aswell would be great.
Hi! I’m a friendly and reserved person that respects personal space. I clean up after myself and I want to move in with someone who keeps these values as well! Although I am new in moving in, I am not unfamiliar with the business because my parents have been landlords for 20 years. I prefer moving in with females but of course I am still flexible in this. I Don’t have any pets but I am fine with moving in with a furry friend if other tenants have one.
Hi! We're a pair of friends looking for a third roommate or more! We both love playing board games and get competitive over who's the best uno player. We're happy to share our food, and David will happily cook any recipe you like, as long as you ask nicely! We're also both really keen to make friends with our roommate, and would love to be able to do group activities like bowling and escape rooms! We're also both very tidy, and love relaxing and chilling on the couch talking about absolutely nothing. David has two cats, Spencer (the older sister), and Griffin (the annoying baby brother), and will be bringing them with him! We're looking for a relatively cheap place even if that means getting further from the heart of Brisbane and into the suburbs, and hoping for a place with a yard. We’re not a couple, and need seperate roooms. We're extremely flexible with move dates and can move anytime in January. The max budget listed is our combined max budget, but if we could get cheaper that'd be even better!
I'm currently working full-time Monday to Friday in music/events in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. When I'm at home, you'll probably find me watching TV, strumming the guitar or reading books. I am a musician (acoustic folk music), but I rehearse with my band at a separate rehearsal space, so you don't need to be concerned about noise. I will probably be out most of the time, working, playing sport or socialising. I don't smoke and I like having a clean and tidy house. Looking for like-minded housemate/s who are up for a dinner and a chat every so often! :)
Looking for a short-term rental while working in Brisbane to save commuting from the Sunshine Coast everyday! I am a full-time healthcare worker needing accomodation from the end of January until April 2019. Most likely will only be there Mon-Fri but will still do one or two commutes during the week to return to the beach :) I am clean, tidy and respectful of peoples space. I run, cycle or swim almost everyday up here on the coast and am hoping to do the same in Brissy. Thanks for reading!!
Young professional working in research for UQ and as an Oral Health Therapist. Relocating from Rockhampton in Feb 2019. I’ve been house sharing/renting since 2011 and know how to been a clean, respectful team member :) Originally from a farming town in WA and consider myself very easy going with a decent sense of humour and good banter. I’m a package deal with my 5yr old sooky staffy X boxer, Lardy. She is the perfect housemate and loves pats, walks, eating grass, chasing birds, tacky Kmart outfits and the occasional spoon. Non-destructive and can provide rental references! In my free time I enjoy a wine and chats (especially if cheese is involved), yoga, wasting my future house deposit on smashed avo, and checking out live music and markets.
After a two years, unfortunately our landlord has decided to sell the property. So at the end of January 2019 we will need to find two rooms. A little about me I guess, I love to bake but I don't love eating baked goods so I hope you're ready to get showered in sweet treaties. I'm incredibly average at art but I do love a good crafternoon with my pals. I binge only the finest shows(self-proclaimed) Netflix has to offer. I can't go past an op shop without taking a cheeky look inside. I'm always listening to music and do love a good groove in the lounge room - however my dance moves are a cross between an 80's disco and something equally as terrible. I'm always keen for a board game, hang or adventure. You'll also be be living with Darcie (a super groovy gal with an eye for opshop goods and a passion for all things artsy). Darcie works full time as a barista and you will be guaranteed to catch her dancing/singing to 80s bangers should you move in. I'm sure that I've missed a million things about us but I'm sure you'll get to know them if we get the chance to live together! Happy roomie hunting 🌸
Looking for a private room (unfurnished) in a shared household or people to team up with to get a place that I would be able to call home. Im hoping to find a place around The PA hospital. I'm very friendly and easy to get along with. Im respectful of others and i'm always up for a drink or two ;) srsly y'all hit me up
Hello! My names Caleb, im a very discipline, hard working and sociable male that is looking at moving into a new place around January 2019. At this stage of my life im very involved with my work and fitness so im rarely at home lounging around. I enjoy relaxing on weekends and maybe catching up with mates over lunch, dinner or a few drinks if its been a while. Im easy going and dont take anything too seriously but i do expect people to respect the house and others and clean up their mess if they know its going to be an issue for the others. I dont mind who i live with but ideally i would prefer to live with people who have ambitions, goals, have a good work ethic but also know how to be human and relax and just unwind every once in a while. Feel free to send me a text message if you think living together would work :)
Clean couple, looking for a team up for a new apartment or townhouse, looking around mid January onwards. Looking for a place anywhere from about mount Gravatt to Brisbane city to Windsor. Easy people to get along with 😁 if you want to know anything more give us a message. Flexible with dates, we are currently looking at apartments so it just depends.
I'm a 30 yo female, full time employed, tidy, sane and down for a yarn. I'm partial to a couple of beers or sometimes just like to blob out and watch some flicks. I'm laid back and easy to get along with.
