I am an economics student at the University of Queensland and looking for a few awesome people to live with. I am clean, flexible, independent, calm, laid-back and generally get along with almost anybody. I would put myself between being an introvert and an extrovert and typically if I am not in my room meeting my deadlines, then you will find me at different coffeeshops, at a hiking trail or possibly at the gym. :) Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are keen to meet up so we can get to know each other better :)
I'm a responsible and clean type of person. I'm very easy to get along with and I'm sensitive to other people around me. I like to be the person people enjoy having around. My life is pretty simple. I work at Infinity Travel Group corporate office in South Bank full time, I like to ride my bike for exercise, I enjoy going to the gym, and I go out with my lady on dates. She will visit me but will NEVER spend the night. I do try to go out of my way to be respectful to others because I live by the golden rule of treating others the way I'd like to be treated. My schedule is pretty predictable. I'm out of the house early in the morning to workout at the gym at work, work all day, and either have dinner with my lady before calling it a night. On the weekends, I like to do my upkeep (laundry, errands, and relaxing).
Hi :) I'm a full-time shift-worker looking to be start or be a part of a share house in January 2018. I've lived in share houses around the world and am now looking to fly the coop in Brisbane! I'm friendly, easy-going, and respectful of others. I'm looking to share a place with similar people who want to live in a happy household. I like to exercise, volunteer, socialise, dance, and read in my spare time. I'm a clean and tidy housemate, always up for a chat. Hoping to live in a space with secure parking and within 20 minutes drive to Chermside, with females /and males, aged 19-32.
I'm pretty relaxed but also enjoy getting out and doing things with my friends on the weekend, also don't mind having a casual drink but definitely not on the regular. not the best at cooking but can make up for it if you need your hair done for work or a night out :')
Hi! I'm just moving back to Brisbane after 18 months in Sydney. I'm back to start my PhD in archaeology at UQ. I'm quiet, clean and respectful and always down for a cup of tea, or wine, with friends. Thanks for reading!
Hi we are a fairly introverted, friendly couple. We are ideally looking for a room each in a share house arrangement and room for us to make and tend a vegie garden is essential. Rob enjoys fishing, gardening, reading, camping, hiking, playing guitar and cooking and Ruby enjoys yoga, drawing and painting, gardening, camping, hiking, playing guitar and cooking. Ruby is a vegan non smoker, non drinker (dont mind about living with non vegans) and Rob is mostly vegan diet but occasionally fish etc and non smoker and very occasional drinker (a beer every few months sort of thing). We are polite, considerate and clean housemates and are hoping to find the same. Rob is a gardener by trade and Ruby is a hairdresser by trade however we are both considering studying again. Prospective housemates must be clean, responsible, honest, bills payed on time, anti-racism, anti-homophobia, anti-classism, pro-environmentalism.. basically pro-basic decency :) smoking outside is okay but seeking a strictly non smoking indoors home. Interested in any and all suburbs, just picked 4 at random. We arrived in Brisbane on the weekend after travelling for the last year and a half. This is our first time living in queensland.
I'm a 25 year old female PhD student at the University of Queensland, where I also tutor par-time. I'd describe myself more of an introvert than a party person, but I love a good wine or a few drinks on a Sunday afternoon. I'm looking to preferably move into an existing sharehouse or otherwise start one with some awesome people. I generally go to UQ about 3-4 times a week and otherwise work at home with my dog. I have a gorgeous 2 year old west highland terrier called Louie! He is desexed, up to date on all vaccinations, etc. He is generally a pretty chill little dude to live with and likes to sleep and sunbake as he pleases. He is an indoor dog and has always had access to common areas (e.g. living room). He's a friendly little guy, so if you too have a dog I'm sure they'd be great friends, but it would be great for them to meet first.
Hi I'm Bronny, Currently living alone but my lease is up soon so looking to share. Easy going, neat & tidy, social. I have a small chiauwawa who has a lovely nature, doesn't bark and loves other dogs. I work M-F and usually head to the beach most weekends. If you would like to know anything more please get in touch :)
Hospitality worker so hoping to find a flexible room mate or private living area, granny flat, studio etc. I won't be there too often as I am always working and enjoy my sleep and quiet days off work. I'm a great cook and big coffee lover. Smoker, enjoy outdoors and animals. I've rented many houses of my own and lived with housemates. I enjoy my privacy and only ask for honestly and always communicate. I can finish work sometimes as late as 3am, but will always respect possible other housemates. I also catch 375 bus to work but love cars and hope to get my licence soon. Please message me if I seem like someone whod be great for your rental. No student accomodation please
I'm a young professional working full time in the Valley. I've just moved to Brisbane from interstate so looking to move into a fun, friendly and easy-going house/apartment. I'm clean, tidy, always up for a chat, but can respect personal space as well. I'm pretty active, but work long hours occasionally, so can be pretty quiet during the week. Having said that I'm always up for a chat and something social on the weekends.
