Originally from Ballarat moving to the cbd to begin the 9-5 at a consulting firm so a place near a station is a must, I’ve just recently graduated with a Masters from unimelb. I’m relaxed and easy goin, Also quite the coffee snob and bruncher on the weekends so be prepared to accompany me occasionally when our schedules align. I Always clean up after myself, pay bills, all the good housemate suff, defs not a party type or a big drinker. Not keen on a smoking household or a party house. Im quite introverted but I try and go out of my way to surround myself with extroverts who bring out the best in me. Very into health and fitness hitting the gym most days. Looking for flatmates who can be friends who lead independent lives outside the place too, bonus If you love watching Old Seinfeld episodes, casual gaming or get around the newest fad on Netflix. Bonus bonus and open to getting a house cat at some point down the track or at the very least a house bonsai . Look forward to meeting you ,Cheers
Hi I’m super easy going, new to sharing houses as used to be a homeowner but due to circumstances I’m now starting over. I’m hoping to find a home that feels like a home with down to earth, honest, respectful people such as myself I don’t smoke, love all the boring healthy stuff ( except my super strong morning latte 🤫), I return to study next year (fast approaching) to study tourism ... I have the travel bug lol I have a gorgeous rescue cat Ava whom is basically attached to my hip, she stays in my room and is not destructive and is house trained ! I need a driveway as I have a Vw that I wish to slowly convert into a super cool camper for weekends away. Thanks for reading my profile 😊 have a great day Annalise
First Clean and tidy, smiling, talkative, and respectful ( privacy, space, belongings, sharing a common area. Other than that am French aged 27. I’m a soccer coach in a youth academy and I work in a warehouse. I love all sort of art ( dance, music, draw, paint, cinema... ) sports and travelling ticking my bucket list ! :D Mow.
I would like to share a house with easy going people, I'm a kind man, tolerant, totally respectful, and ordinate. I just like to go out sometimes on weekends, and have fun with my friends, or going to know new places and explore the city.
Hi, My partner, Claudia, and I are looking for a place to stay in Melbourne. Claudia is from the Gold Coast and has lived and studied in Brisbane. I am from Stockholm, Sweden, and have lived in Australia for a year. I work in flooring and Claudia works in digital marketing. Both of us have secured jobs in Melbourne starting soon, so we are keen to move down asap! Both of us are social and outgoing people who enjoy having a drink or sharing a meal with friends. On our days off, we enjoy finding new places to eat/ drink coffee, BBQs in the backyard, hiking, camping and of course the occasional Netflix binge. Claudia loves animals so you might find her lurking around a dog park for fun, while I love building and fixing things. We are respectful housemates and pay bills on time and we aren't the sort of couple that need to be holding each other's hand all the time. We are both independent. Thanks for reading and hopefully hear from you soon.
I'm a sunny Brisbane girl who likes living with friends rather than roommates. I like a drink at the end of the day and the occasional shared meal, but also I know when to leave you alone for some solitary bliss. I'm still pretty new to Melbourne so exploring is still a novelty. I like to knit and read and watch way to many shows about murder. And yes, I can absolutely make you a dorky knitted hat. I've been living in shared spaces since I was 18 so I know how to act like a fully functioning human, i.e; dishes, laundry, general cleanliness. My past roommates would say I'm above average when it comes to cleanliness but I don't expect you to live up to those standards, just don't be a frat boy level sewer rat and we are sweet. P.S. I also come with an entire household of furniture (excluding a couch/TV/washing machine) including kitchenware (I own a nutri-bullet), a large book collection and an equally large amount of vinyl.
Hi there, I’m very sociable & enjoy being out and about. I work in the city and would preferably like to live in the inner suburbs. I previously lived in Abbotsford and loved the area. I’m courteous and tidy at home. I enjoy cooking & would love to find a place where the odd meal is shared over a glass of wine. Please feel free to get in touch if there’s anything else you’d like to know.
Hi there - I'm Matty, I'm a 29 year old scientist and health and nutrition entrepreneur (or trying to be at least). I've been in Melbourne for about 6 years now and I moved up from the sticks in country Victoria to do my degree and study and also for music (I'll explain more in a bit). I have been share-housing for 11 years now and it really is time for me to find someone completely on my wavelength to live with. I'm growing out of the multiple person share house with extremely different interests and lifestyles and I am seeking a home environment that is conducive and organic to the way I'd like to live, which is pretty simple.. clean, healthy and positive. I am also a drummer and I am signed to an agency and do a lot of corporate gigs. I obviously will not be drumming at home but I do need a bit of storage space to be able to put my things. I am very much a rational and fair individual and I prefer to talk things out and approach anything with a focus to solve and do what is best for everyone. I'm usually the fun, social guy among my friendship circles and I'm always up for a laugh and to meet new people. I can also speak Spanish and really love the language and latin american culture too. Oh and I am all about using PT (hate traffic haha) So I also would really like to be in walking distance to a train or tram that takes me to the city/work - I work mainly at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Anyway, enough about me - let's catch up to see if we click!
My name is Hyun, like HYUNDAI but without DAI at the end ;-) I’m a former hotel housekeeper and renovator..., very handy around a house. I do custom drawings/illustrations and furniture making. I'm respectful, sociable, tidy, independent and well rounded. Looking for a temporary place to stay for 5 weeks until I can move into my new apartment in Preston.
