Hello! I'm looking for a place to move into! I have between now and January next year to I'm currently studying full time, 3 full days a week and I do smoke. I can afford up to $260 a fortnight and would prefer the bills to be included in rent. I would prefer a large room and maybe my own bathroom, but if not that’s okay, I have my own bed but other than that, I'm not fussed whether the room is furnished. Or even a walk in 😊 Thank you! I’ll look forward to seeing you soon!!
Hello! Recent homeowner changing it up after a few years of overseas travel and looking for a nice modern place to rent with another similar minded person. I have all of my own new house furniture which I am happy to share! I work in the city as a professional and would like a place nearby. I have lived with others for the past 10 years and so I am familiar with social protocols like cleaning, noise and sharing. I enjoy socialising and would always be open to a drink or chat, however I'd respect your space. I value good speed internet, decent space (shared and private) and our own bathrooms and carparks. Despite loving animals, I'd like to avoid pets for rental purposes. I am looking for a 9-12 month lease and would like someone on the same page. As I am under no time pressure, finding the right place/person is the priority. Ideally we'd find a place within the next month or so. Send me a message and let's discuss, Micheal
I've recently started working full-time as a psychologist. I'm easy-going and clean, but not too OCD. I also come with an adorable cat who is very placid and friendly. I like to cook veggie meals (but I don't mind being around meat either!) Looking for a place with at most two other people, let me know if you are interested!
I'm Eli, 32! I’m pretty tidy, clean and sociable! I like cooking, watching movies, reading books... I'm currently living in ACT, however I'm planning to move to Adelaide by the end of October! I'm seeking for a room to rent in any place that is not too far to the Central area. I'm interested in long term, however I'm happy to start with 2 months stay and extend if it is suitable. Please, let me know anything that offers easy access by public transport to the Central area! Kind Regards, Eli
Hey guys, I'm Steph, 26 years old and working full time and looking to find a relaxed and social household! Im a pretty easy going person, not a neat freak but do like a tidy kitchen/bathroom. Out of work you'll find me watching Netflix, cooking, gymming (never won an attendance award for this one) and catching up with friends. I am quiet at first but do enjoy a coffee, red wine/beer/cider/gin :) Ive never been in a share house before but I have stayed on student accommodation where the walls are quite thin so I do know what its like to be respectful your neighbours. If I sound like someone you could live with or want to start a new rental send me a message :)
Hi I'm a clean, reliable and respectful guy who needs a place short term while I save for a bond for more appropriate longer term accommodation. Thankyou
My name's Jada and I am currently looking for accommodation in Adelaide CBD or surrounding areas. I currently work full time. I am easy to get along with, friendly, and respectful of privacy. I am looking to team up with someone to get a place as well. I have recently moved from Brisbane to Adelaide. Feel free to send a message if you have any questions :)
I am a tidy and clean person who respects other’s privacy. I am pretty flexible and easy going. I do not bring any company home and will not be of a nuisance in any way. If you have pets, I’ll love them. I love any form of outdoor activities. I am good at cleaning up as well(:
I'm a hardworking, trustworthy and tidy roommate who is looking to team up with a new flatmate in Melbourne CBD. I have just been offered a contract to work full time (with potential for permanency) for a large Government Department in Exhibition St, Melbourne CBD, so prefer to move in as close as possible to Exhibition St. Proven history in paying rent and bills on time. When I'm not working, I enjoy cooking delicious dishes, studying career related materials, reading books of other interests, cleaning the apartment (of course), going to the sauna, playing/coaching/watching basketball, working out in the gym, swimming, longboarding/skateboarding/skimboarding at the beach (I would like to try snowboarding one day), play the Acoustic Guitar, travelling interstate/overseas, and going to concerts occasionally. I actually enjoy shopping! I'm outgoing but know when to just chill in my own bedroom and listen to my various brands of headphones without disturbing my flatmate. I'm just an all-round nice guy who is super easy to live with, with absolute zero interest in drama or interpersonal conflicts, you'll see when you meet me. It takes a lot to make me angry so any rude, racist (I'm an Australian Citizen for goodness sake!!), insecure, short-tempered or angry people with small minds will have zero chance of getting into a long term "mateship" with me. Interested in teaming up? Happy to meet up for coffee or lunch sometime to see if the match/chemistry is right. My current flatmate is seriously absolute hell to live with, especially during my non work hours! :`( Please save me! Call or text me for more info thanks.
I’d say I’m easy to get along with, organised and quite clean. Super approachable and I know how to have a good time! Hoping to gain entry into law school next year! I love to cook and enjoy spending time both at home and also out with my friends. I don’t smoke or regularly drink. Looking for female house mates :)
Hey there! I work full time in retail and study part time in food and nutrition. I am an avid foodie and love to cook when I have the time. I am pretty active and when the weather gets warmer I love being outside and by the beach. I am a non smoker and don’t consume animal products. It doesn’t make a difference to me if you do- as long as we respect each other! I am very laid back and easy to live with. I respect other people’s spaces but would like to be on friendly terms with my housemates! Ideally would love a place just north or west of the city!
I am new to Adelaide. I am very easy going, very neat and very tidy. I am a positive individual who also happens to have a good sense of humor. I enjoy being outdoors and enjoy physical activities, and am a big sports fan. I am quite social but also do like my own space and respect other house mates own space. I am looking for a nice comfortable place to live with house mates where I can relax, chill, and also have some banter and fun.
