House-proud, clean, social, respectful, communal furniture, team ups only. discussed in more depth below. Hi All, I'm Andrew, A 29 year old Disability Support worker. I value friendly, courteous, mature people who are proactive in self development and considering others and the environment around them. I am very house proud and reflect this within my ideals of cleanliness, which is centred around the idea that we clean up after ourselves in communal areas after use and maintain our home and furnishings to a high standard to reflect how proud we are of our home. Living within the home I respect my fellow housemates by doing my best not to disturb them while sleeping or relaxing. I enjoy time together in communal areas as much as time to myself in my room, whether it be sharing dinner together, playing a boardgame or simply having a chat while we occupy the same space. I enjoy sharing the good and bad parts of our days and offering each other inside from a third person perspective. I consider housemates as family. I'm looking to start a home with people who are like minded and encapsulate the above. My hobbies within our home would be playing video games, cooking, gardening, the occasional dinner party or board games and relaxing on my bed. My leisure pursuits outside the home usually consist of Cultural events, visiting friends to play video games or watch movies/tv shows, lasertag, assisting friends with renovations, camping, going to the beach, and a range of other random activities. My work as a Disability and Aged Care Support Worker sees me working weekdays and weekends assisting people to develop and maintain a value of life they aim to achieve. This involves me cooking or cleaning for people, assisting them to access the community or teaching them skills to live their lives as independently as possible. I have all the basic furniture and appliances to furnish a house. This includes an l-shaped grey couch, a hexagon shaped table, rugs, a large one door fridge, upright freezer, large front loader washing machine, tv and more. Most of these are just over a year old. Thank you for reading my profile and feel free to send me mail if you think we reflect similar values and could create a great home together.
I’m an easy going, down to earth osteopath and part time student. I love to counterbalance work by seeing my friends and getting outside - anywhere! I’m seeking a sociable share house where we can all hang out together and feel comfortable in our home. Whether this be exploring new cafes, sharing a bottle of vino or indulge in a Netflix binge session I’m down. I am also independent and value having time by myself to read, paint and contemplate life in the shower. I am an adaptable open person who is happy to work together on how we can make our place into a fun restorative little oasis.
Hi lovely people! What am I looking for? - Somewhere fun to stay with awesome housemates - Looking to stay for either a few months or for the long haul with the option of subletting my room when I go off for more than a month at a time (e.g. going to europe sometime this year) - Would be great to have outdoors or sports loving housemates that enjoy things like climbing, cycling, hiking, tennis or whatever else - A backyard would be amazing Why would you want me as a housemate? - I'm out of the house most of the time, working, I have things on most evenings and I'm often out for days or longer at a time on outdoorsy adventures - When I'm around, I like to be social, have a chat, share a beer or a wine, a meal, a movie or anything else happening - Got plenty of board games, and always keen on games nights - I have a car with plenty of space and a towball to help cart around big things - I enjoy working on projects around the house, and keen to do some gardening (by way of experimentation!) Frequently asked questions: - I was born here. Lived in NZ for awhile, and now back in Melbourne - I'm house trained. I'm not a neat freak, but believe things work nicer when dishes are cleaned soon after they are used (or the morning after if it's near bed time), objects are not blocking the walkways, and lawns are mowed - No dramas whatsoever about anyone's race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation - Left leaning, not that others need to be, but we'd probably get along better if we all were :) What you should know that might be an issue: - I would like a place where couchsurfers or visitors (anyone's) are welcome time to time - I like dumpster diving and won't hesitate to join anyone else willing or invite others - I'm mostly vegetarian but don't care what others eat / don't eat. Happy to be vegan in the house if others are
I have a friendly and outgoing personality and love hanging out with people to make new friends. I'm from England originally but moved to Australia in 2003. I lived in Cairns, QLD until 2016 when I moved out of home and moved to Footscray, Melbourne. I currently live in Kings Park now but am looking to move to Sunshine or surrounding suburbs. I'd like to move by April the 26th but can move earlier too. I am a violin teacher/performer/busker and I currently travel to the student's home to teach. I'm starting work with the Music Education Academy in term 2 of this year. I love busking on my violin in Footscray and I also enjoy playing keyboard. So I definitely love music!
I moved from Daylesford to a temporary apartment, and I'm looking for a place to stay long-term. I'm a hardworking student and I'm friendly and respectful. I like making art and music, exercise, going to the pub, reading and studying.

