I like to think I'd be pretty easy to live with, I like to keep to my self most of the time but I can be very social and friendly, I do not smoke cigarettes and don't have any issues with those who do, I'm a social drinker/dont drink too often, most of the time after work I settle for a coffee and that usually keeps me happy for the rest of the night haha. I work in Landscape Construction full time, have been for a few years now so Tradie by day, and I like to jump on my PC or Xbox and play a few games, Play the guitar or just watch movies and series for the rest of the night haha. I'm pretty clean, I make an active effort to do my best and keep things tidy, Clutter makes me grumpy so I usually don't let it get out of hand. I'm looking for a house that can accommodate myself and have space for my partner to visit. My partner would only be over on weekends as she is studying and not able to move with me but would still be happy to chip in for any food or utilities she may use. Been living at home until now, this will be the first time moving out of home, and I want to keep living costs at a minimum to maximise saving for holidays and a future home :)
We are quite clean people. We have no pets and no children. We are currently receiving Centrelink payments but are actively seeking work. We are desperately looking for a place to stay as we're staying between friends houses and staying in my car some nights. Would like to find a place as soon as possible.
I'm easy going happy to help anyway I can and as I say I'm just your average Aussie guy! I operate an Excavator for work and I have a very friendly female rottweiler who just loves a pat! No sports these days and don't drink very often as I have my gorgeous girl Zahra every second weekend!!
26 year old guy who works full time. I'm a massive animal lover and Vegan. I have a toy poodle who is 3 years old, he lives with my nan but I have him a few days a week. I am environmentally friendly and do my best to save power, water, waste ect. I am gay so would be really good to have a flatmate who doesn't have anything against that. I'm very accepting and considerate of others. Any questions hit me up :)
I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, separated about 15 months ago. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which will last for 5-6 months and then I'll be having more surgery sometime in early 2018 to remove stoma/sow up hole left by stoma, and put everything back the way it was...minus a bit of bowel. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issue and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house and a share house in Darley. A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living.
Seeking a quiet peaceful sharehouse anywhere from Melton to Delahey or surrounding areas. I don't smoke nor drink, clean living i'm neat and tidy. References and police check are all available. preferably looking to team-up with another, thanks.

I'm a full-time worker looking to relocate interstate from Sydney to Sunbury at the end of the year to be closer to family. I'm 28, single, no children (does my dog count though...?), plenty of interests and conversation about music/podcasts/movies/geeky stuff, bit of a clean freak and tend to offer to cook dinner for the house occasionally. My dog is a rescued American Staffordshire X, she's just turned 2. Ridiculously affectionate and full of personality. Absolutely no aggression. While I have enough to fully furnished a house (including fridge/washing machine etc) and possibly can rent alone, though I'm looking for a potential housemate to rent out a room. Must be clean and pet-friendly. Common courtesy/respect/personal space is a must for all. (Please note I am not looking to rent a room).
Hi! I'm Josh. I'm a secondary school teacher at one of the local schools, hoping to move to Sunbury as I've done the hour-long daily commute from Melbourne and back for almost 2 years now. Laid back, tidy, and clean. When I'm not at work I'm either playing guitar or more than likely heading to Bendigo to see friends / family. Don't worry - my guitar setup can run off headphones - so no noise issues. Open to team-ups to cut down on the cost :)
Hi, my name is Teresa. I am 28yrs, Kiwi and moved here at the start of the year. I currently work full time in Aviation as a trainer, and love the outdoors, adventure and travel. I have 2 mountain bikes, and also enjoy skiing. Looking for like minded people to flat with, who are social and enjoy getting out and doing things, but also independent too.
Price would be relevant to property type therefore neg. If studio or apartment then location is key and secure undercover parking. Recently moved from Brisbane, looking for modern space with ensuite. Secure undercover space (garage) for my car. I require a great place for 6-12 months until I settle and get my family over. Flexible with location within close proximity of Airport or the CBD where I can catch the skybus. I am quiet, clean, non smoker, like my own space therefore respectful of others. Have my own house in Brisbane so would look after yours.

Hi, I am a fulltime working guy who works for Council in the City of Melbourne and I am seeking a place to share in the out skirts of Melbourne. I plan to commute by v/line train to work and back for it is easier for me than dealing with traffic snarls that happen too often for ones liking. It would be good to also travel to country areas in my days off to seek my hobbies of fishing and hiking. All my family are in West Australia and I pretty much here by myself. Its the job that I have that keeps me here and It a great job and I wont be leaving it for sometime I would think. I save up holidays for block trips back home to Geraldton a Couple of times a year and plan a large road trip for one of the family and myself back across to the West later this year. I really would like a safe a secure surroundings that has some parking and storage area for a car and trailer and a not too large shed or storage area for essential tools that I have. I am not a drinker and I dont smoke. I dont care if anyone else does. I am looking forward to finding a nice place to live. I will be returning to study through my job early in the new year. Look forward to hearing from you. Andrew.
