My name is Courtney and I’m 25 years old, I study a full time Bachelor’s degree via correspondence and i’m making the move to Melbourne in February 2018 to study on campus. I currently work full time in administration and have been working in the same position for 3 years. I’m an easy going person and I respect people’s space within a shared house, I’m tidy and will always pull my weight around the house. I enjoy quiet time and love to watch Netflix but at the same time I can be quiet sociable and enjoy weekend brunches and coffee, I also have a love for cooking vegetarian cuisine, listening to music and attending live gigs. I’m not looking to live in a party house but at the same times I don’t mind the occasional drink on weekends and going out. Looking for someone who shares similar interests to myself. Please feel free to message me if you have a room available anytime in February 2018 and you think we would be a good fit 😊
Very easy going & looking for a chill home environment. Working professional, do like quiet times but also like to socialise and looking for a place to call home. Tidy and responsible as I've housesat for many years caring for peoples homes and pets. Originally from Brisbane, now call Melbourne home
Hi!, I am originally from Lithuania, moved to Melbourne early this year from Chicago which was home base for the past 10+ yrs. Work brought me here, postdoc researcher in physics at Monash Uni. I am easy to get along with and laid back, lived with roommates before so have some rough idea how to maintain a smooth sailing and a home in good shape. I work 10a-6p wkdays, after work head to gym few times a week, travel/explore Oz and the surroundings. Looking for a chill to place to settle in. ~ 3-12 months lease would suit as not yet sure whether will stay in Oz beyond Feb '19, car parking needed,, Cheers, -Tadas
Working full time Monday to Friday and some of the weekends travelling to Sydney as my family is living there. I am okay to have a chat with 1 or 2 drinks after work and very much open minded personality. I prefer my personal time in my room most of the time. Thanks Sujan
Hey there! I'm from middle of nowhere Inverloch in South Gippsland, and have always lived on the coast. I'm looking for somewhere to live during my first year of University at Monash Caulfield. I need somewhere walking distance to public transport as I cannot drive (which on one note means I won't need space to park). I'll be studying Fine Arts and have a huge interest in the Arts, history and a bunch of other things. I'm vegetarian (but don't mind being around meat and whatnot) and can make a pretty good green curry if you're into that, I also tend to overestimate how much food/smoothie i'm gonna need so I'll probably offer you food pretty regularly. I like pretty much all kinds of music and am always ready to dance, but am also pretty quiet and spend a lot of time in my room in silence so if you're needing quiet to study I'm good in terms of that. I can tell you useless facts about things you didn't need and teach you how to kick butt (i'm only a red belt in Taekwondo but I still like to pretend i'm badass). I love British comedy, David Bowie, bad puns, art galleries and the colour yellow. I also don't smoke or have any pets, but don't mind being around those who do smoke, and adore pets! I'm currently working in an ice cream shop part-time and will likely be working part time for the duration of my stay.
Hi All, I'm 33 year old Melbournian born and bred. I've traveled quite a bit but always end up back here. Mainly lived in the Malvern/Toorak area.... I own a health food (mainly Acai) import and distribution and like to keep pretty fit and active. Work quite a lot during the week and sometimes have to travel but like to enjoy the weekends off. I am very relaxed and easy going, but like to keep a clean house and would like a place that's been well taken care of. Happy to answer any questions or provide references from my previous housemates. Look forward to meeting you!
Hey, I'm Maddison. I'm 18, which I know is younger than most people are typically looking for when looking for a new housemate, but there are many good things about me that make up for the fact I am a tad younger. I cook, quite a fair bit. I come from Eastern European background so I was taught to cook for an army, so you'll always have leftovers and lunch to take to work or uni (or whatever it may be you do). I'm extremely friendly and bubbly, I have a very vibrant personality and I love to have a chat. I work full-time as a first year hairdressing apprentice, which yes it does mean (in the future) that you'll get unlimited free hair treatments, haircuts and blow waves (if you're into that). I have an extremely positive and friendly personality but of course, I respect people space as we all need that. Message me if you want to talk or have any questions for me :)
A very easy going, laid back and friendly couple from England. We enjoy socialising but are not looking for a party house. We are tidy, respectful and happy to do our share of the chores. We have both secured jobs in Melbourne and are now looking for a place to call home for the next 2-3 months. Please feel free to contact us for any more info :)
Hi! I'm Charlotte, I'm 29 years old and looking for a lovely flat to rent near the Armadale area. My move date is flexible but ideally I'd like to move end of December/beginning of January. I moved to Melbourne from London back in January and work full-time in marketing for BOUNCE Inc. I'm a pretty laid back person, relatively quiet and very tidy. I love cooking, reading, a cheeky bit of Netflix and the odd night out. I'm a non-smoker, reluctant gym goer and definitely enjoy a glass of wine every now and then. Hoping to find some great flatmates!