Hey 😄 my name is Nathan (23), I’m a singer and producer from Brisbane. I’m moving to Melbourne from May 7th - 14th and I’m looking to secure a place to live permanently. I have secured a job at Airport West in retail and have enough money to get through the next 6 months and will pay a bond if necessary. I’m friendly, respectful, clean, tidy and a social being, happy to spend time co-habitating or having a drink and a laugh. In my alone time you will find me geeking-out working on music and in my down time binge watching Buffy The Vampire Slayer or The X-Files. Looking at all suburbs with around 30 min public transport travel time to the CBD or less and hopefully more to the west of Melbourne. I’m available to move in anywhere after May 7th. Price Range: $650 - $800 PCM Happy to FaceTime or Skype prior to meeting. Nathan x
We're Working Holiday Visa holder from Taiwan, whom named Howard and Tim. We've got a casual job in Yarraville, so we'd like to find an accomodation arround there. We're flexible with everything but need a car park, street park should be fine. We're clean and tidy.
I clean up after myself and respectful of peoples space. I am easy to get along with and believe in talking things out amicably to solve issues. I am student, so I majority of my time will be preoccupied with study and I will be in uni libraries for the majority of my stay. I also work weekends as a bartender, so won't be home on weekends. I also make a mean cocktail such as a daiquiri and negroni. I enjoy the odd drink, some conversation and love the outdoors. I am pet friendly.
Hi there. I am looking for a room with a bed for around $150 p/w including bills. I have been renting via share housing for 8 years now and am reliable and easy to live with. Looking for something around Melbourne metro areas I don't mind where, close to shops and public transport etc. I am a quiet/keep to myself kind of person so looking for something that isn't a party house with people over all the time. I have everything with me aside from a bed and general cooking pots/utensils, only thing I require is an internet connection where I can run my cable to. I very much enjoy a neat and tidy house and like to keep it that way, in other words you wont have a problem with me when it comes to keeping things clean especially the kitchen, I'm happy to split the household cleaning chores so things are maintained. I'm a big computer nerd, most of my time is spent online doing various things so a fast cable internet connection is a big plus. As I mentioned I'm a quiet person but am cool for a chat and catch up with you. I am looking for a room until I can have my community housing sorted out which will take around a year
Hi, I'm Nicole! A bit about me: I'm 29 and work full time in banking. I've also returned to study part time this year, completing a degree through USQ which is all online so I'll be pretty busy! I absolutely love to travel, I love food (both eating and cooking), the outdoors, animals and winding down at the end of the week with a glass of wine. I have a four year old cat, Pippa, who is an indoor cat, very friendly and loves a cuddle or to chase a piece of string around the house. I'm always clean and tidy and am looking for a flatmate who is the same - but in saying that I'm not a super clean freak. Ideally I'm interested in teaming up with 1 other person of a similar age, someone who is happy to socialise and maybe share a meal now and again but also keen on their own space. I don't want a party house but do want to be flexible with having friends over for dinner occasionally. I'd prefer to find a new rental property with someone rather than join an existing house, somewhere in the vicinity of $250 each per week. I've lived alone for the last year and so have pretty much everything for a house except for a washing machine and dryer, as my apartment supplied those. I'm hoping to find a 2 - 3 bedroom place with 2 bathrooms and either a balcony or outdoor space. At this stage I'm looking to move in early April, and hoping for somewhere around St Kilda, Elwood, Brighton, Elsternwick or surrounding suburbs. Also open to areas around West Footscray, Seddon or Yarraville. Let me know if you are interested in meeting! Nicole

Helloooo! My name is Abi, I'm a 23yr old American girl and I'm in the process of looking for casual work in the Melbourne/Sunbury area but am receiving Centrelink payments fortnightly. I'm currently studying Personal Training at VFA in the city two days a week. I am a very clean person, very open-minded, I know when to keep to myself but I do love to socialize and get to know people. My computer is my pride and joy and I do spend a lot of time on it, so you won't have to worry about me throwing crazy parties, though I'm fine with an occasional one. I am animal friendly, I love to cook, can sleep through basically any kind of noise, love to hear stories and get to know people, hugely into music and gaming, and have worked in the hospo industry for about 6 years. Though I am currently in between jobs, I do have money saved up and am on Centrelink so Im always good for rent. I'm currently looking for something at $180 pw max while I am still job hunting. I am not very picky on room size as long as a bed, clothes and computer will fit. I'm also very willing to get together with people to try to form a new share house so if you are interested let me know! If there is anything you'd like to know more about or any questions, feel free to email or text me. Kind regards! Abi
