~Ideally looking for a team up~ A little about myself, I’m 22 working full time for a non for profit in Parramatta CBD. My hours range anywhere from 7am- 7pm Monday to Friday. Outside of work if I’m not spending time with my friends or family, you’ll find me most likely watching some weird comedy on Netflix. I love to have a laugh and I’m a bit of a social chameleon. And if you’re wondering, my first name is pronounced like “Ryan” without the “n”. I wouldn’t mind sharing the occasional drink (or two) or meal after work but I also understand that some nights you’d just want to chill on your own too. I may not make my bed as often as I’d like to, but I like to keep both my private and shared space alike fairly tidy. This would be my first time living out of home for more than two months (hopefully) but I have always paid rent and my share of the bills on time and plan on continuing on doing so for the rest of my renting life 😝 I'm looking for an unfurnished room that can fit a queen bed and a desk. Looking at moving date around mid March. I don’t drive, so I’m looking somewhere within walking distance to Parramatta CBD or fairly close to a train station/shops. I value effective and open communication so please note due to my schedule, I will not be replying to messages for places that don’t meet the criteria above.
$220 maximum including bills. Can't move in until start of March My name is Aja, pronounced like the continent Asia. I am a 23 year old female. Can be fairly private at times but do enjoy a bevvy with friends and housemates here and there, along a good movie or show to binge. I'm a lover of art, especially photography and am keen for photographic adventures. I'm slowly building up a portfolio. I enjoy cooking and would be happy to help out or make household meals every now and then. I like things to be neat and tidy but am not overly OCD about it. I am about to relocate around the end of Feb back to Sydney from Melbourne to be closer to my family following a passing. I was born in Sydney and have lived in the Inner City, Northern Beaches and Blue Mountains (as well as in Melbourne and up in Byron Bay). I'm looking to live in Western Sydney close to a train station where it is a bit cheaper but easy enough to get to and from the city for work. I am currently working in electricity sales but will be pursuing a different profession in Sydney. I played and taught roller derby in the Blue Mountains 2013-2016 and would love to get back into that. I spent 8 months in Cambodia in 2017 learning about the culture, experiencing the wonderful sights with my camera and working in a busy bar (called YOLO) on Pub Street. I volunteered my time working with a few local schools as well as veterinarian outreach programs in Siem Reap. I helped foster kittens and cats and am an animal lover, happy if people have pets in their household. My plans for 2018 are to work, save money and go to Japan for the first time.
My name is Drew, I'm 32, currently studying cert.3 in community services ( youth work ) and work part-time. I am extremely clean and organized, honest, responsible and non-judgemental. I spend my weekends riding, canyoning, abseiling, fishing and out with mates. I am after a place a.s.a.p ! Cheers
I am currently a masters degree student of Macquarie graduate school of management. As a cosmopolitan traveler, I have travelled and lived across cultural diversities, I hold and value our differences in high regards and hope it will be a greater assets to us tomorrow. I am looking forward to a like minded individual, someone who values fun and friendship a lot but has the focus to see ability in disabilities! I kinda of function most actively in a quiet environment, so If possible an accommodation with 5 housemates maximum! I ain’t looking for just a house mate, but a friendship.
We are two friendly outgoing Canadians. We have holiday working visas and will be working in Sydney. We also enjoy touring enjoying the city and outdoor activities. We enjoy socializing and occasional drinks and nights out. We look forward to meeting our next flat mates.
I'm friendly and sociable. I like going out, having a few drinks and laughing but i don't go out every weekend. I'm a clean person e.g i wash my dishes after i use them, i keep my room pretty tidy, i won't leave any mess in shared living areas, I do my own washing, I sweep and vacuum. I keep to myself mostly. I do enjoy having a good conversation with like minded people on variety of topics. I'm a very open minded person, so someone who is like me and enjoys having friendly discussion.I work closing shifts often so I'll get home late a lot but ill be as quiet. I use public transport to get anywhere and everywhere so being close to a train station or a bus stop is pretty key. My max for just rent is around $300 and that would preferably include bills. I want to stay for 6 months and if everything is okay and we get along, we're both happy with the arrangement, then I'll stay for longer
We are a friendly and kind couple that is looking to start in on living in Sydney! We arrived this February from Colorado on our working/holiday visas. We have both been working in the service industry for the better part of a decade, Caila in the Front-of-House (she's done it all!) and Derek in the Back-of-House (cook, kitchen manager, prep, handyman, you name it). We enjoy traveling, exploring new places, cooking together, going on hikes, spending a day on the beach, and trying new things!
