Hi I'm looking to rent a room in/ around the east hills. I work part time as a nanny and I've recently started my own small business. Outside work I like to hike, picnic, shop farmers markets, cooking & baking. I enjoy living in a tidy and clean house and would like to share with like-minded people. I like being social & also appreciate time to myself. I enjoy entertaining friends on the odd occasion but I'm not interested in a party lifestyle.
We are looking for a space where we can respectfully do our own thing, and socialise with our flatmate/s. We both work full time but love playing guitar, wood carving, hiking, surfing, and art.
Just got back from 2 years living in Scotland. Pretty easy going guy who's hobbies include music, cars, travelling. I'm wanting to move hopefully closer to Bayswater as i just started a job working full time based there. I work on the drilling rigs as a geotechnical drilling offsider (aka glorified hole digger). I usually work from 6am until sometimes late at night so i'm not really around during the week. I'm pretty handy around the house and like to keep my belongings nice and tidy. Most weekends i'll be out and about catching up with friends, going to the footy or watching some of Melbourne's best live music.
Please note: I don't have a lot of money so I would prefer rooms listed at or under $200 with bills included Hi, my name's Max and I use they/them pronouns. I'm looking for a room to rent in an LGBTQIA friendly household, preferably with no more than one tenant. I'm a quiet, reserved person who mostly keeps to themself as I'm an introvert and suffer from social anxiety. I like my space and I respect others' boundaries. I also don't like parties, and I don't drink or smoke. I work part-time as a dental assistant and I also study at Deakin University, so I'm out of the house Monday-Thursday. I'm also a massive neatfreak, so I like to keep my living space extremely clean. I always find time for chores and will pitch in wherever I can. I have all the furniture I need so I'm only looking for unfurnished rooms. I won't be able to fit all of my furniture in my bedroom, so if you're flexible with what furnishings I can have outside of my room that would be fantastic. If not I can easily store them.
I am honest and have great morals. I have excellent references and a current police check. I am currently volunteering in aged care, while I study animal communication. I am polite and friendly, a non smoker. An occasional glass of wine.
I live a pretty busy lifestyle, running my own business and making music and socialising in my downtime. Been living by the beach for the past 5 years but I feel that the hills are now calling my name. I really want to feel at home again. I feel if we are going to be under the same roof we may as well all get along and I always live by the saying "you do you". Open minded and 420 friendly. Mainly looking for a team up in the hills or moving in with some cool cats. Hope to speak with you soon
Hi future housemates! I'm looking for a new house to lay my hat and call home. I'm easy going, keep to myself mostly but enjoy friendly banter and making new friends. Happy to pay the first months rent in advance and contribute any needed household items (eg: fridge, washing machine or microwave). Looking forward to hearing from you! -Dylan

Hi there, My name is Mahela and I am a full-time student. I'm currently residing in Bentleigh East with family but would love to soon move back out long-term, ideally to the not-too-distant countryside i.e. Upwey, Belgrave etc. I'm not currently working but am actively hunting for part-time employment in retail, as that is where I have experience. I commute to Fitzroy for classes twice a week and spend the other three days I have between Monday and Friday at the State Library studying independently. When I'm not studying, I enjoy exercising, reading, cooking, going to the cinema and art exhibitions and creating my own artwork. I live a quiet life and when I catch up with friends I'm more likely to meet up with them in the city rather than have them over. I'm responsible and always clean up after myself, follow house rules and pay my bills on time, if not early.
Hello! You can call me Ash, I work as a prepress Graphic Designer in Brooklyn and currently live in Brunswick West. I've lived in Melbourne my whole life and have always been a creative cat, I enjoy drawing, painting, writing, cooking and playing music. I like sharing a few drinks with friends on the weekends and going to see local gigs. I have been living out of home for 1 year and 5 months and I consider myself a tidy housemate who is open minded and enjoys quiet time as much as social time. 420 friendly :)
Welcome to my Listing! :) Basic Information - I'm an 18 year old female, born & raised in Melbourne! I'm currently searching for either a room to rent, whole property/apartment, bungalow, studio, (or something along these lines) I do own a dog, you can read about him below if you feel like it's necessary! With school, I have finished year 11, but plan to go back to school to start doing a course before the year ends hopefully. I have one job as a club host in the CBD but I'm also looking for a second job as we speak! About My Pup - My pup's name is Salem and he's a male. He's a border collie x staffy, but his border collie half is much more dominant (as you may see if you meet him)! He's only 8 months old, I still remember him when I got him at 8 weeks... he's honestly still as much of a softie now as he was back then!! (inside and out)! I'm in the middle of training him currently, thankfully he is toilet trained :) He's a gorgeous dog, he's never been known to retaliate to other animals or people. He has adapted to living with many other dogs and cats! He is a very shy/awkward doggo at first when he's getting used to new people/settings, but will show you the most priceless undying love when he's comfortable! I am a very flexible person, just communicate with me and I'm sure we can figure something really amazing out! My budget and length of lease can be very flexible :) Please don't hesitate to send me a message for any further information needed!
