I am a very friendly, easygoing person who is clean and tidy. I am very active so often like to be out of the house more than in it. I am a Primary School teacher. I am mainly looking to work and save as much money as possible before continuing my travels. I like to relax but also enjoy a drink every so often. I can fit into any crowd so I would be the perfect housemate 😊👍🏼
Hi! We're a couple who have been together 5 years and living together for 4, both on our own and in sharehouses. We're both musicians but not the loud kind. Paloma is a fantastic cook and loves baking so this arrangement will get you cookies, guaranteed ;) She is beginning her Masters of Primary Education at Melbourne University this year. Joe is a piano teacher, composer and bandleader. Both of us are into board games, horror movies, and we're more into dinner parties than party parties. Most importantly we're stable, reliable, and easy to get along with. Plus did we mention the cookies? We're looking for a easygoing, friendly and respectful housemate or housemates who would enjoy sharing the odd bottle of wine at the end of a long week. We come with furnishings including fridge, couch, TV, dining table etc for common use. We're also dog lovers! Looking for a house/flat near PT to movie into near the end of February. Shoot us a message if you think we'd be a good fit together.
Hello. I am a law and arts student at Monash university that lives at Mannix college. I recently just got ordered a new job at chadstone which begins on the 24th of February. Unfortunately, i cannot move back to my original accommodation till the beginning of university (27th of February). Therefore, I am looking to stay somewhere for 1 month
I'd like to move into a period home with charm and space and a back yard. Ideally I'd like to team up and find a 4brm home with 2 bathrooms - one for you and one for us. We are a non footy, non commercial tv and radio, lefty/green, atheist household, looking for same. I'm an easy going person. I love to cook. I like my own company but enjoy sharing meals, wine, and a movie. My kids are with me week on / week off and I work full time. When the kids are with their dad I often spend weekends with my partner at his home in north Central Victoria. My son is 14, loves drawing Manga, reading fantasy fiction and playing video games. My daughter is 11, plays acoustic guitar, sings, and is into science, writing and pandas. My partner, Bruce, tends to visit every other weekend with his gorgeous friendly and clever dog. He works full time in horticulture and supports his dad on the farm. I have furniture for a full house, including a relatively new fridge and excellent washing machine. I sing, kayak, and hope to set up my 3m above ground pool to share in my new home. It isn't huge but it is refreshing.
Hi I'm Dom Working full time as a warehouse manager and am looking for a new place to stay near the city. At home I generally keep to myself but I do enjoy having a chat/drink/social after work if my housemates are up for it. I enjoy playing pretty much any sport and am working on getting my lanky body into shape. I've been living in share accommodation for the past 10 years so I'm very familiar with respecting my housemates, being clean and just generally contributing to a positive atmosphere. On a day off I'm usually out socialising with friends, playing sport or just watching series/documentaries at home. I also competitively play dodgeball twice a week. Other facts about me : If you have a dog expect me to pat it incessantly, grew up in France, Disney/Pixar are my go to movies. Anything else you'd like to know please do ask! Currently seeking: -Ideally a mid February/early march move in. -Relatively contemporary house/flat to live in with other like minded individuals. -Room sizeable enough to fit queen bed (furnished or unfurnished) -Reasonable parking -Looking for long term stay but anything 3+ months is fine too
Hey all! Currently looking for a room to move in ASAP. I'm from Peru and I'm taking a master at Monash Uni. I've been living in Melbourne for a year already. I work part time and during my free time, I like to go to the gym and go out and try new cafes and restaurants. I'm used to living with roommates so I'm well trained when it comes to cleanliness and tidiness (including paying the bills on time!). I love animals and while I don't have any pets, I'm more than happy to live with them and share in the caring 😊 If you think I could be a good fit in your house-share or would like to know anything else about me, send me a message and we can arrange a time to meet. 😊
Hi! My name is Mia, I'm 24 years old, looking to move out of home for the first time. I am tidy, friendly and respectful. I don't party hard, but I am sociable and always happy for a chat or a glass of wine. I'm studying psychology and a cert IV in Mental Health, I volunteer at a telephone crisis line for women, and I work 4-5 shifts a week at a part-time hospitality job. When I'm not working I love to write, read, watch movies, visit museums/art galleries, and hiking/going to the beach. I also love to travel, if only I had more money for it! :'( If you are LGBT+ friendly, smoke-free, and looking for a female housemate in the areas of Hawthorn, Toorak, South Yarra, Richmond etc., then I would love to get to know you!
