Hello, Moving up north. Am a dancer coming up to join dancenorth full time. My weekdays will be full on but down for weekend adventures. Have lived in share houses for 7 years so have experience living with multiple people. Any questions fire me a message. Cheers, Sam :)
I'm a friendly, easy going 26 year old. I study Environmental Practice and work part time in admin and HR at Tom's Tavern, which means I'm super organised and not home very much! I'm clean, have plenty of great referrals and will make you coffee body scrub (it's so good lol). I do have a cat - she's chill and really sweet, and can spend a fair bit of time outside if it's an issue. I'm easy to live with and like to live as drama free as possible 😊✌
Working full time in hospitality Wednesday till Sunday, working between 45 and 55 hours per week so I cant go out in the weekend, I love to but I just can't :). - Easy going, non-smoker, I love to drink a beer non and than. - love: People, movies, pets, sports, reading, cooking. Finished my Bachelor in Management IT and Business have been working in Germany after my Bachelor for almost two years. Now almost one year and six months in Australia. The plan is to stay in Townsville till the end of November
I recently moved to Townsville to start work for a surveying company in the city. I drove up from Melbourne in our campervan, so needless to say I'm an adventurous person. I'm hoping to join a nice, down-to-earth household near Townsville city. I'm not a party-animal, I'd rather have a quiet night in than paint the town. I like animals, so I'm happy to live somewhere with pets. I enjoy getting outdoors on the weekends, cooking and listening to all sorts of music... at a respectful volume :)
Hi! I'm a 24 year old part-time student, part-time worker studying ecology and zoology in my final semester. I am social and outgoing but respectful of privacy, considerate, clean and tidy. I love sport and fitness, animals and food. I can move in any time as I am not locked in to a rental. Feel free to message me!
Hello there! My name is Anna and I am a Danish girl going to Townsville for my semester abroad at JCU. I am tidy, easy to live with, quite social, and love being outdoors. During my semester, I obviously need to pass all exams, but my main focus will be getting great experiences and meeting new people. Therefore, I hope to end up in a house were my housemates and I can be social at times while having the privacy to study at other times. As I moved out of my parents' house when I was 20, I am able to live by myself and cope with everyday challenges. I am looking for a share house that is already furnished, since I am unable to bring furniture. The location should be with easy access to uni and the city, either by bike or public transport. I arrive in Townsville on July 12, and have booked a room for the first week, leaving me time for visiting potential housemates before making a commitment. If you are looking for a new housemate during semester 2 this year, feel free to message me the details of your room, and we might be able to set up a meeting for when I am in town.
Laid back, easy going bloke that is very considerate of others. Looking for a place to live that offers a little bit of luxury. Very interested in a teamup situation to find a fully furnished unit or house with a compatible person/s. I work 10 hour days Mon-Fri & rise at 4am so not interested in night-owls unless very quiet. I love Rugby League & most sports as well as watching a good movie or an entertaining series. Bit of a home body - don't go out very much these days - been there done that. Visit friends on Maggie Island occasionally for the weekend.
Hey, My name is Dave and I am a 30 year old Canadian who will be living in Townville long term. I will be attending James Cook University taking environmental sciences. I am also a scuba diving instructor and will be looking for work in the tourism or hospitality industry while I am here as well. I am an easy going guy who likes to keep my space tidy. I am into fitness and the outdoors who also enjoys being social and would like to be living with like minded people. It would be great if I could come and check out the room in your house and meet you as well. I will be looking to move in around the last two weeks of July. Thanks for your time, Dave Charlton
Hi there! We are two German students who will be attending JCU from July to December. We are studying Biology in Germany and are planning to major in Marine Biology in a few years which is why we are so excited to visit Australia for the first time. We enjoy going out with new friends and spending time cooking or doing sports. We are non-smokers and fun to live with :)
Easy-going, quiet, respectful of privacy and people's space and belongings, trustworthy. Very tidy and clean up after myself. Not a party person - prefer to have coffees, read a book. Happy to have chats. I will be working overnight shifts starting in a couple of weeks so will mostly be awake/social in the afternoons and weekends. I'm a student on a leave of absence this year. Trying to become more active such as kayaking and cycling. Love going for walks along the strand listening to music and ending up in Juliette's for a coffee. Love to travel when I have the time and money.
Im 23 years young, I have a big interest in animals i currently own a beautiful black cat and a jungle python (don't let that scare you he is a giant sook) I'm a big nerd who is usually playing games, reading books or watching anime to preoccupy my, although I do enjoy being social and making new friends. I'm neat and tidy and have worked a bit as a bond cleaner so Im not afraid to hook into the housework every now and then and do a big deep clean. Currently I work permanent part-time so my job is stable. I'm currently trying to improve my health too so if your looking for a fitness buddy Im your girl!
Hi everyone! I'm an international student from Germany and will be studying at JCU for one semester starting in July. I'd say I'm a pretty easy-going, clean, quiet and friendly person. I hope to find a place with flatmates that I can call my friends:) I'm always up for a chat, a netflix session, a beer or a few glasses of wine and maybe a fun night out but I also like to have my personal space. I like cooking, going to the beach, playing basketball, reading and hanging out with friends. Nonsmoker, no children, no pets (but I do love dogs!) I will arrive on July 11 and have booked a room in a hostel for the first few nights as I would like to view the room and meet potential flatmates before committing to a place. Looking for a furnished place that I can live in until late november/early december. Feel free to message me:)
I have just moved out to Australia to start a new job as a residential Youth worker. I am an outdoorsy person and to be fair will hardly be at the accommodation. I am clean and tidy and looking for somewhere decent to rest my head, preferably near the coast to go fishing haha.
Moving to Townsville in late June / early July for a job in Education for a six month contract. Quiet and able to keep to myself, but happy for social hangouts and drinks on the odd weekend. Active and studious - HPE teacher but also music qualified, so will spend some free time keeping in practice with those fields. Tend to spend my weekdays preparing work. Clean and tidy - regularly clean, at minimum will always keep up with the amount of cleaning as the person I live with. Would ideally live with just one other person who's also working full time. Not compatible with regular party goers sorry! Can provide some things if needed, such as: - Washing machine - Fridge - TV - Game consoles (don't play often) - Netflix Account with second profile - General furniture (happy to throw out if not needed) Ideal place would have air con, secure parking and a second bathroom - flexible on this though.
