Hi my name's Helen and I'm an Aussie girl in my late 20's looking for a new place to call home. I'm friendly, chill, quiet, considerate and tidy. I love good music, nature, painting, mucking around on the keys, long walks, movies, markets and learning about new ideas for things to cook. Currently looking for work in admin or retail whilst doing an online business course but affording rent is a non-issue as I do have reliable income from Centrelink in the meantime :-) I don't have any kids, pets, don't smoke and I have all of my own bedroom furniture and have my own car. I'm a chill person, not a clubbing type but enjoy a glass of wine every now and then with good conversation. If I sound suitable for your household, please don't hesitate to send me a msg! ($120-$150 P/W)
I'm a very respectful guy with a young spirit and an open-mind who is always interested in learning from others. I consider my self a fun and chill guy who likes to go out with friends to surf, go to the movies, have a BBQ, go for a picnic or to party. I'm a very clean person to that end I prefer to live in clean places. I love to travel, meet new people, cook, sports, exercise a lot, dance, read, and more. Looking for a friendly and warm home!
So just a little bit about us. Our names are Liz and Dan where a happy easy going kind of couple but very much private and we like to keep to ourselves. We work alot and spend our free time together either camping or out on the boat fishing. We live on the Goldcoast ATM but work has taken one of us to Brisbane so we're wanting to move asap. As both of us will be in Brisbane for work soon. Dan works in construction and I work in a vet clinic and I'm studying part time. Looking for a room ASAP . 😊😊😊
I won't be able to move before 22nd January 2019 and free for viewings from 9th January 2019. I’m coming to Brisbane to study for 2 years and would like to find a nice home to live in. I’m from the UK and will be taking a break from my 12 year career in technology to study. I’ve lived on my own before, so I know what it takes to look after a home. I’m not after a party house and prefer something a lot quieter. I like to get out in nature during my spare time and hope to do a little bit of travelling too. Sometimes, I may prefer to just chill out at home. A shared living area would be good, maybe a garden and a good functional kitchen. Good access to transport links is a must as I won’t have a car of my own. I’ll need access to the internet to enable me to do some home study. I won't be able to move before 22nd January 2019 and free for viewings from 9th January 2019. Open to other areas too, the ones I’ve listed are just a few I’m familiar with. Please only contact me via Flatmates in the first instance. I tend not to respond to unknown messages on my mobile. Thank you.
I'm a diesel mechanic who just got back from nearly 2 years of travelling Europe and have recently acquired a job in Brisbane. Home for me is the Gold Coast and always like to meet new people. I'm very good at holding my own in a household, either with chipping in or cleaning what evers at hand. Bills are always paid on time. I'm usually into my cars and motorbikes but since I won't have my shed or tool to do work im planning on getting fitter.
I'm on a working holiday visa, currently working full-time. I've been living in Australia for mor than a year and a half, and I'll be in the country until late March. I'm clean, tidy and quiet-mannered.
Hi all! I'm Eden, a 20y/o student at UQ, currently taking a break from study to work full-time. I've lived in sharehouses for two years now and have never been late with rent or bills. I'm always keen to help out around the place and like to keep things tidy. I'm pretty social and love a good chat, however also appreciate some time to chill out. I get along with pretty much everyone and would describe myself as easy-going and relaxed, but also well-organised and respectful. I love a good night out but like to keep pretty balanced throughout the week. Hit me up if you reckon I'd be a good addition to your house! I'd love to swing by and get to know you 😊
I have been living in Brisbane for 6months now and I am looking for a new place to live as the lovely lady I currently live with (who owns the unit) is moving OS. I am 33yo/female. I work full time in the city. I pay rent/bills on time and I am pretty clean (I come with my own Dyson, if that says anything about me!!). I have a car and would need either on or off street parking. Im looking for a room with a fan and aircon, and a pool would be an amazing bonus! I don’t smoke and I’m not a big drinker - I would usually prefer a cup of tea. Im flexible on the room being furnished or unfurnished. My budget is $300-$350 max including all bills (electric/gas/internet/water). I am open to a discussion about bills and rent. I am friendly and love a chat but also respect privacy and enjoy my own company. I enjoy going to the beach, sightseeing, reading, exploring Brisbane and meeting new people. Please feel free to contact me.
