Hi my name is Helena. i am currently 19 years of age and am studying full time at the university of Newcastle. I love my sporting and also love to socialise with friends in my spare time. i am looking for cheap accommodation close to the uni and am currently sharing accommodation in Shortland.
Both of us are full time students at Newcastle University and work part time. Brad would only spend a few nights a week in Newcastle, as he likes to spend most of his time on the Central Coast with family. We are neat and tidy people who enjoy casual banter as well as time alone to study. Neither of us are big drinkers or party goers however will enjoy a casual night at home on weekends. Ideally bills and internet included in rent, off street parking would be nice but not necessary. We are going on a month holiday in June/July and are looking to move after we get back. Thanks :)
Visting Newcastle just for two weeks all the way from India for a study tour which can get extended by another two weeks.Non-smoker, chilled out mariner, have travelled all the world, super clean and easy to get along. Sikh by religion.
Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm studying my Masters in Social Work and working in mental health with an NGO. My current real estate (Nextview Property) are happy to rent to me again so If I can find one or two others to live with me, we're good! Also happy to.do.to.do . a team up with someone and apply for places around the uni. I'm an amazing housemate and have an indoor rabbit named Margot that spends her days getting pats. She is smart, litter trained and more of a cat-dog. I have been living in rentals for 7 years. I'miss clean, considerate of all my housemates, responsible, active, enjoy a glass of wine, hanging out and gaming.
Hi my name is Emily and I work casual (though it's basically full time). I have a Ragdoll cat by the name of Yuki. She's pretty friendly with people, though not with other animals. I'm born and raised in Newcastle and have no plans to move from here any time soon. Video games, movies and tv are my main passions and I tend to spend a lot of time doing that, keeping mostly to myself but I don't mind a hallway/kitchen chat. Or if you wanna watch a movie together I have a great selection to chose from! I am hoping to find a place before June as I am travelling overseas in July and my housing situation right now isn't very stable as the landlord could give notice to move out any time now! Thanks for your time and please message me if you're at all interested. Emily.
I'm a 28-year old guy who's come Newcastle to study Elec Eng/ Health Science at UoN in addition to working. Originally from Sydney. I'd describe myself as having a cool, considerate nature with a good sense of humour. Strong believer of living fit, healthy & staying active. Love most sports and the outdoors! Usually much prefer cycling to commute to most places. Also very experienced in helping keep a household maintained and running smoothly :-) I'm looking for a simple room - or to share a nice place where I can study, work and be reasonable close to the Uni and the expressway as I do travel down to Syd some weekends. If you're after a housemate who's reliable, fun-loving & easygoing, then get in touch! Open to Teaming up to start a brand new place with cool, easygoing like-minded people - so if you think you'd be a contender (girls or guys) don't be shy haha.
Hi there, I'm Kelly and I am friendly, easy going and clean. I enjoy a wine and chat and I like to keep fit and get outdoors. I have travelled extensively and love to share travel stories. I have a beautiful miniature poodle named Maverick and a dainty little cat called Zaney (who thinks she is a dog). Both house trained and very respectful... just like me. I am studying as well as working and would love to meet new people in my spare time. I would ideally like to be either close to uni or close to the beach so open to offers between Mayfield West and Bar Beach. I have house shared many times in the past both here and overseas. I look forward to hearing form someone like minded and fun! Thanks for reading. Kelly
Hello , I am Mina and a student from Berlin, Germany and I'll be doing an exchange semester at the University of Newcastle starting from July. I'm a tidy and sociable person and have more than 3 years of experience with flatshares, therefore I am mindful of other's space. I'd be happy to find a flat with respectful interpresonal dealings as I consider them vital for a conflict-free communal life. Outside of that I cook, like travelling and have an interest in language- what I can already offer is German, Korean and a bit of conversational French.
I am a 22 year old student, studying accounting at The University of Newcastle. I am a very friendly and nice person who is very open minded and always up to to try new stuff. Similarly, I am pretty tidy and in many cases organised although I like going with the flow as well. I like cooking and spending time with good people as well as just relaxing in a park, enjoying the summer while reading a book and listening to music. I am looking for fun people to share a house with. Moreover, I am easy going, laid back and love to be part of the house rather than just live. Looking to move in this week, if interested, please send me a message :)
I am a international student and I will enter NIC for my foundation program this coming June. I prefer to stay with student. I am cheerful and friendly person. and I also a clean and tidy person. I can also speak in various language.
I am student at the university I am looking for a place to stay for 3months. As a housemate I'm super tidy, clean and respectful. feel free to give me a message if you're interested! Thanks!!
Hi I'm a student at uni and I'm looking for a large room to rent with some other cool people based in the Newcastle area, either near the university or somewhere in town. I'm really easy going and laid back , and I love to meet new people and socialise. I'm mainly interested in large to extra rooms big enough to fit a double or queen sized bed (preferably all ready in the room). I'd need the house to be fully furnished and preferably, as above, it'd be great if there was a bed already there, and also a large built in wardrobe. I'd need a place to park my car as well, either on street or at the actual place. I'm looking to move in within the next month or so as I'd want to be settled in no later than the first week of May. My max budget is around $180 including all bills (water, electricity and internet) as I don't really want to be paying more than this if bills aren't included. If you're interested and have a place/room that matches this, feel free to hit me up! Cheers :)
Hey, I'm a 27 year old Kiwi, moving to Aussie in June, and looking for a place to live from July 1st. I'm pretty relaxed, easy going, and up for a laugh. I'm respectful of others, and like a tidy home where the common areas stay clean and looked after. Being new to the area, I'm keen to explore and see whats around. The suburbs selected are a guide, I'm pretty open to where I go at the moment. I'm ideally looking for a furnished short / medium term place to call home, while I explore the area and see where I want to end up. I don't have any pets myself, but I'm happy to live with pets. Any questions let me know
Hi all. So I'm very easy to get a long with. I keep to myself a fair bit but I'm always down for a good chat as well. I'm a pretty clean person so if you're a grub it isn't going to work . I have a bird child. He is a little green cheek conure. So it is a must that I find a place that will allow him to move in also. He's actually pretty quiet so don't stress about bird noises. I'm also at work a fair bit so you will probably have the house to yourself fairly often.
