I study at UniSA. In my spare time I work as a nanny, enjoy walking, swimming, jogging or hiking to keep fit. I also enjoy hanging out with my family and friends. I enjoy watching the footy and having some beers on the weekend. I am a very clean, tidy and organised person.
I work full time usually early or night shift. Im go with the flow, I enjoy quiet beers over going out but i still do that every now and then. I can clean, i can cook and drive.
I'm kind, considerate and clean. I've lived in a sharehouse for the past 3-4 years and so am well versed in sharehouse etiquette and finding a happy balance between being a social house-family and getting some solo R&R. I keep active, enjoy rock climbing, trips to the beach, cycling to/from work, and other kinds of outdoorsy activities. I'm a working musician - I play folk/blues on guitar and vocals and gig almost every weekend. As well as this, I work in a music store and teach piano and guitar. I keep very busy with these things, and so even when not at my day job I like to stay focused building my music career. I'm currently booked until May which hopefully eases any concerns that you'll have a tone-deaf hopeful amongst you ;) I absolutely love animals but am highly allergic to cats, so any homes with those are firmly non-doable.
Hi, I'm quite an outgoing person who enjoys socialising and doesn’t mind a wine and cheese of an evening at times but I also like to have time to myself as well. I am 33 years old and work full time. I am fairly easy going and like a tidy, clean house but am not a neat freak. I am originally from NSW and don't know many people in Adelaide so would be looking to make some friends as well. I am uncertain about how long I would stay but it would be about 3 to 6 months to start off with.
Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying at Flinders University and have applied for a transfer into Bachelor of Arts majoring in Criminology. At the moment I am looking for employment in retail and as i have a work history, shouldn't be too long before success! I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like camping and reading. I pull my weight with chores and housework and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a shared house or studio/granny flat with a max budget of $150, bills included and preferably female housemates. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. Although I do not have pets I am perfectly fine with a house with pets. Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)
I and my friend are looking for a room to share. I am quite a good cook while my friend has a contagious personality. We're quite handy girls when it comes to any mechanical problem or stuff related in the house. We are all easygoing and respectful girls studying our final year at Uni. We'd love to share stories but are very conscious with other's privacy. We'd love to have good fun with people around.
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
I am a caring and considerate full time student studying cognitive neuroscience who values privacy and will respect your privacy too. I am very clean and organised. Looking to move out as soon as possible (within a week or two) close to the city or close to public transport. Recently moved to adelaide from a small town so just getting used to the city. Ideally I’d like to ‘team up’ with another female and find a new place as I already have a lot of new furniture but open to just renting a room in a sharehouse. Feel free to message, open to all offers :)
Easy going, don’t mind hunting for local bars and hang outs. Love a cup of tea and a good book in my down time. I love to cook, hike and attempt yoga too. Wanting to share house with likeminded people who are up for a laugh and hang, but also acknowledge the need for some individuality. From Port Lincoln originally but looking to move to the city ASAP for full time work, continuing through to my Bachelor of Business (Tourism and Event Management) at UniSA next year.
Originally from regional NSW/VIC, I am looking for a great, new place in Adelaide from mid/late May-June (happy to be flexible) while I complete my final semester of study at UofA. I'm a mature 22 year old who currently works in fashion and is passionate about travelling to new and exciting destinations as well as have a great love for dogs (and cats)! I enjoy cooking and if I find myself stressed, I often take a break and bake - perks for you if you like muffins and cakes! I've previously lived within a number of families overseas, similar to a homestay situation, as well as independently. I'm considerate to those around me and like to keep both my room and common areas clean and tidy. I appreciate my own space while studying, but also happy to join you on the couch for a TV series or for a glass of wine and cheese platter after a big day! Ideally, I am looking for a female only place (will happily consider male housemates too!) where I can park my car, is close to public transport into the city and find housemates who have similar values and expectations. Would love to hear from you!
