I am a lawyer moving from Melbourne back to WA for work. I love brunches, wine and cheese, the beach, and keeping active. Would love to live in a sociable and easy-going home. Looking for a property from 28 April 2018, but I can be flexible.
Working full time at a Perth hospital and go home to my country town every second weekend. Very easy going, love gardening and I am very clean and tidy. Love to have a chat and a wine or two. Love walking and travelling. Very reliable. My preference is for an all female flat and I require parking for my car. I don't smoke. My budget only allows $180 a week in rent so please do not message or ring me if you are looking for more than that. I'm also a contractor and can't commit to anything longer than 3 months at a time. My preference is for am unfurnished room however, I'm happy for a furnished room with a double or larger bed. Thanks
I'm a primary school teacher and absolutely love my job! I'm a very sociable, bubbly person who is patient, pretty laid back and easy going. I enjoy doing as much in Perth as I can. My weekends are generally busy with me being in and out of the house, but I also love my down time at home. During the week I am often at home relaxing after work, hanging out with my (current) housemates or enjoying some alone time. I am very neat, clean and tidy and incredibly considerate of other people, their living space and privacy.
I'm friendly and house trained with a positive outlook on life. I work with kids and like animals. I enjoy spicy food, a social drink at w'ends with friends and cycling/walking. Looking for female only house.
Easy going full time worker, likes games (computer and board), and sports (indoor/hardcourt volleyball). Non smoker. Not a big parties but I enjoy a dinner party or games night with plenty of time to recharge in between.
Hey! I'm actually a complete newbie to this sharehouse thing! 5 years of study interrupted by gallivanting South America and Eastern Africa definitely set the finances back....but now employed full time and ready to get a move on. Will need quite a large room with at the least a double BIR....I have an obscene amount of clothes! Looking at no more than $170 per week incl. all bills! Always happy to chat, but do like my own down time as well. I studied environmental management and sustainability science, and now work with a non profit organisation....so a little bit of a hippie... I love animals and am respectful of other people's space and things....unless you have a pet, then I will need lots of cuddles from said pet please. Open to other suburbs but want to remain NOR. Within 15mins drive of East Perth is preferable, or at least close to Alexander drive! :) I've said an April move in date....but not restricted to that! Just waiting for the right place to pop up :)
Hi! I have just moved from Sydney and studying screen performance at WAAPA I am looking for a room close by campus. I am very outgoing, love exercising and living healthily. I also love travelling and seeing more of the world!
Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december 2016. Im a very fit and active person, I am currently prepping for a bodybuilding show in May so my days/ weeks are very regimented. I get tired easily but still like to interact and make everyone feel like they can talk to me 😂 I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person if all females can handle me.. I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. I work Monday to Friday in the city.. I know boring office job, but I am also an online fitness coach so it’s a win for you if you are looking to improve your fitness and nutrition. I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane. i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around a lot.
I'm looking for a furnished room for sublet, for 2 weeks (4th-18th March). I'm in Perth for an short research internship, but I'm originally from Sydney. A bit more info about me- I'm a 25 year old recent linguistics/indigenous studies graduate, in Sydney I work teaching ESL at a college in the CBD a few days a week. I'm into politics (huge leftie), languages, cooking (keen for a gas stove if possible), documentaries, radio national (basically an old man). I like the outdoors- mostly that means going to the beach and sitting in dog parks, but I occasionally get adventurous and go camping/hiking. In terms of running a house, I'm into everyone taking responsibility for their stuff- cleaning up after yourself, and being generally respectful of others and their needs. Ill be working full time while I'm in Perth and I don't know many people there so if you have great tips for things to do or are keen to be an enthusiastic guide that would be delightful, but I'm also capable and independent enough to find my own way if that's not your jam. If I sound like the kind of person you might like to have stay with let me know :) if you have any other questions I'm happy to answer them!
I'm a friendly, clean and mature female professional in her late-twenties, relocating from Brisbane to Perth for work. Working in the tourism industry requires me to work day & night shifts, however I am always quiet and considerate when coming and going at night. I'm not seeking a loud, party lifestyle and I would prefer to live with people who treat their home like a retreat and a place to relax. Depending on the day I have had at work, I may keep to myself or will be keen for a glass of wine and chat. I live an active & healthy lifestyle and enjoy spending my downtime at the beach and time with family & friends.