I am currently pursuing my Masters from Deakin University while working part time. I'm pretty easy to get along with and looking for a good combination of a social house. I have been living in share houses for 3 years now so I know how to keep things going smooth. I like to keep things tidy but not much fussy about it. I'm respectful and considerate of others' belongings/property/space. I don't smoke and don't have any pets of my own. I need a share room as me and my friend want to move in together
Two young students, always up for a bit of banter! Emily is from New South Whales, Aimee is a Melbourne gal- both here to study at Monash, Clayton. Very clean and respectful and looking for someone similar who is friendly and considerate. We are leaving university residential accomodation so are accustomed to house-sharing and independent living. We enjoy to get out of the house but also prioritise our studies - looking for housemates who can similarly find a happy medium.
Hello I am currently on the search for a new home for the next few months. I am working full time in Real Estate & have two days off work a week. I am usually out & about during the days and spend evenings at home relaxing. Bed provided is ideal, however if not I can source one. I am open to meeting all walks of life of any age & gender and generally find that I get along with just about anyone! I am honest, respectful of personal space & like to keep things tidy. I enjoy the company of others but I also need some alone time to recharge every now & then. I don't mind if you smoke & pets are an added bonus if you have them! Length of stay & price can be discussed further. Shoot me a message. I look forward to meeting you!
I moved from country Victoria a couple of years ago to study guitar at Melbourne Uni, now I'm teaching it as well. I'm into music, cooking, breadmaking, reading and cycling. I generally practise acoustic guitar for a couple of hours each day, never after hours, and that's the extent of my noisemaking. I'm clean, tidy, and considerate.
I'm a very quiet & very responsible mature aged Australian male working part time. I was born & bred in Melbourne & I am a healthy conscious & clean person. I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't take drugs & I don't party. I love to read, listening to music & going for rides on my mountain bike. I like to live independently so I'm hardly noticeable. I don't have pets or children. What I'm after is a clean house with quiet responsible tenant/s & a good sized bedroom hopefully with my own bathroom & toilet. I do have my own vehicle & I would require somewhere to park my car. I'm ready to move in pretty much immediately as I'm currently living with two female students who are returning back to China very soon. I'm open for 6 months or longer term somewhere around the south eastern to eastern suburbs. I have all my own bedroom furniture & I have references from Estate Agents & also from the female tenants I'm currently sharing a house with.
Hi my name is Nick Just a little about myself: I moved from Tasmania around 9 months ago and looking for a place after leaving a hostel in Collingwood. I'm a 26 year old chef and pizzaiolo currently working at the Royal Saxon in Richmond. I'm a fun, cheerful and an easy going guy. I love to cook and always maintain a clean kitchen and lifestyle. I also enjoy going to clubs and experiencing Melbourne's nightlife. I enjoy good music and hot weather. Hoping to find some good housemates to be around and have a good laugh with. Non Smoker All the best. Nicholas Meale
Hi, I am Darshan, 34 yrs old male. I have two permanent part time jobs (Mon-Sat). I recently got married, my wife Sneha is in India and expected to join me shortly as she awaits her visa to be approved in the next month. I would like to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with one other couple in the areas mentioned in the subject. Expected move in will be between 25-12 to 6/1. I stay very busy through the week, starting my shift at 4 am and returning at 6 pm. Sneha will remain home until she finds a suitable job. We both are very quiet and like our privacy. We consider ourselves respectful and jolly. We like cleanliness at all times. We are looking to share a home with a couple with similar mindset. Please message me to discuss further.
I am looking at moving to Melbourne from the Sunshine Coast in qld this summer. I have applied for a job at Luna Park and will hopefully get the position. Just wanting to see what’s out there at the moment. I am easy going, open minded and super new to Melbourne so I won’t mind someone showing me around if they desire. I don’t smoke and will be working a lot of weekends so won’t be in anyone’s way or be coming home drunk. Eventually I will completely relocate here but for now I’m looking for a temporary (3 months) place to stay and go from there !

Hey future flatties - my name is Tash, i'm a 26 year old lawyer looking for a place to call home for at least the next 6 months. I work a lot, but love to come home to a drink or two and am quite social on the weekends. I have a love for docos and all things super nerdy! I'm neat, tidy and respectful of personal space, although I'm always up for a chat :)
Hey there, I'm an international student from Berlin doing a postgrad at Swinburne. Been here for about half a year now.. I also work part-time for an internet-based company. I'm used to living in shared apartements, know how to be considerate and respectful and how to pick up after myself. While I do have to spend quite a lot of time studying and working, l also try to make as much time as possible to go out and see this beautiful country. I didn't come all this way just to sit at my desk!
Independent, clean and social, I am looking for a comfortable and friendly household with a good vibe. I enjoy casual chats, good food, nights out, animals, staying up late and sleeping in, technology, music, photography. I'm relatively new to Melbourne and working in libraries at roughly full-time hours. Before this I lived/worked in Cairns, and traveled around Europe for half a year.