Full time speech pathologist. I’m origionally from adelaide but I’ve been studying in QLD for the last 2 years and have returned to adelaide for work.I’m easy going which hopefully makes me a good housemate
My name is Sophia, I'm 19 years old and I am looking for a house to share with someone, I'm basically never home except to sleep, shower and eat as I have 2 jobs, study at Uni, and am out with friends and my boyfriend a lot. However in saying that I would like to keep the house clean and tidy without much clutter around the place. I have been living out of home since the age of 16 so I am dependable to pay bills and rent on time. I'm a fairly chilled out person, and will stay out of your way and keep to myself if need be. Or we could be great friends hopefully! I wanted to look for a house on the east side of town for around $300 total rent per week. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you want to search for an appropriate house to share. (teamups)
I’m neat, tidy, friendly and polite. I’ve been living in sharehouse for 4 years so I know the rules. Full time business student and part time work. Looking preferably for an ensuite private room but would consider other options too.
Hi I'm Monica. I’m quite a happy go lucky sort of person and like to be surrounded by friendly people too. I love to talk and really enjoy just having other people around! I’ve been living in a share house for the last 5 years with between 3-4 other housemates. I work in the tourism industry and I moved to Adelaide to start a new roll in the company I work for. I was born in Melbourne and have lived the last 5.5 years out in Central Australia at Ayers Rock where I worked as a tour guide. I love reading so people tend to find me snuggled on the couch or lying down reading wherever is comfy. On weekends I like to get out of the house and explore. I sit in an office all week so I use my weekends to really appreciate the outdoors. I also play netball twice a week in the city and really want to start horse riding again. Work has pretty much been my life over the last few years so moving to a big city is a little but strange and something I’m definitely not use to. I also have a dog (Tonks - Yes she is named after the Harry Potter Character). Tonks is a English Staffy x Jack Russell - more on the small dog size. Tonks is full of energy and just makes you smile when you look at her. She is an outside dog most of the time. (In saying that if there's possums and other animals around at night I usually make her sleep in the laundry as she barks at the animals. She also sleeps like a log when shes inside and likes a sleep in.) Having my dog around is what encourages me to go for runs in the evenings and go out on the weekend. The passenger seat in my ute is reserved for my pup. Tonks currently resides in Melbourne with my parents, so if your not a fan of dogs she can easily keep living there. I'm hoping to find a room and housemates that don't mind the company of Tonks and myself.
My name is Elise, I'm a 27-year-old female working in marketing and graphic design. I am fun to be around and have an amazing sense of humour. I'm friendly, approachable and polite. I have a kind heart and empathy for others. I am considerate and wary of other people's feelings, space and privacy. I.e. I won't eat your food and hog the shower etc. I work Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5pm and go to the gym after work and on weekends. Keeping active is important to me and I want to live close by my work in Norwood so I can commute by bike and not use my car so much. Ideally, I want to move in with young people my age that are not hermits and want to interact and hang out. It would be great if we could become friends like the friends in F.R.I.E.N.D.S. If not, that's fine too. At a minimum I'm looking for friendly and easy-going housemates that are respectful, tidy and considerate of me. I like things to be on the clean and uncluttered side and prefer not to live with a couple, but it is cool if your partner comes over and visits. Looking for a spacious and light-filled bedroom I can fit a desk and double bed in, preferably with a built in robe. Thanks for reading my life essay. Looking forward to hearing from you. X 😊
Hi whoever, I work FIFO roster so I will work away for 3 weeks (during this time I will be living at my work and not in Adelaide) and then I will have 3 weeks break to which i will be Living in the house in Adelaide. So I will only be there half the time I like my own company but also don't mind being social or whatevers going on. I don't care either way I'm pritty adaptable I love animals and fitness and being active. I'm pritty chill and easy going and friendly. My circumstance is situated primarily around my dog as her wellbeing is my main focus; I am I particular looking for a housemate/s Who adores dogs and is willing to take care of her and love her as if she was their own while I am away at work - I will obviously take care all expenses involved in the care taking of her. My dogs name is Sabah. She is a o year old medium size mongrel (we think Staffordshire cross) she is a very lovable dog; Loves people and attention and is very loyal. She is intelligent and obedient and is not a barking dog. Most people always comment on how obedient and loyal she is and the ones who have spent some time with her baby sitting her for me have gotten attached to her. A decent backyard is also optimal. I understand my circumstance is unique But my dog is my priority here so please don't contact me unless you feel you fit my requirements. If so I would love to here from you!
