I'm very sociable, but also value my personal space and time, and ideally, I’d like to live with someone who feels the same, but would be up for the occasional coffee or Netflix binge with wine. I am a self confessed nerd, and love movies, books and games, I come with a PlayStation, and maybe a few board games. I am not opposed to pets and especially love cats. I'm a non-smoker, and I train at a gym about 5 times a week. Please feel free to message me if you think we’d get along!
Hi. I am a friendly, open minded travel enthusiast who has just moved to Melbourne to start my second degree (International Studies) at RMIT. I like to cook and would love to cook in the evening together, share good stories and maybe some wine ;) . I am tidy, clean and careful when it comes to sharing an apartment. I am not looking for a place to only sleep but to meet some great new people and have a wonderful time together :))
Hey everyone, we're two friends looking for a house share or possibly sign on to a new lease. We’re both quiet and easy going, able to cook and clean and generally look after ourselves. As to more specifics, Ross currently studies English and Philosophy full time and Xander is working for the man full time until the dream of being a professional aviator can be properly realised. We both have shared interests in music (Xander probably knows the entirety of Bruce Springsteen’s catalogue off by heart) as well as politics and the occasional chat about life, the universe and everything. Ross also owns heaps of furniture: fridge, tv, several beds, chest freezer, etc. which can be shared if there is space available for it. If that sounds like your cup of tea then we’d love to hear from you.
I am in my early 30's. I work in Sales for a Tech Company. I work hard, am very social and play sports / exercise 4-5 days a week. Tennis, beach volleyball, boxing, running etc! I love to travel and explore and I am always up for trying a new cafe/bar/restaurant. I like to invite friends over every now and then but do not live in a party house. I am very clean and tidy and like to take care of where I live. I don't mind cooking for my housemates, sharing common household things. I am also a very positive and active person and won't be found on the sofa or bound to my room every night! I am looking for a house mate similarly social and a professional like me who is also clean and tidy. Someone would like to share a bottle of wine / beer every now and then and maybe visit some local places for dinner. Maybe even do some sports together if you want some motivation - I am good at making sure I fit some exercise in.
Hi there! I'm Mathias, a 29-year-old PhD student from Denmark. During the week I study next generation solar cell materials at Monash, and on the weekend I work at the Moon Dog brewery, slinging beers and telling bad jokes. I'm looking for a sweet house somewhere in or around Richmond. I'd say I'm a pretty good housemate, I clean my shit and don't play loud music. I enjoy cooking and punching out sneaky ones. Unfortunately, the lease has ended for my current house, so I'm looking for something for around a year starting as soon as possible. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
I am a 28 year old guy from Amsterdam who is currently traveling the world after working 8 years as a young professional in Telecommunications. I've recently arrived in Melbourne and I noticed I really love it here. That's why I'm looking for a place to call home. People appreciate me because of my positive, outgoing and happy attitude. I'm reliable, trustworthy and very social. I would describe myself as the 'just trying to be happy kinda guy'. I'm sociable, reliable, friendly, considerate and trustworthy. I'm a vegetarian and a smoker (but can smoke outside), I love beers and I am a music lover in general (would love to learn to play any instrument!). Other things I appreciate: food & cooking, sustainable living, serious conversations, spirituallity and the smell of washing powder. Ideally I'm seeking for a chilled out, homely and cosy plase to call home in area's like Fitzroy, Coburg, Brunswick, Northcote, Richmond, Collingwood, St. Kilda, Windsor or surrounding area's. BUT, I'm really flexible so if you have a room somewhere else, please let me know as well! At the moment I don't have a place to live so I would rather move in yesterday then tomorrow :) So, if you concider to rent out a room and you are looking for an awesome housemate, don't hesitate to contact me right away so we could have a chat in real life soon (that probably gives a way better impression of myself then this story)
I'm 27 fashion designer, originally from Russia but spent half of my life in Japan. I'm studying business at the moment and working as a retail stylist in the city. I am very clean and respectful of a shared place.
I’m pretty quiet from Monday-Thursday with work, going to the gym and some quiet dinners, but also enjoy hanging out with friends & housemates on the weekend bonding over a bottle of wine and a BBQ. Although I enjoy socialising, I’m also aware of when people just want to relax, watch Netflix and have their down-time. I like being in a house that's social rather than cooped up in my room to myself but I also completely respect people's privacy too. I also enjoy keeping fit & go to the gym, and bonus(!) I can cook & will do so for housemate dinners. I would like to find friendship in my housemates rather than just living buddies. I’m very easy going and approachable, and I like a tidy & clean house but not meticulous about living in the standard of display home 24/7.

I'm perfectly fluent in English, clean, sportive, social and love doing my own thing but also like to cook and have dinner together or chill on the couch and watch Netflix. I work at a bar/restaurant at the southbank, which I really enjoy. I love the city and hopefully someone is willing to welcome me soon as their new roommate because since my rent ended in my apartment in Carlton sleeping on a couch is definitely not everything at the moment.

