Am a quiet, clean, relaxed person. Respectful of others space, property. I always clean up after myself. Like to do yard, house work. No drama, no pets, non-smoker. I drink occasionally and like the beach lifestyle. I am originally from the USA but live in Australia now. I cannot live with a cat and wanted to be upfront about that.
Female, full time student, studying law. In my final year and applying for internships. Part time working in retail and keen to move on up and out into the law field asap. I keep to myself most of the time. Though I do like the regular movie night and training sessions. I have a dog, titan, that's in training for mind dog program. So he is well behaved, house trained and loving. Would love to remain living in Canberra but it's getting pretty hard to find pet friendly accom as a one person. North Canberra would be my preference... anywhere lol. Keen for team ups
I'm a full-time intern with Blue Pie Records and study design online, so I am currently on the go most of the time. I would consider myself an easy going and friendly person who enjoys a good laugh. I enjoy drawing, painting and reading in my spare time. I am hoping to move out in order to regain my independence and get my career rolling.
My name is Scott and I am looking for a place near Moss Vale due to work relocation. I am a general manager and have a sense of upkeep that is needed to keep a place tidy and clean. I enjoy cooking as I used to be a chef in my earlier career and love to watch cooking shows on the tele, so expect to be part of meal attempts and good food. I also tend enjoy gaming and reading in my spare time that I am away from work.
Needing accommodation from Feb 2018. I'm a 23 year old young professional working full time in local government in Nowra. I've recently relocated from Dubbo so ideally I'm looking for a nice house to share with a few like minded people. I am very organised, reliable, considerate, clean and tidy. I have previously shared a house with two friends - a guy and girl, and have also rented on my own. So I know how share houses work and what it takes to look after a place. I'm more than happy to share chores; cleaning, mowing, gardening and all that other fun stuff! Would expect other house mates to do the same. Not interested in joining a party house. Since moving here I have just been house sitting in Nowra/Bomaderry which has been great for getting to know the area more. By the end of the year I will have looked after 7 dogs, 5 cats and 2 chickens over 5 different house sits! So I definitely don't mind pets but would just prefer they stay out of my room. I will be travelling overseas from Christmas until 11th February, which is the reason I'm (ideally) not looking for accommodation until I get back. I definitely need my alone time every now and then, but coming from a big family I do enjoy company, having other people around and catching up with friends when I can. On the weekends I enjoy exploring new places, going on different walks and just enjoying the south coast lifestyle. I'd love to hear from you if you have a room available that might suit what I'm looking for, or if you're a like minded person also looking to start a share house in the Nowra area.
My name is Elissa, I'm 34 and I'm moving down to the Shoalhaven region from sunny Marrickville. I have previously lived in warehouses and communal living/arts spaces so I'm a seasoned housemate. I cook a mean shared meal ;-) I'm social, friendly and love a glass of wine to discuss the important things in life like: Which Keanu Reeves movie is the most significant of his works? Why did we stop making rap music videos about workplace OH&S after the 1990s (why stop at all)? Are we living inside a hologram and does that explain Donald Trump? You know, the important stuff. I come with a well-behaved fluffy cat named Greta who kind of resembles a brush tail possum but we don't tell her that because I've heard cat-body-shaming is frowned upon these days. She gets along with other animals just great. I do stuff on the weekends like getting lost in the bush, wandering around abandoned buildings and doing stand up comedy (ok, I only did that once) but the magic 8 ball tells me there is much study to be done in my future. I'm studying medicine, starting in January 2018. I'm also a qualified librarian and will be doing casual library work for extra bucks. I'm hoping for a largish bedroom, something that can fit a queen size bed, bookshelf, etc. I consider myself ultra-clean and keep communal spaces as shiny looking as Patrick Stewart's bald pate.
We are a quiet, reliable and clean couple. We like to keep to our selves and aren’t the party type. We are hoping to enter the workforce asap so acc close to work opportunity is prefered but not essential. I can provide reference/rent receipts and anything else needed. Moving due to the owner moving in.
Hello My name is Steve. I am semi retired but do casual traffic control work when called upon. Always on time with rent and other payments. Clean and tidy. Good with animals. I find myself to be quite tidy and clean up after myself. I am quiet and will be working and studying. Looking for a place to stay whilst i do both, that is affordable with bills included in the rent preferably, great housemates aswell as fun.
Hey there! Im self employed in the music industry (yes, i do make a living from music!) and about to begin a PhD at ANU. I'm hoping to team up with some like minded people to share a house with, either to create a new one, or join an existing happy household, with a really chilled, respectful, sharing and fun space to live. People that are possibly studying, into a bit of yoga, meditation, growing veggies, music, good conversation, occasional glasses of red wine and games of Cards Against Humanity would be amazing! P.S - I can come equipped with furniture if required
