I'm a mature-minded 22yo student doing a masters degree in cognitive behaviour therapy at Flinders University. I keep very busy between study, shift work as a youth support/disability carer, and hitting the gym. I'm not home much but when I have the time I don't mind having the odd night in to have a drink and enjoy a movie with my housemates (I'm open to a Crash Bandicoot session!) I tend to keep to myself otherwise and am respectful of other people's space and possessions. I'm not allergic to dogs or cats and am happy to help out with looking after flatmates' pets if required. My current housemates are married and we enjoy a homely, warm environment. They can attest that I'm super easygoing! A big perk for me is if your place has a garage or enclosed carport. I'm a car enthusiast and have a car that I keep in storage. To have the option to store it with me would be highly considered. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi, my name is John, I'm a 27 year old guy from Germany and I'm going to move to Adelaide permanently with also a valid permanent Visa. So I'm looking for a solid accommodation for at least a half a year. I'm an easy going and uncomplicated but also a quiet person. In Germany I had an own apartment for 2 years so I know how to be responsible. You will get a non-smoker who is clean and tidy. I'm looking forward to work as an electrician but first I have to get my licence. Things I like to do are fishing, 4wding, going out and having fun but also a relaxed sunday at home. Paying rent punctually is a naturalness. I prefer professionell people who are clean, tidy and respect other roommates. Movingdate will be mid december. Please contact me if you think I will fit in to your accommodation. Cheers John
Call me Harry, I work full time landscaping and earth moving. I am outgoing and friendly and love to have a good laugh. Like to be neat and tidy. Looking for anything south. I can cook a mean pasta too :) love the beach and playing sport in my time off.
Hey mates! I'm a 28 year old chippie with a range of interests, looking for a teamup or share house for me, and my son on the weekends. I'm a little bit of a hippie i guess....I love the outdoors, specifically rock climbing, hiking, the beach, looking at getting a kayak soon...Also a musician, I play a bit of guitar and like to produce music from my lappy. Other interests include spirituality, some philosophy and chatting about other big issues. My son Ollie is a gem, a clever kid who loves lego, minecraft and reading. He often likes to keep to himself but gets along with adults well. If any of that sounds like what you're after, let's catch up for a coffee (or a climb!) and see how we go! cheers
I live a pretty busy lifestyle but I'm always up for adventures! I'm easy going and friendly but I like me-time. I'm a Speech Pathology student studying at Flinders uni. I have my own car. I also have a dog that I would love to live with me (he's excellent with animals, big and tiny humans, house trained with a sweet and cuddly nature) but I realise I may have to leave him at my parents!
Studying at Finders. PhD and academic tutor. Female, tidy and considerate ect looking for something self contained with bill inclusions. I spend the first half of each year teaching and the second on my own research, for which I receive a modest scholarship salary. I have two dwarf rabbits which I'd prefer to take with me (hutched, outdoor) but they can stay with my fam if the place/price is ideal. Not big on socialising, hence looking for a granny flat or similar where I have adequate privacy to do my study.
I'm polite, respectful and generally easygoing . I work full time and spend time with my kids on the weekends. I have gotten along with other housemates in share housing and usually like to be out visiting friends in my spare time. I work as a Safety Officer for an engineering company at Lonsdale.
Hello prospective housemate and friend. Im at flinders doing a double degree in primary ed and arts (philosophy and french) I also train in karate. I enjoy bookbinding, a bit of woodwork, rick and morty, vikings etc. I'm a bit of a hippy, but also a bit of a nerd and geek and dork, probably a bit of a hipster too if I'm honest. I'm really community minded, I'm looking for a house that can be a bit of a family, my last share house ran really smoothly so I have experience in helping to make share houses run well. So I'm looking for a good share house, not just a room. Looking for a place anywhere between seaford and bedford park :) F B = Patch Elliott
I am a student in high school, no longer living at home. I am in need of a safe and laid back place to stay so that I can carry on to be the friendly and adventurous teenager that I am. I am quiet, clean, responsible and I am very friendly.
