20 y/o couple that recently moved back from living in Japan, looking for a nice lil place that we can call home for awhile. Both working part-time and doing art on the side, looking for a place that's not too busy but don't mind having a drink once in awhile.
Hello! We are a couple from Brasil looking for a room in a nice house with clean and friendly housemates. I work full time in the city, so somewhere near public transport is preferred! We will be spending a lot of time out of the house, but when we're around would love to hang out occasionally for a drink/ meal. I also love to cook (so there will usually be some fresh baked snacks around)! If you are not into party and believe your home is a place where you like to take a rest and relax, pls text, because this is the place we're looking for. We're respectful, easy going and flexible. Happy to answer any questions you have, just ask! Hope to hear from you soon :) Sabrina

Heyo! I'm going to be doing an exchange semester at the Uni of Melbourne and am incredibly excited! I'll be coming to Aus on a working student visa from July-December and am looking for shared housing for these months! A little about me: I'm a third year biology/computer science undergrad at UBC in Canada. It's my first time visiting Aus and am hoping to take advantage of every opportunity to explore and experience Melbourne life. While I'm mostly quiet and studious I am a notorious shower singer. I always appreciate having a clean house to come home to relax, so I'm always respectful about keeping the space clean!
Hi there, my name is Melissa! Looking for OCTOBER onwards - **Furnished** rooms within my advertised budget and neighbourhoods only, please read on! I'm from Montréal, Canada, and I'm a 28 year-old, independent, nature/animal-loving individual. I am typically out of the house; chasing the next adventure, hiking a new trail, riding my bike, and café hopping! In the house, I am tidy and am pretty quiet - I don't "party", drink, use drugs or smoke. I enjoy anything fitness related, and testing out new smoothie concoctions. During my down-time you'll find me nose-in-a-book, or napping in a patch of grass. I am currently preparing my upcoming move to Australia in September on a Working Holiday Visa! I'm looking to rent a *FURNISHED* room in a clean, cozy, friendly, affordable home with like-minded individuals, so feel free to contact me if you believe us to be a good fit :) Stay length is flexible!
Hi, everyone. I'm looking for the room which I could move in immediately. I'm 33yo, Japanese. I'm studying, and working 5days/week. I'm bit shy and quiet but active and honest. I like yoga, hang out with friend and try to do new things. I don’t have any pet with me, but I’m animal lover! usually I'm quite busy and most of the time I'm not home, but happy to talk and spend time together when I'm free. Currently, I'm under the medication, and seeing doctor twice a week, but almost fine. So I won’t ask any support to future housemates. I prefer to live around Reservoir or Preston area, but happy to live amywhere along the South Morang Line. I can pay maximum $200/pw. Please let me know if somewhere room available. Thank you!
I've been in Melbourne for 6 months. I'm originally from Canada and lived in the Rocky mountains for the past 9 years. I work in arts management, my job brought be here. It's largely Mon-Fri work so I'm busy through the week. Sunday is a down day for me generally. l love the outdoors - though this city has tons to offer as well. I own my own place back home and have had lots of roommates over the years. I'm a reliable and easy going person. Independent and grounded, clean and quiet. I love pets, especially dogs.
This is just like filling in an online dating profile. 😉 I'm Jen, a Visual Designer native to Melbourne. I've recently returned to Australia after living in London for the last few years, designing book covers, and loping faraway lands. Finding my feet here again, I'm looking for a place to call home. 🏠 What makes me great to live with? I'm almost always with a rosy disposition. I'm a serial smiler. I'm an avid tea drinker. Also an avid red wine drinker when the occasion calls for it. I'm a good listener. I like to cook and share with those I care to spend time with. I'm a minimalist, meaning I'm also neat and tidy. I like to keep my personal space clean, respect common ground, but won't get upset over minor mess. Ideally I'm looking to share with other professionals similar to myself - relatively responsible during the work week, with a happy balance of other life commitments and sociability. As with my previous shares, I'd ultimately like to call my housemates friends rather than go home to people who like to hide out in their rooms never to be seen. Of course this is within reason as most of us like our own space, myself included. 😉 I'm no longer a party animal, but if you like cooking meals together and dancing around the kitchen whilst doing so, I'm your lady. Looking forward to hearing from prospective housemates. 😊
I'm working as a part-time sales. I am also a model and beginner comedian. I graduated from Monash University 6 months ago. I enjoy making people happy and comfortable, so I will be a safe and fun choice as a housemate. My story Two years ago, I came to Melbourne and start my life adventure. My philosophy, Living with right people means to live a life that gives me stories. To know more, drop me a line if your place is around Richmond and East Richmond station. P.S. Not into share room
Hi there, I’m a not-so-young professional (trader) looking for a nice place in the inner southern suburbs (my previous landlord wanted to renovate). I’m very easy going, love to have a chat or keep to myself as circumstances dictate. I like to keep quite active - tennis, walking, gym, and swimming. Last in my circle of friends to be unmarried - but determined that it won’t be a life sentence! Hope to find a good mix of people and place.