Hi there! I am an outgoing 23 year old moving to Melbourne from the north (brrr) of Sweden. I am starting a Master's Program at Monash University and am looking for a long-term rental. I am not too picky about my accommodation except for a private room and preferably close to the Caulfield campus. I am a non-smoker, keep my common areas clean and can make some yummy Swedish desserts. I enjoy the outdoors and travelling, have spent my last year in Cape Town working and spend a lot of time snowboarding during the winter. I will be studying at Monash during the days but hopefully meet some interesting people along the way in Melbourne so if you have any rooms available, please let me know! /Emma, your future roommate
I am respectful and I am tidy. I usually clean up after myself. I am not ocd. I work in the hospitality industry in the city. Therefore I am usually at work. I like to keep to myself mostly and occasionally like to have some good chats over home cooked meal and wine. I like also watch lots of tv shows and movies. I have a netflix account. I like pets but I do not own one. I enjoy going for coffee, brunches and checking out new cafes or bars. Please message me as I am looking to move out by the first week of February and ps: I also have an Nespresso machine if you love your caffeine. :)
Hey there, I'm 22 work full time in the financial services industry. I'm pretty tidy so no issue there. Love going out for a drink on the weekends or just catching up with friends! Would love to hear back from you. Albert.
I’ve been a self-employed designer, business owner, tech enthusiast, friend, favourite uncle, & avid traveler. I’m super clean, respectful and social. My week consists of yoga, dinners out with friends & family and work which I enjoy. Deeply happy and anti-drama, I’m always looking to know more today than I did yesterday. Get in touch and say hello.
Hi there, Australian/European 28 years old Professional/part time student AOU student. I am currently Working 5-6 nights at various locations around Melbourne in the security industry and study part time. When I have spare time I try to go to the gym or the dojo and catch up with family and friends. I love the beach, Kayaking, fishing, Camping, reading and pc gaming. I do not drink or smoke. References available as required. Looking to move in before the 11th of February, this date is flexible. Seeking Ideally long term accommodation 3-12 months I'm organised, tidy, independent, experienced share house boarder and I understand the dynamics required to maintain a progressive peaceful shared house hold. House mates who are easy going, respectful, honest, trust worthy, respectful of others things/privacy with good sense of humor and a generally positive outlook would be a bonus. I use my PC quite a bit when at home for studies and gaming so a decent internet connection is required. A clean neat house hold on or near the beach, with a view of the beach would be awesome! However by no means conditional. I have a car, almost any sort of parking conditions are OK unless it's 6 levels under ground :( I have a hospitality back ground with much experience in kitchens, so I'd say I'm a reasonably good cook. Although I find these days i'm more inclined towards cooking delicious efficient healthy meals. Organic ingredients wherever possible! I don't mind sharing food with the house mates as long as a viable fair sharing system is in place. I have my own cutlery, Tupper ware, plates, mugs, a toaster, small fridge, wine fridge ( maintains perfect drinking temperature)and a juicer for the kitchen. Happy to sell store or donate furniture that is already available in the house. I have all my own furniture for my room including my super gaming pc. If you might consider me as a compatible addition to your house hold or have any queries please don't hesitate to call or text me anytime after hours.
