Hellloo. I have recently moved to the area almost 6 months ago now. Lived along the coast for the summer but need somewhere closer to work. I work between Deakin Uni and the Arts&Culture Dept with the council. Quite chill but do appreciate a clean and tidy home. Looking to move in with others about the same age or life path ie young professionals. Happy to have a chat or do my own thing as long as there are laughs to be had.
I’m a fun loving person that’s always down on a bbq whilst watching the footy, Will always cook my own meals never ask to be cooked for. I will always clean up after myself or give the house a tidy if needed I do enjoy Netflix and YouTube so internet would be a must
I'm a relatively happy & quirky individual that likes to be self sufficient. I budget all of my costs carefully to insure I don't gain debt that won't allow for my personal business as a performer to florish over the next few years. I am neat, respectful and cook my own meals. One of the first questions I will ask is "what are your pronouns?", I like being able to address people as they wish to be. I have been working as a waitress/kitchen hand at Armageddon Cake in Geelong Central for the past year with a fairly stable income. Looking to take on a secondary job in addition to teaching and waitress work at the end of my course. Musically inclined, I am a vocal coach, teach basic guitar & piano method and am a performing musician. I write songs and manage myself as an artist. I do some graphic design and drawing more as bolsters for my career or hobbies. A bit alternative in lifestyle choices: I am a vegetarian (but other people choosing to eat meat around me doesn't bother me), also gluten free (sensitivity) and into crystal healing. I do use oracle cards and am not religious. I like pastel colours, rainy days and love reading a good book. I'm quiet other than the odd sound of a piano or guitar while I sing. I am happy to pay extra on bills but would prefer the amount i would pay to be arranged prior to my moving in if it is on top of rent. Internet is something I would like to have access to as well but not absolutely necessary for it to be included in rent price. Looking to move in late November - mid December when my lease ends. I look forward to meeting you all. 😊 Current education as it stands: Advanced Diploma of Music Industry (completing this year) Cert 2 in Business Management Cert 1 in Audio Engineering
I consider myself an easy going person who is organised and clean after myself. Usually I am in front of a computer either for work or fun (surfing the web, watching videos, playing). I like pets, so I can take care of them if required. I am from Colombia and living in Australia for the last 9 years.
Hey guys, I'm Gracie. I'm a 21 year old nursing student who works part time as a personal carer, and in engagement programs for disadvantaged youths. I'm a bit quiet at the start but once I'm comfortable somewhere I really open up and blossom. I'm quite busy and would be in and out of the house, but when I'm there I'm pretty social. In saying that, like any person I love my own quiet space where I can chill out with Netflix or study in peace. I'm clean, but I'm not overly frantic about it -- a home should look and feel lived in :) It's in my nature to be as helpful as possible, so you can count on me pulling my weight around the house. After living in the same place for two years, I've decided to see what (and who!) is out there, in the hope that I can grow more, make more friends and even more fun memories. If I sound like your cup of tea, flick me a message and we can organise to meet up and see if we're a good match as housemates :)
Full time primary school teacher. I consider myself a pretty easy-going and social person and like just having time to myself (especially after work). Love getting to live music gigs as often as possible, and will often fill my spare time by going running, getting out for a surf and catching up with mates. Have owned and rented before so appreciate and respect the expectations and routines of the owner/other housemates.
I am a young vibrant and reliabke individual just needing a place to crash for a few months as I settle into my new job role in Geelong. Very easy going, positive, trustworthy, clean, respectful, are always down for a chat & a bev or two. A bungalow or granny flat of the sorts would be perfect so I could still have my own space but am always more than happy to socialise and meet new people too. Happy to live with pets also!
I recently returned from traveling through Central and South America. I’m a nurse at Epworth Geelong, currently working as a casual but averaging 4-5 shifts per week. I’m temporarily living in Armstrong Creek with a friend but now seeking shared accommodation preferably with own bathroom. Hoping to find some laid back house mates to live with! I enjoy going to the gym, keeping active and catching up with friends.
Easy to adjust, keeps room clean and tidy. follow house rules and regulations. love drinking wine well within limits. not so noisy and always accommodating. I love playing outdoor sports like basketball and prefer swimming for recreational activity. I am currently studying at Deakin waterfront campus, pursuing masters in construction management. My friend she is also studying in the same campus pursuing masters in architecture. I am from delhi and she is from Mumbai. We are a combination of vegetarian and non vegetarian so we cook everything. We prefer going out for occasional coffee, dinner and movies. We both would love you to join us along if you share the same interests. We have both been living in Geelong for an year now and will soon start looking for accomodation as our lease expires in June end. Thanks tushar
What makes me great to live with ? I'm fit and healthy, low maintenance, and well organized. Independently driven. Weekends are for family, friends, and social times. Am the life of the party. Nothing better than a netflix seshy. If you feel you need to know more about me feel free to message and ask. Will not answer private numbers, and will not accept a call without a message prior. Enjoy !
Easy going happy couple! Neat and respectable of others personal space and belongings. We have two little dogs who are trained, very well looked after and very loved. We're looking to take in a more vibrant lifestyle, moving from country SA. Enjoy the occasional drink, but definitely not party people. Our weekends have been previously occupied renovating our house, so we are looking forward enjoying some free time. We love lifes simplicities; family, friends, good food and plenty of coffee! I work as a barista/cook in a coffee shop whilst my partner is a plumber.
My friend Kaitlin and I have teamed up and are looking for a potential third person to find a place in Geelong West, Newtown, Highton or South Geelong. We are both clean and friendly who are happy to take part in a communal lifestyle but also understand and happy for people keeping to themselves. Jimmy is a teacher working in Werribee and lives an active lifestyle outside of work, which takes him away on most weekends. Kaitlin works locally and enjoys spending time with friends. We are looking for a like-minded individual who would be happy to join us!
I’m a 23 year old, originally from Country Victoria. Have lived in Geelong now for 8 months, and love it! I enjoy playing sports & going to the gym. I’m an extremely easy going housemate, I’m all about having my own space, but also love socialising with my housemates, whether that’s over dinner, a few drinks or a bit of a Netflix binge! Very very good cook, so you’ll never be in doubt when it comes to a good dinner :)
My name is Shaylie and I'm currently in my 4th year or Law at Deakin. I'm looking for a room to rent at the end of June, or happy to team up with someone. I'm friendly and outgoing, but I also enjoy my own time, I'm also a clean housemate. I have a cat called Audrey, she's super friendly and chilled.
I work as a farm hand for the family business south of geelong. When I'm not working I like keeping fit, getting away camping and traveling. I'm very laid back and easy going, keep tidy and am respectable of other people and there things. I'm hoping to meet some cool new people and improve my social life but don't mind keeping to myself.
Hey, I’m tidy, respectful and honest. I work full-time at Geelong hospital (8am-4.30pm). I’m looking for a place to live with 1-2 other people (house or team up). I’m over the party phase and prefer to watch a good (or trashy) show and eat a good pizza! I have 2 cuddley, friendly cats who are fine with dogs because they’re more like dogs themselves. They are indoor cats so please be strict on the door shutting ☺️ Look forward to hearing from you.