Hi all! I've just spent a few years finishing my degree in Ballarat and now I'm looking to move back to Melbourne. I work part-time in Hospitality, but also have a love for acting, so if I'm not home kicking back with a wine, some home cooking and Netflix, I'll be out seeing shows and hanging out with friends. I'm super laid back and always down for a good chat over a coffee and some brunch. I'm not fussed if you're super social or prefer to keep to yourself, I'm a pretty social girl, but I do also like my alone time so I'm always respectful of people's privacy. I do smoke, but strictly outside, so I have no issue with pets, but as long as you don't mind that I will be outside from time to time. I have quite a lot of furniture and can furnish everywhere, but bedrooms so ideally I'm looking one - two people that would like to team up to start a new home with a YEAR lease, either male or female, couples, LGBT+ also more than welcome. Move out date August 8th. If this sounds like you please chuck me a message!
I'm a TV writer who's moving for an upcoming contract. I've been enjoying sharehouse living for the last 10 years or so (meaning I am fully house broken), and I have 4 siblings (meaning I am well versed in getting along with others). I'm a sucker for brunch, love to mark the end of the working week with a glass or two of wine, and have just returned from a year living and working in the UK.
I’m moving from Brisbane to Melbourne for a new opportunity in Marketing in Richmond around the 27th June (move in date flexible). I’m tidy, very clean and respectful of my housemates and their things. I love a bit of Netflix or a docco binge, heading out to explore new places and especially checking out a new place with cocktails. I don’t mind a few glasses of wine or heading out for a bigger one on occasion but don’t hold ragers at home haha. I have my own life and know you have yours so though I love to chat I appreciate my space when needed I’m sure as much as you do. I’m flexible with furnishings but I would like my own bathroom. I do have a car so need some type of parking situation but I’m not fussy with that. If you think I sound like a good fit, send me a message!
NEED accommodation ASAP!! HELP!!! I'm from China, now studying at Melbourne Uni for master degree. would like to move in after 18th before 24th this month Not too far from Uni. 😢 Hope the roommates are about the similar age. I'm not extroverted but also like to chat if available. I like films(especially old films), live music, coffee, cats... have some unplanned adventure(although never did this before). I like to know people with different experience and stories. please be free to message
Hey hey 🙂 My girlfriend and I are moving down to Melbourne from Sydney so I can study Physio. We are both Personal Trainers for work and love to cook (and eat haha), both super easy going and love being near the action of the city!
Hey guys, I’m Vishambhar, 24 years old originally from India. I finished my bachelors in Medicine, now in Melbourne doing my masters at RMIT Uni. I’m looking for a home (long term) with a private room hoping to be furnished and closer to the tram. About me, I’m a polite down-to-earth, never takes life too seriously, always trying out new things, exploring and studying here. I love music, animals, creative, open to deep chats like space and time, like to go out on food adventures, play Xbox, workout, netflix sci-fi thrillers and deep intellectual movies & chill, love having some beers, hang out and party/gigs/events/festivals. I always respect privacy, very clean keep myself organised and definitely pay my bills on time making it so easy to live with. I also have a part-time job here. I wanna live with people who I can be friends for a long time and explore Australia. So feel free to shoot a message if I sound like I would fit for your home. Looking forward to some cool housemates. Cheers :)
Hey there! I'm Pat Fox. I'm a 34 graphic artist from Melbourne who enjoys awkwardly writing bios and talking about himself in the third person. I'm a bit of a workaholic during the week (and often the weekends), but when I'm not doing that you can usually find me having a beer and a yarn with some mates at the pub, heading to a gig or the movies, or talking about Westworld.