A little more about me, I'm pretty westernized and non-judgemental, also I've lived with westerners and have more foreign friends than Koreans so don't worry about culture clash! I am fairly social and like sharing a meal and a few beers with my roommies. Fundamentally I'm an extroverted introvert so I like having lots of privacy as well. After travelling Europe for a couple of months, I'm now in need of a new home. I have no idea what I'm doing with my life, so I'm happy with both temporary and longer-term homes. I'm sure I'll be in Melbourne for at least the next 6 months, probably longer, so I'm happy to sign a lease and such. I've been living in share houses for many years, so I'm well house trained, clean, respectful, chill and all that jazz! I'm available to move in anytime. A bit about me: I'm 24; I have a love of animals; my favourite meals are brunch, pre-dinner snack and dessert; I enjoy nature and sitting in parks; I've been working full time at a ski store for what feels like forever (but I enjoy it); I try to always look at the positive and/or funny side of life; my hair colour/style changes frequently (currently pink); I just started attending aerial circus classes for fun/fitness and love it; I rely on public transport to get around; and I'm currently coming out of a 6 year obsession with Hi-5 (the kids band) that basically consumed my life. I will also provide daily smiles.

Because I will be at the lab and studying most of the time I will be keeping to myself quite a bit however, I'm still a quite social person and would love hanging out/making a good meal (I'm italian so it will be very carb-heavy/like a warm hug) for you too.

So I've taken a huge leap of faith and accepted a job I was randomly offered in Melbourne that commences in 3 weeks.....so needless to say I need somewhere to live! So a bit about me....physiotherapist and masters in OHS, self confessed terrible cook (though will tell people I'm trying to impress otherwise), pretty adventurous and reckon I'm a decent roomie having had long stints renting here and overseas. I'm pretty comfortable talking to people so you don't have to worry about awkward silent moments... I fancy myself as a novice green thumb, exercise a lot and follow far too many furntiture designers on instagram. I own my own property which I renovated, lived in and now rent out so know the value of a good tenant and happen to know how to use a drill should it be required. Ideally I'd like to rent with just one other but I'll bend the rules with two if you're a decent person and good fun. Right, I think I'm done pumping my own tyres so if you're interested in letting me live in your house and cooking you a mediocre meal with a decent wine then hit me up! Cheers! Laura
Hey guys! we have just been accepted to a beautiful 4-5 bedroom two storey house located in wheelers hill. There are 4 of us so far, 3 girls and one guy, all super friendly and down to earth. We are on the hunt for some one to fill the 5th room and cut down rent to the best you could find! I love music and adventure and my sports and fitness. I respect others space but am also keen for hangouts the occasional nights out and would never say no to a beach trip. We are all super clean and wanting to treat this place like a home. If you think you would be a good fit into our little fam hit me up ASAP Thankyou!
Hello hello My names Julia I'm a 24 year old New Zealander who is now going into her 2nd year in Melbourne and I love it! I work full-time at CGU insurance in the city and for the past year I have lived in prahran but my lease has run up so I'm now looking in this area again but in a share house. I am bubbly, love a laugh or two, I have a love for travel and meeting new people, I'm tidy and clean, and most of the time active. If I sound of any interest please get in touch! I Would love to hear from ya 😊 Thanks Julia (Jules)
Hey I'm Kylie! I'm 29 and have just returned from living in London for two years! I love to travel, catch up with friends and family, shop, eat brunch and enjoy long walks and Pilates. I work in retail. I'm a down to earth Aussie girl who loves to have a chat!!
Hi potential future-flatmates!! I'm from Hobart, Tasmania, and I've just moved to Melbourne for university (UniMelb), so I'm hoping to find a place in that area somewhere. I play hockey and I also do a bit of orienteering (bonus points if you don't have to google 'what is orienteering'), and I've got a bike to get from A to B. That makes me sound quite a bit more energetic than I am, but I do have my lazy moments (trust me). Also, if you want a pub-buddy, then look no further! Say 'beer' or 'wine' or 'alcohol' and I'll be there with bells on. Same goes for coffee. I hope that I'm easy to live with, I do chores and I generally clean up after myself. I listen to music a lot, especially when I'm studying, but if you don't like that then thats why I've got headphones. I don't mind moving into a non-furnished place, but if its furnished, then, well, what a bonus. I don't smoke, I love animals, I'm not a morning person, and I eat almost continuously (but don't worry, I wont eat your food). I like sitting down for a Netflix marathon, and also occasionally having house dinners. I've ticked 'working part-time' because hopefully I will have a casual hospo job by then (anyone know of one going..?) but I am currently unemployed, unfortunately. Also flexible with moving in dates and preferred length of stay. Hopefully my rambling has convinced that I'd be a cool person to live with! If you think so just give me a yell and we can meet up!!
Hey guys. Ideally i am looking for two rooms in your household. One for me and one for my good mate lachie. Here are some things i enjoy... travel, being outdoors, techno, socialising, exploring hidden laneways and suberbs in melb. Iv house shared before and respect the need for clenliness and understanding. I want to move into a home and create a frienship with my housemates. I work 5-6 days a week in construction which keeps me busy. Weekends are for unwinding and socialising. Out for breakfast, drinks or a bit of a party is always on the cards. Im looking to stay for atleast to the end of the year with potential for longer if the fit is right. Lachie also works 5_6 days a week. He is a genuine dude and would be another great addition to you household. Extra points if you have off street parking for my motorcycle :)
