HOLA! We're looking for a private bedroom. A Chemical Engineer and an Economist, currently studying and working a number of jobs. Reliable, neat and tidy, respectful housemates. We are both social but appreciate people need their own time as well. We enjoy running, cooking and watching Brooklyn Nine-Nine. We'd appreciate a clean and organized space, you can count on us to pay rent on time, we don't smoke and we won't be bringing any pets (we love them though). HMU if our profile fits your ad, we're looking forward to hear from you :)
I’ll be arriving in Melbourne early January from Toronto, and I’m looking for the right home :) I’m pretty laid back and value hanging out/binging Netflix and shitty reality tv shows/cooking a decent meal/a night out. I’m quite social and would like to be mates with my roommate(s). Totally cool with pets, and not a stickler for cleanliness but respectful and tidy in common areas etc. I work in marketing within the travel industry, but I may also pick up a part time role. I’m super reliable regarding rent.
We are a couple from Colombia, I (Manuela) I am a makeup artist and my wife is an architect, we are very calm and very happy, we love sharing with new cultures and people, we love coffee, and riding a bicycle.
Hey! I work full time as a Venue Coordinator at Melbourne Showgrounds (potential free tickets 🙂). I'm house trained and sociable. Enjoy cooking and socialising but just as happy to kick back with a good show and take out (currently watching Power and The Sinner). Enjoy getting out on the weekends and exploring new places and working on my awful surfing or golfing techniques. I own a car and am happy with on street parking. Looking for somewhere social and respectful. House doesn't have to be immaculate but if everyone is doing their share of the cleaning that's perfect 🙂. Talk soon, Cole
Hey guys, I'm a 25 year old guy, been in Melbourne for 5 years. I work 20-40 hours a week, mostly in the city as a window cleaner(high rise buildings and ground work). I'm looking for a place near city, so that I can get to and from work quick and easy. I like to live quietly most of the time but do sing and play guitar, pretty much every day. Though, I'm pretty mindful about not disturbing others when I do that. On the weekends I like to go out, go camping, go movies and stuff. I like to keep my surroundings neat and habitable, so no worries there. I also very much like my privacy and respect other's need for the same. Look forward to see you soon. Adi
Hey guys, 28 year old Half Australian/Japanese Male looking for a new place to live! I currently manage Irish Pub in the city full time, but outside of work, I'm very chilled. I've also got two degrees, a Bachelor of International Relations and a Masters Degree in Public Policy, but I'm delaying my move into governance as I'm really enjoying hospitality management at the moment (Irish Whiskey). I'm also fluent in Japanese, and have cooked professionally in the past. So any kitchen of mine is fully stocked with food and a fine selection of alcohol. My main interests outside of the above is of course, travel (Lived in Sweden for 3 years, Turkey for one year and Japan half of my life), football (soccer), losing money on the ASX.
Fun Loving mature guy, Professional, non-smoker, Loves cooking, food and wine, very relaxed personality. Very Clean. Looking for accommodation whist sorting out personal situation, and career change. Like house in requested areas, as I use public transport. Happy to meet for vetting purposes.
Hi there, I'm Julia. I am a 29 year old photographer and artist. I'm looking for a room available after Christmas with a six month stay minimum. I have a medical condition which affects my energy levels, so I would - with my freelance work also considered, spend a lot of time at home base. I also have quite low hearing which can be touch and go. I'd prefer female housemates. I have an Earth based spirituality, am vegetarian, and am very accepting of alternative lifestyles. I like a clean space, so always tidy up and keep things organised but won't judge anyone for going into a craft frenzy from time to time! If you have any pets I'd be happy to meet them and even occasionally petsit ;) Hit me a message if you'd like to talk.
Hi, I'm looking for a bedroom close as possible to the city, I'm relaxed, tidy, open to have a chat or just enjoy my bedroom, I love healthy lifestyle, cook veggies, listen music, have a good party per month, maybe more during summer not at home. Please let me know if you have a place for me or if you want to know more about me. Thanks
I’m moving down to Melbourne to start work in Collingwood on the 26th of November! I’m looking for a room to rent Anywhere around that area: Collingwood, Richmond, Northcote, Fitzroy, Carlton, Brunswick etc. I’ll be working 5 days a week at the NAB branch in collingwood and have my own car so parking would be preferable! I’m easy to get along with, always down for a chat and I’m a clean and tidy person.
I'm Agnes, 22yo and an exchange student from BR. I will be studying Leadership & Management at Greenwich. I arrive in Melbourne on 19 Jan and I need a room starting on this day. I am a really chill person who loves to watch netflix or read a book on leisure time but I am also up for a great chat, I am not only looking for roommates but friends eventually since I will be all by myself in a country I've never been before. I have a cat and he will stay overseas so if you have a pet that would be just amazing! I don't smoke but I don't mind if you do. Oh, and I'm a barista so I make an excellent cup of coffee.