Hi, My name is Brooke. I am 26 years old and moving to Melbourne from Adelaide for work. I'm a physiotherapist and will be working full time across 6 days a week. I am looking for a room to rent. I'm very tidy, friendly, quiet and considerate. I'm hoping to move by the first week of February. If you have a room available or know someone who does, please get it touch as I'd love to hear more. I'm flexible with location, but prefer the eastern suburbs/inner city. Kind regards, Brooke
Hi there, I am Clare, a happy, quiet and clean flat mate while very willing to talk and communicate. And of course I respect people for their privacy and personal space. After several years' work in Shanghai, I will be back to study full-time in Monash from Feb 2017. I have a healthy life style. I love music, taking photos and traveling. I will need to move in on the date of 13th Feb 2017. Don't hesitate to contact me:) Cheers, Clare
I am a full-time student studying architecture design currently in RMIT as well as having my part-time job. I keep tidy and clean in my space as well as cleaning public area sometimes. I am not after party, smoking and drug. I enjoy having a night in with take out and a DVD, but also enjoy checking out restaurants and bars. I like to live in a clean and tidy home and am looking for people who agree. I am considerable and kind and would like to make new friends and share each other stories and happy time. I took an apartment by myself and manage it, and I lived with more than 6 people in 2 years. Therefore, I think I really know how to get along with my new roommates. I hope my room is furnished and prefer to live with males in house or town house which is less than 3 people, and fast speed internet, if there is a garden or yard, it would be perfect. Nor sharing room. I can move in February.
Hi there! My name is Amalie and I am a Danish exchange student. I used to study in Scotland, but now I am going to Melbourne to finish my degree in English Literature! I hope to find a cool flatshare where my flatmates enjoy cooking together, grabbing a beer or get worked up over a board game from time to time :D With that said, I of course respect a closed door and the need for privacy. I've lived in many different flatshares and I am a sociable and tidy flatmate. In my sparetime I like to socialise, work out, watch TV shows, try to gain courage to perform at yet another spoken word event (hipster alert), dream about what dog I will have in the future, listen to music and play guitar and sing ! Hope to hear from you! Kind regards Amalie
Hi, I'm a 28 Years old Mexican international student currently looking for a single room. I work in Kew as a Cleaner Supervisor (I'm certain you wont have any cleaning problems with me) Monday - Friday and go to school 3 days a week to the CBD, for that reason I'd like a room in a place mostly with easy access to the CBD. I normally have a busy schedule some days a week between work and study, but I may have off my weekends to either chill at home or hang out with friends, I have a TV and a PS4 I am happy to share, as well as a car to do maybe a road trip, go to the beach, or even grocery shopping. and advantage point with me is that as being Mexican, I'll be able and happy to cook plenty of traditional dishes from my country, way better than the ones we can get at any restaurant here. Also due to my occupation, I have a great vacuum machine and I wont mind doing some thorough vacuuming of the house once in a while (I have some experience doing house cleaning, although I consider is important to share all activities, I know how to do them efficiently and fast. We will never have to hire any cleaning services). I hope to hear from you guys soon, and I wish also to meet my future housemates.
Hi, my name is Christiane. I'm a 27 year old trainee solicitor. I'm usually busy with work or my side hustle - writing and poetry - so I will stay out of your hair. That said, I'm not about hiding in my room either. I enjoy reading and tv - crime and animation particularly. I am trying to become a gym person but to be honest, I prefer being out in nature to exercise. I love traveling and art and opera and appreciate people who are reasonably clean - but I wouldn't stress if the place wasn't clean here or there. I have made a lifestyle change to quit drinking although it's not a blanket ban. I'll never say never. I smoke occasionally but am in the process of quitting and would not smoke near the house if my housemate was averse to it. I appreciate intelligence and nerds particularly as I am a closet nerd. Plus, I'm an INFP/ENFP if you know what that means then good for you :) I am open to living with people of any sexual or religious or other affiliation. All I ask is kindness and calm. I am social but in my books, my home is my sanctuary.
Hi! I'm studying a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. I'm looking for a share house with some chill people after living in student accommodation for three years. I'm hoping for people I can have a good time with, whether that means a few drinks or a quiet night on the couch. I'm quiet, clean, and easy-going. I do smoke, but I'm respectful about it, and NEVER inside or around people who are uncomfortable with it. My current lease is up on February 7, so a mid/late January move would be awesome, but the start of Feb works too :)
My name is Trevor. I'm 31 years old and work full-time in Blackburn. I'd like to believe that I would be the perfect house mate as I am happy to cook, make sure I clean up after myself and will definitely be punctual with bills etc. I'm happy to share a meal and/or a drink or even a movie/tv series marathon, but also keep to myself at times. I try to keep myself fit by getting to the gym most mornings (yes I said try). I am looking for a place with preferably only 1 female housemate, someone who I can build a friendship with and create a fun and relaxing household. If you think this sounds like you please shoot me a message. Thanks!