Im 36 and recently moved back to Adelaide from Queensland. Im currently staying with my boyfriend and would continue to stay there a couple of nights a week once finding my own accomodation (Im a massive comitment phobe but working on it). I have a cat that is like my best friend so im ideally looking for somewhere pet friendly with either an ensuite or own bathroom would be perfect. Im quite a house proud person so neat and tidys not a problem for me. I highly value personal space and am very respectful of ones pricacy. Hmm what else... thats it i think.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.

I have two beautiful Dachshunds who are well behaved, and i spent alot of time tending to their needs. I am fastsidious with household maintenance, and that includes the inside of the fridj. I also participate with maintenance outside of the house. I am quiet and considerate for my flatmate. Occasionally I have friends for lunch or dinner, apart from that I have no social traffic. I am a native of Adelaide but have lived interstate in the past. I am a new devotee of Hatha Yoga, and cant wait to become an expert. Love a glass of wine, my friends, good food and being on the planet. ,
My partner and I are neat, well-mannered and have no problem with helping around the house. Both easy to get along with and open to conversation. Would like to have good relationships with other flat mates and live together once harmony :)
Looking for a roommate to move into a room in the house I am renting in Hallett Cove as my current housemate is moving out with his partner. Rent is $185 pw with a shared bathroom. Bills are separate to this. House is fully furnished. There's 6 months left on the lease with the option to continue. I have a 4 year old staffy x. Mostly indoors, very loved dog. Very trained, ball obsessed and people lover. Happy to share her space with another dog. I work full time as a store a manager and also volunteer with the emergency services overnight and on weekends so am looking for a roommate who is understanding of my ridiculously busy lifestyle and let's me sleep when I get the chance :P I'm a big tv show/movie enthusiast week nights, and chasing outdoor adventures/nature on the weekends. Not a partier anymore, and I will be studying next year so would love a relaxed house with someone who shares the same view. Train line/shops/supermarket/beach are all walking distance. House has ducted air-con and a huge, secure backyard. Any other questions just ask. I'm easy to get along with and pretty funny😅😉......looking for a chilled out, comfortable home space.
I’m a fun, easy going American. I’m tidy and respectful of your space. I enjoy music, movies and a good glass of wine. I’m a dance teacher, I work 3 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening. I also work Saturdays till noon. During the afternoon I take my dog to the beach. I have a well trained 7 yr old female dog who has been raised inside. But I would love to find a play that has a backyard she can enjoy. I own all my appliances and furniture so can furnish a living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry.
I'm friendly, fun and easy to get along with. Love playing sport and being outdoors. I'm reliable and clean, also an animal lover. Currently studying a bachelor of food and nutritional science at university, but also work part time at a craft brewery in mclaren vale.
I'm a friendly, easy going guy looking for self contained accommodation, or to share with like-minded folk. I'm educated but not working at the moment. Some health issues have forced me to stop working and relocate back home to Adelaide, which I’m really happy about. I'm working with doctors and naturopaths to get better and I'm looking for a peaceful space to do this for 3-6 months. I have varied interests. I’m clean and tidy. I’m quiet around the house but like a chat. I’m not opposed to vices. If you'd like to chat, get in touch and let's meet up. I’m also open to an exchange of some sort, i.e. help with chores or errands in exchange for reduced rent. Matt
Hey! My name is Catherine. I'm 21 and have just recently finished my undergrad in science, specialising in animal behaviour. I'm planning on taking the next 7 months off to work before beginning my honours year in July. Apart from studying and working, I also volunteer so I am pretty busy. I like to spend my free time cooking, spending time at the beach, with friends or bingeing Netflix. I've spent the last two years renting my own place and previously lived on campus at Flinders. I am quiet, tidy and respectful.
I am looking for a decent place to live in for atleast two years, near Flinders University. I am an international student from India who doesn't have any preferred gender to be their house mate as long as they are understanding and decent. My expected month of arrival is in July. I am a clean and organised person who respects other people's privacy and in return asking the same. I am okay with pets.