We are a long term couple (early 40's) looking for a share house (1 large bedroom). Both are working and clean, tidy & very easy going. Rik (works full-time in the city). Joanne works full-time (from home: phone tech support). Common courtesy, respect of others including their property is important. We have very happy dispositions; it’s our natural default setting. We are very easy going, no drama, helpful. We are very social (love theatre, comedy, the arts), & mindful if others require solitude/peace & quiet. Property must have NBN or Cable internet (due to Jo's work requirements).
We ( Me and My wife) are working professionals and will be moving to Adelaide. We are a young married couple seeking a furnished apartment in or near CBD area. We're new to Adelaide and looking forward to make this our home as well as meet new people. We love to keep yourself and surroundings clean and well organised.
Hi everyone! So I am looking to move into a new place, within 4-6 weeks, as my current lease is due to end soon. I am looking to get a 12 month lease, but would be happy with 6 month lease too. I work part time as a AOD counsellor in the city, and have graduated from Psychology, Social Work and Addictions Counselling degrees at university. I also tutor university students when I get the time in between my counselling job. I am a bright and bubbly person, who is easy to get along with. I enjoy talking to housemates and catching up at the end of the day, but I do like to have my own space as well. I like going out partying every now and then, but not all the time. I enjoy reading, tv shows, music (I have a record player, love to collect records) and I am obsessed with cooking, so can certainly whip up some yummy meals to share! Love a good wine and cheese movie night. I love animals, so would be more than happy to move into a home with pets. I also love gardens, so a place with a garden would be awesome!! I am looking to move somewhere not too far from the city, and with easy access to public transport, as I do not have a car at the moment.
I work for the Government for 16 years. I am quiet, matured, honest and reliable. I always pay my rent on time and have a very good rental history. I also have good references from former landlords.
LOOKING TO STAY ANYWHERE IN ADELAIDE. A littl bit about myself, and hopefully I will be the perfect roommate or tenant you all being looking for. I'm a full time student so I won't be around the house much. Usually keep to myself as the semester progresses. I'm independent and keep to myself but also a great person to have a conversation with. I'm respectful, easy going, open minded, responsible, and a bit shy at first as I'm in a new surrounding but always up for a chat. I don't have any pets (sorry I'm not pet friendly) and an non smoker (don't mind as long as it's outside). I am looking for long time accomonmdation, preferably would like to stay in an all female house, with people who are around the same age as me. Mainly just would like to live somewhere until I finish my studies. I would like to find a place to live that is either close to my campus or has easy direct transportation to the city (preferably links to train station towards city or a nearby bus stop).
Just a real easy-going, country Victorian looking at making the move over to Adelaide in the near future. At the moment, the move date is looking like end of April/Early May, just working out things with work over the next few days. I'm a fairly social kind of guy, I pride myself on being organised, neat and tidy. Sport is my biggest passion and consumes most of my life, I enjoy living a fairly healthly lifestyle, I don't drink or smoke and I love getting in the kitchen as well, I'm no Oliver or Ramsay, but food is a bit of a passion of mine! Prefer to live on the South East/Eastern side of the city, however also open to other areas close by the to the city. Quite open to share houses due to being a good way to meet new people, anywhere between a 4 - 12 month stay would be ideal for now. If you feel like I'd be a good fit for your home, shoot me a message, I'm open to anything!
Both Grace and I beach lovers, love hanging out, love having a good chat, and love a good beer or two. We both work and study. I am studying Nursing, whilst Grace is studying Business. We are both clean and tidy.
I am a very bubbly and vibrant, I’m always laughing at something and always busy. I work full time in Project Management within a Financial Institution, I also study Commerce & Law full time at Uni Adelaide. I play a lot of sport including volleyball, cheerleading, gymnastics and Kung fu so I’m barely home but when I am I like to watch a movie and am down for a chat.