Hello, guys and girls. We are a young couple in our mid 20's moving over from New Zealand. Bill has been a self employed builder for the last 8 years in NZ and looking at branching out in to the world of project management. Libby is in marketing, she is extremely creative and loves the challenges it can bring. We are both very outgoing and don't like sitting around too much... although you can't beat a trashy movie with wine and a cheese board on the odd Saturday night. We have a very loving dog, Jack, who we will be bringing with us. He is a doberman and is great with people (kids and adults alike), cats, dogs - the lot! A lover to his very core! Other than walking our hound and exploring, we enjoy taking the motorbike out, getting to the gym regularly, good drinks and delicious food (we try to be healthy) and cutting shapes until the sun comes ups. The flights are booked and we are landing Australia side on the 30th of March. Ideally we would love to have a place lined up and locked in - ready to hit the ground running. We are very tidy and considerate people and we are very much looking forward to meeting new people and getting this adventure going.
I am 21 and have recently moved to Melbourne, I'm looking to move out of where I am living now. I currently work in traffic control and at a bar. I'm friendly and clean, like to socialise and make friends but also relax and binge watch tv series.
Hi my name is Laura, I am a 24yo looking for a large room in the Caulfield North, Malvern East, Prahran, South Yarra areas I am easygoing, tidy, have a great sense of humour, and a non smoker. I love to socialise, go to the gym, watch movies, go out for dinner/ brunch, have wine with friends I'm looking to move out before the 28th of Feb Parking is important
Hi, I'm Julie, coming to Melbourne from France in order to study Mechanical Engineering at Swinburne as an exchange student, and I would like to find somewhere to call home :) I will be studying at Swinburne's Hawthorn campus so I'm looking for a room near Lilydale or Alamein railway line, or tram line 16,70 or 75, or bus route 624 or even better within walking distance from the campus ! I'm 19 going 20 and I would like to find flatmates about the same age (let's say preferably from 18 to 25 but I'm not very rigid about it). I'm quiet but social and I would like to share time with my flatmates (share meals, enjoy movies, have a cup of tea ... :P) I'm considerate of people's privacy and I clean up after myself. I like to study in common spaces (living room, kitchen ...) so I can see people passing by while studying :P. I do not need a lot of personal space : a small room would do it for me. I do not smoke nor drink. Cheers !
**PLEASE NOTE - AVAILABLE TO MOVE 1ST OF FEB*** *I will be flying down again within the next two weeks, I am also happy to Skype-video call also as soon as possible, looking to lock in a place asap* Moving to Melbourne from Sydney as I am starting a new full time role for a large corporate firm in Docklands. I am really easy going, friendly, love to cook and clean and love a tidy home. Pet friendly, enjoy keeping fit and active, enjoy company of others, can be social as well as enjoy my nights in also.
I love meeting new people and I tend to be a cooperative housemate, respecting other people's space. As a student, I endeavour to balance my time spent in Australia with study and great, fun experiences. However, I do enjoy some quiet and privacy, so I won't be the noisiest person to live with! I love watching movies and reading, with the occasional TV show binge on weekends. I adore fitness and sports and believe in eating healthy and staying physically active.
Hey, I'm Troy. I'm a neat and tidy guy that gets along with almost anyone. I'm a pretty chilled character, a non-smoker, and not someone you need to worry about. I'm neat and tidy, own my own engineering business (work 5-6 days per week), and am easy to live with (I'm sure!) All the best, Troy
My name is Caitlin, I am an 20 year old full time Student studying Oral Health. I'm a very easy going, friendly person who likes to be social, however respects privacy and enjoys downtime. I am always on time with paying rent, bills etc. And am most definitely clean and tidy. I'm looking to start up a new share house or find a room closer to Uni.