Hello! I've lived in Brisbane for the last 6 years and am looking for some easy going people to live with. I work full time as a Mining Engineer and travel fairly frequently for work (Usually am away on site during the week). I'm pretty active and am always doing something but also need a decent amount of quiet time. I'm clean and easy to live with so lets get this show on the road.
I'm doing a PhD at QUT which is like a full time job :) Most of the day I am in the lab and in the evenings I do sport like crossfit, pilates or yoga :) When I come back home I usually just want to chill a bit and go to bed, so not really a party tiger haha. That means most of the time you will have the flat to yourself :)

I’m an overseas student in Brisbane who works most of the time and study as well. I’m an organised, easygoing guy who respect others. Looking for a place where I can feel comfortable where I can have friends over sometimes.
Hello everybody. My name is Charles and I'm from Brazil. I have just arrived in Brisbane for a 8-month course at the UQ. I'm a very tidy and organised person. I'm looking for a peaceful and pleasant pace for living. I hope to find a place to live the 8 months that I'll stay in the city. I appreciate privacy, but I also like to share some moments with the people I'm living with. Cheers
I’m extroverted introvert. I’m quietly, friendly and recpectful. I’m clean and tidy but not OCD. I will be working full time as a primary teacher so I will be busy during the week. On weekends I like to play computer games and hang out with mates. I’m open minded and looking for roommates who are similar. :)
Hello, I'm hoping to live near UQ (St Lucia), from December 2018 for 1-2 years. Ideally, I would like: + a large unfurnished room (to fit a single bed, large desk, 3 bookshelves) + pleasant and interesting woman or women to share with + easy walk to train station or busway to UQ + a neighbourhood with some trees and birds + a kitchen with a working oven and stove (I like to cook) + a place where I can spend a lot of time reading and writing + good natural light + maybe enough space to have a small piano I like to get to know people, and prefer flatmate/s who can have interesting conversations about life, current affairs, etc. I don't want to rent a room among strangers. I have my own furniture for the bedroom, and cookware, but no other furniture. I'm happy to buy or share the cost of other household stuff. I've owned my own home so am experienced at all aspects of housework, repairs and maintenance. I will be studying out at the Uni campus some days and evenings, but often at home reading and writing. If you think I might fit your household, please contact me. Feel free to ask any questions. Cheers, Sally
Clean, easy going, serious master student from the Netherlands doing research at UQ for 4 months. Looking for accommodation for last 2 months (5 Jan '19 - 9 Mar '19) nearby UQ (Toowong, St. Lucia, Highgate Hill, Dutton Park, Fairfield, ...)
Im a 26 year old Retail Manager. I'm often out of the house the majority of the day, so I won't be home very much on weekdays! I am big into health and fitness, and love spending time with friends and getting outdoors on my days off. I am very clean, and I am looking for a housemate who is also. I am always down for a good chat, and I'd love to be able to do dinner or wine together when our schedules allow!
Hi! We're a pair of friends looking for a third roommate! We both love playing board games and get competitive over who's the best uno player. We're happy to share our food, and David will happily cook any recipe you like, as long as you ask nicely! We're also both really keen to make friends with our roommate, and would love to be able to do group activities like bowling and escape rooms! We're also both very tidy, and love relaxing and chilling on the couch talking about absolutely nothing. David has two cats, Spencer (the older sister), and Griffin (the annoying baby brother), and will be bringing them with him! We're looking for a relatively cheap place even if that means getting further from the heart of Brisbane and into the suburbs, and hoping for a place with a yard, as we might be looking at getting a dog sometime next year. We're extremely flexible with move dates and can move anytime in January. The max budget listed is our combined max budget, but if we could get cheaper that'd be even better!