I'm looking for a room just for a short time only. Busy never at home, tidy, clean and non smoker
I work full time Monday to Friday 9-5 and run my online beauty business also so work keeps me very busy. I Respect privacy and space, and like a clean environment. Would keep to myself mostly as when I'm home I'm usually working and weekends if not working I'm out most of the time Looking for something stable and longterm preferably 6 months + Prefer bills/internet included and rent I am a smoker but would smoke outside, no issue with that at all.
What makes me great to live with? I am an honest, and trustworthy person. I enjoy a good chat and can be quiet as a mouse when needed. I enjoy playing games, fixing my car and having a drink. Let me know if you want to know more about me. Cheers.
Previously renting a whole property in Quakers Hill through private rental for 9yrs without any hassle. The owner is now selling therefore I must move. It started as a share house for 3.5yrs as I also have a great reference from him. I am 42yrs old and my daughter is now living in QLD therefore I am only looking for myself. I'm clean, tidy and pays rent on time and sometimes in advance. I am an outdoor smoker only. I am also currently on benifits due to a back injury yet in a program to get back to work with my new condition. I have never had a problem with rent. Thank you for your consideration.
I work as admin assistant in Organic Produce and Grocery warehouse. I'm a very easy going person. Going out with mates over the weekend is quite fun. However, often like to spend quiet eve at home too. Like to keep my surroundings neat and tidy.
I used to work and travel abroad a lot, technically I still am as I’m a kiwi. I turned up in Sydney four years ago from Africa with nothing but a duffel bag and a dream.... well many dreams! I’m a 50/50 individual liking both parts activeness and solitude. I’m generally quiet, and soft spoken but adore boisterous happy people as well as those who have the same disposition to myself. I have been many things over my years from a cleaner to youth councillor to soldier to consultant to now I’m elevator technician. I enjoy reading, a bit of a gamer, movies, cooking in and eating out and I love to go dancing!!
Looking for a roomie to co-rent around Blacktown or North Ryde/Macquarie Park. 28yo, works office job 9-5 Monday to Friday, gym most nights after work, and weekends spent chillaxing or going out. Been renting on my own since April 2017 so I have some of my own furniture and appliances, so an unfurnished space and/or new team-ups preferred. Now looking for a flatmate to reduce living expenses! Female preferred but not completely closed off to a male flatmate. I'm a non-smoker; clean and tidy; like my own space for downtime; respectful of other people’s space, privacy and property; happy to share common spaces as well.
"I am moving because I am looking for a permanent place to stay with my partner. I am an employment consultant for Global Skills and have rented before we are in a bit of a hurry as our accommodation will be running out in a few weeks but we are a hard working young couple who would like an opportunity to look after your home."
We are a professional couple seeking a granny flat or similar - looking to save for a house deposit. We also have two cats. We are very keen to find somewhere with 1 BR and an open kitchen/lounge room that is not shared with others. Happy to share a backyard, parking, internet, laundry, clothesline, etc. We are open to negotiating on price, but ideally not more than $250. Our cats' names are Chilli and Olive. They are both house-trained and we have rental references supporting this if required.
Friendly, respectful and very tidy mature female. I'm currently working part time in fitness industry. I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now and at the moment I am looking for long term accommodation. I NEED a room with at least DOUBLE BED. I hate single beds as I'm 5'10" and Im not going to settle for a small room for a big price. If the room is spacious enough I am willing to get my own bed. The area I'm interested in is preferably with great access to the city (close to train station) and surrounding areas by public transport due to the fact that I don't own a car. I am at uni hence I would prefer a quiet place but I like socializing from time to time over a drink or two ;) I like cooking and I'm prepping my meals in advance so I need a place where I am comfortable doing it without restrictions. I wanna feel like home not prison. Thanks!