My name is Hayley, I'm 26 years old, and work full time in child health research in Parkville. I'm very clean and friendly and I like living in positive, peaceful homes. In my spare time, I enjoy eating out with friends, going to the gym, and photography. I like keeping things quiet during the 9-5 working week. My weekends are spent doing relaxing activities such as yoga, socialising, or going on day trips. I'm looking for a private ensuite room with a car space for around $200-250 in the inner east/south-east.
I am a 19 year old student currently studying at Swinburne University, i also work part time in the city. I have previously been living with my three sisters in Oakleigh, but am looking to live closer to both uni and work. I am clean, quiet but am also always up for a good time.
In September I moved to Melbourne from Toronto, Canada, in pursuit of an escape from the snow, a job in digital marketing, and a chance to explore everything Australia has to offer. Since then, I've landed a full time gig at a boutique marketing agency in South Wharf, which I'm absolutely loving. Over the past five months I've fallen in love with Melbourne, and I'm hoping to call it home for a while yet. When not getting payed to play around in social media, I enjoy bar-hopping along Chapel Street with friends, indulging in Melbourne's awesome coffee culture, and soaking up the sun at St. Kilda Beach. I'm also an avid reader, runner, camper and blogger. I'm clean, respectful, and I like to cook and bake.
Hi I'm Josh and I have just moved to Melbourne from Queensland for work and am looking at sharing a place while I work and explore Melbourne. I'm an easy going room mate who enjoys going to the gym, playing and watching sports, cooking and the occasional social drink. I plan to eventually buy a place and am looking for somewhere in the short term (6 to 12 months) to stay while I get to know the city a bit better.
I've just recently moved over from New Zealand. I work in an organics store in Balwyn, so I often bring lots free tasty organic food home. In my spare time I like to do parkour, and I read quite a bit, lots of non-fiction, about things like; gardening, philosphy, sociology, autobiographies, etc. I also used to be a chef, so I'm pretty keen on cooking. I like to think I'm pretty good to live with :) Cheers, Theo
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Arts (photography) at RMIT in the city. Before I moved to Melbourne in January 2016 I was a journalist for a country newspaper and have since moved away from writing and started using my cameras a lot more (including film and vintage polaroids). This year I hope to start a personal blog to maintain the passion I have for writing. I photograph music and people. I have worked for Groovin the Moo and Falls Festivals and many renowned artists and bands in the three years since I decided to pursue photography as a lifelong career. When I'm not taking photographs I play music, both guitar and piano and this year I am taking up vocal lessons with the hope to pursue a solo music project I've had in mind for quite some time. I'm originally from the country and moved from rural South Australia in January 2016 to begin studies here in Melbourne. I am now in my second year of a three-year course and will need to secure accommodation before the end of February. For the meantime, I am currently staying with my friends in Ferntree Gully. I have been a club photographer and do enjoy being social, going out for dinner, drinks, brunch, coffee and engaging in great conversation and building friendships, something I didn't really get to experience in the sharehouse I was in last year. I am a neat, tidy and sometimes quiet person who enjoys their quiet time just as much as the social side of things. This year I hope to find a bubbly, friendly, mature and sensible household to become part of as I believe that surrounding yourself with the right people with an abundance of positive vibes and energy will only stimulate my creativity and really fulfil the expectations I have placed on making this year my own, as well as an uplifting and rewarding year for the people around me too. I know I got a little bit long with this but I hope to find a great sharehouse or even something to myself by the end of February or else I might have to put my degree on hold or something as I will have no means of accommodation here in Melbourne and I really, really don't want that to happen. P.S I am also a huge dog lover, I miss my furry friend back home so badly, but if you have a dog, it is certainly no issue, it would actually be a huge benefit.
