Hi, I am Cicie, female, 31 yo, from Indonesia (still in Indonesia at the moment because of prior work commitment, won't be in Adelaide until end of Jan or early Feb 2018). Going to start my Master Degree Course in UniSA Magill campus on Feb 2018. Looking for a place to call home away from home while I am there. Probably will move in mid February 2018. I am easy going, friendly and love to laugh. Not over-the-top, military-style tidy, but I am most definitely not a slob either. I am respectful of others time, space and privacy, and though I expect housemates to share the same values, I am not a recluse, so always up for impromptu anything together. My hobbies including (but not limited to) video games, reading, travelling (road trips!), thinking about exercising and socializing with friends. Oh, also, I love cats! If you think you have a place that would suit me, please hit me up. Cheers :)
Hi! I plan to move to Adelaide by 29th of December as my course starts from 1st January 2018. I am going to study in the City East Campus of UniSA. I am looking for a shared flat around the area. I am from India, very easy going and mostly preoccupied with my books. I respect privacy and can be very non-intrusive potential flatmate. I am not too much of a party person, but do enjoy a drink or two after a long day; having said that, if you're throwing a party at the flat, I would be more than happy to help and participate if needed. When I am not studying or reading novels, I devote my time to Netflix. Absolutely adore dogs, hence don't have much problem with pets.
Hello! I'm Beth, I'm nearly 30 (I'll be 30 when I get to Aus) and I am a musician, AV tech and aspiring fullstack web developer. Right now I am touring with a circus in Northern Europe and I'm very excited about not walking up in 0 degrees Celsius! My partner, Aleks and I are headed across the world on January 25th (land 26th) 2018. He will stay for a month before going to work off-shore on Timor Leste on a marine expedition. I will stick around in Adelaide whilst he's gone (until at least June). So we are ideally looking for a place where we can both stay for February then I can keep on by myself after he leaves. If needs be we could find a place for both of us for February then I could move once he's gone although I'm really keen to find a home to live in rather then a temporary stop. We both love to keep healthy and feeling good. We are (usually!) early risers and like to get a good night's sleep. We practice acroyoga (keen beginners), I practice and teach aerial yoga (I am hoping to ship over my portable rig so ideally I'm looking for a place with an outdoor space I can setup - all housemates VERY welcome to hang/practice whenever you like of course!). Other interests include: comedy improv, learning new things, chilling at home, exploring the great outdoors, singing (badly...)... We don't have pets but I would LOVE to be in a house with a dog/cat/chicken/pony :D I eat plant based (vegan) but am totally fine being in a meat-eating house. I don't judge other people's eating habits, I appreciate it when people don't judge mine either :) I do need to practice my instruments (clarinet, saxophone, recorder) but I am very respectful of quiet times and make an effort to play when I'm not disturbing other people. I will be working at the Adelaide Fringe Festival but also work online and will be studying online also (programming). We're looking for a bills-inclusive price to avoid surprises. If bills are not included, please let us know what the average is for your household so we have a solid idea of what to expect! Very much looking forward to finding our Adelaide home! Beth and Aleks (oh we're both from the UK and between us we also speak fluent Serbian (Aleks), pretty decent Spanish (me) and some basics of a variety of other languages incl. French, Korean, Japanese, Danish... Practice opportunities always appreciated as well as chance to learn more!)
i'm very outgoing and sociable, however if you need your space - I'm cool with that. because I'm very sociable, I won't necessarily be home a lot henceforth i'm looking for somewhere that's kind of like a basecamp for me to chill out at, on the days that i do nothing. i'm into fashion, art, just living life to the fullest that you can possibly live it and believing in the power of the universe.
We are both very laid back and friendly people who like to keep a clean home. We both study full-time and enjoy playing board games and watching movies. We enjoy the occasional wine or beer over dinner and going for bush walks when we get the chance. We are looking to live with people who are clean, polite and easy going like us. Please leave us a message if you would like to ask us any questions or organise a meet up.
20 years old, always up for a drink and a chat. Currently work part-time but will be studying full time in 2018. Have lived in share houses before and would describe myself as clean, tidy and relaxed. I own a fat, friendly orange cat (predominantly an outdoor cat) but he has never caused issues with housemates in the past. I'm very into fitness and while I'm not much of a party animal I don't mind if you are. Mostly looking to team up with someone and start a new share house :) Would also be interested in meeting potential housemates before committing to anything :) Looking to pay around $160pw but would increase that for the right situation.
