Hi, I am returning to Melb from interstate. I am usually professionally employed - am in a career transition - will be studying part time and working part time. I am very busy and not home often. I am looking for quiet, clean, non-smoking/no drugs/non-partying, respectful and independent home. I am looking for people with shared values of working hard, being healthy and enjoying friendships. I am into fitness, food and theatre.
Hey there. Here's a bit about me. I'm pretty chill and enjoy reading a fair bit when my schedule permits; history, philosophy and especially classic fiction. I'm also something of a film buff and alternative hip-hop fiend. I'm looking to start boxing as a hobby this year, so I'm extra keen if there is a boxing gym nearby. Currently working in TV broadcast as a technician at various sporting events and TV shows. Consequently, my work schedule can be fairly irregular, and varies from almost a week off at a time to working everyday for consecutive weeks, depending on the time of year. I also travel fairly frequently. The accommodation I'm looking for would be a flat-share. Somewhere that can feel like a home rather than just a temporary stay, with an unfurnished bedroom so that I could personalise the space. A local bar/cafe scene would be preferred. I keep my space clean and tidy, of course, and am an open person who loves a good laugh with company. Feel free to ask me anything.
Hello! We are a happy couple looking for a room to rent with the intentions of moving up north by the end of the year. A little about ourselves 20y/o Allie (me) studies full time in the beauty industry from Monday - Thursday and works usually every Friday night and/or Saturdays in a Japanese restaurant situated in Crown. 23y/o Jack works full time in the car financing industry with the lucky 9 - 5 Monday through till Friday hours. We are a lovely, very easy going young couple who loves to cook, clean and keep general tidiness. We are also social butterflies and enjoy many events/festivals/drinks on the weekends however we love to maintain a proper routine to make sure we are healthy and energised for each day so we are still super focused and hard working. We have lived together for over 2 years with and without flatmates so we are well experienced in share houses. We also have to offer a full house of really nice furniture (Bonus!) If you think you may be a suitable match please shoot us a message and we can take it from there!
Hey guys! I love my quiet and alone space, but I'm really hoping to find some housemates that I really get along with and become friends with--the kind of people I'd hang out with if we weren't housemates. I don't want to simply co-exist with the people I live with. Would love to be able to have house meals, game nights, cheese and wine nights etc. Or just veg out and watch Netflix together. I'm looking for something in the western suburbs, preferably the Maribyrnong area as I love walking around the river every day,but it isn't essential. I work full time, but I work shift work, so I would prefer someone who works 9-5 so I can get the zzz's in during the day when I'm on night shift (which isn't too often) or just someone who's going to be quiet and respectful of that. I'm a bit of a clean freak. You don't have to be, just as long as you're not a slob and contribute to the cleaning. But I would love my own bathroom for this reason. I'm hoping to find somewhere with a bit of a backyard as I'm thinking of getting a puppy!
Hi, my name is Luna Vásquez. I´m 20 years old and I´ve lived half my life in Australia and the other half in Chile. I have been living in Chile for the last couple of years and I´m returning to Melbourne in July. I´m looking for a place to live.
I am a student from the Philippines and will be looking for a part time job real soon in Melbourne. I am a very flexible person, I like socializing and lots of stuff but at the same time can give you your time and space. I value personal space and likes a clean and tidy one. Since I am a starter, my maximum budget would be $160, hopefully inclusive of all bills and internet. Thank you.
Hi, I'm a pastry student currently doing my placement in a catering pastry kitchen at a hotel. I bake bread, make mousse cake desserts, can also make simple meals like a roast, beef/lamb pie, basic pasta dishes so it's a plus if you have a kitchen with an oven and Kitchenaid. I'm down to earth, clean, neat, quiet, don't drink or smoke. Hope to stay with someone quiet, don't smoke and drink , as I start work pretty early or end late at night.