I'm working full-time as an Assistant Project Manager in Hawthorn East. I'm outgoing, sociable, play a lot of sport during the week, friendly, clean, trustworthy, organised, don't smoke, am easy to get along with, flexible, caring, love a good drink and always pay bills on time. I am currently renting with two others in Hawthorn and have been for the last 10+ months, but am **LOOKING TO MOVE OUT IN EARLY/LATE MARCH**. **WILL ONLY LOOK AT UNFURNISHED BEDROOMS.** I dont have too much furniture, just a bed, TV, chest of draws, clothes and a couple of bedside tables and thats it! I have a car and will require parking (preferable undercover and off the street).
Hi, I'm a 28 years old Mexican international student looking for a room on the eastern suburbs. I work in kew as a cleaner supervisor (I'm sure you won't have a cleaning problem with me) and study IT at the CBD 3 days a week. Currently I have contract at my current apartment until the end of January, but I wouldn't have a problem on moving in before that time. I will have a busy schedule a few days but I'm normally free during the weekends and couple of weekdays to hang out, stay at home or do small road trips. I also have a PS4 to share and a TV. Other than that, I'm crazy about soccer and I dislike the Mexican food we all can buy at common restaurants, but I'll be happy to cook some original recipes for you. I almost don't drink at all and I'm don't smoke nor use drugs. I hope to hear from you guys soon and meet my new flatmates.
We are clean, friendly, reliable and sociable people with a healthy, open-minded approach to life. We both enjoy cooking and eating, drinking with friends (this means you), cultural activities and outdoor adventures. We enjoy a good night in as much as a great night out. *We come with Netflix* Katherine is British, 21 years old, helpful, talkative and organised. She graduated in July 2016 with a degree in International Relations and Modern History. She is a whiz in the kitchen (definitely when it comes to desserts) and loves everything that is food related. Katherine enjoys all sorts of cultural activities, from films to museums. Ruben is Belgian, 25 years old, easy going and likes to be around other people. Ruben worked as front-end web developer before we started travelling. Ruben is athletic and interested in all kinds of sports, particularly cycling and soccer. Ruben also enjoys the occasionally beer(s) and used to (try to) brew an own beer together with some friends. Other interests are music, photography/video and festivals. We're looking for a furnished double room. Somewhere on the Eastern(ish) side of the city centre with good transport links. Ensuite is not necessary. 2 months is the minimum we would be looking to stay in Melbourne and depending on work opportunities/demands we could be looking to stay up to 6 months. We're hoping to find lovely like-minded housemates to make our stay in Melbourne extra special.
I am Nat, a 28 year old working and studying professional looking for an awesome house or apartment to move into in Jan 2017. I am originally half Russian and half Estonian and im from Estonia (if you know where that is ... ) I am in the middle of my Studies to be Myotherapist. Im looking at moving to Melbourne city or a 30mins (at the very most) radius by train/tram to get to the city. I am outgoing and super relaxed and fun to live with but sometimes I need alone time and respect privacy. Am extremely clean and well organised! My budget is 200-230*if its super nice 240 is good as well haha.. I am not looking for student apartments or apartments/houses where are more than 3 housemates. Perfect age would be 23-35 females or males. Outside of work and Uni I love going to gigs, socialising, exercising, traveling and getting to the beach when Melbourne decides to shine a little. Sunday Sessions is always a good idea. Long boarding and surfing is fun activity as well. In the winter time I am away all weekends at Mount Hotham. I just love snowboarding too much. Let me know if i am perfect candidate for you.
Respectful independent Canadian, seeking accommodation. I haven't touched my profile in quite a while, updating today or tomorrow (Jan 16th), must figure out how to resize photos.
I am 29, so not into crazy partying. During the week, it's just work (9-5 in marketing/comms), yoga and working out. At the weekend, I do like to go out to restaurants, bars and meet up with friends. I am not one for staying at home and I am do stay busy. I have recently arrived to Melbourne from England but I've been living in the Netherlands for the past four years. I am a sociable person and I'm easy to get along with. I am relaxed and respectful of others' privacy. However, I'm happy to have a chat and share a glass of wine with future housemate(s). Move in date is negotiable as I do have a place until the 12th Feb. I smoke socially when out, so would never smoke in the house and I don't smoke during the week.