I am a primary school teacher who is allergic to cats. I feel like that's all the important information... I also own a very fancy washing machine.... I have noticed washing machines are a selling point! 😉
I'm a 24 year old who current works in Port Pirie as a Disability Employment Officer Full Time helping those with Disabilities find work. I'll coming to Adelaide next year to study Social Work at Uni SA Magill full time while also working causally. I'm a friendly kinda person who tends to get along well with most. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, the gym, exploring my surroundings and going for trips and capturing the world around me being a enthusiast photographer. I enjoy socialising with others for occasional drinks however mostly like my own space and enjoy relaxing to some Netflix and video games. I can do a decent job of cooking, I'm a clean and tidy person and always pay my bills on time. I'm looking for a place close to Magill University, has a double or queen bed or room for one due to being tall and undercover parking.
Old enough to know how to get on with people, to know what matters and what doesnt. I am a happy person, but not intrusive. I am fairly private,. but not unsociable. I am looking for a large-ish room . Id like an ensuite but who wouldnt? Definitely not a must. I like kayak surf and kayak fishing, reading and taking it easy. i work full time in the city , in the irrigation industry. No trouble paying my bills on time. i am quiet by nature, except when i laugh. Hope to hear from you.
Hi! I am a PhD student and work as a tutor at the University of Adelaide. I am hoping to find a place to move into asap or happy to look into starting up a new share house close to the city. I am easy-going, respectful, friendly person and always up for a laugh, enjoy being social and having bottle of red :) Look forward to hearing from you soon. Cheers.
I'm an easygoing person who likes home cooked meals and quiet time. I like reading and binge watching series but also going out to new places. I love traveling. I'm not much of a party person but don't mind occasional socialising. I'm just done with uni and work part time.
Hi i am Hesam. Recently finished my master in Adelaide uni and expect to start my PhD in late Jan in interstate. i need a place to stay for 4 to 6 weeks till i leave Adelaide. i am on holiday out of Aus and will be back on 26th Dec. Cheers Hesam
I have just graduated university and start working as of the 8th of January in St. Morris. My ideal room to rent would be a large sized room, with all bills included in the price for ease. I can't cook, but can provide serious banter.
I am a native of this fine city. My job is to turn paper into happiness. I am great to live with because I am open-minded (but closed enough that my brain stays in), reliable, funny, modest, and I can cook. I'm not real picky about fun as long as it's fun.
We’re best friends who moved to Adelaide this year and looking for people similar to us, to become flat mates with! We’re really chilled out, clean and respectful, and love a chat but mindful of peoples space. We both work with one of us studying. :)
I am outgoing and a fun person who is very easy to live with. I have previously lived in shared houses so know about the respect it requires when living with other people! I am tidy and clean up after myself well. I am looking at somewhere close to the places I have selected but happy to compromise a little bit for the right house and people!
Wine, lots of it. Potentially left overs from cooking experiments. Working part-time while I do a Masters of Wine Business. Normally live in Hong Kong. Looking for a place with my own bathroom preferably and to share with one other person, 2 max. My current lease expires on the 12th of January.
My name is Jono Koerner, I am originally from the Clare Valley. Recently I have started working for myself and I have decided that it is best for me to move back to Adelaide. My brother and I started a little winery in 2014, so part of my job allows me to travel a lot and also just gets me out of the house on a day to day basis. I am very sociable, I am clean, I like to cook and share meals and obviously I don't mind a glass of wine. I am currently temporarily living with my sister and looking to move out asap. Cheers, Jono
Hi my name is Ebony and I am looking for a nice place to call home in the eastern suburbs I currently work at magill food land as a casual but ultimately I want to continue my animal studies up at Gilles Plains. One day I would love to work as a vet assistant or something in the animal industry. I am a very gentle natured person , I love to be social I get on easy with other people during my spare time. I love spending time with my family and friends. During my spare time I like fishing, horse riding and just enjoy being around nature, I also like cooking and making others laugh. I am looking for a house with female flat mates preferably and if pets are allowed that would be a big bonus but not fussed either way. Thanks for your time, hope to hear from you soon! :)
I'm friendly, easy going, love dogs (i don't have pet), I like to have an ensuite bathroom so it'll be easier for me to go at night :) , I'm a student (master program at uni of adelaide), prefer female flatmates
Hello! My name is Hannah and I'm currently 19 years of age! I'm studying at Marden Senior College (part time) to complete my year 12 certificate. Whilst I do love my odd night outs, I do like being at home either in my room or talking with my roommates. I'm ideally looking for a house where the tennants and I can have dinner together with a movie but will also let me smoke (outside, if preferred) and my cat snuggle up with us!
Myself an Indian national with an Australian PR. I am into the Facilities Management industry and work as an Operations Manager. Will relocate soon to Australia.
I'm a non smoker/drinker, clean and tidy, I have a passion for food and can cook up a storm. I'm told I have a great sense of humour and get along with almost everyone. I have a small strange cat we both are easy going and mostly keep to ourselves but dont mind a stimulating conversation (me mainly... sometimes the cat) when not studying or attending evening book studies I like to unwind catching up on my favourite tv series or listening to music.