Hey there! I'm Lucy, I'm 26 years old and work full time at an advertising agency. A bit about me, I love anything to do with arts and culture, so in my downtime I'm galavanting between gigs, shows, movies and experiences. Without sounding like a total gym junkie I'm also really into strength training, hiking and outdoor activities. Oh and travel, how could you not be... I'm looking for a place with kind and social people, up for laughs and wines. Ideally in areas like Subiaco, West Leederville, Leederville, North Perth, Highgate and surrounding suburbs.
Hello everyone :) I'm a fun loving, very young at heart- yet responsible, down to earth type of girl. Respectful of my surroundings and others. I'm Australian born and raised- with an Italian background so I love to cook and entertain. Family and friends are important to me, so I would love to be able to host them at home from time to time. I'm very clean and tidy. Have my own vehicle. I am a mix of socialable and also private. Rather attend/host dinner parties rather than actual parties these days. I do enjoy my down time and can respect that of others. I do hope to find a home that I can feel at home-relaxed and comfortable and form some kind of friendly relationship with people I am living with. Im always down for an adventure! Have travelled WA vastly the last year. Love spending time outdoors, the beach, the Bush or Weekend camping trips when I can. Looking for either a place on my own Max budget $250 to rent or to share with 1-2 other people Max budget $200 inclusive of bills. Thankd for taking the time to read, I look forward to seeing what's on offer :) Ciao!
I would be great to live with because I'm respectful and social, clean, hate mess and hardly home if I can help it I love being out doing things like going to the gym and footy training takes up 4 nights a week aswell. I'm a fully qualified plumber and gas fitter looking for somewhere to stay because I recently broke up with my girlfriend and our lease is up, don't mind a good conversation also
Hi I'm bell , I work as a receptionist and am currently living in Maylands, I am very clean and have been told I'm very fun to live with and am looking for a place to move into at the start of April with my 7 year old Maltese cross poodle.
Use to living with others, therefor respectful. Moving back to Perth in February and looking for a comfortable place to live with some cool housemates. Will start working full time as soon as I arrive so don’t need to worry about waiting for me to find a job. Night shifts however so will need people who are cool with coming home late. Send me a message if you have anymore questions!
Hello potential future housemate! My name is Himal and am a full time uni student with two part time jobs. I need a place to stay at least for the next 6 months as I finish my studies and work various jobs. For a 23 year old, I have lived in many countries and lived with many people from many different backgrounds and cultures.I am looking for an area with parking available, good access of public transport to the city, close to shops and a park nearby (a fitness person, but I recently tore two ligaments on my knee so I like open spaces to do my rehabilitation). I am very sporty (love soccer and boxing), love travelling, meeting new people and getting to know new cultures, food etc. I am honest, friendly, social (NOT an alcoholic party animal though),clean and will pay my rent ( and give a bond if required) on time. If you feel I am a good fit for your house, then do please send me a message! Thank You :)
I work as a full time apprentice chef in Island Market Cafe in Trigg. I'm not a party guy though I'm very sociable always like a good convo at the end of the day or on the weekend over a social drink or two if desired. Love to cook a lot of delicious food. I’d also sing to replace the radio upon request 😁. I’m a 21 year old straight male but can be quite effaminate at times young but mature minded. I like getting my pedicures and manicures😆. I’m happy to divide house chores as it should be. I don’t have any pets but I’m not bothered to have housemates with pets.
I am looking for a room in an easy going house/flat with young professionals. I am tidy by nature and like to take it easy during the week, go to the gym etc, but don't mind having a get together or a casual drink on the weekend. I am a geologist by profession based in Perth, CBD. Looking for something close to the city center, though wouldn't mind venturing out a bit as long as there are bus stops/train stations near by. I am a friendly and an easy going person so don't hesitate to contact me for a chat on any potential flats. Cheers!
I work as a compliance auditor in West Perth and love my job. I have a talking baby galah who is in training for future education. I love gadgets, tech, walking, sports, world politics and art. I am a clean & responsible person who looks after properties as if they are my own.