Hello people! I’m a fun kiwi girl working full time at a cool cafe and teaching assisting occasionly. I love getting active, outdoors, socialising, brunching and all that jazz. Also clean & tidy, respectful of down time and space. Looking for some flat mates who have the same kind of idea, feel free to message me for team up!
Me and my boyfriend have just relocated to Melbourne from London and are looking for a sociable, friendly and tidy house share - ideally anywhere around 2+ months. I’d say we are both outgoing people who love a drink, playing sports and travelling - but love a night in watching tv and enjoying a takeaway just as much!
I've recently moved to Melbourne from Perth and am looking for a fun place to live! I'm 28, working full time as a facade engineer in the city and easy going. I only came here with some boxes of clothes and a motorbike so I prefer being outdoors in my spare time either at the gym, hiking or reading. Would like to check out places in Melbourne and see what's good out there, don't mind the occasional pub or bar venture and good conversations! Looking for like minded hassle free people, would prefer a place for a minimum of 6 months. 😊
Isaac and I are both bubbly, positive people! We love all kinds of music, movies and tv shows! We're both working full time, Isaac works in construction, and I work in hospitality as a barista We are looking for a short-term stay of about 3-4 months
looking to join a home (not just a “share house”) for at least 6 months + I’ve lived in a share house previously for 3 years so plenty of experience with sharing spaces, being respectful and tidy. I’m tidy especially in common areas but not OCD. I’m 29 and work in public health as an occupational therapist. I’m old enough to be in a comfortable job and enjoy nice things but still refuse to spend more than $20 on a bottle of wine. Enjoy all your stock standard Melbourne hobbies (no need to list them all) as well as playing outdoor soccer, and attending the occasional festival/Dj. pretty quiet during the week but like to see friends and go out on the weekends. Im an experienced responsible adult - paying rent/bills (on time) and contributing to household chores. Looking to live with people who are easy going, tidy, happy to chat and share a meal/drink when schedules align. I’m also a decent cook (not opposed to cooking for you) Flexible with move in dates - any time October onwards
I am a warm friendly person who respects other's space and independence so i ecpect the same. I prefer cooking my own vegetarian food. I work full-time day shift for Australia Post. I am tidy simple staight forward person Regards Pradeep
Hi all! I am Elsie and I am a current Queenslander in the process of moving to Melbs permanently! I have been in share house situations for over six years and I am looking for a similar situation with likeminded people. I’m currently doing my Masters in Education and work two jobs as a receptionist and a Visual Art teacher aide. My interests are fashion, vintage, art, good food and hip hop. I am quite a social person so I am looking for people to live with who share similar interests and don’t mind being my friend too. I also own a bunch of appliances and furniture with me and I am happy to contribute those to the communal household. Looking forward to hearing from you! X
Hey I'm Dom! Grew up in France but now living permanently down under. Currently working for vicpol and switching stations into the city. On a day off, brunch and coffee places for good chats with friends is my go to thing. Always up for a game of any sports and am always keeping up to date with my favorite TV series (in desperate need of a GoT fix!). On a work day I'm usually either sleeping or acclimating to my shift schedule and keeping to myself, still up for a chat nevertheless! I'm currently looking for a semi spacious room with desk space and ideally an en suite bathroom but can forgo it if housemates are clean :). That said I am tidy and clean and hoping my fellow future housemates are considerate in that regard too! Big no no's: Student accomodation, drugs, criminal records. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hey Hey, I’m Karo and moved from Perth to Melbourne about a year ago. I rented an apartment with a friend and our lease runs out on the 19th of November:) I'm looking for an empty single room with a BIR for a long term stay. I’m German but have been living here for 4 1/2 years and have rented my own apartment before so I’m happy to take over a lease or even rent a new place if anyone is keen. The places I’m looking at staying would be city, Richmond, abbotsford, kew, hawthorn, toorak, southbank, south Melbourne. I’m pretty easy going, clean and responsible. I work on weekends though so I’m looking for a quieter place:) Can’t wait to hear from you Karo
I am moving from Auckland, New Zealand to pursue a PhD in Melbourne. I’m social, love to cook and I’m clean and tidy. Reliable and easy going by nature makes me easy to live with.
We are a young international couple, Melissa (German/English) and Mike (Aussie/English), that have decided to relocate to Melbourne after graduating from the University of Leeds in the UK. We both studied in the Social Science sector and as Mike is originally from Aus we decided to move to pursue careers in social/sustainable housing in the fastest expanding city in the country... We're an outdoorsy couple that are always looking for the next adventure/challenge, we’ve just finished a roadtrip road Europe saying goodbye! I'm an avid traveller and Mike is an ultra-marathon runner. Because of this we’re looking to move into a relatively quiet home with likeminded people/couples. We're up for enjoying some wines and coffees with housemates, although we won't subject you to eating the food we try to cook! I would be great to live with a group that also want to fully explore Melbourne and the surrounding nature!
Hi all, I moved down to Melbourne from Queensland at the start of last year to start work as a physiotherapist. I love what Melbourne has to offer so would prefer to be closer to the city. I've lived in share houses for a few years and have been lucky enough to share with some pretty great people. Happy sharing responsibilities but am a terrible cook.. I'm always up for adventures and exploring and ideally would like a place that feels like home, so would love to find someone social to move in with that could become a friend rather than just housemates. I also have a car so I would be looking for somewhere that at least had on-street parking. If anyone is looking to team up I'd be super keen as well. Preferably in a 3 bedroom place to split costs more but open to anything. Please only contact me on the website as right now I'm living in flight mode. I may take a couple of days to reply as I'm in and out of wifi!
