I work full-time in games development as a 3D Artist. I spend most of free time also on computers, when I'm not helping run a badminton club for queer women.
Hey peeps, Looking for somewhere to stay close-ish to the CBD, if anyone has a room free please let me know! I am also open to starting a new sharehouse if anyone is looking for someone to join-up with them. About me; I recently moved from Perth - enjoy a bunch of things like cooking, gardening, camping/outdoors, seeing live music, festivals, skateboarding and taking photos. I'm pretty easygoing and respectful to my housemates, always tidy and considerate. I like a good balance between spending time on my own and with housemates and would be up for dinners and drinks together. I'm flexible with move-in date and length of stay, I'll be studying at UniMelb for the next two years.
Hi! Rosie here. I'm a professional who works full time in the cbd, so am out from 8-6. In my spare time I'm into watching tv shows, going to trivia, enjoying a cold beverage and hanging out with mates. I'm easy going, very house trained, tidy and independent. Happy doing my own thing but would also like a housemate who is happy to have a chat or organise shared meals every now and then. I'm also super cat-friendly.
I'm 21 years old moving to Melbourne from Hobart in late August/ early September (dates are flexible). I will be beginning study in September and looking for some easy going people to live with. I'm clean and tidy and love to have a laugh but am extremely respecting of your space and privacy.
Young professional originally from the UK and a permanent resident of Australia. Have just come back from the UK after some time off and have just taken a new job in the tech industry in Melbourne. Before this I lived in Brisbane for 10+years. I love my sports, being active and meeting new people and i'm looking for a room to rent in Melbourne with some great people and to enjoy this new chapter of my life with.
I am Japanese female who lived in Mel since 1994 then moved to South America, then now am in Perth but I prefer Melbourne, so looking for my new home to move back to my hometown. I am clean and quiet, don't cook a lot but I like it sometimes. I don't smoke so I prefer to live with non-smoker too. I don't have a car so prefer the home close to train station, not only trams.
Positive, relaxed housemate. I enjoy cooking, reading, enjoying breakfast and cuppa on a Sunday morning. I can bring furniture or leave in storage, flexible either way. If you would like to chat and find out more, please do not hesitate to send me a message. Regards Jo
I currently live in my hometown on the border of Victoria and NSW but I am going to move to the big smoke and experience something new. I’m a very easy going, polite and tidy person who loves her own space but also the company of others. I am a early childhood educator. I enjoy going for walks/runs, gym, cooking and living life to the fullest. I look forward to meeting new people :)
Hi Im Aaron. I work as an elevator technician all over Melbourne. I'm a pretty fun, chilled, guy, love a movie and a glass of wine on the odd occasion and like to head out for a beer every now and then. I also like to keep fit by doing crossfit a few times a week. Im definitely looking for a home and not just a house. Im not a total clean freak but I always clean up after my self. Cant stand a messy kitchen.
Hi everybody, My name is Jonathan and I'm someone very friendly. I need to live somewhere where it's tidy and clean. I think to be someone pretty discreet and easygoing. I'm a Physical Trainer and I have a sport life style, I will be happy to share that with my new housemates :) I am impatient to meet you.
Hey! We're two psychology students from Norway who are going to study at University of Melbourne for one semester (from July to November). We've been friends since we started studying at University of Bergen in 2014. Vivian is very tidy and clean, and Anders is also tidy and clean most of the time hehe :) We're both very sociable, caring and love having fun. Of course, we're also serious students. Occasionally... It's kind of difficult to tell you what we like to do, because we're both interested in culture, news, politics, technology and so on. We're just really adaptable, and willing to try new things. We're the kind that can stay home an evening to watch movies, go on a full night party or even a hiking trip. The keyword is "variety"! We're not going to be in Melbourne until the start of July, but would love to move in to the flat as soon as possible. We would love an apartment with two bedrooms for ourselves, but we don't mind sharing flats with other likeminded people either! The most important part is that the flat is at a convenient distance from the university, is clean and tidy and at a convenient price! We're willing to pay around 350$ pw each of us. Feel free to contact us if you want to know more about us! Best regards, Anders and Vivian
Hey I’m Kate! I’m 25 and I’m looking to move back to Melbourne from Tassie. I’m currently working as a flight attendant with QantasLink but am about to join with Virgin based in Melbourne at the end of May. I’m happy to secure a place and start paying rent from the start of May. I’ve previously lived in melbs for 4 years and have been living in share houses since I was 18, so I’d like to think I’m pretty good at it! Up until the end of June I’ll be in training, so will be working 9-5, mon-fri and will be studying quite a lot. After that my schedule varies from month to month, I can sometimes work weekends and can have up to 10 overnights away from home per month (though it’s usually more like 5). I’m super easy going, clean, respectful and love hanging out, relaxing, having the occasional bev, also appreciate time to myself (living a balanced kinda life). Hope to hear from you 😜
Hi, I'm Miriam I'm a friendly and reliable type of person interested in finding a housemate to live with. I have a good sense of humour and like to chat about the day over a glass of wine and watch movies, but also enjoy time on my own and am respectful of peoples' space. I like to cook, do crafty things, go to dance classes and visit interesting places around Victoria. I'm a bit of a sci-fi nerd, enjoy reading, music and going to art galleries and the theatre. Love animals but am allergic to cats :-( Looking for a friendly and relaxed housemate who will be happy share chores, flat responsibilities and requests from managing real estate agents, keeps similar 9-5 work hours, and have a nice chat from time to time. Good communication is important too :-)
Hey y'all. 24. Graduate engineer. I keep my head down during the week, but generally am a chatty fella who loves to get amongst it on weekends. If you're looking to fill a room or want to team-up, shoot me a message! Keen to arrange a meeting asap. If you're one of those that keep their tomato sauce in the fridge, don't bother. Ta.
When I'm not at work, I'm either at pilates or F45, having brunch/dinner or having a wine with some friends. Although I'm a real homebody, I love going out for dinner and or catch up with some mates on the weekend. I'd love to find a housemate/housemates. I love traveling so I'm away some weekends or for a few weeks at a time throughout the year. I'm currently working full-time in healthcare in administration. I am looking for someone who is tidy and doesn't mind cleaning but I'm also not OCD.

Hi everyone! I work in finance as a commercial analyst and am looking to move into a place that's walking distance to a train station, preferably in the north. I'm not home too much on work days and have lived in sharehouses before so understand how to be a good housemate! Looking to live with fun people who are mature, respectful and clean!
Hello! This is Debjit Bhowmick (27) from Kolkata, India. I will be arriving in Melbourne with my wife Anwesha (24) on 26 April to pursue my doctoral studies from The University of Melbourne. We are friendly, respectful, tolerant people. We are non-smokers. We are always up for occasional chit-chats. We are clean and tidy, so you don't have to worry about the apartment getting messy because of us. We respect people's privacy, so won't be irritating you. We will be able to inspect or give an interview only after 26 April (if that is needed). We are in need of a place to stay. Your apartment could be our dream 'home away from home'.