I'm a friendly and polite person, clean, sensible and intuitive. I live in Tasmania at the moment, but I'm looking to venture up to Brisbane for the sunshine and to meet new people. My interests include sports and games (namely basketball), listening to music, binge watching TV series and movies. I also enjoy trying new things, discussing ideas and learning. I'm usually quite reserved but I do open up around the right people (or anyone if I have some drinks). My moving date is very flexible - I can wait as long or as little as needed.
Chilean guy, been living in Brisbane for 2 Years now. I'm very respectful, social and look after myself and the place I live in. I can be a mess when it comes to my room, but I always look to contribute to the general cleaning and maintenance of the common areas of a house. I don't party, my favourite plan for a Friday is to go out to a pub with friends or stay home watching a movie or playing boardgames or videogames. I'm currently studying a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and working in a childcare centre in the CBD.
Super friendly, easy going kind of guy looking for some like minded housemates. Neat and clean in communal areas and respectful of other housemates in regards to their work/studies and noise or having people over. Happy to socialise with other housemates too! I'm into video games and gym in my free time but not crazy about either. Can cook and take care of myself, and looking to move in somewhere with at least 2 other people. Have been working as a full time personal trainer (2016) but returning to part time hours at Woolworths (still employed by them) in 2017 as it fits better with my new Uni schedule.
We are a couple looking to share an apartment. I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. Australia will be the third country to call home in as many years, after the United States and Ireland. I graduated with my bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego, then moved to the University of Kansas to get my master's degree in interpersonal communication. After that, I moved to Dublin, Ireland to play semi-pro basketball in the Irish league. I've lived with males and females, athletes and scientists, and married roommates. Jade is Irish and has lived in Dublin, Ireland most of her life. She got her hairdressing license in London but has been working in an accountant's office for the past 4 years.
Hi, I’m Marissa or Riss for short. I’m looking for a place to call home that’s close to the city and close to the trainline or (reliable) buses. I’d love a light airy room and although I don’t mind sharing a bathroom I’d prefer a room with an ensuite. I'm currently in Kedron and looking to move END OF OCTOBER. I admit I can sometimes be irritatingly tidy but I just love a nice tidy home that feels cosy but not cluttered, calm but not bland. Coffee is life and I’m a freak for red wine… I’m still working out how much you can love it without being an alcoholic but considering I get up every day for my Gov job in Bowen Hills, I’d say I haven’t hit the danger zone yet. If you’ve got secure parking or at least something under cover, holla at me – I have a motor bike that is my daily ride and needs somewhere to sleep (no car, just the bike). I moved down a couple of months ago from an 8 year run in Cairns so I’m low on possessions but can pretty easily sort out a bedroom if need be. It’s also been a long time since I’ve explored this city so I don’t plan on being home too much, especially on weekends (I’d love your tips on where to go and what to eat). I love a laugh, which is usually at my own expense. I’d love to live with people who are relaxed, considerate, tidy, and independent but don’t mind a chat or sharing a meal. I love cooking and I’m actually not bad at it but my love for potatoes and pasta in all their carby gloriousness is seriously reducing the number of clothes I own that fit. Everyone usually has a “handy” friend, the one that can back up a trailer, build furniture and deal with bugs etc – I’m that friend. Happy to be listed as a resident with your rental agency but due to the nature of my work (I contract) I’d rather not sign onto the lease as I usually change roles every 3-6 months and work all over the city and surrounding areas. Ideally one of makes contact, I'll come round and have a look, maybe stay for a chat and see if we gel... and go from there :)
Hey! I've just moved to Bris from the UK and have managed to get a full time job at a media agency so looking for a new home for the next 6 months or so whilst I'm finding my feet. I'm friendly, fun and considerate; an avid tea drinker that enjoys socialising with friends, playing netball and shopping (which could also be considered a bit of an addiction). Looking to live with people who are clean and tidy, are pretty chilled but sociable enough that they'll be up for dinner / drinks every now and again. Keen to explore and find new cafe's, exhibitions, restaurants & bars so anyone up for joining once in a while would be a bonus!
I am a music loving and gig going 28 year old looking for a place to call home. I work at Woolworths part time and study Heath administration (finishing mid next year!) I love my own space but am always keen for a good conversation and a good wine. I have no animals I don't smoke and a good rent history in Brisbane. Hope to meet you soon !
Currently studying medical science majoring in nutritional science with CQU via distance education. I am transferring to QUT next year to study Nutritional science/creative industries. Work for Queensland rail travel on board long distance trains casually, so this means I work away some of the times. Originally from Rockhampton, moved down to Brisbane about 6 months ago for work. I am self sustaining, ex chef so can cook and look after myself. Like to be social sometimes and have a drink or 10, but mainly stuck in front of a computer studying. Love travelling and lived overseas for about a year.
