Very relaxed and easy going, totally respectful of others and their space and privacy, and so busy with work that most of the time I won't even be around to get in your way. I work in hospitality in a senior venue management position. Having spent so long in the industry I am a casual smoker still, despite being in the process of attempting to wean down to quit; however, I always do it outside and don't leave butts around when I do, and being 30 years old my party days are definitely behind me so besides the odd drink with dinner, I keep things pretty tame!
Hi my name is Peter. I'm looking for a share in North East-Eastern suburbs. I would be a house mate that mostly keeps to himself working on projects, hobbies and enjoying general activities with occasional chats and such. I like to be open in regards to any issues so they are resolved. I like to try and help others where I can and believe I would also potentially become a valued friend. I'm honest, reliable and trustworthy, prefer making any financial and general cleanliness responsibilities a priority where necessary. Thank you for taking the time to consider. Peter
Hi, I'm an easygoing person and currently in my last semester at uni. I am a non-smoker and I like reading, popular culture and some quiet time. I'm not really a party person but I'm not a buzzkill either. Mostly cook at home and try to eat healthy. I like going for walks in nature or to the beach when the weather is nice. I respect and maintain personal boundaries and privacy.
Hey :) Im Luke, im 22 years old. I work full time managing a fresh produce farm (free fruit for whoever i live with) working about 50 hours a week. When im not at work im usually at the gym as a competative powerlifter. When im at home i enjoy cooking or just chilling out, keeping to myself. My name is nicola, I'm 20 years old and work a day job in the city. At the moment I'm nearly finished a degree in wildlife conservation at the university of Adelaide but have taken this semester off to work. I'm looking to stay somewhere for the foreseeable future while I finish my degree. I absolutely love travel, photography and the outdoors, and the gym, so in my spare time I'm usually out of the house. That being said I love to hang out over food and movies, and would love to meet some easygoing, friendly people to share a home with! I'm clean and tidy but have no issues with mess, and I love animals so if you have pets it isn't a problem! I have my own furniture to furnish a room but can also easily store it all as well. I'm also flexible with dates and can wait if you're not quite ready for someone by the date I've set. Please feel free to message if you think I might be suited for your listing :)