Hey! I'm Luke - 33, work full time (business hours) at a university and a day or two on the weekend at a floatation tank centre up until recently. Planning on doing some travel sometime next year. Outside of work I train BJJ a few times a week and I'm out on the bike a lot. Love spending time outdoors bushwalking and hiking, listening to podcasts, cooking, reading, music, catching a film or some comedy. Clean and tidy, honest, independent, stable and financially reliable. Looking to share with one or more who are also clean and tidy, honest, independent and financially reliable. Like being social but also like downtime to recharge so ideally would like to share somewhere where people are happy to do either.
30 year old male. Working in hospitality. Have a interest in art. Looking for a comfortable and affordable room. Hoping to find accommodation that would consider my pet (Cheddah 3 y/o Groodle).
Hello I am a young health professional who lives a healthy vegan lifestyle and is saving to buy a home in the next few years. I do not party or cause any disturbance. I am friendly and fun and get along with people easily but I also sometimes like to keep to myself. I have a big ridgeback dog who is a huge gentle giant and massive mummas boy. He likes to meet new people and is very very friendly. He looks intimidating because of his size but he is a big goofball. He has always been an inside dog so I need to find someone who likes animals and can handle a dog being around. I have always paid my rent and bills on time and love to read and cook in my spare time.
Hi!! My name is Kate I'm 32 and have a furr baby Jack Russell named Bella. I'm looking for a space for us beginning in October. I am very neat and respectful as is Bella, she has never chewed anything other than food and always asks to go outside to go to the toilet. I am a passionate cook and also enjoy African drumming, but don't usually play at home unless there's no one around haha or it's wanted. I am currently working part time as a pet minder and house sitter and have the odd job and am also on Newstart but will be looking for another job once I move so I can work close to home. I will start back studying feb next year in Box Hill. I am looking for a homely house that is warm and creative and welcoming and your place sounds perfect. Hope to hear from you soon, Kate
Hi I'm Lucy! I am a fun and charismatic 21 year old female, I am looking to move from Belgrave to somewhere in the surrounding area, I'm respectful and responsible and work full time as a spa therapist, I spend time with my friends and family on the weekends and don't mind going out for drinks on the weekends!
I am an easy, on-going guy. I am clean, reliable. I know how to keep a place tidy. I am respectful of others and other people's spaces. I get along with others easy and I know how to hold a conversation. I'm not one to throw parties, so hey, that's already a plus. By choosing me as your room mate, you won't regret it.
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a place somewhere around the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne (but I'm also happy to travel a little further too) that is pet friendly, as I have an older cat - she is house trained and is happy to go in and out to the toilet as needed. A little about me: I work full time and I'm a clean, quiet person that doesn't make too much of a racket. Please feel free to get in touch if you have something available. Cheers!
We are very hard working and easy going pair. We have been together for over 4 years and over that time have started creating a life for ourselves with our two very well trained Kelpies (Red & Bea) and our ragdoll kitty (Vada). I work full time for one of the biggest pharmacy retail chains in Australia as a retail coordinator I have climbed the chains in the company extremely fast. Matt has always been a gardener and enjoys the outdoors but recently has had time off due to a work injury. We have previously lived in a house alone together as well as in share houses with lots of different ages. We do prefer a relaxed household and a clean and tidy living space. We are not looking for a loud partying house. We enjoy taking the pups to the park and watching a good movie. We are very easy to get along with and are very respectful and caring of those around us. Please contact us if you can help us with a place for 2+pets. Thank you :)