I'm someone who takes pride in their home: I'm tidy, clean, organised, love to cook, love to entertain and really value alone time. I would love a balance between socialising and privacy. I work full time as a graphic designer but am often out during the week as well. I'm easy to get along with and bring along a selection of plants, records and books. I'm ideally looking for a place where I can get a dog, so a living situation where people are open to that would be great!
Hi! I'm Callum a 25 year old traveller on a WHV from England. I have been in a shared house for 4 months and have also has previous experience of shared living during my 3 year undergrad degree. I'm looking for a place until the end of Feb, then I'll be off to do my regional work. My current landlord requires me to move out as he is due to renovate the property. I have been given until the 05/12/2018 to find a new place. I work full-time 9-5 as a property claims consultant, so I will be fairly quiet during the week. I'm always ready to enjoy a pint or 2 at the weekend though! I am a tidy individual, and more than willing to pull my weight around the house.
Hey! I'm Pip, I'm originally from Adelaide, and relocating to Melbourne for work. I love running, exercising and being outdoors, and enjoy cooking up a storm. My ideal Saturday is having a friend or two around for a laid back glass of wine, and making a legen-dairy cheese platter. I am very respectful of others space, always clean up after myself, and always willing to help around the house :)
I’m a clean and considerate guy. I’m very good at sharing a living space and I like being independent. I enjoy sharing a laugh and being social, although my solitude is very important to me. I can cook a mad feed as well. I’m currently out of study and only working on a casual basis, but I’m hoping to change that at the start of the year. It’s been a crazy few months and I’m just looking for a relaxing place to share.
Hi! My name is Owen and I'm a fresh grad, looking for a place to stay. I'm currently in the midst of looking for work in my study related profession, but rent is not a problem as I clean privately. I appreciate a clean and well kept home, and will do my part in keeping it that way. I also enjoy cooking and baking, so you can expect some food! Other things I enjoy are gaming, going out for brunch with friends on the weekends (or food in general), just chilling at home and some yoga. I also love furry friends, so they aren't an issue! (Bonus points if you have a doggo). I'm respectful of your space and am a private person myself, but am always open for a chat if you'd like. Most importantly, if you're looking for a housemate and a friend, I hope to fit your bill!
I am a student at La Trobe University while working at Jetts Gym, working at Foddies Cafe, working online with Babes in Buisness and occasionally working at the MCG. I have my license but not a car so I rely a lot on public transport so easy access to public transport would be ideal. I’m a very clean and organised person. I hate having a messy area. I’m social and cheery and always up for a chat but are aware of personal space and time out as I study quite a lot. I have two beautiful bunnies. They are generally in a cage inside but I do let them roam the house a little. I always clean up after them regularly. They are very well behaved and you will definitely fall in love with them the moment you see them.
Hi everyone! I am a young doctor working full time at Western Health next year, looking for another female to move in with. I’m originally from Melbourne, but I have lived away from home for 5 years now and so have had my fair share of housemates. I have an open door policy, I don’t lock myself up in my room. I am very clean and often find that I end up doing all the housework which isn’t really fair, so I would appreciate living with someone who is willing to share the load. I love to cook and bake, I am Greek/Italian. My partner will probably spend a bit of time over, after May because he will be overseas before then. We are really friendly and love to socialise so if you have a partner who is also a nice human we would love to be friends. I am not a loud person, I don’t play loud music. I don’t like when my housemates blast their tunes when I am trying to sleep after a night shift or when they bash pots and pans.. which is common sense. I am a really fair person, and am really caring, but if I find it isn’t reciprocated, I won’t be walked all over. I would like to move into a fairly new either town house or apartment. I have all of my own furniture and a beautiful cat called Mandy who you will love (unless you hate cats, in which case I don’t want to live with you ;) ) I will mainly be working at Sunshine hospital so near there would be good, but anywhere close to a train station in the western suburbs is also fine. Please feel free to message me if you feel like we might be a good match! I’m trying to get organised early to make the transition as smooth as possible :)
Hi guys, I'm very quiet and laid back, and while I do pretty much keep to myself I do enjoy a good chat with a rum&dry in my hand. I work full time in the city and I tend to spend my weekends home unwinding watching soccer on my laptop, or heading out for a bike ride with mates. **Not really fussed with moving dates, I just had to enter a date in my listing. **Not really fussed with length of stay but I know It'll be a minimum 6 months & most likely longer.