My name is Jamie, I'm 25, from Ireland and work full time. I am a clean, tidy and respectful person. I have lived in numerous share houses at home in Ireland so I respect people's privacy and I am always on time with rent/bills and not afraid to pull my weight with household chores. I enjoy going to the gym, working out and going out for dinner and some drinks at the weekends.
I'm a swim teacher currently visiting from the UK and staying with my sister who has been here for 9 years. I work in Ashburton so would like to stay near to work and near to my sister in Mount Waverley. I am a tidy, quiet person but I enjoy hanging out with friends in my spare time. I'm a friendly and chatty person who gets on with everyone.
I am clean, polite and bubbly. Moving over from WA at the end of January. I will be studying full time, and working part time. I am laid back, enjoy a glass of wine and good conversation.
Hey there! I'm a medical student completing a research year at the Alfred Hospital, after which I will complete my final year of my studies. I also work part time in hospitality. As such, I lead a pretty busy lifestyle, but you can rest assured that I'm a very caring, organised and responsible housemate to have. :) I'd say I'm easy going and respectful. I love spending time with others, having a meal, chat and a laugh together, as well as spending time on my own. I would love to get to know my housemates - going on adventures, brunching, or just kicking back with some Netflix. :) Other than studying, I do aerial silks and hoop (as a form of dance and exercise), go to the gym, catch up with friends, explore Melbourne's best brunches, cook and sleep. I like to live a healthy lifestyle, so most of what I cook will be only good, healthy stuff. I do love to whip up a delicious cheesecake every now and then though! I'm not a party animal - especially not during the week! - but don't mind a social gathering. I can be outgoing, and pretty quiet. I have lived out of home since 18, so I can confirm, I am trained in housemate rules. Would love someone who likes being active to go to the gym/ yoga/ someone exercise-y with! Won't lie, I tend to be a morning person!
Hey! I moved over to Melbourne last year but have been travelling for the past 2months. Im looking for somewhere long term (no current plans of vacating this awesome city!) Im 26, originally from the UK (I have dual nationality) and currently working in the CBD as a Software Developer. My budget is around $300 and would prefer somewhere in the city or close to a train/tram that would get me to the city within 20mins! That being said the housemates are definitely most important and would prefer to live with social people that will eventually become good friends, though I'm not a pest and can appreciate alone time. If you have a room up for rent and think I could be a good match let me know! Cheers, Danny
Easy going, looking to share with like minded person/ house mates. Looking for a warm and friendly home environment. I am very respectful and know the importance of sharing to ensure a happy space and home life.
I'm a 27 year old health professional, originally from NSW, been in Melbourne about 6 months now and loving it! I've lived in flatshares for a few years now and am clean, tidy and respectful of other people's space (but also enjoy an occasional beer with flatties). I have a solid base of friends in Melbourne but always up for meeting new people. Hobbies and interests include sport (gym, swimming, touch football), music (guitar), scuba diving, and just generally exploring Melbourne.
I'm a kiwi graphic designer who have relocated to Melbourne a few months ago from London.Am actively looking for a place that feels like home. I am easy going, clean, social, and looking for like-minded people. I like to travel, bit off boxing and few beers here and there. Please don't message if it's not in the areas i'm looking for. Thank you
I'm currently a student at Monash, looking for somewhere to live that's closer to the city. I've rented/lived in sharehouses before, so I'm no stranger to cleaning schedules/respecting privacy/keeping noise down etc. When I'm not studying or working I like to go out salsa dancing, see movies/watch Netflix, or just get out of the house and do some sightseeing. I've lived in Melbourne all my life but I like to get out and about. I work casually in retail (10-20 hours a week), and also work at the MCG. I've never had a paying meeting my rent, but wanted to be upfront about my employment situation.
Ethan and Kalen here. We're brothers looking to share accommodations while we complete our third year at RMIT. We're both laid back and friendly, and recognize the value in cleanliness and hard work. Between us we cover a wide range of hobbies, from writing to gaming to programming to music, etc. We have no pets, but have no objections to flatmates that do.
